I came in to get my car serviced for a couple of issues. The Bluetooth buttons on my steering wheel had broken and my rear defroster was nonfunctioning. After fixing the Bluetooth buttons I was told that Kia would not cover the rear window because it was not a "manufacturer defect". The wires were clearly burnt out but they kept insisting that they were damaged and I would have to go back to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased (not a Kia dealer, and who sent me to Route 6 Kia in the first place because the vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty). I have owned the car for less than two months and if this is any indication of how Kia treats their customers, this will definitely be the last time I purchase one.

These people are liars, specifically Julie in the BDC. I told her my situation and what I was hoping to get. I asked numerous times not to make me pack up my 3 kids, on my only day off in the hot summer, with no A/C in my car if my hopes were out of my reach. Several other kia dealerships were honest with me and told me they wouldn't be able to give me everything i wanted. Julie insisted i come in because she "knew" she would be able to get me into the vehicle I wanted at the payment I wanted. I set up an appointment with her, drove 45 mins in the hot hot car with all 3 kids. We get there and ask for Julie and the salesman says " oh that was Julies car that just pulled out". she knew xxxx well she couldn't get me the car and payment I wanted but just wanted me to come in there. Once I was there I got every cheesey used car salesman trick in the book. I left after 10mins. Don't worry though, I got a brand new Camry for LESS then I wanted to pay from Balise Toyota of Warwick. Thanks Bob and Clayton!!! I'll tell everyone I know what a liar Julie is and how great Balise is! Don't go here, they don't deserve your money

Went in to look for a new car. I was expecting the usual attempt to sell me an over priced used car with sky high miles. Prior to going in a number of people referred me saying this place is different. I looked at the inventory online and the usual asking price in the general area for the same vehicle. The prices lower or about the same. Being sales people they greeted my husband and I right away. I'm a don't mess around get to the point kind of person and salesman Robbie Lovegrove seemed to pick up on that. He offered to walk around and look or go straight to looking at what I could get. I'd rather not test drive or look at something wasting all our time with something I can not afford or want. Right away I was asked if I wanted new or used. I did not think I could get something brand new (just never thought I needed new new). Robbie quickly broke down the pros and cons of both but showing payment differences and warranties, after that new was defiantly something that would be a smart choice. I hate the bargaining game and the waiting. Surprisingly they were really fast and wasted no time. I was hesitant, but they bent to help me. Trading in my old car was super easy. I have had some horrible experiences with car dealers and have witnessed some. This seemed experience has defiantly changed my negative thoughts on dealers. I had anxiety driving onto the lot that morning, but instantly just felt relaxed which was not normal. Robbie was amazing. Happy to say I have a good dealer that I will return to in the future! Love my new Kia Forte!

It was just an oil change, but, the checkup found that my brakes will have to be serviced at my next visit, they were not at a "dangerous" level but they were going to be needed to be worked on in the future.

The service staff is extremely pleasant and friendly, especially Darlene. She explains everything before it is done and gives me a quote. Afterward the service is completed, she explains what was done and goes through the vehicle inspection so I know of any potential issues. There is never pressure to get something done nor have a ever felt that I was being taken advantate of being a woman as I have felt with other service places. It is not always convenient getting to the dealership but it is worth it for me.

What a great dealership to buy a car from. They are so low pressure and made it so easy to buy my vehicle. What a great overall experience! I would recommend anyone that is going to be purchasing a vehicle to go to Route 6 Auto Mall KIA. After a lengthy research process Route 6 was not only the first and only dealer to respond they also responded with all of the information I had asked for, additionally Julie went above and beyond to get me additional information to assure me I was going in the right direction with my purchase in getting everything I wanted. Whend I got there I was greeted and felt comfortable instantly. I dealt in the past with several other dealers that rite away gave you that horrible gut feeling. My salesman Robbie was so likable and knowledgeable through the entire process. Mark Franco the General Manager also was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and explained to me the different options and showed me the best way to make this a smooth transaction while saving the most money. If you are going to buy a vehicle do not sell yourself short and go to any other dealer other than Route 6 Auto Mall KIA! We searched for a new SUV for months, and test drive several different vehicles. So happy that we stopped at the Route 6 Auto Mall and test drove the Sorento. The atmosphere is relaxing, with no pressure. Richard Bernard was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We love our new SUV, and are extremely happy with the price negotiated. Great dealership to do business with, and they have a lot of inventory to choose from. Most importantly, they have a lot of financing options to make the vehicle fit your budget.

On September 6 2014 I had purchased a used 2008 Nissan Sentra from Route 6 Auto mall KIA. I knew there were issues with the rims and steering wheel controls and the dealership promised to fix them for me. What I didnt know was that there a significant safety issue they tried to hide from me. The following morning after purchasing my car I had started my vehicle to be welcomed with a blinking SRS light (airbag light). I was confused as to what this meant so I checked my owners manual. It turns out when this light comes on there is a significant issue with the safety device in the vehicle. I immediately called the dealership to let them know. They told me when my car was brought in they would check it out. A day later I went down to obtain my registration and again reminded them of the light. I told them I wouldnt be able to get an inspection sticker with an issue this big. They gave me a service date for the following week (the day I needed to have an inspection sticker by). I went in for my appointment, expressed my concern and had them look at my car. They told me it was a Nissan issue so they would have to ship it to Nissan. They did though turn the light off so I could obtain my inspection sticker. The following week my car was shipped off to Nissan from the 24th of September till the 1st of October. I was called in to get my car but was unable to take it home because the issue had not been fixed. This incident repeated itself after my car was shipped off from the 1st till the 10th. Again I was unable to take my car home and it was shipped off for a third time from the 10th to the 17th of October. I was able to bring my car home on the 17th to have the light come on a day later. That day I brought my vehicle down to the dealership and expressed my concerns and stated that my car now fit the Used Car Warranty Law which states if an issue/defects occurs 3 or more times and the car is out out commission for 11 or more days, I am entitled to a full refund. I was able to speak with the GM that day who refused to give me the time of day because he had "just come back from vacation." He wouldnt listen to what I had to say and told me to come back the following morning. I did. He again refused to give me the time of day and would not help me. From there I filed for arbitration. The hearing ended in my favor and I am entitled to my refund. Today I had gone down to the dealership (yes this entire process has taken about 4 months) to discuss the process of returning the car and getting my refund. I was told he would be using the entire 21 days they are given to settle this once and for all. I thought I would finally be done with this dealership and the car but the GM refuses to cooperate, instead he choose to be spiteful. I am a college student who has school starting in less then two weeks where I will be commuting from swansea to bridgewater. This GM would rather be spiteful and drag this out then comply with an arbitrators decision and allow me to take my money and buy a car I feel safe driving. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

We told them we were looking for a 2012 Honda Pilot EX-L and they went to the auction and found one!! Also, buying a new Kia or a current used car is a breeze. The overall experience was great. I had no problems, they just had a hard time figuring out what was wrong with the TPMS sensor on my 2014 Sportage. Therefore it took a number of times going back and fourth but I totally understood since it was a rare malfunction.

From my first experience with Rte. 6 Auto Mall, I've been a fan of that dealership. Due to a mishap in a family member's life (one that I had co-signed a car loan for), I found myself financially responsible for two vehicles - my own 2013 KIA Soul as well as a Nissan Sentra. I contacted my favorite salesperson, Pete L. at Rte. 6 Auto Mall with this dilemma and asked for ideas on what I could do to solve this issue. With input from Mike F., Gen. Mgr., a plan emerged that allowed me to dispose of both vehicles and got me into a 2014 KIA Soul. I now have ONE car - with a payment I can afford - and an even stronger feeling of trust for this Team ! Knowing they always have my best interest and satisfaction in mind is invaluable to me. Despite the price and i mean they could have reduce some of it, the overall service was great. The moment I walk in i was met with a smile which is a big deal to me and the way they spoke with me. Dave, who assisted me took my cry into consideration and offered me something i was really looking for with the help of his supervisor. They both took their time and gave me a deal whether it was great or not, well i am not an expertise in cars. Overall, i was happy with their service and so far, I am enjoying my new but used car.

I have been shopping around for about 1 month via the internet and visiting dealerships from RI, Ct, and Ma. I have to say from the minute I pulled into the lot even in the pouring rain I was greeted with a wave and a smile. Stopped in with a friend to look at what they had to offer. Salesman Rich was very helpful and not pushy. We shopped around and had some real bad experiences with other dealers, so I was a little tough with him but he took it in great stride and remained very respectful and helpful. We ended up buying 2 cars and have had great experiences so far with the other salesmen, management & financial personnel. My wife and I were interested in the Kia Optima. Gerry B. met us at the door. He asked us a few questions about what we looking for. Next thing you know he handed us the keys to an Optima and told us to take it for a drive, He insisted we drive it without him. We had not experienced this before. This was great because my wife and I both drove the car and we were able to talk freely. We got back to the dealership and Gerry introduced us to Mark Franco(General Manger) we all talked awhile and there was no pressure. We felt that we could get up and leave at any time. We spoke about our trade and came to a final price. The deal was done, that simple. We left with the car the same day. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would recommend friends and family visit them when looking for a new or used car. We're glad to be part of the Route 6 Automall family.

Been doing a lot of research looking for a new vehicle, Kia Sorento was something we were very interested in. So we decided to go local, and went to Auto Mall on rt 6. I am not an easy person to deal with, I'm always in a rush and don't have a lot of time to spend on anything. I absolutely HATE the car buying experience. The entire staff made everything easy. I told them I had to be out the door by a certain time, they made it happen. They made me feel welcome to come back if anything was amiss in my rush. Family-like atmosphere. I would not hesitate to return or send friends and family. Great group!

I loved that I could comunicate with a salesperson on the internet to find out about lease promotions in what I was interested in and how much I was willing to spend a month prior to going to the Kia dealership to pick up my new car. It was my first Kia purchase and I was totally satisfied when I was done with the transaction.

Hi, While being in the market for a used small sports utility vehicle, I went to other dealerships to test drive a Kia Sportage, and then went to Route 6 Automall for the best prices. We were past customers of a Kia Auto Mall having a 2012 Soul even though we liked the Soul we wanted something with more cargo room. We revisted the Kia Auto Mall due to our positive past experience and tried out the 2014 Kia Sportage and found it more roomier. Both my husband and I was very pleased with the dealership and the service we received. When it came time to purchasing the vehicle both the sales manager Ian and the salesperson Richie were very professional, fair and knowledgeable . The moment I walked in,I was greeted with a smile. I told Luis what I was looking for,he walked me out to the lot,showed me my options. I picked the car I wanted,we then went back inside and crunched some numbers. I told him what I could afford for monthly payment and he made it happen. I have bought cars in the past and was extremely annoyed with the salesmen and the dealerships. Luis was awesome and friendly. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and attentive.I will definitely recommend this dealership.

no pressure, no holding my keys hostage like other dealers, a very simple negotiatans process, discuss my trade in. no what you want. I wanted a new kia sportage, then my salesperson DAVE CORRIEA,took me for a test drive,showed me everything I'd need to no about the 2014 sportage, Dave was very informative,very knowladgeable,on the vehicle.then we sat for a brief time and came to terms on my new 2014 SUV. I was Pleased. RT6 AUTO, has a nice size inventory, so it made it easy on making a selection I loved the no Haggling for five hrs. like some other dealers. WE were done in less than 2 hrs, and I was driving home with my new sportage. I'd like to add that I live in northern RI, I have other Kia Dealers to choose from. I chose RT 6 Auto Mall Because my previous overall experience with there honesty, sales experience,and PRICING is worth me driving 35 miles. THANKS again DAVE CORRIEA and STAFF. I brought my 21 year old for his first car buying experience at a dealership. He was very nervous but Mark was so patient with him and made him feel at ease. My son left with a very nice vehicle and peace of mind knowing that he just purchased a fantastic vehicle. No more shoveling money into a jalopy. Everyone from sales to business office and service advisor (who we happened to meet while waiting for financing) was a pleasure to deal with. Wish I had bought my own vehicle here...Next time for sure.

Me and my wife took the drive from Smithfield RI to Somerset because of the advertising we saw on tv. The salesman was very good, but I dont want to mention his name and get into trouble. The environment felt uneasy when we sat down and the Managers were at the front desk making lewd and obscene jokes. Wouldn't mind if I was alone , but there was also another family in there. The salesman kept going back and forth with the manager who kept making snide remarks. He eventually came over and not only insulted us but basically said that we were stupid, and then the other manager at the desk blurted something like sekana in another language. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.

For first time buyers I was expecting to leave the car lot paying thousands more and exhausted and stressed. HOWEVER, I left Route 6 Auto Mall exactly the opposite so I was pleasantly surprised! Dave was our expert Kia dealer and helped us leave with a brand new Soul that we could afford, plus helped us add some perks for thousands less! Sound too good to be true? Not at all! In fact the entire staff was very friendly and made us feel more like family. We felt very comfortable throughout the entire buying process and were even offered drinks and snacks and with Dave's great eye contact and sense o humor we were put at ease. I have heard rumors about other dealerships and even have family in this type of business so I expected to be surrounded by vultures and wake up with buyers remorse. NOT HERE! You will not leave disappointed or short changed, you will leave with confidence and joy, trust me: There is no other place to go, you will not regret your car buying experience or lifetime of service at Route 6!!!

The entire Route 6 Auto Mall experts will make you feel like family. Dave has good eye contact, great sense of humor and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable with our purchase as well as relaxed through the purchasing process. Friendly and helpful sales associate helped me find exactly the vehicle I wanted. They located the model and color Sportage I wanted and had it in my hands two days later. I was given the full Kelly Blue Book trade in value for my car. Financing could not have been easier. There were no high pressure tactics as I have encountered in other dealerships. I would recommend them to anyone.
