I walked in with a huge disaster from my previous lease and needed to get out of it. I was very straight forward with Robert and his reply was " Don't worry we will take care of it" and I'm glad to say he kept his word. I walked out that same day with my new car and no worries in the world. I have been to a few dealerships and Kia by far was the best. I would recommend them to everyone!

Bought a Forte a year ago, Josh was my salesman and the experience was smooth and fast. I went back yesterday interested in a trade / new lease. Went through the normal process again with Josh. The young man straight up said a deal could be done but in his opinion it would be wise to wait a bit longer to get the payoff on my trade down some so my payments would be lower. A salesman pushing a sale to the side and actually putting a customers best interest at the forefront is unheard of. I give a huge thumbs up to Josh. The young man will be straight up honest and will look out for you. When the time is right i will go back and see Josh -- he has earned my business for life. People ask if car salesman have integrity so i challenge any customer to go see Josh and i bet you will see the integrity in the young man. Its refreshing to see it especially in todays car buying world

Purchased several new/used cars from rt 6 kia. love the staff, facilities and large inventory. however, i wish the service dept was a little more honest and quicker. although i had a rental, i was without my car for over a week. the service dept lady said my car would be ready within 48-72 hours but it took over a week. i still love the dealership and won't hesitate to buy a car/recommended to family/friends:))

After a bad experience at another dealership came to route 6. Mark was very straight forward with numbers right off the bat. Explaining what we were looking at with different options on rebates/length of term/down payment etc. Trying to make it so we were in our budget of what we were comfortable with not trying to empty our pockets. Luis was very kind and helped with the paperwork and actual sales. It was a friendly/comfortable environment not high pressure. Thanks

I came in to get my car serviced for a couple of issues. The Bluetooth buttons on my steering wheel had broken and my rear defroster was nonfunctioning. After fixing the Bluetooth buttons I was told that Kia would not cover the rear window because it was not a "manufacturer defect". The wires were clearly burnt out but they kept insisting that they were damaged and I would have to go back to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased (not a Kia dealer, and who sent me to Route 6 Kia in the first place because the vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty). I have owned the car for less than two months and if this is any indication of how Kia treats their customers, this will definitely be the last time I purchase one.

These people are liars, specifically Julie in the BDC. I told her my situation and what I was hoping to get. I asked numerous times not to make me pack up my 3 kids, on my only day off in the hot summer, with no A/C in my car if my hopes were out of my reach. Several other kia dealerships were honest with me and told me they wouldn't be able to give me everything i wanted. Julie insisted i come in because she "knew" she would be able to get me into the vehicle I wanted at the payment I wanted. I set up an appointment with her, drove 45 mins in the hot hot car with all 3 kids. We get there and ask for Julie and the salesman says " oh that was Julies car that just pulled out". she knew xxxx well she couldn't get me the car and payment I wanted but just wanted me to come in there. Once I was there I got every cheesey used car salesman trick in the book. I left after 10mins. Don't worry though, I got a brand new Camry for LESS then I wanted to pay from Balise Toyota of Warwick. Thanks Bob and Clayton!!! I'll tell everyone I know what a liar Julie is and how great Balise is! Don't go here, they don't deserve your money

Went in to look for a new car. I was expecting the usual attempt to sell me an over priced used car with sky high miles. Prior to going in a number of people referred me saying this place is different. I looked at the inventory online and the usual asking price in the general area for the same vehicle. The prices lower or about the same. Being sales people they greeted my husband and I right away. I'm a don't mess around get to the point kind of person and salesman Robbie Lovegrove seemed to pick up on that. He offered to walk around and look or go straight to looking at what I could get. I'd rather not test drive or look at something wasting all our time with something I can not afford or want. Right away I was asked if I wanted new or used. I did not think I could get something brand new (just never thought I needed new new). Robbie quickly broke down the pros and cons of both but showing payment differences and warranties, after that new was defiantly something that would be a smart choice. I hate the bargaining game and the waiting. Surprisingly they were really fast and wasted no time. I was hesitant, but they bent to help me. Trading in my old car was super easy. I have had some horrible experiences with car dealers and have witnessed some. This seemed experience has defiantly changed my negative thoughts on dealers. I had anxiety driving onto the lot that morning, but instantly just felt relaxed which was not normal. Robbie was amazing. Happy to say I have a good dealer that I will return to in the future! Love my new Kia Forte!

The service staff is extremely pleasant and friendly, especially Darlene. She explains everything before it is done and gives me a quote. Afterward the service is completed, she explains what was done and goes through the vehicle inspection so I know of any potential issues. There is never pressure to get something done nor have a ever felt that I was being taken advantate of being a woman as I have felt with other service places. It is not always convenient getting to the dealership but it is worth it for me.

What a great dealership to buy a car from. They are so low pressure and made it so easy to buy my vehicle. What a great overall experience! I would recommend anyone that is going to be purchasing a vehicle to go to Route 6 Auto Mall KIA. After a lengthy research process Route 6 was not only the first and only dealer to respond they also responded with all of the information I had asked for, additionally Julie went above and beyond to get me additional information to assure me I was going in the right direction with my purchase in getting everything I wanted. Whend I got there I was greeted and felt comfortable instantly. I dealt in the past with several other dealers that rite away gave you that horrible gut feeling. My salesman Robbie was so likable and knowledgeable through the entire process. Mark Franco the General Manager also was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and explained to me the different options and showed me the best way to make this a smooth transaction while saving the most money. We searched for a new SUV for months, and test drive several different vehicles. So happy that we stopped at the Route 6 Auto Mall and test drove the Sorento. The atmosphere is relaxing, with no pressure. Richard Bernard was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We love our new SUV, and are extremely happy with the price negotiated. On September 6 2014 I had purchased a used 2008 Nissan Sentra from Route 6 Auto mall KIA. I knew there were issues with the rims and steering wheel controls and the dealership promised to fix them for me. What I didnt know was that there a significant safety issue they tried to hide from me. The following morning after purchasing my car I had started my vehicle to be welcomed with a blinking SRS light (airbag light). I was confused as to what this meant so I checked my owners manual. It turns out when this light comes on there is a significant issue with the safety device in the vehicle. I immediately called the dealership to let them know. They told me when my car was brought in they would check it out. A day later I went down to obtain my registration and again reminded them of the light. I told them I wouldnt be able to get an inspection sticker with an issue this big. They gave me a service date for the following week (the day I needed to have an inspection sticker by). I went in for my appointment, expressed my concern and had them look at my car. They told me it was a Nissan issue so they would have to ship it to Nissan. They did though turn the light off so I could obtain my inspection sticker. The following week my car was shipped off to Nissan from the 24th of September till the 1st of October. I was called in to get my car but was unable to take it home because the issue had not been fixed. This incident repeated itself after my car was shipped off from the 1st till the 10th. Again I was unable to take my car home and it was shipped off for a third time from the 10th to the 17th of October. I was able to bring my car home on the 17th to have the light come on a day later. That day I brought my vehicle down to the dealership and expressed my concerns and stated that my car now fit the Used Car Warranty Law which states if an issue/defects occurs 3 or more times and the car is out out commission for 11 or more days, I am entitled to a full refund. I was able to speak with the GM that day who refused to give me the time of day because he had "just come back from vacation." He wouldnt listen to what I had to say and told me to come back the following morning. I did. He again refused to give me the time of day and would not help me. From there I filed for arbitration. The hearing ended in my favor and I am entitled to my refund. Today I had gone down to the dealership (yes this entire process has taken about 4 months) to discuss the process of returning the car and getting my refund. I was told he would be using the entire 21 days they are given to settle this once and for all. I thought I would finally be done with this dealership and the car but the GM refuses to cooperate, instead he choose to be spiteful. I am a college student who has school starting in less then two weeks where I will be commuting from swansea to bridgewater. This GM would rather be spiteful and drag this out then comply with an arbitrators decision and allow me to take my money and buy a car I feel safe driving. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Everyone was very personable, I spent a lot of time there, and I didn't feel the "typical" sales "pushiness". They knew I was an educated consumer, I had come in knowing what I wanted, and we were able to work together easily, without all of the "back and forth" hassle. The overall experience was great. I had no problems, they just had a hard time figuring out what was wrong with the TPMS sensor on my 2014 Sportage. Therefore it took a number of times going back and fourth but I totally understood since it was a rare malfunction.

Despite the price and i mean they could have reduce some of it, the overall service was great. The moment I walk in i was met with a smile which is a big deal to me and the way they spoke with me. Dave, who assisted me took my cry into consideration and offered me something i was really looking for with the help of his supervisor. Stopped in with a friend to look at what they had to offer. Salesman Rich was very helpful and not pushy. We shopped around and had some real bad experiences with other dealers, so I was a little tough with him but he took it in great stride and remained very respectful and helpful. We ended up buying 2 cars and have had great experiences so far with the other salesmen, management & financial personnel. My wife and I were interested in the Kia Optima. Gerry B. met us at the door. He asked us a few questions about what we looking for. Next thing you know he handed us the keys to an Optima and told us to take it for a drive, He insisted we drive it without him. We had not experienced this before. This was great because my wife and I both drove the car and we were able to talk freely. We got back to the dealership and Gerry introduced us to Mark Franco(General Manger) we all talked awhile and there was no pressure. We felt that we could get up and leave at any time. Me and my wife took the drive from Smithfield RI to Somerset because of the advertising we saw on tv. The salesman was very good, but I dont want to mention his name and get into trouble. The environment felt uneasy when we sat down and the Managers were at the front desk making lewd and obscene jokes. Wouldn't mind if I was alone , but there was also another family in there. The salesman kept going back and forth with the manager who kept making snide remarks. He eventually came over and not only insulted us but basically said that we were stupid, and then the other manager at the desk blurted something like sekana in another language. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.
