Every time we talked to our salesman about our purchase his phone would break up, could never reach him at the dealers land line or get a satisfactory answer. The salesman was not very helpful when trying to get help with some concerns about our purchase. I gave Rowe a 4 on "How did we do" because of the excellent customer service we received when we took our issues with the vehicle we purchased to the service department. Chris was the first service rep I talked to, did a very good job taking down what our issues were and getting things moving. Nick and Jerel in service were great. They took the time to listen, asked questions and wanted to know what we needed to be happy with our purchase. They both did a fantastic job for us addressing our concerns. While the sales staff did not impress us, your service department was the bright spot. Based on my experience with Nick, Jerel and Chris I would get service there.

Service was scheduled for CMax Energi. The service was smooth and was completed within the estimated time. The business area and coffee machine are great features when waiting for service to be completed. I will be switching from Yankee Ford, where I have had all previous service for F150, my other Ford vehicle. Special thanks to Cheyenne who went out of her way to give me an overview of all of the CMax Energi features and synch features for mobile devices. She even spent extra time researching the Ford remote app and remote starting feature.

My salesperson, Kevin was very helpful with me. I had met Kevin about a year or two prior and spoke to him about Lincoln cars and I got to know him pretty well. He is very relaxed and not a pressure style salesperson which I like. When my old Escape did not pass inspection I immediately went to kevin and talked to him about options. Three or four escapes were in the lot and I test drove two of them in the days after I spoke to Kevin. In the end I decided to buy a 2014 Escape over the 2015 because the 2014 was a better equipped vehicle. The heated seats didn't hurt either! I got the car rustproofed and by the time the loan was put together I was able to drive the car off the lot. There were some issues that came up with the loan and they happened to rest with the Credit Union and a communication error. I don't blame this on Rowe I blame it on myself for not knowing all the details. Other than that the experience was a good one and I would go back to Kevin if I needed anything and would refer anybody to him for a new car.

I was in an auto accident and the body shop staff (Tim) was wonderfully helpful. My vehicle was totaled so I then shopped for a used vehicle at Rowe Ford. I meet Lief. He walked around the lot with me and listined to my story. He also understood what I was looking for.He showed me a vehicle that came in that day. It was not even cleaned or pricedI was quoted an extremely reasonable price by Mark (the Manager).When Rowe did look at the vehicle they found a few things that need needed to be fixed. They fixed them at no additional cost. I also talked with Sharon in the service department and Jeff in the Quick Lane.What a wonderful crew! They work together to give the best customer service around!I feel like they are family.

The wait time for device was a little lengthy. I was there for two hours and wasn't warned how long the process would take to get touch up paint done on my car and an engine light checked. I bought the car two days ago and already need a replacement part. Now I need to schedule another appointment for a car that is only a few days old for me. I will say that Jason Burns has been incredibly helpful and a great resource. He has put me first with everything when I come in and has really made me feel like he does everything to make sure both myself and the car are taken care of.

I had to bring my car in for body work after hitting a deer. The staff were very helpful and friendly each time I interacted with them. I was very pleased with the check up to the 2011 Ford Escape we had purchased used 3 months ago!The service was great and it was nice to have it all washed up after the service work had been completed!The only issue I have, and the reason I did not score it a 10 on the recommendation factor is because I had brought up an issue with the window washer not working and the vehicle still being under the dealership warranty if this could be looked at. Which it was and was found to be broken! I was told the part needed to be ordered and I would be contacted! Well it's been over a week and I have still not heard anything! Being winter and messy weather it has been a challenge driving and at one point a near accident had happened because of conditions at the time and no way to clear the windshield! Hopefully It will be resolved in a timely fashion!

I came to look at a vehicle I saw online. I was met almost immediately at the door and guided to the used car department. I was told that the vehicle I was interested in was sold, but there was one like it on the lot. I took the vehicle on a test drive. After all was said and done, I took this vehicle home! I am very happy with it. I do, next time I am in the market, plan to shop at Rowe first.

The oil change took longer than I was told over the phone (told 30 minutes, took 45). Additional services were also added when I only had scheduled an oil change (tire rotation, fluid top-off) which I asked those to be removed, I was sternly admonished about properly caring for my car with tire rotations. This needs to not happen--I could easily have taken my car to a basic garage for an oil change for $20 bucks but instead it become a production as soon as I went to the dealership.

I leased an F150 and Mary Frey was my sales rep. She was wonderful to work with during this process and made everything extremely easy. She explained what was needed from me on my end, walked me through everything about the truck and assisted in switching over my insurance. She followed up in regards to adding the leather in my truck and kept me updated when that would be completed while also supplying me with a loaner truck as I had to bring my daughter to school while mine was with Rowe. While in the sales room, all the staff was overly friendly and offered assistance if Mary wasn't in sight. I had my 2 year old daughter with me most of the times I was in the they were very kind and friendly towards her to the point where she was excited to go in and see everyone each time after the initial visit.

Hyundai Santa Fe-2010. The service has always been excellent each time I have had the car in. I am treated to make me feel special. Everything is fully explained including the approximate cost. The ride service person really engages in conversation and gives one the impression that they are happy to offer their service. 25000 mile The Works service handled promptly while I waited. My only complaint, and it is a minor one, was that the windshield washer was not topped up even though the check-off sheet indicated it had been. Might lead me to question just how thoroughly the other more important inspection items - tranny/brake fluids, brake pad life, etc - were covered.

I called Rowe Hyundai in Westbrook because I knew that it had been some time since my 2012 Hyundai Tuscan has been looked at. I had my oil changed about a year prior, but never took it in for the 30,000 maintenance. They were extremely helpful and friendly at the dealership and even called Roseville, CA (where I purchased the car) to see if I had a service plan-- I only had one for oil changes, so that was taken care of. It was an expensive visit, but the team was very nice and did a great job with my vehicle. I will be returning in the future.

A young lady named Cheyenne opened the door for me and we carried on a nice conversation that made me feel like I had known her for years , my lucky day I guess because then another very nice young lady arrived and was introduced to me as Mary Frey. Mary turned out to be one of nicest people I ever did business with or ever met for that matter. I know I was a difficult to satisfy because I had a spending ceiling , a time limit and a lot of likes and dislikes. Mary spent a good part of the day researching , running around finding cars for me to test drive. Finally after really being put to the test , Mary found the car that I needed , could afford and met all my expectations. If you ever go vehicle shopping at Rowe Ford , Westbrook , my advice is to look her up.

I recently purchased a Ford Fusion Energi and LOVE the car. The buying experience was great. I worked with Mary Frey and what a pleasure she was to work with! I went to the Express Service area with my 2013 Hunydia Elantra for an oil change and inspection sticker. Ernie checked me in and let me know about how long the service would take he was right on with the waiting time. You have a nice area for waiting in which I did. I chatted with other customers that passed the time away. Ernie came to me to let me know my service was completed He is one of your best customer service reps I've had. About 7 months ago my wife and I were shopping for a used but not abused pick up. We had been to a few dealerships that had a vehicle of interest, but when we got there, a strong attempt would be to pursuade us to consider a brand new truck instead. We know what we can afford and what the insurance and exise differences are, but that didn't seem to matter. On the day I walked into Rowe Ford for the first time, I was met with the kindest, most caring team of automotive professionals I've ever seen together under one roof. My first point of contact was a young man named Leif O'Connell. He had only been there a month or so. It was a long day at the dealership. I had a certain budget and knew I had to keep my payment within my means. Leif wanted to sell me a truck, most importantly to sell me the truck I wanted and not what he thought I ought to have. After making a very clean and fair deal, I ended up driving away in a 2011 F150 with only 24k on it. We loved it from the start and I receive a follow up call every now and then from Leif just so he can be assured that we're happy. Great guy! Great company! Our MKX was in for a recall last week. The service department arranged for a loaner so I could make my two appointments. Spending the remaining time in the waiting room, I was impressed to hear the manner which all reps answered the phone, spoke to customers as they walked in and sat down next to person to explain what happened to their car while they waited. The service is impressive and I'm glad Rowe Ford Westbrook takes good care of our Lincoln.

Jason was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me buy my new Tuscon. When we came to test drive the car we loved it but it was after work and already close to 7pm when they close. I knew I wanted to buy the car and Jason stayed late to make sure I knew how everything worked and was comfortable driving the car. He also did everything he could to get the paper work done quickly. There was a hang up with the title and we couldn't complete the paper work that night. However, Jason kept me updated every day and so I was never wondering what was going on with the car. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car not just come to this dealership but deal with Jason specifically because he has made this process enjoyable and easy for me.

I has a service appointment last week for a recall on my Ford Fusion. I was greeted right away and the service was written up and I was shown to the waiting area. I was told that I would be there for about 90 minutes. This was fine with me as I always bring a book and find the lounge very comfortable and am very content to wait there with a hot beverage. I believe the estimate of time I was there to be correct and I was soon on my way to my car. It was raining out so the gentleman who showed me to my car carried an umbrella over my head. I mentioned that I am always treated very well there. People are always so friendly and polite when I visit. It is a pleasure to do business with your service department. I recently traded in my 2003 F150 and purchased a 2013 Jeep Patriot. The salesman that I had the pleasure of dealing with was Jim Hynes. Jim was very friendly and easy to talk with. He helped me complete my purchase, staying hours after his scheduled time to leave. This was a Friday night too. Jim was very helpful during my initial visit and also called me on Saturday to see how things were going with the Jeep. I assured him that things were going good and that I was very happy with the vehicle. I never felt pressured or intimidated to make a quick decision on what vehicle I was interested in. I was very pleased with the customer service of all of the individuals at Rowe Ford in Westbrook. Previously i bought a Ford Edge from Yankee Ford and was lied to about the car facts of the vehicle, so I went into this next purchase will little to no trust. Devin immediately made my Husband and I feel welcome and was eager to make us feel comfortable with making our vehicle to the point where he stay well passed closing to make sure we were both happy. If your looking to buy a ford vehicle, I completely recommend going to Rowe Ford and seeing Devin. You will not be disappointed! Just make sure they go over all the options you have and the cost of each additional coverage/deal they are offering prior to signing. My husband and I would have rather gone with the option to have all the service prepaid for than get the protect all....Oh well...will keep that in mind when we make our next vehicle purchase!

I just leased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport from Keith at Rowe Hyundai, and I'm very pleased with the experience and the car. Keith found exactly the car I wanted with the right set of features, and got me a fair lease price. I love my Sonata and will definitely go back to Rowe for future leases/purchases. I can't think of anything that I could complain about, it was just a good experience and outcome. This is our second encounter with Rowe Ford Westbrook, and we left extremely satisfied. The first encounter, we bought a 2014 Focus SE FWD 2.0L. We absolutely love the vehicle, have had no problems, great fuel economy (the highest we reached was 39.4 mpg, and we are currently at 33.5 with some city/hwy combined driving), and easy handling. Overall extremely satisfied with the car. The most recent trip to Rowe, we leased a new 2015 Escape SE 4WD 1.6L EcoBoost. I wanted something safe for my fiance to travel to work in, especially after last winter's harsh wrath. Thankfully, I cant report how the Escape does in the snow yet, but it handles great, the EcoBoost has great power, drives and shifts nice, looks sharp, and is very practical fuel economy wise, as well as a small family vehicle. Very roomy, comfortable and spacious seating, and the price was great for the value of the vehicle (27k). This was our second encounter with salesman Eric Young. We are in the process of repairing our credit, and Eric tried everything he could to ensure that our needs were met. Unfortunately we weren't able to buy the vehicle, but Eric tried to ensure that we were 100% satisfied and into a new vehicle at the best rate (208/month). You wont be disappointed as Eric's knowledge of sales/leasing, vehicles and options will leave you satisfied with your visit and new vehicle. Always happy with the Rowe Ford crew. Anywhere from the sales, to QuickLane, to the Body Shop, Rowe has you covered. Lots of options to choose from. Highly recommended from two happy Customers. Can't wait until the next purchase!

We traveled about 60+ miles to meet with Kyle at the dealership with the Santa Fe and one other (non Hyundai) vehicle in mind. Thinking that the comparison would be close we were very surprised and happy to find that Kyle and his team provided us with the best deal around. My wife and I recently worked with Rowe Ford in Westbrook, ME to test drive and locate a new Ford Edge. The car we wanted to test drive was at the Rowe Ford dealership in Auburn, ME. We arranged with Steve Saucier to do the test drive and we met him there. The Edge we wanted to test drive was not yet ready to drive so and we had to drive another trim level. Steve was very professional and helpful in this process. His willingness to meet us at another dealership (same dealer, different location), his help to arrange for to at least see the vehicle with the trim we desired, and his suggestion that we drive a different trim level, made it possible for us to feel confident that the Edge was for us. If you are thinking of buying a vehicle at Rowe Ford, Westbrook, ME do ask for Steve because he will go out of his way to help you find the vehicle you want.

I was very pleased with how much the sales rep helped me both on site and off by staying in touch with emails to make sure I got the best deal possible. As far as the actual sale itself, it seemed like things were working a little slow. It took about three hours to finalize everything. One Sunday after noon Audrey and I were out looking for a new car The next morning I went back were I met with Keith and he explained that I should bring Audrey back for a test drive that after noon and we did test out the MKS Lincoln what a ride. Rowe Hyundai was nice enough to buy back my 2013 Hyundai Elantra Coupe, due to her low mileage. They got me in contact with Jason Burns who sold me my 2013, so this was the second time I worked with him. He is a great car salesman! Very attentive, knowledgeable, and keeps you in the know thru the whole process. I highly recommend giving Jason a call or stop in if you are looking at the Hyundai line. I was placed in a beautiful 2016 Hyundai Elantra - 4 door sedan. With all the toys my Coupe had. I love these cars - stylish, roomy inside, fabulous gas mileage, and the seats and arrangement of controls wraps around you. My only issue I would say about the car is winter time handling. Make sure you are prepared to buy snow tires. The car is light so they are going to make a HUGE difference.

Two weeks ago today, I bought a cool and sharp looking 2014 Hyundai Sonata GLS. I had some trepidation about buying from a dealer based on previous experience. Thankfully, Bill Lovejoy, newly transferred from Rowe Auburn, put any concerns to rest. Since the beginning, he has been an advocate for just the right vehicle that would best fit me and the budget. He even went so far as to drive to Auburn and bring me the car he thought would be 'the one'. Bill is straightforward, honest, funny and extremely patient. I really appreciated these qualities during my search and numerous test drives with and without my spouse. Together with Mike Jeffers, the Hyundai manager and Jim Robertson, the finance manager, Bill explained the ins and outs of potential financing, extended warranties, future services and navigated the many forms to be signed. He wanted to be sure that I was comfortable with my purchase, the dealership and all the associates that I would meet during future service. I received the grand tour and met everyone while enjoying a cup of coffee. The dealership was sparkling and the staff were dressed impeccably showing that they took pride in their jobs and themselves. Since my purchase, I received a couple follow-up calls from Bill just checking in to see how much I love my new used car. I wish everyone could have as great a car buying experience. I was involved in an accident that totaled my 2011 Elantra Limited. Having bought two cars from Jason Burns at Rowe Hyundai, I knew that was where I would be buying my new car as well. There was a multitude of great deals on the lot, but I fell in love with a 2014 Elantra GT with 6 speed manual transmission. I love a stick shift and being able to get one loaded with leather, Bluetooth, and Nav was fantastic. I chose to go back to see Will Valle at Rowe Hyundai in Westbrook since I had such a good experience with the purchase of my previous new Hyundai Elantra. I wouldn't drive almost two hours to deal with an old fashioned dealership, and since the pricing was great at Rowe, I see no reason to suffer through lousy sales tactics, so I go to Rowe Hyundai. I was on-line doing some new car window shopping and saw a great deal on a new Sonata Hybrid, so I Emailed and talked to Will about how we should structure the deal to get me into the new Sonata. Took a day, went to Rowe drove the car and made the deal, so then it was a matter of doing paperwork and taking my new car home. 450 miles and 4 days later, I am still happy and wish every business I deal with made customer service as important a part of their selling in a fashion similar to The Rowe sales staff and managers. I just recently purchased a used MKZ from Rowe Ford in Westbrook, Maine. The Salesmen was William Valle. I was not looking forward to shopping for a car. Rowe was the first place my Wife and I started. We talked with Will and told him what we were looking for. A white car was really my wife's only requirement. So we started walking the lot. The first white car we came to was the MKZ it was a little older then we wanted, but was in excellent condition. Will took us in a couple other cars to compare, but really there was none. We started talking trading in our Volvo and all things that go along with purchasing a car. It took a while but in the end we road home in the MKZ. After having the car for about a month, we developed a small issue. I called will on a Saturday, left a message for Will. He called me back on Monday, and Tuesday The issue was corrected. We fully expected to pay for at least a portion of the repair, but they took care of the whole thing. They even washed the car. The experience was actually pleasant, someone was checking in on me to see if I needed anything. That tell me that they want my business. When it come time for a new pick-up I will not hesitate to return to Rowe and Will. The new facility they have there for servicing is very impressive. Thanks, Victor Panno

Overall the process was extremely professional. We were kept informed of the process, from the time we made contact online until we drove off the lot. Our point of contact, Mr. W. My car is absolutely amazing. I've only driven it now for three days and I love it!!! The experience at the dealership, and the above-and-beyond customer service that Jason Burns has given me was by far the best I have ever received. I have purchased a few cars in my lifetime, and unfortunately, all car dealerships have seemed pretty much the same to me. It's a long, boring process and always a feeling of dread, constantly on the lookout for who's going to screw you, and how. Jason is the most down-to-earth car salesman I have met, and I truly did feel like family. That is not a cliche. I felt like I've known him my whole life. It's the level of trust he builds just by being him. Truly genuine. Also, this is the most expedient buying process ever. Usually it drags on for hours and hours, and sometimes even days. I was in and out in 3 hours, and the majority of the time was spent waiting for the car to be detailed. I was very impressed, and will lease my next car through Rowe and Jason. And the next one. I dealt with Jason in sales throughout the car buying process. From the moment my daughter and I walked in the door, he and the staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgable and accommodating. Most of all, he was pleasantly un-pushy and really let us take our time to find the right car at the right price. Ray in financing was great too. I was looking for a new car online and had clicked on a few models to see what the price quote would be. Next thing I knew I was getting calls and emails from several dealerships. Eventually I connected with Jason Burns, and that was all it took. He immediately made me feel like he cared about more than just selling a car. I felt that he really wanted me to feel comfortable with our negotiations, that I was happy with the vehicle we were discussing, and that I could ask him anything. We exchanged many emails over the course of the week, and he was always prompt and courteous. He also patiently tolerated my quirky sense of humor. After we met, it was smooth sailing... he was just as friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and patient in person. My 20-year old son really liked him, too, and promptly tracked him down on social media. I just bought my third vehicle from Rowe so that should speak for itself. Going across the spectrum from no credit to great credit, they work hard to get you the best possible deal. I have always worked with Jim Mathews and will again if I buy another car in the future. He actually listens to what I want/need for my situation and works as hard as he can to get it, without any pushiness or pressure. I was able to check off all the boxes except trade in value (which I will admit may have had something to do with my run in with the curb and mailbox), but the price on the car seemed so good that even with that factored in I think I got an awesome deal. This was my second time working with Ray Lerette from finance and he is fantastic. Coming from a person who is always nervous about financing, its nice to have someone who is reassuring and friendly to work with and goes the extra mile to get you the best rate possible. Go here and work with these guys....you won't be sorry.

Friendly Service When I arrived at the dealership, I was promptly greeted by Will Valle. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately led me to a vehicle fitting my description to test drive. I then drove a car of a different color before settling on a gray metallic 2014 Hyundai Elantra. We then went inside to discuss financing. Everyone was very friendly and Will made the transaction painless. I would certainly recommend Will and this dealership to everyone I know looking for a car.

I decided to purchase a car through the NEA teacher auto buying program and found a great price on a new Fiesta. I printed out the coupons and called ahead. There was absolutely no hassle. They honored the low price, didn't try to encourage me to buy a fancier, more expensive model but did explain the features available in the base model I was interested in. The sales representatives were friendly and organized information with my insurance company during the day so I could be ready to drive it home when it arrived. My sales representative obviously enjoyed her job and spent time getting to know me as a person, not just a new car buyer. Plus they all love dogs and that's got to tell you something right there.

My husband and I were looking for something that was used and within our budget, but were concerned about the whole buying process. William was exceptional! I was looking for a late-model car to replace my 03 Pontiac Grand Am, which had been struck and destroyed while parked ifo my house. Rowe was the 2nd dealership I had visited, and it was becoming clear I couldn't buy a car I wanted at a monthly payment I could afford. Cyndy Dambrie was the salesperson - well, maybe sales advisor is a better description ;) She was knowledgeable and low-key throughout. When I told her my goal for a monthly payment, she told me about a lease offer from Hyundai on a 2014 Sonata. The price was right and I really liked the Sonata when I test drove it. Cyndy went along and we chit-chatted a bit; as we drove I said "Cyndy, you're not doing anything..." and she smiled. I leased a nice new car at an affordable price, and the whole experience was pleasant.

I just wanted to let you know that this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. We scheduled a test drive on a Ford Mustang. When we arrived and the salesman went to get the key, he came back saying the car had been sold. We were disappointed that no one let us know before we arrived. He then let us know that he did have another better Mustang in the same price range. I thought it was going to be one of those,"try to get me to buy a higher priced vehicle" deals. I was very wrong. The Mustang he told us about had just arrived. He showed it to us and we were interested. We were not able to take it on the road for a test drive because it hadn't gone through the shop at all but he let us drive it around the parking lot. I was pleased that we could drive it without needing a sales person in the car with us. We went inside and talked about the car and started some paperwork. Before we finished, Dave let us know that we could now take it on the road for a test drive. They had put it through a quick safety check to make sure it was safe to take for a test drive right then while we were there. I was impressed. There was no pressure to buy..just patience and respect. There were several financing applications ahead of us so he said we could go home and come back Saturday to look at the financing and take the car home if we still wanted it. Our salesman would be off on Friday but they would hold the car for us to come on Saturday. Again, great customer service. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. We got the financing that we wanted. We were able to drive away with our car Saturday morning. We ordered the protective coating and it applied as we completed paperwork. Because the car that we had planned to test drive was not in, we asked if Rowe Ford would be willing to put a remote starter in for us as a good gesture. There was not hesitation from the dealership and we have a mobile install for our new remote starter. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I look forward to continuing to do business with your dealership.

A friend knew I was truck shopping and suggested I talk to Brian at Rowe Ford in Westbrook. The vehicle I had originally been interested in sold before I could look at it. I was looking for a new vehicle from last years stock that was in a specific price range and Rowe found one located a couple hours away. After helping me get credit approval, working with me on my trade-in and finding several rebates my new truck was on its way down. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I feel I got a very fair price with some accessories tossed in at a reduced cost. Rowe takes care of customers after the sale with free car washes for life and what seems to be a good service department. I would recommend anyone in the Southern Maine area look at Rowe before buying a new or used vehicle.

My wife and I were referred to Rowe Ford by my brother in law, Richard O'brien after a less than pleasant experience at a competing Ford dealership in Saco, Maine. The Saco dealer let us sit in their showroom (after telling us they were"just finishing up with a customer") for an hour and a half without even touching base with us. We left. Dick suggested we call Rowe, which I did, and they told me to come right in and see Danielle, and she would take care of us. We weren't even all the way in the door yet and Danielle greeted us, with Andrea right by her side. Andrea actually made what started out as a bad day fun for us. She was very well educated about the F 150 SXT and more than willing to answer all of our questions. I hope Rowe Ford and Andrea will be together for a while because we would definitely like to do business when the next new vehicle is needed.

I had a great experience from start to finish and my sales rep Jaime Puleo had a vast knowledge of the vehicle which was very impressive right down to the smallest of details. We made him work through a lot of inventory because we had a specific price and specific options we needed. He found us our dream truck in Vermont and turned the deal around in less than 3 days time start to finish. Additionally, throughout the process, he was diligent in making sure we had a thorough understanding of all the options on the vehicle, esp all of the newer technology options. He also gave us tips/shortcuts on using the technology features. I guess to sum it up, Jaime Puleo defines customer service and in today's world that is very tough to find. Rowe Ford should def. keep this young gem around for sure!

Went to the dealership for a used car I had researched online. I did my homework and was prepared to haggle for the best possible price. But past experiences at dealerships made me negative to the whole process, and I secretly dreaded having to go through it again. But in all honesty, I was so pleasantly surprised with my purchasing experience with the sales team at Rowe. From the first encounter with sales agent, Mark Leonard, he dispelled any anxiety we came in with. He addressed our concerns and questions about the vehicle, and he got the best price agreed by all. The rest of the team, Mike and Ray made our experience a favorable one and we plan to come back and to send others too. I had a 2.5 hour drive to get to this dealership, and I must say it was worth every minute. I drove up with a particular car in mind and they happened to have it and Cyndy was Superb! The experience went super smooth, I had a trade and it took some serious bartering to get my exact value to where I was happy, but between the finance department and the Sales staff I felt like I was always in great hands. The car had a carfax and all the info was super easy to find, and every part was explained quiet well. The end result was just what I wanted and it was handled in a FRIENDLY and comfortable atmosphere. it hard to replace the feeling you get working with a person who is understanding and real. This was a great experience. When I arrived at Rowe Westbrook I was casually great by Cyndy Dambrie. I was very pleased that I was not over run by 4 or 5 sales people. I have had that happen at other dealerships. Fundy worked very hard to help me get into the beautiful toyota. I also had the pleasure of working with Chris Blanchard. He also worked very hard to get me approved for the toyota. I was approved. Once approved the car was taking to the service department. They cleaned the car and put a new sticker on it. The price of the car I wanted had been dropped down in price by 2,000.00. The price was perfect! I will he recommending Rowe to all my friends. They are all very kind and made you feel w elcome!! I needed a newer car because the 2004 I had was starting to be too expensive to repair. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to afford a brand new one. Was shopping the web for a used car and emailed Rowe re a Hyundai on their lot. William contacted me and over about a weeks time, he had suggested several cars that might meet my criteria. I finally settled on a Santa Fe and made an offer that was accepted. My wife and I visited the dealership and met William for the first time. He was very cordial and we felt comfortable throughout the purchase. Definitely a different experience from some I have had in the past. No high pressure situations. We purchase cars often and many times it depends upon the sales person whether we purchase here or go elsewhere. If I am really impressed with a vehicle and the sales person is not likeable I will go elsewhere for vehicle. We purchased a 2013 Arora because our salesperson (Cindy) was a very positive, energetic and pleasant person to make the process go smoothly. I really hate the process of purchasing a vehicle however Cindy moved the process along and remained positive and pleasant.

I helped my friend purchase a car from Rowe Ford/Hyundai. It was a Certified pre-owned 2007 Hyundai Sonata and originally they were asking well above NADA Retail value. We ended up doing OK on the price (Financed, OTD the NADA retail value of the car) but we really had to battle with them to get them down on the price. Also they were fairly condescending when trying to justify the high price initially, which was irritating in addition to saying things like "You're crazy for not buying GAP insurance", [even though we financed below what the car was worth]. One thing that stood out to me was that when we were on the phone trying to line up Insurance for the car, we were sitting next to this display of car stereos with speakers (because that was the only real table to sit at with room for papers, etc.) I had turned down the volume as we were on the phone, however in the middle of the call with the Insurance company, this lady came over and basically said that she Had to turn the volume way up because the "manager" wanted it loud. I didn't feel that blaring loud music next to a customer who's in the middle of purchasing a car AND speaking with an insurance company on the phone is an appropriate way of conducting business. Overall, the car we purchased is everything we thought it was and everything the dealership said it was, which to me is the most important part. I'm not sure if the price negotiations are what led to a reduction in friendliness from dealership staff but either way, the car itself is great.
