Was in need of a car after having some unexpected, unrepairable damage to my own. I came to Royal International Auto Specialist after a friend referred me here for the great deals and service from Ryan K. in sales. Ryan was empathetic of my situation and also took the time to educate me on the different vehicles I was interested in. The whole process was incredibly, and surprisingly, quick! It was a pleasant surprise to go in at 1:30 and be wrapped up by 3, with the keys of a beautiful Subaru Outback in hand! Sam in the sales office was also kind enough to take me back to enterprise to drop off my rental so I may ride home in my own new car! Such a great team!! They don't help people get loans for cars with bad credit because they "only deal with one bank who is too good to give loans to people with poor credit". I've never heard of a dealership only dealing with one bank and one that only handles good credit. Not sure if they know this but um, COVID kind of messed up a lot fo peoples credit scores. I used to have a score in the 700's with no missed payments or anything. But when COVID hit, I couldn't pay all my bills and had to prioritize my rent and car payments and stop paying other stuff so I could afford FOOD, so my score dropped very very low. I'm glad I didn't buy the car from them anyway, from the other reviews it states cars are "as is" and you can't take a car to a mechanic before buying, that is very suspicious. This just reminds me how greedy and selfish people are.

Needed an suv for my daughter’s first car. We went to look at countless cars at different dealers and could only find cars with damage or mechanical issues in our price range ( under $12,000). She found a used Honda Pilot at Royal International Auto and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was but they had also done the timing belt and water pump because they knew that it needed to be done. All of the other dealers told us that they don’t do that service because it’s a maintenance item. But that’s a $1300 expense! She’s had the car now for two months and it’s running great. I highly recommend Royal International. The cars are great for the price and the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Bought a car from here in October and put less than 1k miles on it before it died. Took it to a mechanic and the repairs would cost more than the car is worth.

Wife & I visited 20 months, looked at several options, the seller was really straight forward, did not pressure us to buy, seemed to know most of the vehicle's history that we ended up buying. Again, 20 months after our purchase we are nearly 100% pleased with the car we bought (2009 Toyota Rav4 Sport V6), I said "near", since the battery died just 2 days after we bought it, yes, it was the OEM battery, but still, too coincidental? We live in the mountains, we kinda made a flip of a coin not bringing/taking car to a mechanic to inspect. We totally trusted the dealer at Royal Int... We were treated fairly, honestly, never felt pressured to buy, we are happy with our car, it has been without any issues at all.. Thank you Royal Int Auto Specialists !!!!
