It was wonderful experience. In less thn 30 min they had me approved over the phone. I live a hour and a half away and they waited on me to get there. They also detail the car and full it up with gas. All the employees were super nice. I would highly recommend Rock Royal Oak Chevrolet for your next car or truck purchase

Very positive experience 100%. This is not the same Royal Oaks of the past.... with that being said we were hesitant.. I must say that from the first contact with them to the close of the sale was the easiest less stressful car deal we have made. Jeff Carty was our sales person, he was friendly and easy to talk with and went to work for us on our purchase. Chad looked over our trade, he was friendly and respectful. Randy the guy most dread were you sign the papers and normally they push warranty and carpet protection and paint protection was easy to talk with and in no way pushy. Everyone we had contact with was nice. I feel we made a good deal and came away from it with a feeling that they really wanted our business and was truly trying to make us happy. Great customer service the way it should be. Hopefully they keep it up and continue with our future deals and service with them.

Very happy with Lauran at Royal Oaks Chevy. I purchased a Corvette and she was able to answer any questions. I also had to load it on a car hauler trailer to bring it back home as i had a 2 hour drive and she was more than willing to get on the wet ground & help me strap the car down. Id recommend her to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

If I could give zero stars I would! Worst experience ever working with a dealership! Me and my boyfriend bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited sport 6 days ago 09/10/2020. The morning of 09/13/2020 I headed out on my way to work and it started to stutter and shake really bad and the check engine like came on. After several phone calls they agreed to fix it at no cost to us. Took in yesterday 09/14/2020 and after two hours of them having it they claimed everything was good. Got it home and everything appeared fine but after about three hours it started doing it again, stuttering really bad, knocking when you start it, now the check engine light is on again and the traction control light keeps coming on. It stalls out at stop signs, knocks while idling and stutters. Contacted them again and they refuse to fix the issue. I have had this vehicle less than a week and now it's basically just a yard ornament that I am paying a fortune for. I have contacted an attorney and will go that route from here on out. Please reconsider buying a vehicle from these scam artist. All they care about is making their money. They could care less whether they are selling quality vehicles.
