i bought a car from rpt sales 2 years ago they were so professional but when I decided to refinance my car and try to cancel my gap insurance they were bunch of amateurs or they didnt wanna give money back i had to do everything myself canceling policy submitting forms and insurance company told me a month ago they sent the document to rpt sales so they should be writing my check i m trying to speak to manager or accounting department soneone in charge no one gives me honest answers and keep ignoring me if u are planning to buy a car from them u will be amazed how professional and quick they are to sell it and when it comes to pay you even a small amount of money you wont be ae to get ur money and you are gonna be upset.i have a 8 months old baby probably i willbe looking for a suv or 4 door car instead of two door they are just loosing a bigger business because of small amount of money i hope they will change their attitude

I had a very unpleasant experience at RPT. My first experience was better because of a man named Andrew he was very helpful, kind, and very humble. He was a pleasant and very easy going individual, and I was really looking forward to doing business with him! However, my second time coming I was taken care of by a guy named Cole! He was very rude and obnoxious!!!! He only cared about getting me in a car that I was only prepared to look at. Let alone make a huge purchase as such! He made smart remarks when asked about the car that I was attempting to look at. As soon as we got in the car for a test drive he was VERY short and nonchalant. Although it was not the particular car I wanted, but I was still very interested in the features and more concerning the car. He COMPLETELY turned me off from even considering buying the car. He was just all around rude the entire time we were on our test drive. I would not recommend him as a sales representative. Just because of this terrible experience, I behoove anyone who is thinking or considering taking their business to RPT to think twice. There are a plethora of other businesses (Mercedes) who in my opinion would be more helpful to you!

I recently purchased an "as is" 2011 Chrysler from RPT Auto, and a few weeks later the vehicle stopping operating. I called and spoke with David, who assured me that they will rectify this issue for me. I then was connected with Joao for troubleshooting. Unable to resolve via the phone Joao sent an employee to my location who replaced the battery, which appeared to resolve the issue. The very next day the vehicle was operable but the battery light was on, I immediately drive to RPT and spoke to David, who again assured me that they would repair the vehicle. The vehicle's alternator was replaced. David and his staff exhibited excellent customer service with no hassles, I was not treated was if I purchased an "as is " vehicle. I will purchase again from RPT and definitely will refer them to any potential car buyer.

Buyer Beware! Veteran/Military Run! I purchased a vehicle from R.P.T. Sales through the USAA car buying service. I traded in my truck for a minivan. It has been over a month and RPT still has not paid off my trade in. Needless to say we are now making two payments one for which I do not even own. Furthermore, the service leading up to the sale was good. However, after signing the paperwork it seemed like the customer service went out the window. If you are active military or a veteran using USAA run! I have already filed a complaint with USAA to have RPT removed from their car buying service.

Through my own fault I got into an issue with the title. I called RPT and spoke to Anna, and I have to say that her efficiency and helpfulness was a solid 10. She knows her business and took the time to quickly solve my problems. Thanks David and Anna.

My recent purchase with RPT Sales & LEasing was very pleasant. They have a very clean and welcoming facility and the sales person was very informative and not over-bearing. All my questions were answered and the sales process was fair. Would recommend.

My mother purchased a used vehicle from RPT. Initially there was issues with the car, also a miscommunication between some parties. But as soon as I was able to get in contact with David everything worked itself out. Car needed repairs they provided a loaner car during the process. Over all experience was ok, but David stepped up in customer service aspect of their business.

Before driving from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando I had spoken to the salesman Ralph and exchanged email photographs of the passenger van that I was interested in. Time conflicts made it hard to be there on the promised day, but when I finally found the time I saw the van that I wanted, negotiated price and was out of the door, all in less than two hours. If you like seafood ask them about the place around the corner, great lunch at good prices.
