Like a few other reviewers, I too traveled over 70 miles,called to say I was stuck in traffic can I have a few extra minutes (although my wife and myself had left work early to beat traffic). I was berated at the dealership because either Moe or Curly "works10 & 12 hour days." Well so do I. I was then instructed to go around the block and come right back. On my return to the dealership, ignoring my wife's advise, I made an offer of $700 less than listed price. I was told in a very rude manner to do some research. Stay far away from these guys, they are unprofessional and extremely rude. I was told they don't have to sell to me because "they sell a lot of cars." Well glad to hear it, I had certified check in my pocket (for $700 less) that gladly accompanied me back home while Moe or Curly went home angry.

Thank you Tom (and Joe) for your customer service and hospitality. This was my sons first "big" truck purchase and he was nervous. I appreciate the help, knowledge and kindness you showed. You took time to answer questions and explain the process. And you met most of our family with a smile. Some salespeople act bothered....We appreciate that you made welcome to come back if any problems at all and feel secure you would address and correct any issues if there were any. Feel like we made some new friends! We would definitely refer RT 106 Motors and go back to purchase another vehicle.

I didn't arrive on foot or leave on foot. I accidentally drove by your place and parked next door. Again asking a few questions before jumping to conclusions would have solved a lot of the problems we had!

Wow! find out about your customers before you give them the cold shoulder! Drove almost 80 miles to check out a mustang and the guy treated me like I was a stupid kid! I'm 40 years old with cash in my pocket! Sorry I give my money to someone that treats people with kindness!

From the very beginning the dealership went over and above to make the sale go smoothly. They had me financed in an hour, registered the next day and I was on my way. Thank you Joe and Tom for the great Jeep and great service. Route 106 is definitely my new car dealer of choice.

I recently purchased a 2006 Dodge Ram and I love it. It was priced lower than all other surrounding dealerships, that is what made me go and check it out. I'm so glad I did. The financing went smoothly and everyone was soo nice. Made my experience a good one.
