My husband and I bought 2 cars from this dealership and both experiences have been phenomenal! Everyone was so extremely nice and made the process very easy for the both of us! We have to give a HUGE shoutout to Joe. Not only was he extremely informative and passionate about helping us out, he took the liberty in personally DELIVERING my car to me due to my SUPER hectic schedule. I've never had that happened to me before. If I could give this place a 10, I sure would!! Thank you R & T Expo for everything! God bless you all! :)

That's an outrageous lie! The reason the conversation went south was when the so called Finance Manager denied having any knowledge about their website. And, that what their website is falsely advertising the "Name your price" on every single car in their inventory. Even though the listing prices are firm. What a Fraud! I only asked for $500 discount and, was going to pay cash. Please stay away from this Car Dealership. I will expose them and their fraudulent tactics. The company is false advertising and, misleading customers by posting on their website "Name your price" When I called and spoke with the Finance Manager he rudely told me that they don't negotiate prices and doesn't know anything about what the website is advertising. And, hung up on me. I've already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Texas.

Bad Dealership Untrustworthy and bad customer care , they just want to take your money. My advice shop elsewhere brought a car from them and had problems on days later.

Not sure about names but everyone I’ve dealt with at RT expo has been great! (Sorry, I don’t have the best recollection) I would definitely recommend them for used luxury cars at a good price point. 👍🏽 As far as explaining things to me as first time buyer I would rate them 5/5. I felt comfortable walking in on my own and confident making an informed decision based on my interactions and the level of transparency offered to me when looking at different car models. Will definitely use them again! Thank you to everyone that dealt with me and sorry that I forgot your names. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Joe was great to work with from the start! I got an answer back from my inquiry on the car right away and was able to start the process of purchasing the vehicle which went so smooth and fast! When we went to the lot everyone was super helpful! Joe let us test drive the vehicle and we troubleshooted a few minor issues we saw and came to a quick resolution on those items. The paperwork process was simple and quick and in a matter of minutes I was on my way in my dream car thanks to Joe and his Team at R&T Expo!!
