We had a wonderful experience at Rush Chevrolet. Our salesman, Jared Norton, was very informative and very personable. He made us feel so comfortable and went above and beyond our expectations. We love our Chevy Silverado. It drives so smoothly and looks so good. It has everything we wanted. I will definitely recommend Rush Chevrolet and our salesman, Jared Norton.

My salesman Edward was the best ive come across in a long time. Very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Made my truck purchase easy. I was stressed when i got there but he put me at ease quickly. I am going to recommend all my friends and family go see him with their next car purchase.

Sales rep. Roland was extremely understanding and helping me in my situation. He reensured me that my family would be leaving in a new car, and we did. We even left in the car right off the show room floor. The part, I appreciated the most, was that everyone in the office applauded for our new purchase, it made me feel like we accomplished something that we were having such a hard time doing. I just left this place in a brand new vehicle. Let me tell you about my sales rep, Roland. He helped me from step one to the very last step which was getting in my vehicle and leaving. He was very sweet and caring when it came to my situation, and helped me when no one else would. He even made my payments even lower than what I expected. He has great customer service and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I do recommend Rush Chevrolet to anyone that is having trouble getting into a vehicle, go in and ask for Roland him and their finance team will take care of you. THANKS AGAIN ROLAND, you are a life saver!!!!!!

I like being able to drive in without an appointment and be taken care of in a timely manner. The service people are friendly and exhibit an attitude of wanting to help the customer.

We went in thinking that all they would be able to get us into would be a high mileage used car. Never did we imagine they could get us into brand new vehicle. The process was quick and easy. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and we will definitely be going here for all future vehicle purchases.

I made an appointment for regular service including an oil change and deal with a faulty computer sensor on tire pressure.The service manage while checking my vehicle noted that the on board computer show the oil life was only down to 50% and a change was not necessary, in the interest of time I elected to have the oil changed on this trip but will not to check my on board computer prior to future oil changes. All other issues resolved. Prompt courteous Service.

They fix airbag light on my car and make sirens got to work and pick me up while car was still at their shop. Also talk me about when I need to oil change.

I must say that I receive the best possible service. Kyle is great! He really cares and makes sure that my car is safe and ready to go! Although I am not ready to buy a new car, I will make Rush Chevrolet my first stop for shopping!

Quick and easy check-in. Friendly service adviser. Prompt cost advisory. Work done in a prompt fashion. This is a convenient location so we don't have to go into Austin.

I was scheduled for oil change and was running late. I called (speaker on)to make sure I would still be seen or would I have to reschedule? I had to hang up and took the chance to still go. I was close to 30 minutes late . I thought for sure I would not be seen or worse get "attitude" but there was no hesitation to help me AND with a smile. I greatly appreciated the understanding and courteous help. I would definitely recommend family and friends to this dealership. Its a drive but worth the service. Thank you Elgin EVERYONE was very nice. One happy customer.

It was recommended that I get 4 new tires, and a quote was presented. I was able to find a better price elsewhere, but Rush agreed to match it. After the installation, I was puzzled by the statement. Before I could go back to question them, I got a call stating that a billing error had been discovered, and a check for the difference would be mailed to me that day. That proactive act was truly appreciated.

I had an appointment with Alex, and he was extremely helpful in showing me the various models of cars, allowing me to test drive them, and went over all of the details carefully. The service dept. Mr. Gibson is the kindest most soft spoken man. His tone is so reassuring and makes you feel extremely COMFORTABLE leaving your vehicle in his hands. Excellent customer service! I didnt work directly with tje shop guys but im sure they have to be touched by him and are also great employees. The work doe was great and thorough.

Great job but I think the prices went up. $42 for an oil change?It's half that price at many places and they're faster.
