My wife and I went there knowing what we wanted for payments. Our salesman Cliff R was not pushy and let us make our decision without being pushy, very helpful and we got payments lower then what thought, great interest rate and a great car to be delivered. We want to thank all of the guys with this purchase. Very friendly, going above and beyond what we expected. We will be back again.. we can't wait to get into our 2022 wolf grey K5 GT-LINE.... again thank all of you.

Took the car in to get some basic services and light repairs. Staff was kinda and informative without being too pushy. Service was fairly prompt and quick given how busy and backed up they were. Joe was great. Just the kind of service I look for in a repair shop.

Very pleased with my experience with Russ Darrow Kia. The car buying process was fairly quick and definitely more simplified than some of the other dealers in the area. Eric was a huge help. Even though I stopped in unannounced, he was more than ready to help me. He took the time to explain everything to me to keep me in the loop through the whole buying process. Eric made sure to thoroughly explain all of the features of the car inside and out. Eric was kind enough to take time to detail my car himself before I took it home, as the normal detailing employee had left for the day, and he wanted to make sure the vehicle was in top shape. I’m extremely pleased with the prices, I think I got a REALLY good deal! Whenever possible, I will refer any friends/family in the future to stop at Russ Darrow Kia for all of their car buying wants/needs. Thank y’all for all the help!

3/17/18 Cliff Roberts did s very good job describing the features of the Soul and what options I had. I hope I get to work with him again. 9/7/21 Today I took my car in for service what I thought was a passenger rear suspension issue. I worked with the service man call it Eric. He was way above my expectations. I could tell he thoroughly inspected the car and when they didn't hear the same noise I did they gladly went for a ride with me so I can point out where I heard the noise from. He rode in the back seat and thoroughly checked out and found that it was a hinge on the rear back seat. Now this is what I call a service. He went above and beyond to make certain that I was satisfied and my issues were resolved. They were. This man is worth his weight in gold. Thank you so much Eric!
