My husband and I had a great experience!! We were upside down on the vehicle we wanted to trade in. I called and talked to Clay, we took our trade in over there, and they got us into the vehicle we wanted within a couple hours. They have an outstanding team! Great overall experience. We've been shopping around a lot, their cars have been fairly priced. Randall Miller helped us choose a new car, and we couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend him if you're on the lookout for a new vehicle.

My salesman Clay and his manager Rob were both incredible. Not only were they great guys but they took care of me and my wife and made the whole vehicle buying process so easy. I had been burned by other dealerships in the past so I was fully expecting them to try to sell me extra packages and things I didn’t need. That’s the furthest from what happened. They listen and sell you exactly what you want. They truly care and want to earn customers for life! They gave me great value for my trade as well. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. If you’re shopping for a vehicle do yourself a favor and don’t look anywhere else but Rusty Wallace Chevrolet.

You could not ask for a better experience, from the many emails to the final deal. Everyone that we dealt with went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and with no pressure. I recently purchased a 2015 Silverado LTZ from Rusty Wallace Chevrolet in Clinton, TN. I have never had the kind of positive experience with other car dealership as I did at Rusty Wallace Chevrolet. Everyone at the dealership was so genuinely friendly and treated me like family. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman in Marc Huffaker. Marc was very accommodating and made everything so simple and there was not an ounce of stress in any part of my experience. Marc went out of his way to answer all the questions I had in a very knowledgeable and professional manor. Words cannot express how truly satisfied I am with Rusty Wallace Chevrolet. I will proudly recommend Rusty Wallace Chevrolet to all my friends and family.

I was sure that I could only afford a very old very high mileage truck with the payment I needed to stay at. However, I called to check on a specific truck but it was already sold and I told them my payment requirements and what I was trading in. By the time I got there, about 45 min, they had already crunched some numbers to get a ballpark and had several newer nicer trucks lined up that met my needs. My salesman was Marc Huffaker, he was very friendly and related to me with no pressure. Everyone that helped me was the same way. They even cleaned the truck out before I left, though it was already clean but they took the extra time while I was doing paperwork to freshen it up, it was a nice touch.
