Dealership just cares about money. Nobody knows what is going on. I sold my vehicle here on a Saturday and was promised a check the following Monday. Didn't hear anything Monday so I called Tuesday and said I would get the check in 7-10 days, they would call me as soon as they get the check. 14 days roll around and haven't heard anything so I called and was told it would take 8-10 weeks to get my check and they promised they would call when they got it. They never called so I stopped in and nobody knew anything. Waited 45 minutes to get anywhere with these people. It's unreal how they treat customers. I wish I would have never dealt with them. Brett, you are an idiot.👇

My wife and I decided to visit the Ryan dealership in Williston - after they (Brittany) reached out to us following their viewing of our ad on bisman - and subsequently offered us $42,400. Not only that - on the same day - we sold them a beautiful yellow 2017 Camaro (in perfect condition), with 23,000 miles, for a price that wasn't at all insulting. We were so happy with Ryan's (Brittany) offers, respect and friendliness, we decided at the last moment to buy a Jeep from them. I only tell you this because whoever that manager was who decided to insult my wife and I's intelligence - and attempted to take advantage of a prospective returning customer - effectively drove a customer away. Please, let that manager know... especially if he's a manager that insists his underlings follow the same practices.

Very expensive. Did not rotate wheels on my front wheel drive vehicle properly. Cost $70.00 I have never payed this much anywhere.

Told they have a new express lube center with no appointment required---Thought it would be hard to do in Williston ND, but they did it---Quick service --did an inspection--(very dirty air filter) and I was back on my way in 35 min (and yes I timed them) Great service and Williston needs it

I did not purchase from them but was contacted several times during my decision process. Extremely friendly and open. very easy to talk to no high pressure. I feel they would have been great to work with
