My husband and I were recommended to S&J by our daughter who had a very positive experience. We had always purchased our vehicles with the larger dealerships in the area. We were pleasantly surprised with the low sales pressure. We picked out 3 vehicles to test drive. We were pleasantly surprised to return and have the others waiting (running with the air conditioning turned on) for our test drive. The employees were all very helpful. We purchased a vehicle from them and I would definitely recommend S&J to anyone who is looking for a used vehicle.

It was an ok experience. Baci ally I was told with my credit if I walk into the store with $3,000 I could get a loan. Well I don't have that so I never went in.

My husband and I just purchased a truck from S & J, we could not be more pleased with the outstanding service we received. From start to finish Vic was just an all around pleasure to work with. We were not hounded, he gave us a great price, he was quick to deliver the truck, very informative with respect to warrantys etc... This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had.

Everyone at this dealership was really great to work with! We were looking for a safe used car for our son and called a reputable local Volvo dealer who referred us to SJ Motors. Found a super nice 2004 Volvo S60, steering was a little tough when we test drove it but they stood by the car 100% - the car ended up needing quite a bit of work, and was a tough diagnosis (power steering rack). They even supplied us with a loaner while the work was completed! Thank you again Stan, Sharon, Vinnie and Craig for putting up with all my phone inquiries and concerns and making me always feel like a valued customer! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a solid value and great customer service.

If you are looking for a quality used vehicle for a fair price and desire a low- stress, enjoyable shopping experience, check out S & J Motors. They always have a wide variety to choose from. You can browse at your own pace, and not feel pressured, but the staff is available to answer any questions you have. I especially appreciated Stan's patience as I test drove a large number of cars, trying to decide what kind of vehicle I wanted this time around. He allowed me to take my time, think, and find the car that makes me most happy. I want to reiterate that last point: the team here wants you to be happy. I found that the electric tilt/telescopic steering wheel wasn't working, and they fixed it before purchase without haggling. The service department here is fantastic. The service desk is friendly and professional. They can sometimes get busy, but they schedule well, so they run on time. Rene heads the crew, and always took the time to explain the issues and possible options with me. That understand cars can get expensive, and try to let you know what's going to need looking at in the future so you can plan and have few nasty surprises. I recommend S & J Motors highly. All three cars we purchased there have been reliable, nicely appointed but fairly priced vehicles. I am happy to support a small local business that is so deserving.

My fiance and I have very bad credit and low income Venni was willing to work with us to get a 2006 Hyundai Tucson the Had a few problems when we test drove it they fixed it and worked with us. Venni is nice and Very helpfully in the posses it was our first time making a big price we intend to pay off car and get another one from then when the time comes. I have told every one I know about S&J .. Our car got keyed a few days ago so I'm so mad. I know some one where we live is jealous of us getting a car. Venni and the staff even told us the color of the car LOL Alpine Frost Hyundai. I would watch out for pot holes in NH right know there our tires are out of alignment

Recently bought a nice Honda Civic for a good, fair price. A couple weeks later the blower fan stopped working so we call to see if they could help us. They made time to look at the car at our convenience and after some surprisingly good diagnostics, replaced the HVAC control switch module. During the process they treated my wife great and had her on her way with no charge and a smile. As a car guy, I appreciate that what they did was far from the easiest job in the world. As most dealers do, they gave us what the charge would have been and I found it to be quite reasonable. They will be our first stop for our next car purchase.

After having a horible experence at a well known Ford dealership in Nashua I'm glad we found S&J next. We checked out the website first so we knew what we wanted when we went in, even if we didn't I'm sure they would have helped us find the right vehicle! Our sales rep was Vic and from beginning to end of our lengthly process he (and every one there) was great. He was very friendly and never pushed us to buy any thing! Our process was only lengthy because we had to wait for the check to come in from escrow. But they were all very patient and understanding. They inspected it and put 20 day plates on so we didn't have to take it any where else. I have already recommended them to every one looking for a vehicle, and if we ever need another one we know where to go.

I purchased a beautiful Mercedes-Benz 2003 from S&J automotive. The customer service was spectacular! I felt very welcome and comfortable, and didn't feel like I was being rushed or pushed to make a purchase. They handled everything quickly and smoothly, and gave me as much information on the car as they could before I made my decision. The car runs beautifully. They had installed a new radio before purchase. Everyone that I spoke to and worked with was very kind and welcoming. They were like a family, and I felt comfortable working through things, and confident that that would help me the best that they could. There facilities were comfortable and we especially loved the greenery! I would 100% recommend S&J auto to anyone I knew who was looking for a good car from a dependable dealer.

Found the truck that was perfect for me at S&J Motor Co.. Vic was very polite,and knowledgeable of their inventory. He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and he listened. He gave me straight facts about the truck and answered all my questions, No pushy tactics. We were very pleased with our shopping experience at S & J Motors. Vic was patient, informative and gave us plenty of time to look around, test drive and never rushed us to make a decision. Vinny was great to close the deal with. He got us an amazing rate, especially since we had been to a local major auto dealer and the rate they quoted was outrageous. I would definitely go back to S & J again and would recommend them to family and friends shopping for a used vehicle. There's nothing like a dealership with no high pressure tactics, and folks that are easy to talk to and work with.

S & J Motors made my dreams come true with the purchase of my dream car. This is the third vehicle we have bought from them. I have always been impressed with the kindness and consideration they show to their customers. I have complete faith in their salespeople, which is unusual in a used car dealership. The car I bought this time was meticulously cared for and cleaned up beautifully for me. All of my concerns were addressed. The finance manager went through all kinds of hoops to get us the best deal possible and I am so grateful to him. Also the bathroom facilities were nice and clean. In our round of car shopping the past couple weeks, this has turned out to be the ONLY dealership in which we didn't feel as if we were being 'stalked' by sales people within minutes of starting to look around. We actually got to look around at leisure for a while and when it seemed we were truly interested in more than looking around, THEN our salesman came out, casually introduced himself giving us his card, and with no pressure told us if we had any questions or found something we wanted to test that we could feel free find him inside. Now THAT's how I like to shop. Without being followed or surveyed with a zillion questions all making me feel edgy and uncomfortable. We could look around at ease, inspect the vehicles we were looking at and take our time without feeling pressured. Thank you Vic and S & J for making a task i dread a whole world more pleasant.

I've been looking for a nice Jeep for awhile and found the one that I had wanted here and decided to check it out. I had heard some good things already about this dealership and the experience was fantastic. Didn't feel pressured at all like you sometimes do at a used car dealer. We were able to take it for a test drive and there were a couple things they needed to fix before the purchase, and we were able to do so with no commitment besides a small refundable down payment to reserve it. They were courteous and friendly and worked well with you. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car.

Purchasing was a good experience. Getting work done was a horrific experienc. Owner sends out nice people to tell you.."they have spent enough money and will not do anymore" regardless if all work is done or not. I took the csr to my mechanic of over 20 years and they refused to believe him. I left crying.I absolutely can not recommended them on any level. Too many trips to try to get work done, more work needs to be done, they do not clean car after repairs, black grease or glue left on suede front sear, so much more....Diane from Manchester purchase a 2008 Chev Malibu. Safety items needing repair mean nothing to them...unless it is an item that will not pass inspection..like steering issues

I purchased a 02 Pick up truck from these guys, from my first telephone call to Stan through the end of the buying process with Vinnie, everything went pretty smooth. They promised the truck would pass MA inspection, I had a problem right after I picked it up. Called the office and was told to bring it right back. They fixed the problem right away and I had no problems with inspection. I will have no problem getting my next used car from these guys! They earned a customer in me!

Great Customer Service and a patient and knowledgeable staff made this auto buying experience quick, easy and painless. My experience was easy and went off without a hitch. The car I was interested in was listed on Cars.com as 1000.00 less than it was supposed to be. The salesman stood by his listing persons mistake and told me right off that he would honor that price. After driving from Massachusetts, the car was taken for a test drive and a few issues were noted. All of the issues were corrected to my satisfaction and more. These guys did what every SUCCESSFUL buisness owner should do UNDER PROMISE AND OVER DELIVER. S&J Motors did just that for me. Thanks Vic and Vinny for the great serice and attention during my purchase. My wife LOVES the car!

3 of the 4 trucks I wanted to test drive had dead batteries and all needed to be detailed inside. Nothing too major, just noticeable dog hair and dog smell. They had a decent selection but the prices listed were for trucks in "like new" condition which these were not. It seems like these 4 got lost in the shuffle and needed some some TLC: regular start-ups, a good vacuuming, a little carbon in the locks. The staff was all very nice and apologetic about the dead batteries. I also didn't feel pressured to look at vehicles I wasn't interested in.
