My husband and I visited this dealership hoping to purchase a car that day. We were delighted to leave with the car we wanted and with a very pleasant experience. Bob Cerza, our sales rep was extremely helpful, friendly and trustworthy. He patiently dealt with all our queries, he found the best car for us, and was very nice to deal with. The environment of the dealership was also very relaxing and helpful. It was very important to us to trust our dealer and to feel like all our concerns were dealt with. Bob covered all these bases. My husband and I would definitely recommend Bob Cerza to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Went online in the morning to inquire about returning my leased Explorer and getting another one. I was given three dealers in the area to contact. Salerno Duane was the only one to call the next hour and their internet salesperson set me up to meet a rep at 2 pm that afternoon. I walked in and was greeted by Bob Cerza. All I can say is that Bob was BY FAR the best Ford salesperson I have ever met. I couldn't get over the fact that my buying experience was comfortable, friendly, and most important of all I wasn't pressured in any way. I have leased five explorer's over the years and my only regret is that I wish I would have met Bob years ago. I also met the dealership manager and the credit manager. Both of these gentleman were top notch professionals. Bottom line is that I felt I got a very reasonable deal on the vehicle WITHOUT the usual nonsense associated with buying or leasing a new vehicle. I certainly will tell everyone looking for a vehicle to visit Salerno-Duane !

Very positive experience, we have bought/leased many cars from this dealership. The service was very good. My only issue was they did not have a vehicle to look at on site before purchasing. But Bob was helpful in finding other dealerships that may have one I could look at.

Let me say I hated Ford Explorers once upon a time but man o man has that changed in a big way. Thanks to a fortunate meeting one late night with Robert Cerza, "Miracle Bob" as he's now known as, helped me and my family transition into a certified preowned 2014 Ford Explorer. Ford has come along way and I feel that Salerno Duane is a dealer with integrity that does well by the Ford Brand. Stop by and ask for Miracle Bob and see if Lucy the dealership's mascot is on site.

Bob Cerza really helped me out when leasing my Ford Flex. He went above and beyond, even picking me up where I dropped off my old leased car. The process was efficient and they were very fair on price. Bob also helped me learn about all the bells and whistles in the Flex and answered my questions with patience. Reviewed used car with sales consultant and later attempted to verify features on the vehicle with and here is my communication: 1. The 5 digit factory code needed to program the SecuriCode Keyless Entry Keypad was never provided with your attempt to resolve it by saying: "There is usually a plastic card the size of a credit card that has the 5-digit SecuriCode Keyless Entry Code. That card is normally in your Owner's Manual Kit. If it is not there we can get the code for you, but we need to physically have the car for about 15 minutes to access the code. Once that code is determined you can then change the code to any 5 - digit number" The card was not in the vehicle and I should drive 100 miles to have you provide it.2. After you personally demonstrated the Hands-Free Liftgate Operation on the vehicle I bought and my inability to later duplicate it you then tell me: "The Escape Titanium does have the Hands Free Lift Gate. You need to have the Key Fob within a few feet of the vehicle. Then simply use a slight kicking / sweeping motion with your foot under the rear bumper and the Lift Gate will open"And after repeated attempts and contact you then then tell me:"I checked your specific vehicle through our Service Manager for the options in question: 1) Does not have the Hands Free Lift gate. This was a "late availability" option for the 2014 model year meaning that it was not available when your vehicle was manufactured". Your demo of the feature was a good trick that I too can duplicate with the key in my hand.3. After meeting you and describing the reason for my desire to purchase a vehicle to assist me at 77 years old with rear view camera, front and rear sensors and Blind Spot Information System I find out from you after purchasing the vehicle and attempting to engage the features you tell me: "I checked your specific vehicle through our Service Manager for the options in question: 2) Does not have the electronic Blind Spot Information System (BLIS). The vehicle does have the embedded blind spot mirror in each side-view mirror.The worse is Salerno Duane's offer to BuyBack the vehicle and that too is now a nightmare:Not withstanding my attempt to accommodate the return and agreed Buyback of the vehicle I am told this morning, after driving over 100 miles and leaving the vehicle in the possession of Salerno Duane, that the refund amount of $22,270.41 can not be paid until I receive the title and sign it over to Salerno Duane. That the described offer of Buyback and my two notifications of the date of the return of the vehicle never once prompting the Sale Consultant to notify me of that fact is totally unacceptable, especially considering that the vehicle was accepted by Salerno Duane and remains in their possession In addition I was also told that any attempt for Salerno Duane to intercede with DMV was not possible due to the Columbus Day holiday. Again, not withstanding my acceptance of the Buyback offer in writing given October 6th, no attempt was made by Salerno Duane to contact DMV at that time permitting them to proceed with their offer and refund my purchase today 4 days after accepting the offer. Again, unacceptable and further proof of the total disregard of any consideration of the buyer.Needless to say the unprofessional behavior and failure to abide by their commitment to complete the buyback of the vehicle today was already evident in the entire purchase experience as I noted in the numerous issues raised by me since the purchase which remained unresolved with false and incorrect statements made by the Sales Consultant, which I am attachingI cannot accept that I legally have no vehicle, no proof of ownership and no refund of my purchase price. I had a great experience with Bob Montgomery( Sales ) and Garland Suitt (finance) throughout my process of buying or leasing a car from Salerno Duane. There was never any pressure during the entire time while I was thinking about leasing a car. Hats off to Salerno Duane on the training of your entire staff. Even though it was closing time, Bob Montgomery patiently showed us the available models and answered our questions. We purchased my son's first car that very same night. My husband and I were shopping around and this was the 4th place we had been too. High praises to Bob Montgomery, who is a true professional. We had no intention of purchasing a vehicle at 6pm on a Wednesday night, but the more time we spent talking to Bob the more inclined we became. Our two year lease on the 2015 Ford Explorer had ended. What to do next? We were very happy with the Explorer as it was a good fit for our needs & we had no mechanical issues during the two year lease. The service department was easy to work with for oil changes/maintenance. Additionally, we remembered how professional, courteous & helpful Bob Cerza was not only at the time we decided to lease the 2015 Explorer but even after we had completed all the paperwork & the lease agreement was signed. Bob continually checked in with us after we brought the new vehicle home to answer any questions & to offer assistance if needed. I was truly amazed by his caring attitude. We didn't hesitate to reach out to Bob as our lease neared its completion. my experience was very nice while working with Bob Montgomery answered all my questions and helped out as much as he could. The only reason i didn't give a five all the way around is because i wanted my vehicle certified and i learned after signing all the papers that it wasn't. I only received one key and they wanted me to pay $350 for an additional key. so just please ask these questions before purchasing and signing with the financial people. other than that time and everything went perfect. love my truck thanks Bob Montgomery

Will never use this dealer again , poor customer service, lied to me over the phone . will say anything to get work even if they cant handle the work load . Service manager is very rude and is the root of the poor customer service . Workers are only as good as the man in charge and this man should not be in charge . Did know who he spoke to for the vehicle write which tells me he has very poor record keeping . Told me he has been dealing with phone calls longer then I was alive ..Im a 40 year old ex dealer employee and know for sure I would have been fired if I ever spoke to a customer like that . long story short would never use or recommend this dealer . The fact that he told me him self ..the service manager that he don"t care about CSI says a lot .

Yesterday I went to Salerno-Duane to turn in my '13 Ford Edge. Overall, it was a good experience however this dealership seems to be shortstaffed. John Cola from the Chrysler dealership up the street came to assist. He was very assertive as far as helping me along with Garland the finance person, he took me for a test drive and was really trying to get me a good deal to get me to buy a car there. My only problem is he had no time after I was there for roughly 3 hours to go through any of the options or explain free trial Sirius or anything for that matter in the car. I went back this morning to return my key and get the rest of my belongings out of my Edge and asked Garland if there was someone who could show me The options in my car. He went to recommend Bob Cerza and in came 2 more potential buyers and all of a sudden nobody had time for me yet again to show me the car. Bob Cerza suggested I come back later in the day. Not for nothing but I don't live in the same town as the dealership, it's the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday, and I already spent three hours yesterday in the dealership. I feel somewhat cheated because they got the sale they wanted and now nobody has time for me. How often do people walk out of the dealership and have no clue where anything is in the car, any of the options it has to offer.? So I guess I'll either play around or read the manual! Very, very disappointed.

My 2014 Escape lease was up and I knew that I would go right back to Bob Cerza for my new car. He was just as helpful as ever. He does not pressure you into any decision and is very patient. He took the time to find me the right car with all the right amenities. A couple of hours later, I left with a 2017 Escape Titanium in the Platinum White. It is beautiful and if it's possible to love a car more than my previous one, I do. Thanks again Bob for a wonderful experience. As long as Bob is with Salerno Duane, I will be coming back.

I came in to this Dealership to terminate a current lease and begin a new one. I received a letter stating that i could hand over my old car and drive away with a new car at or around the same monthly payment, with no money down, no penalties or fees and that is exactly what was accomplished. We worked with Bob Cerza... we showed him the letter, we told him what we were looking for and the price range we were in... he showed us a car extremely close to what we wanted and gave us a fair price, he explained all the features of the car and took care of all the paper work with ease. It was a lovely experience and i would recommend Bob to anyone who is looking to lease or purchase a car... the overall experience was completely stress free. Thank You Bob!

I was looking for a Ford Escape any year from 2015 - 2017 to replace a 13 year old Ford Focus with 183, 000 miles on it that had served me well. Bob Cerza was referred to me and was a real pleasure to work with! He knew the cars well, had exactly what I wanted on the lot, gave me a decent trade-in price, and a great deal on leasing a 2017 Ford Escape. He was patient, followed up graciously from my first visit to my actual leasing of the car, and actually before I left with my new vehicle, sat in the car and went over how to use all the features on the dashboard and even synced my phone to the car for me. Recently Purchased a new expedition at Salerno Duane ford in Summit. I had Bob Cerza as my salesman and he was a pleasurable guy to deal with. Bob was straightforward and really seemed to minimize the aspects of the car salesman stereotype. Bob kept appointments promptly answered phone calls and emails and was not overly aggressive or pushy. I found him a knowledgeable person about his product and easy to work with.

I just purchased a used vehicle from Salerno Duane Ford and it was a great experience from start to finish. Our salesman Bob Czera was friendly, knowledgable and not pushy. They even offer loaner vehicles for used car purchases when you have to bring it in for service which I thought was a great perk! They did a great job!

I went to test drive a Ford Explorer at Salerno Duane Ford. I thought that was all I was going to do that day! Bob Cerza was the sale representative who worked with me, and I would buy a car from him again. The dealer was able to make me a great deal on a demo on the lot. I just got my beautiful F150 Ford truck and I received excellent service and I got a great deal on my new truck. The staff treated me with great respect and made everything go so smoothly. The manager Mr. Marcus Rivera was wonderful. Also Mr. Bob Cerza did a great job. In no time, I was driving home in my awesome new F150 EcoDrive truck. After months of trying to decide on a second vehicle and looking online I found a cpo on Salerno Duane's website. I was torn between the Ford Edge and a Mazda CX-5 from a different dealership.I dragged my feet because I was dreading the whole car buying process and always feeling like I was being ripped off. I finally decided to make an appointment to test drive the Edge and Lauren kindly set up the test drive. The day of my test drive I went into the dealership earlier than scheduled and Lauren was able to accommodate me and directed me to Bob Cerzo. Bob was truly a pleasure to work with and even went as far as to help me compare the Edge to the Mazda CX-5 I was considering. He wasn't pushy and honest and allowed me to digest the pricing and features so I could make an informed decision. I left the dealership after my test drive and had a chance to think about the purchase and work the numbers in my head so I could walk away feeling like I got a good deal. I returned that afternoon and felt 100% comfortable moving forward and purchased the Ford Edge which was truly the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Bob made the experience very easy and walked me through everything calmly and addressed all my questions. It was nice to walk in to the dealership and actually feel like they had my best interest and weren't trying to fulfill a month end quota. I would highly recommend him and their establishment and when I am ready to upgrade I will definitely return there to purchase another vehicle. I also have a Ford Focus which I purchased 2 years ago from a different dealership but didn't have the same experience. I have been in the market for several months looking for a vehicle - after endless research, I finally decided to go with a Ford Edge SEL. I went to several dealers, one which I would never purchase a vehicle from if my life depended on it based on their shady business practices.I found the car I wanted at Salerno-Duane and was connected to Bob - when I say that my experience was overwhelming positive, that truly is an understatement. Bob was great from beginning. No pressure or anything like that, just talk to you like a regular person face to face, and he tried everything he could to get both parties happy. I liked how he was able to give me all my options, broke everything down and it made it simple to understand. All these little things go a long way, and which assured me leasing my new car. After getting me the car, he went through everything on the car to make sure I knew what I was getting, and followed up with me a few times to see how everything has been so far. I will definitely be coming back when my lease is up, and hoping I will still see Bob there again to get another car. Great experience, great guy!

Bob was really attentive and helpful from the beginning without harrassing me or putting undue pressure on my timing or the sale. I was very focused on a specific model(the paltinum ford explorer) that most dealers don't have a lot of and he took me out in the managers car for a ride. This effort put the explorer top on my list. He was super effecient at finding a specific color and model for me from another dealer. He also spent a lot of time showing me and explaining to me how everything worked. Bob made the experience great!

He took me on a thorough test drive, negotiated a fair deal with me, and lived up to all promised deadlines and appointments.Bob insured my insurance binder met all requirements and even made a correction with my company, directly, saving me time out of my work day.My vehicle was detailed immaculately, and Bob went through all the features with me at delivery.The only thing that could be improved was the final paperwork for my lease meeting with the "business manager". He was unprepared, had photo copieis instead of original documents, and tried to hard sell me additional coverages I did not want... He did not have the knowledge of Ford products that he should have had, being in the role he has...He even told me the lease return add on coverage for an additional $795.00 covered missing key fobs, which the document clearly says it doesn't....Anyway, I would fully recommend Bob Montgomery as a knowledgeable and professional sales person. This is the second car we have leased at Salerno, both working with Vito. He is patient, thorough and enjoyable to work with. He is very sensitive to my needs. Having three young children, I was looking for some very specific items in a car, and Vito got that right away.The only issue I have is that the pick up experience takes a bit of time, once i had signed off on my lease and put down a deposit, etc., the process of showing back up to pick up a car should be shorter in all candor, and more streamlined.However, I am very happy with this experience -- both times now. I would definitely recommend Salerno Duane and I would DEFINITELY recommend working with Vito!

It was time to buy a SUV and move on from my super fun, but totally impractical convertible as my kids were getting older. I really liked the new design of the 2016 Ford Explorer and the FIRST person I called was Bob Cerza at Salero Duane Ford in Summit. I needed a new car to fit into a narrow garage that came with my new historic residence. Bob Cerza, salesman--is the wrong term--aka car consultant-- spent an hour trying to find a car in inventory or in the Ford network that would fit my specifications. Finally, he sent me to asnother dealer with the make of a car that might meet my specs. I went there, and was treated very well, because I used Bob's name & was even given 2 demos to drive to my residence to see if they would fit. They did, but not with enough room to open the doors to exit.Back to Bob, and he said he would search for me. The next day he called to say he found me a Ford Transit Connect Titanium that should meet in the Ford network, and he would have it delivered to Summit for me to review. Perfect fit. They gave me more than KBB on for my trade. Never had to negotiate or haggle over a thing. Even the pick-up car process went without a hitch because of Bob's preparation/communication with Gloria (she handled the "delivery/pick up car" process), who was knowledgeable/quick, and patient! No need to go anywhere else! Would never go anywhere else; and their service department was tremendous, as earlier this year they handled a minor upgrade to my prior car with speed, great communication, and understanding!

First of all, let me say that I LOVE driving. Going down the shore or to upstate New York or off to Philly for a CheeseSteak is just a wonderful idea!!! And in the perfect car, it is completely doable from my home in New Jersey. I had a day off in March and walked into Salerno Duane Ford in Summit, New Jersey to take a look at their cars. I had been leasing a German car for 15 years. I was greeted by Vito Monaco and from that moment on--he was focused on finding me just the car that I needed. This is my 4th transaction from the Salerno Duane group. This is our 2nd Ford from Bob Montgomery and everything I said in my previous review of him remains true; he is a courteous gentleman and retains a level of customer service unparalleled in the car sales world. I have had neighbors and coworkers also purchase Fords from Bob and they have the same positive comments.He took us on a test drive of 2 vehicles we were considering and when we narrowed down the model we wanted, came back with a good deal without any prolonged negotiation. He and his manager worked out a good deal for us and we signed the initial paperwork. Upon delivery of the vehicle a few days later, he walked us through all the features and did not leave our side throughout the signing of all paperwork with the finance staff.I too dealt with Ariel, the internet sales manager who has a warm inviting personality; greeting everyone with a smile on her face. I'll add that Salerno Duane Ford's website is well maintained and up to date with an excellent array of vehicle photos for the actual vehicles on the lot (not just factory pictures) including the window sticker. Why 4 stars? The finance process was poor. In my previous 2 transactions (1 Jeep, 1 Ford) the paperwork was fast and easy. Everything was ready to go, and it took no longer than 30 minutes to be in an out. This time around, nothing was ready. The lady handling the financing paperwork was 50 minutes late despite us having an appointment. Then, noticing our frustration scrambled to fill out the paperwork and couldn't get the numbers to work out in her computer. We took delivery 3 days after signing the initial deposit and application but nothing was ready. It took nearly 2 hours to get everything signed. No on has time to sit at a dealership for hours waiting for paperwork.The only redemption was Bob, who stayed by our side for the entire process and even helped us entertain our children.

I started three months ago calling Ford dealers in the area and was frustrated with the 'hold on' 'okay how can I help you' ' wait hold on I'll be right back' and then 'I'm sorry, who are you again and what do you want' routine that I got at the larger dealerships. Salerno is a small dealer with a big heart and Bob Cerza's got the biggest! It was such an aahhh moment: ok it doesn't have to be a painful experiene when I spoke to Bob. And it's because he's so relaxed about business, he puts you at ease. I found the truck I wanted online and sent a quick inquiry to their online sales coordinator, Ariel., She responded within 15 minutes, ran some numbers for me and offered a great deal in the initial email. I met with her and Vito a day later and had the paperwork worked out with Steve the sales manager. He had everything prepped so I was able to get in and out of the dealership when I returned to pick up the truck. They had it cleaned and fueled up for me and even offered me a glass of wine while I waited for the paperwork to be submitted ! I had the opportunity to order a limited GT350 last summer and just picked up the car today! Bob and Steve knew how special the car was to me and took fantastic care of me and expertly handled the delivery of the car. Bob is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had to jump over some financial and insurance hurdles in order to complete the purchase and all along the way Bob patiently guided and advised me so that I could successfully complete the transaction. I requested some information from the website on an offer that I saw on a Ford Edge. I made the request outside of business hours so I was expecting an email or call the day after. I've tried this on other dealer sites and I get calls immediately, even Sunday at 2am, with pushy people asking a million questions. At Salerno Ford, Ariel sent me an email the next morning that was friendly and asking if I wanted any help but not in a way that was pushy. Vito was awesome as well. He showed us around some different models on a snowy day. He walked us through the whole process and wasn't pushy. It was the least painful shopping experience I've ever had. I've already sent several messages to friends that are looking for cars to consider this dealership, and I only left an hour ago. I'll be back in the future.

Leased a 2016 Fusion. The general manager, salesman and financing person were all professional and polite, not pushy. The GM and salesperson were straightforward throughout the process, no games. The financing systems were slow or not working properly, not the fault of the financing person. There is a lot of data inputting that takes time and it would improve the deal if it could be entered in advance.

It was time to say goodbye to my 14 year old Explorer XLT. Great vehicle. We've bought or leased six Fords from Salerno-Duane (or its predecessor) since 2001. We've dealt with Bud Dyer for about 20 years so, one phone call to Bud and the deal was done the same day. Picked up my new Escape on 12/29.Bud's an old pro at car sales and always makes things go smoothly. As we say in the legal profession about some judges, Bud is, "retired, subject to recall" He works part time and is happy to help his regular customers. Salerno-Duane just needs to clone him (or use him to mentor newer personnel).

Had a great experience with Bob Cerza and the Salerno Duane dealership earlier this month, which resulted in our choosing a 2016 Ford Fusion over a Subaru Forester or a Honda CR-V. Bob was low pressured and professional, met our needs / goals for not seeking a lot of bells and whistles, and we got a very comfortable and easy to handle and comfortable automobile. He and the dealership didn't nickel-and-dime the discounts - they cut to the chase with what they could do below sticker (it helped that we did our homework), maximized our rebate potential, and we got there quickly - friends were surprised when I told them what we paid (lower than what they'd have thought when we drove down to Philly last week). I should mention that we have a comfort level with Salerno Duane and their service department that stretches over a decade - they're great, again low key and professional, none of that high - pressure garbage with salespersons screaming at you (we've gotten the "double team" at other dealerships. Overall, an EXCELLENT experience.

Salerno Duane was just the opposite, there was no one at the front door,the showroom was q uiet, Ariel introduced me to Bob and I imediately felt very comfortable, Bob answered all my questions, was very polite and knowledgeable and along the way shared a few laughs. My 1998 Windstar had a problem starting so I took it to Ford Service in Summit, NJ on Saturday 10/31/2015 and left the key in the drop box. I kept asking about the car every day, I did not rush them, as I knew I had no appointment. However, I wished for some help or feed back.On Friday 11/6/2015 I lost my patience and requested to have my car back. I retrieved my car at the end of the work day with an invoice for $0.00. The service manager stated that his mechanic felt bad about the car as it needs a new engine. The invoice shows the car has internal engine problems.The next day, I took the car to Pep Boys where the performed complete diagnostics and confirmed that the compression test is very good. They replaced the starter and the car runs like new.

I explained my situation that I was under another lease and no longer happy with the size of my car or the features (GMC). I have been a Chevy Malibu customer for the past 15 years of my life, and after not finding a fair deal on a new vehicle during a recent trip to Multi Chevrolet in Union, my wife and I decided to take a swing over to Salerno Duane Ford. Surprisingly, this trip was totally worth it. Our salesman, Bob Cerza, was very low-key, friendly and efficient in his service. He allowed my wife and I to check out the available cars on our own, discuss and take a test drive all while he was crunching numbers and getting various paperwork done on the back end. This saved a huge amount of time and made the process much more efficient than other dealership experiences I've had in the past. He also immediately identified a phenomenal deal on various models based on the criteria we gave him. All the while maintaining a very relaxed, non-pressure type of atmosphere. Half the time with car dealerships I feel like I am being pressured into a price because the salesman makes it sound like he is moving mountains to get you the price being offered. Not the case here with Bob and Salerno Duane Ford. The follow-up appointment with car overview, paper signing etc was also a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

from the beginning of visiting the web site and getting information to walking in the showroom, both Ariell and Bob were exceptional. There was a professionalism and sense of caring that is lacking from highway dealers. I was turning in a lease , and Bob was great about finding the right car and working with me. My family has been purchasing vehicles from Salerno Duane Ford/Jeep for many years. Stayed with a Ford because they are local the Ford division has a great service department. Just traded in my Ford Taurus X, which I had for 8 years. Dealt with Bob Montgomery who was very customer focused. He was thorough and always returned calls. Bob gets a 5 but can't say same for Sales Manager.

I had a previous lease from Salerno Duane Ford that was ending. I shopped around to try to find a dealer closer to my home to lease my new Explorer. I wound up back at Salerno Duane Ford because no one could meet the standards they have. Bob Cerza worked very hard to get the exact Explorer I wanted. An excellent all around experience with Bob Cerza at Salerno Duane. Bob handled my wife's C-Max purchase 2 years ago and was equally professional with my new 2016 Fusion lease. Although I was looking for a 2015 closeout Bob was able to put me in a new 2016 Fusion with the special Labor Day Sales Event. I needed a cheap 24 month lease. I drove and priced out VWs, Subaru, Honda's and Fords. Best deal by far was a 2016 Ford Escape at Salerno Duane Ford, AND I was able to do most of the deal over email. To top it off, when i went in to pick up the car, they told me Ford had put out new lease deals the day before that lowered my monthly payment. My sales person Vito Monaco was thorough and answered all my question. It was also the only dealership that let me test drive the car on my own!

As soon as I walked in, Bob my salesman was very pleasant and courteous. He asked all the right questions and provided me with the answers I needed to make a decision, all without any pressure. We agreed on a price and even thought it was later in the evening, Bob contacted the manager at his home for approval. I picked up my new car 2 days later and the delivery experience went very quickly. I have bought 3 cars there over the last several years and I never regretted it. Their sales process is low key and they make everything easy. This was the first time I dealt with Bob Cerza and he was great to work with, honest and very helpful in terms of giving me all the info I needed to make the best decision for me. As someone who works in the sales industry myself, I really appreciated Bob's straightforward, personable approach. In love with my new Fusion!! Bob was great! He talked to me like I was part of his family, instead of treating me like I was a paycheck. Bob and Ariel did not harass me to buy my Fusion but actually advise me at one point to walk away for alittle bit because I was concerned about budget. That showed me that they treated me as a human. I made an Internet contact with Ariel Salemmi. She was not afraid to give me a monthly lease payment over the phone. I agreed to come into test drive the car an Escape SE from their inventory. She introduced me to Bob Montgomery a fine salesmen. Who arranged for the test drive and also obtained figures on an Escape SE which appeared on the showroom floor. It was dressed up inside and out and had some options such as 4 wheel drive and a power seat and a power liftgate that I would have probably not have purchased separately. But it is a sparkler in black and so I asked about it. Bob came up with comparison figures without hesitation. At first I thought the monthly payment was too high and asked for a lower one with a reasonable down payment. After a discussion with Steve Costa the Sales Manager, Bob returned with what I know was an excellent deal and now the car that I would normally dream about would be mine. I just graduated from college and needed a vehicle quickly before starting work full time in North Carolina. I did a lot of online research and stopped at a few other dealers in the NJ area. I stopped at Salerno Duane and met Bob Montgomery. That was pretty much the end of my search. I had never owned or bought a car before and was a relative newbie with very low capital. I explained my entire situation to Bob. I didn't know if that was good or bad at the time because I had always heard that you have to haggle deals with Car dealerships. Bob was not that guy. Bob treated me as if I was one of his own children and got me a deal that was unheard of. Bob got me incredible money back, gave me great advice, and really helped take all of the stress out of a very big purchase! I really wouldn't have lucked out so much without him. After I explained the time crunch, I came back with my parents later that night to meet Bob and see the car themselves. A good deal and a good guy are hard to comeby, but when you find both - you jump on it. So we leased a Ford Focus with Bob! I am now down in North Carolina, the car is amazing, and he has helped me every step of the way! All around positive remarks for both Ford and Bob Montgomery. Thank you Salerno Duane and Bob!

I had researched prices on the 2015 Escape I leased and the car I traded in, and I got an excellent deal from the dealer without any bargaining. We closed the deal on the car in that first meeting, and I picked it up three days later. Contract/leasing process was equally efficient. And no surprises in the bottom line at lease signing. I spent the last quarter of 2014 researching vehicles to purchase in 2015. After extensive researchI decided on a 2015 Edge Sport AWD with the 401a Option Package.Through Ford Website, I started talking to Ariel Sallemi about when they expected delivery of the first units; the delivery dates were anticipated but not confirmed. She asked me to be patient. Ariel stayed in contact with me on a regular basis and with gave updates on what was coming and when. Finally, my exact match came in. I stopped by took it for a test drive and was ready to talk numbers. Ariel turned me over to Bob Montgomery. He walked me through all my options regarding financing; purchase v. leasing. We decided that leasing was the best option. He carefully explained the value of my trade-in and gave me confidence that I was getting the most for it. I was ready to commit but I needed to talk to my accountant to be sure. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get back to Bob for almost 48 hours and since I had not committed the car was sold. Another Sport was anticipated to arrive in a few weeks, but it was not my first choice of colors. I thought that was the end of my story with Salerno Duane and Bob. Bob called me a little later, he knew how long I had waited and how disappointed I was. He told me he wanted to make this work and that he would search area dealers for the exact car I wanted. Understanding how long it had taken for the other car to finally show up, it thought his search would take weeks. By the end of that same day Bob called me to let me know that he had found exactly what I wanted. Three days later I was picked up my 2015 Edge Sport AWD. From the first time Ariel contacted me to the moment I left the lot in my new car it was a pleasurable experience. I never once felt pressured; it is amazing what a difference that makes. They were polite and honest and made me feel like a valued customer.

We have bought / leased many a number of Fords from Salerno Duane over the years. For years we worked with Bud Dyer, a great man in whom we placed a lot of trust. I started looking for my new ford fusion many months back. I visited dealerships / as well as searched on line for the exact car that I wanted this time around. Because of a recent trip that I took last fall and met then Chip Duane one of the principals of Salerno/Duane Ford. At times, I was not the easiest person to deal with but Bob Cerza was patient and even explained ways that would satisfy me completely... Indeed he did! Especially when called and said the exact car that I am looking for they have and are willing to hold it for me. Buying a car - a pleasant experience? At Salerno Duane Ford, the answer is an unequivocal "YES!" Salerno Duane is very transparent and honest. I never felt pressured at all and with all the pricing information out there today, and by doing a bit of comparison shopping at other dealers (which Salerno Duane suggested), I know I received the best deal possible. They never tried to upsell me or sell me accessories or after the fact products that I didn't want. They listened to what I wanted and met MY needs and only made suggestions that were a benefit to me and not necessarily to generate a profit from them. They truly know how to attract and retain loyal customers. The entire process was extremely smooth from my initial contact with Ariel Sallemi via the internet to my interim and final negotiations with Steve Costa, the sales manager to the handling of my sale by Vito Monaco (who did a wonderful job of delivering and explaining the vehicle to us), to the signing of the final paperwork and the add-on of the extended warranty and GAP insurance (which I initiated) with Steve Bernstein. My family now owns 4 Fords, all purchased at Salerno Duane. I think that says it all.

Beautiful color, nice handling with features that aid the driver in use and comfort without being overwhelming.Our "salesman" was Vito Monaco. Just leased a new Fusion . I was so impressed by the professional and NO PRESSURE atmosphere of Bob Cerza and his associates. He just presented the facts, gave me a fair price and left it up to me. I picked up the car today and am delighted. Bob went out of his way to make the transition as smooth as possible. But that was not to my liking anymore. it was to big and costly. so I was not sure what i wanted. Our SUV was involved in a accident in Dec. In Jan the SUV was declared totaled. We went in to Salerno to window shop & I really liked the Ford Fusion. Bob sat down with us, helped us with the rebates and ran the numbers. He was really great, very patient & willing to show me or explain something more then once. If we ever have a need to purchase another vehicle we will be going back to Bob.

I looked at a number of mid-size sedans and ultimately settled on a Ford Fusion because of the excellent reviews, the wide range of features, and the quality and value. Salerno Duane is not the closest dealer for me, but after making visits to two other nearby dealers, it was clear that SD was going to be the best choice. Bob Cerza was a pleasure to deal with. I'm a pretty particular customer and over a 2 month period I stopped in to see Bob several times. He was very patient and very low key . . . no pressure whatsoever. He was very knowledgeable about all the details and features of the car and helped me decide on exactly how I wanted the car configured. When the time came to negotiate the deal, there wasn't any of the usual nonsense, and I thought the price I got from SD was very fair. I'd certainly recommend Bob and Salerno Duane to anyone considering a new car purchase.

I drive a company car for a living and haven't had to shop for a car in 25 years. I did a thorugh internet research project to determine the best cars for me to consider. then I went to the dealerships to see the cars and search for a great deal. Some of the dealerships are still run the old way - high stress and low information. In working with Bob Cerza, he was patient and persistent in showing and explaining the details of the car I got (Ford Explorer LTD). Without giving away all the details, he helped me find exactly what I was looking for and at a fair price too. The dealership itself clearly is well menaged as the other staff were very helpful at differnt stages of the process. To sum it up, From prior car buying experiences I expected a "slug fest". From this process, I dealt with a well-informed sales person that helped me settle in on the car I needed for my family. First of all, Steve C gets high marks for going far and beyond in providing all the details about Fiesta ST I was shopping for. He did a great job at matching and beating bids from other dealerships. All of that over email even before stepping into the dealership. Then once there, Bob C did an awesome job of taking care of all the logistics, in very friendly, no pressure and quick way. Bob was very pleasant and very flexible with my schedule.Very happy with the dealership experience. Btw, I've passed by 4-5 other Ford dealerships on my way to this place.Finally, a quick quote from Steve: "We are not a large dealership, and we try to do things a little differently here". And that's exactly what my experience was, after having "the privilege" to deal with "traditional" dealerships, for my 2 previous new car purchases. Unlike every other dealership I went to, where they followed me around, pressured me, and at one point even yelled at me for daring to ask for a night "to think about such a large purchase" it was such a pleasure to work with Bob Cerza at Salerno Duane Ford. Prior to even deciding on Ford, Ariel Sallemi spent time answering all of my questions via email. Bob Cerza was kind enough to set me up with a test drive of the 2015 Explorer. I didn't feel pressured or hassled at all even though I was on my way from Salerno Duane to test drive other makes of SUV. Ultimately after test driving other makes and models we decided on Ford and it was easy to choose the team at Salerno Duane. Bob made the entire process easy and clear. He found the advertised special we were considering and got us started on our lease the very same day! (even after we drove around test driving other cars). Not only was there no hidden fees or other related nonsense, Bob even found us an additional rebate for which we were eligible though it was not advertised! He set up a day and time to pick up our new Explorer and everything went smoothly. Steve in the finance department was a pleasure to work with. He made sure that I understood absolutely everything before I left. Every one at Salerno Duane seems to genuinely enjoy their jobs and care about their customers. I've worked with 3 other major dealerships in the area for previous purchases and leases and Salerno Duane Ford was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I would recommend them to anyone in the market and I plan on returning upon lease end.

It was time to replace our 2005 Mustang which had 179,000 miles, and we chose Salerno Duane because they had the 2014 Ford Edge in the Sunset color that we wanted on their lot. We were very lucky to have Bob Montgomery as our sales representative, he was the best. We received a great trade in price, many rebates, excellent pricing overall, and the 4 year financing plan we wanted at a lower percentage than our Credit Union offered. Bob did everything in a few hours from having the Mustang appraised to working with the finance guy for our loan. When we came back to pick up the Edge a few days later (our decision, they offered to have everything ready the next day), Bob took off our plates and even washed them! He took the time to show us everything in the vehicle, and was never pushy or in a rush. I highly recommend Salerno Duane Ford for anyone looking for a new Ford in NJ.

I leased a Ford from a different Ford dealership (not Salerno Duane). As my lease ran out, I called the other Ford dealer multiple times and never got a reply about my lease return. Since my wife had a great experience with Salerno Duane Ford, I asked about returning my lease there. From now on, Salerno Duane Ford is going to be the dealership that I go to. Bob Cerza made the whole experience as easy as possible. He's the same salesman who handled my wife's lease and I was impressed with the follow-ups that he did. It made us feel like we were valued customers. As far as my lease return goes, they took care of everything as well and told me what I could expect. If there are any issues, many of the staff has told me that I should call them to see if they could help. While waiting for the paperwork to be done I was invited to a nice lounge area with snacks and beverages. They basically have thought of everything. Needed a new second car and didn't have much time to buy. Made my decision on which car I wanted ( Ford Focus) and Bob Cerza was great working around my schedule to buy the car and take delivery. They were great about finding the best financial package and walked me through the options quickly. Also a very kid friendly dealer - especially when I had a 4 year old with me for first ( only) dealer visit and then 2 kids with me when I went to pick up the car. Bob was able to deal with most of what I needed via email and phone. Super easy for a working mom.

I have bought from this dealer before, I work in town so it is very easy to visit and get my car serviced while I am working. Summit is frankly an expensive town, your not going to get the best price here most likely but you get great service. Financing with zero interest is being offered at other dealers, but I didn't get that here but if you can pay off early it really doesnt matter. Bob Montgomery was fair, honest and I asked for the best price he could get me and I didnt negoiate much. Felt I was one of the easy customers as I knew pretty much what I wanted - a high end Explorer or Edge. They had what I wanted in stock and we made the deal in short order. Picked the car up a few days later. I would come back again.

I have to commend Vito Monaco for his patience and professionalism throughout the trade in of my 2008 Escape a new 2014 model. Vito took the time to go through paperwork and all of the features of the newer model with me. He was extremely courteous and and knowledgeable. Though Vito was fantastic through this entire process, his supervisor on the evening of 8/14/14 should take an updated lesson in professionalism and learn to not scream & yell at his employees while customers are sitting in earshot nearby. Other than that minor incident, I am very satisfied with my new vehicle and my experience.

This is our second leased explorer through Salerno Duane Ford. We just closed on a 2015 Explorer Limited on 8/11/14. Bob was great throughout the whole process from ordering 12 weeks ago and up and through delivery today. We had a good experience with Bob Cerza at Salerno Duane in Summit. His approach is not stressful. He is very knowledgeable and forthright. We needed another car for mostly local driving. We purchased our first Ford Explorer from Bob in 1999 and he was extremely helpful and patient. He explained the Escape and C-Max to us. After test driving both we thought that the C-Max was the choice. Bob then explained about the hybrid and the pros and cons that go with it. Bob answered all my questions and always got back to me very quickly. We were looking for a reliable, safe starter car for our teenage son and had been targeting cars that were a few years old. We had been to a number of dealers in NJ (the Route 22 dealers) and had the normal frustrating experience of folks trying to sell us cars we didn't want. We had found a few options, however, and were intending to return to view those with our son when we saw an online add for Salerno Duane Ford with an excellent price for a new 2014 Ford Focus (lower than prices we had seen at other dealers that were a few years old). We stopped in to ask about the deal. Bob Cerza looked up the deal online and told us the particulars of how we could get that price through the various Ford rebates and financing (which we hadn't considered nor known about). He was very helpful and worked out the pricing for three cars that were in a similar price range. We chose one and both the price and the service experience were fantastic! Hassle free and no negotiating nor back and forth "with my manager" like we had gotten at other dealers. We knew the price was great since we'd done our homework with Kelley Blue Book and Edmunds. We came back two days later to complete the purchase and the experience was equally great. Bob sat in the car and ran through all of the functions and controls with us. The signing of the paperwork was painless and we had the car two days after first seeing it. It was actually the most pleasant car buying experience we've had, and we have bought a number of cars in our years. We would definitely recommend Salerno Duane and Bob Cerza to our friends!

I can't say enough good things about Salerno Duane Ford's service dept. The service managers - Dan and Frank are top notch. I am a picky customer, and their work was great. I had a few warranty items that needed to be addressed. After walking out of a local dealer due to poor service I went to Salerno Duane on a recommendation of a fellow Mustang owner. I needed to have paint work done due to a corrosion problem on my hood, and also needed a seat cover replaced. The paint shop is fantastic, and the quality of work was excellent. The seat cover install was also done flawlessly. They also give a loaner car while they are servicing your car. These guys take care of your car, treat you with respect and fix it right. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a Ford service dept. to take care of your car.

I went to them with a particular set of features in mind and they were not pushy to buy the car in the lot. I price shopped at a different dealers and the price was one of the best at Salerno.I went back to order and Vito was very nice and we went on a second test drive even just to satisfy myself that this is the car I wanted.We ordered the car and Vito gave updates regularly on the status. Vito did the research and informed me that the first date is moving nowadays by a couple of weeks due to issues in factory. When Vito went on a much deserved vacation the other folks in Salerno were able to still keep me informed of the order's progress.When the order was moved in date Vito again called up and gave an update.After the car came Vito was not pushy to take the outside bank loan.We met Jeff and he worked with me to reduce the payment and get me the best loan possible. Overall a pleasant experience and that made a new car buying experience easy.

Buying a car from Bob Cerza at Salerno Duane Ford was like doing business with a new "old friend". We do not have a contact for purchasing a car, so we walked into the dealership "blind" after researching Fords online. We were fortunate to be approached by Bob Cerza, who immediately put us at ease for testing and possibly leasing a vehicle. He answered our questions honestly and had a pleasant friendly attitude toward the entire process. After test driving a few cars, we decided on a Ford Escape. Bob patiently explained the basics of leasing to me (a newbie to car leases) even thought my husband was already aware of them, and gave us insight into the different cars we were considering. No pressure, no high stress sales pitch - just friendly honest information. It was a great experience! There is enough stress in figuring out which car you want these days, let alone trying to deal with high pressure sales - what a nice surprise not to have to deal with someone who makes that more stressful, but rather someone who honestly gave you the facts and let you decide what worked best for you!The day we were to pick up our new vehicle, the sales manager, Jeff, was efficient with all the paperwork that needed to be signed, and quickly sent us back to Bob so he could go over the car with us. Bob's patience and help in setting up things like the smartphone interface, etc, was appreciated greatly. The car ready to go, filled up with gas, we were set to start out with our new car. Bob offered his ongoing assistance several times - if we need anything or don't understand anything just call - which is so nice to know. It is not a "see ya later" experience as you drive off the lot. You are definitely not on your own. The staff at Salerno Duane Ford will continue to support you throughout your lease with them. I'm glad i chose Salerno Duane Ford for this lease and would highly recommend Bob Cerza if you are looking for a new Ford!

We recently purchased an F150 from Bob. He was very straightforward, informative and response and made the entire experience as easy as it could be. He always made himself available when we stopped by the dealership and was very responsive when we would email him with questions regarding the vehicle or pricing. He was very competitive with pricing and made sure the terms were fair. Once we finalized everything, I asked if we could take the truck home that day. He was honest about the timing given the dealership's busy schedule, but said he would try his best to accommodate us. He expedited everything for us and we were able to finalize the transaction and take the truck home within a couple of hours. The first time I walked into Salerno Duane Ford I was actually just price shopping to see if I could get a better price on a vehicle I had test drove from another dealership I had visited. Bob told me that he didn't have the vehicle in stock with the options I wanted, but gave me alternatives with similar options that I thought were competitively priced. Bob was really helpful and there was no pressure to purchase, unlike the other dealership I visited who was calling every day and becoming a major nuisance. I decided to make my purchase with Bob because he was really friendly, looked out for my best interests, and was competitively priced. The whole experience was much more personal than what you would receive from some of the larger dealerships - a big plus. I would definitely purchase from here again.

I also love the loner car program and great friendly service. This year I really shopped for the right SUV even though I have two Ford Edge leases, I wanted to make sure that I was getting the bets deal around.The Edge was the only car that offered all the bells and whistles and interior leg room and size at the best price. Also got a 6 cylinder which I prefer. After 6-7 dealership visits I went back to where I started and ito was still very amicable which I appreciated. We had a wonderful experience at the Salerno Duane Ford dealership with Bud Dyer. He was professional and courteous and attended to all our needs and what we were looking for in a vehicle. We can't remember her name but the woman who's office is on the left side in the back was extremely helpful and friendly as well. The only area of improvement would be when we went to sign the documents with the finance person up at the top building. We were waiting for quite some time and this person seemed to be in no rush to help us. He was having a social conversation in the back with one of his colleagues while we waited in full view of him and he made no effort to come over and attend to our needs in a timely manner. I went to Salerno-Duane Ford to look at an Escape. Originally I was in contact with Ariel Sallemi who was very nice and got me started on the process. When I arrived at the dealership she turned me over to another sales agent with more knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. The fact that helping me was more important than getting a sale was impressive. Bob took me out for a test drive and when we returned the deal was waiting. I had done my home work and Knew what a fair price was. The first price he presented was not only fair but they had looked for all available rebates with out me asking and the trade allowance on my old Escape was more than generous. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. If you want to argue on price don't go here. If you want to walk in pick out a car and be treated fairly make Salerno-Duane Ford your first stop! Vito treated me with respect from the time we shook hands just after I walked in the door. I knew I wanted a hybrid vehicle and we talked about the pros and cons of the two I had in mind. Vito took me on a test drive of both vehicles and let me experience each car without trying to sell me on either one. Since this was my first experience with a dealership and leasing a car. I had interest in the ford escape. I was in contact with Ariel online and she helped answer questions on the pricing and about leasing. They worked hard in getting me the best price for my trade in. When I came in to test drive the escape. Bob made sure to go over some of the features of the car before I drove it. He was not pushy in trying to sell the car which I was worried about with dealing with a dealership. But I did not experience that at Salerno Duane Ford. Once they figured out a monthly payment I had decided to go ahead with the purchase and Bob worked hard to get the paperwork done and even called my insurance company himself to switch over to new car. I was able to take the car home the same day. Bob M went over the features of the car and even synced my phone to the car before I left.After I left, I did receive a follow up call from Bob M. to make sure everything was going well with the car or if I had any questions. My wife and I dropped in to Salerno Duane with a view to seeing what they had available in the SUV line. Bob Cerza spent quite a bit of time with us going over the various vehicles, and the options available with each . The bottom line is that we bought a new car. We found Bob Cerza to be knowledgable, professional and courteous at all times. I would recommend Bob and this dealership to anyone contemplating the purchase of a Ford vehicle.

Excellent experience with the purchase of my new Ford Edge Limited. I had purchased from Salerno Duane previously quite a few years ago and I had previously purchased a Ford Explorer from Bud also quite a few years ago. Bud and Jeff could not have made my purchase experience more pleasant and I really like my new Edge. Lots of high tech stuff to learn, but I'll eventually get it. Thanks Bud and Jeff.

My son and I came into Salerno Duane last weekend shopping for a new car. We knew it would be a Ford, because I currently owned a Focus, and had previously owned a Contour and a Mustang -- my sister has owned three Mustangs - and she and my brother-in-law have only ever owned Mustangs - we joke they fell in love over their mutual love of Mustangs! What I love about Salerno Duane is the customer service: I was trading in my 10-year-old car Focus with this week's purchase, and every time I visited the service department, me and my car were always treated as special customers - always greeted by name when I walk in, always given loaner cars, and the service is always fantastic. What I didn't know is that my salesman would be the same person who sold me my 2004 Ford Focus 10 years ago! Bob Cerza made the experience of buying a car fun - it was great to see him again. I loved my Focus so much, I cried on the way to trade it in for my new Fusion... but I've been smiling ever since I left the dealer's lot. Thank you for another great experience, Ford and Bob Cerza!

Bob is a true pro. I have worked with him at another dealership and followed him to this new one. His professionalism, courtesy and no-nonsene approach makes purchasing a vehicle from him an easy experience. It just so happens that he is also backed by a dealership that understands what a relationship really means and treated me fairly with no game playing. All in all a very positive experience and it took all of about 30 minutes to conclude a transaction once I decided on the right vehicle.

Bob Montgomery did an exceptional job working with us throughout the process. We owned a 2008 Explorer previosuly purchased through the same dealer so our decision around the model was already determined. Bob helped us focus on the new features of the Explorer vs. our 2008 model. He stayed in contact with us prior to picking up the car to ensure we had all the paperwork. Bob Cerza was very helpful and guided us thru the process of finding the right car. He explained the differences between different Ford models and then patiently, explained the options available on the Ford Escape. We came into the dealership to look and we ended up with a great new car and traded our old car without feeling any pressure. We just picked up the car and Bob took the time walk us thru every feature in the new car and make sure that all our questions are addressed. It was an easy process and I think that we got a great deal on a great car.

I knew the car and style that I wanted and was looking for the best deal. I had found the car at 2 locations and contacted both, Salerno being one. After talking to the other dealer, I felt they were trying to push me in the wrong direction and force me into something I did not want, and trying to scam me out of money. After talking to Bob, he worked with me and got the best price and was straight up and honest with everything, showing us the the printouts with all the details. Defiantly made the right choice and Bob followed up with everything after purchase.

My overall experience with this dealership was a wonderful one! Very different from the "Big Box Highway" dealers! We were always greeted in a friendly, helpful manner that was neither pushy nor arrogant.We worked with Bob, a GREAT salesman. Extemely knowlegdeable about his product and all the ins and outs. When we picked up our Escape, he spent lots of time going over all the "tech gadgets" in the car. He explained how everything worked and he even programmed our radio and phone for us! He spent time with patience as we dwelled over what we really wanted. We will be back again to Slerno Duane and we will be back to see Bob!!

After my first Ford C-Max was totaled in an accident, I returned to the same dealership to buy a second vehicle. My experience with a new salesman was even better than the first time. Bob carefully explained how the vehicle worked. But he also showed me how to sync my car with the software system called sync my ride, which has made the whole process easier and even more user friendly. The car protected me in an accident, which is why I purchased a second C-MAX. But my salesman made the experience of buying a second vehicle after the accident wonderful. He discussed the car features in simple English, showed me how the dials inside worked the tech systems inside, and even though I had previously driven the same car, I believed, in getting reacquainted with it through his lesson, that I understood it even better.

I recently submitted a review because I just purchased a new Ford Explorer from Salerno Duane. I am remiss however since I did not mention another reason I went to Salerno Duane. I had need to have body work done on a fairly new Ford E 350 a year or so ago. Since the vehicle was so new I decided to take it to a Ford dealer. At random I went to Salerno and met the body shop boss Ed Iandoli. They fixed the car better than new. I have since bought two other vehicles back for body work and would not consider going anywhere else. Mr. Iandoli is the ultimate statesman representing the dealership. He really makes you feel like family. I leave my car with him and I know it will be taken care of. I must say I had the best car buying experience ever at Salerno Duane Ford! I highly recommend this dealership to any and everyone! My initial contact was with Ariel via Internet Sales and after her prompt response, I arranged to test-drive a vehicle. At that time she introduced me to my salesman, Bud Dyer, who is by far the kindest, nicest, friendliest man I have ever met! After the test-drive, I decided to go home and weigh my options. I thought about Bud the entire weekend! He provided such great customer service in being patient, answering my many questions and listening to the things I wanted. When I returned on Monday, I found out Bud was not working that day. I was sad. However, I met with Vito who further impressed me with the courtesy and professionalism of the entire staff. He made arrangements for me to meet with Bud the next day and take delivery of my brand new Ford Edge! I don't know who was more sad to see the other go, me or Bud! I look forward to working with Salerno Duane Ford for years to come!

I am very wary of salesmen and always have my antenna out for inappropriate sales pressure. My experience with Mr. Cerza couldn't have been better. He's a genuinely nice guy, knowledgeable about the cars he sells, and doesn't pressure at all. He didn't try to upsell, patiently ran several different lease scenarios to figure out the best one for me and ultimately was able to get us a higher trim level for $2 more a month than the lower trim. How do you beat that?

My experience at Salerno Duane was great! My salesman, Vito, did a wonderful job in helping me make a selection of a suitable FORD for my particular situation. Since the delivery of my Escape vehicle, I have been very pleased in driving my new car around the cityof Summit and on several trips to LBI.
