Major Problems with my car in less than 3 years and was told that since I am not a "loyal" customer they will not work with me. By "loyal" I was told I do not get all of my service done at Infiniti. including oil changes, therefore I am not a valued customer. On top if it, paid $200 for them to tell me the same thing I told them was wrong with car (I even told them the error code). Allie knows the warranty and was deceitful about that as well. Bought my car at this dealer and referred a friend here. Would never buy another car from this dealer. Worst customer service I have ever received at a dealer.

I purchased my wife a 2016 Qx60 (we love the car).i'll definitely come back again for my personal car. It was the first time I felt great leaving a dealership and not second-guessing myself. The price was right completely hassle-free. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I purchased a car less than 9 months ago. For physical reasons (injury) the car no longer works for me. Knowing this, they offered me less than 1/2 of what I paid for a 9-month old car with less than 15,000 miles in perfect condition. They don't stand by their product, and don't know what customer care is. Unless you want the stereotypical "used car salesman" experience, don't do business here.

First time at this dealership and I really liked it! I shopped online and saw the car I wanted, so I sent a message to the dealership. Kevin Tonero responded right away. He was very responsive, helpful and cheerful, and took me through the whole process. He answered all my questions and I really like that he will also be the rep I interact with when I bring my car in for service, etc. Long story short, he had me in for a test drive, I liked the car and decided to buy it. Three days later I drove away with it! Plus, they treated me very fairly with respect to my trade-in. Steve in financing was cool too. Danielle, who showed me all the car's features, was very sweet and very helpful as well. Was a great experience all around!

I talked to Scott ahead of time about what we wanted and the price was what we expected. We signed the paperwork and were in our new car in no time! Although I had to travel 90 miles to reach Denville, my trip to Salerno-Duane was fulfilling. I met with sales associate Travis Tighe, who was undaunted by he fact that I am not purchasing until August. As a long time multiple Nissan owner, my wife and I decided to look at the Infiniti line and went to Salerno Duane because it's close to where we live. From the time we walked in the door we were welcomed and immediately introduced to our salesman Scott K. In my 30+ years of buying cars, he was without a doubt one of the most professional and straight forward I've ever encountered. While we were planning on buying a car In a couple of months, Scott and Salerno Duane made it such a good experience we bought the QX60 that same day. Honestly we came in excited about the car and were likely to end up buying it in time. However, given the experience and how much my wife loved the car, we couldn't be happier now that we just picked it up last night. Overall, an outstanding experience. Assuming we'll love our new Infiniti as much as we did the sales experience, we may just be Salerno Duane Infiniti customers for a long time to come.

FIRST I MUST SAY MY SALES REP BETSY WAS AWESOME, SHE REALLY TOOK CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ANOTHER LEVEL ABOVE AND BEYOND MY WILDEST EXPECTATIONS . I HAD ALREADY BEEN APPROVED BY MY CREDIT UNION SO NO PROBLEMS THERE. HOWEVER MY INSURANCE COMPANY WAS BEING DIFFICULT. I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO OBTAIN THE PROPER INSURANCE OVER THE PHONE EVEN THOUGH I WAS ALREADY A CURRENT CLIENT. MY INSURANCE COMPANY DIDN'T CARE THAT I HAD DRIVEN (2) HRS TO GET THIS VEHICLE, I STILL HAD TO DRIVE BACK TO SIGN AND PAY IN PERSON BEFORE THEY WOULD APPROVE FOR ME TO GET A TEMP TAG. BETSY WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND HAD EVEN SUGGESTED OTHER INSURANCE OPTIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS ALREADY MINES, SO I HAD DRIVEN BACK AND PICKED UP THE NEXT DAY. THINGS NEVER GO EASY FOR ME, I HAD A FLAT TIRE WHEN I PULLED IN THE LOT AND MY NEWBORN SON AND COUSIN WITH ME. BETSY AGAIN SHOWED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OFFERED THEIR OWN SERVICE ON A CAR THAT WASN'T EVEN ONE OF THEIR OWN. FIXED MY FLAT FOR FREE WHILE I FINALIZED MY PAPER WORK AND SENT ME OFF WITH A SMILE. THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T RECEIVE WAS A MAINTENANCE HISTORY REPORT FOR MY USED FX35. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A WELL WORTH EXPERIENCE.

I had a great experience here at Salerno Duane Infiniti. My mom and I have been to 2 other dealerships and found that Salerno Duane Infiniti was the most helpful and caring. Bob is a great salesman that understood what we wanted and found the perfect vehicle with a great price. Right before we signed the paperwork we were brought into a nice well lit room to inspect the car for any imperfections. The finance manager was funny and entertaining during the purchase process. Afterwards Bob showed me how to work the vehicle by setting up the bluetooth, showing car features, and explaining how to access the different menus. I left excited and happy with the infiniti Q50 with the color and options that we wanted. This is the 1st Infiniti that our family has had. Shopped around a lot before settling on a CPO Infiniti G37x. I pretty much knew exactly what car on the lot I wanted since the website was so well done. I sent one email and Bill Gusta got right back to me, got the process moving, scheduled a test drive, made sure the car was on the lot when I was due to arrive, and in less than an hour and a half I had signed paperwork and scheduled delivery. Bill was absolutely a pleasure to deal with and didn't play any of the usual sales games you might expect. Just honest, efficient, straightforward, and transparent. When it came time to pick up the car the entire sales team was just fabulous -- Danielle helped show me around my new car, Bill hooked me up with David Kasliner, and we were good to go. I felt very taken care of and cared for as a human being by David -- I really felt like he actually cared that I got what was right for me. (Plus, the cappuccino is excellent...which certainly helps!) I would definitely buy another car from this fabulous team. Thanks, everyone, for a great experience.

Went in to buy a new Q50. Horrible sales experience. Got a quote of $3200 off MSRP. Supposedly this was the Costco discount - though nobody ever showed me anything to confirm that. Luckily for me I had the Edmunds and Truecar pricing in hand, both significantly better. I told the sales manager this - he looked at me like I had two heads and told me my info was wrong. told me to take my business elsewhere and good luck to me. I did and imagine my "surprise" when another dealer offered my $6900 off of MSRP in about 20 minutes flat - after I produced the estimates from Edmunds and Truecar. I was a former customer at Salerno - will never set foot in there again and will certainly recommend that friends and family do same. If I could give less than a 1 star rating, I would.

My family and I love this dealership. My dad purchased a car for my mom from Salerno Duane Infinti. She wanted specific details in her car and Bill Gusta searched high and low until he found her car. He made the experience so comfortable and easy going for my dad that when I decided I was ready to take on my first car payment, 2 weeks later I went right back to Bill. Again, Bill took the time to open and test drive every car that interested me to make sure I too was getting everything I wanted in my Infinti. I did not have to settle for anything and drove away with exactly what I wanted. Everyone at Salerno Duane made us feel so comfortable and at home that I will go to this Infinti dealership for my maintenance and anything else I need despite it being 40 minutes away from home. The customer service is amazing. Bill is great, so I recommend going to him to help you find your ideal car. I promise you will feel as good as I do knowing you are purchasing a car from a dealership that does not just want your money but deeply cares about your interests in what you want in your car. Gary is nice too. He is the head of the sales dept. I believe. He took care of me and gave me a great deal on my car alongside Bill. Steven was great too. He made us feel comfortable and wasn't pushy. He answered all of our questions and even made our 2 daughters feel welcomed. We ended up purchasing a QX60 and we absolutely love it! The experience was pleasant and we got our car that day. Danielle took the time to sit with me and go over all of the cars features and to answer all of my questions. I was most impressed with the fact that they were closing up to head over to the company holiday party and as her co-workers walked by in the parking lot, she still asked me if I had any other questions. Travis was our assigned rep through the Costco auto program, and he was extremely professional and friendly when we arrived. He sat us down to gauge the type of vehicle that best for our needs. He was a wealth of knowledge and answered any all questions that we had about the 2015 QX60 AWD and all the additional packages that we decided on purchasing. He gave us a pricing sheet with a large discount off the MSRP price and explained what the discounts were for as well (Costco+dealer incentive discounts). Suffice it to say we were sold right away, we were able to pickup our car in 1 business day. It was honestly the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend purchasing from Salerno Duane Inifiniti in Denville. David was the finance rep and he did a terrific job of explaining the contracts that we were signing. He also was very thorough with explaining the warranty information and other conditions of the purchase. I left the dealership in my new car feeling confident in my purchase because I know David covered everything and made sure my mind was at ease before I left. Danielle sat with my wife and I in our new car and went over every single feature and button in the car to make sure we knew all the options our car came with. She was thoughtful, insightful, and patient in her explanations. She saved me the time of have to read an entire manual with a 20 minute demo of what the car can do. This was our first Infiniti after being a Mercedes, BMW and Audi customer. We were reluctant at first going with a Japanese luxury. Travis Tighe our salesman was really great and continues to follow up with us on a regular basis. We had an issue with staining of the leather of the back seats from a friends cocktail dress on the way to a sweet 16. From the first visit when I met Christian, he was very attentive and helpful but was never aggressive or pushy in his approach. After test driving a couple of cars, I was still unsure as to which model Infiniti I really wanted. This dealer advertised a 2007 Volvo S60 for 4500. and when I called to find out the details I was told by Raz it sold, then was told the price is 8999.Then was told they had problems with the internet site. The car he wants to sell me for 8999. is the exact same car he advertised for 4500. Out of the 4 new cars I've ever purchased (all leased), 3 have been Infinitis, and all from Salerno Duane Infiniti. My first new car lease ever was with Nissan, and since then I upgraded to 2 G-sedans ('08 G35x and '12 G37x), and most recently to a 2015 Q50 AWD Premium w/Nav. So I'm definitely an Infiniti-guy at this point, but as this is about reviewing the dealer, my main point is that I've been doing business with Salerno Duane Infiniti for now 3 consecutive vehicles, since 2008. In that time, I also worked with 3 different salesmen. The same one helped me with my first 2 vehicles from them, and when I found out he was no longer with Salerno Duane Infiniti I was honestly a bit anxious because in that time we had developed a great professional rapport and I was truly worried about what my experience would be like moving forward with any other salesmen there.. To me, it's not just about the deal, it's about the WAY people do business.. Long story short, my worries were put to rest when I met and spoke with the two gentlemen who'd be working with me moving forward - Kevin Tonero and Scott Kammerer. These guys are both first class, professional, honest, have integrity, were a pleasure to work with, and I'm looking forward to the next time we get to do business again in the future. I think it's safe to say you'll receive the same level of care and service from any of their team. Oh and btw, I guess it's also worth mentioning: I've always gotten just the BEST deals with Salerno Duane Infiniti, and the deal on my new Q50 was no exception! Also, the dealership itself is clean, feels inviting, and there's a relaxed, professional atmosphere... you don't feel like there are 50 different salesmen scurrying all around the place just waiting to pounce on you.. I leased an Infiniti Q50 premium. I found the service and experience to be top notch. I don't buy or lease a car that often, so I don't always look forward to going to a typical car dealership. But this is not a typical dealership. It knows how to treat customers. I'm talking from start to finish.My salesperson Scott K. was great, helpful, responsive to questions and emails, professional, polite and willing to go out of his way to find out information on the car you are interested in. I actually wasn't sure on the options and colors I wanted (they all looked great). Scott showed me many different cars with the different trims and colors to help me decide. We also test drove a few to see how the different features perform. I would go back to this dealership in a heartbeat when it comes time for a new car again. 100% recommended.I just want to point out too that when we finally were ready to take the car home, there was an associate to sit in the car and walk us through all of the features of the car. It was very helpful being there is so much technology in cars nowadays. The Q50 especially.

My experience was great at Salerno Infiniti and Kevin gave me a straight forward price with no hidden fees, extra costs, etc. They were all very nice and knowledgeable and have great customer service. After we agreed on the price of the car and trade in we went for a test drive and Kevin did not rush me at all and explained most of the car features.I was dealing with Fette Infiniti in Clifton and they were not nice at all, ther internet manager was very arrogant. I am glad I switched to Salerno Infiniti I am very happy with my new Q50s!!

Travis has been truly exceptional helping us with our purchase of QX60. And that test drive was definitely helpful. It's only been a month but I've already taken the car on 2 long trips and it felt great as if I were still test driving it! My experience at Salerno was pleasant, the only hick-up that I experienced was I informed that the car that I purchased had the navigation feature which was very important to me and it didn't have it. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until after I picked up my vehicle and was going through familiarizing myself with all of the features. As a result the one recommendation that I would make would be to make sure your sales associates review the features of the vehicle while you are in fact in the car.

My husband and I bought our Infinity FX35 and G35 from Salerno. We have been bringing our cars to their service department since they were new (10 years and 9 years ago respectively). We have always been treated with courtesy and respect from the Service Manager to the car washers. No matter what the problem, it was corrected expertly! All the service staff is courteous and professional, however Ms. Allie Hoffman is efficiency personified. She goes above and beyond to accommodate our requests. She is a real asset to Salerno. We will continue to bring our cars to Salerno for service as we don't think anyone can top them for expertise in repairs or customer service. When we replace our cars you can be sure we will buy them from Salerno. We love our cars but our decision to replace them with your cars is in large part because of our experience with Salerno's service department.

The customer service was vey great but they don't provide enough information or should I say accurate? After I explained my credit situation, the salesperson told me that they have no problm with my credit score issue; the reason I mention the situatio before because it doesn't look good after running the credit, you get rejected. But sales person said no problem with the deal as long I am making enough money and can prove it. But after running the credit they rejected my application because I have a lease with Mazda(which I already mentioned). Since I was determined to buy the car, I made a deposit to hold the car and my application got rejected on March 9th; its been 10 days, I still didn't get my refund and I tried to get in touch with Kevin couple times but I got in touch with him just once. I really hate to make calls or shoot email when a company like this should do the processing as fast as possible butalas to my surprise they were quick to took the money out of my account but not showing any interest to give it back. I am 26, I have my whole life ahead and local from New Jersey; the treatment I received from this place helped me to decide not to go back there when I will start car shopping by end of this summer.

It does not get better than this. I just moved back to the USA after two years in Switzerland. Had an urgent need for a large vehicle. Came to Duane Salerno Infiniti as was about to buy the vehicle before I was shipped overseas. I met Kevin and he provided an unbiased, objective assessment of my needs and recommended 2 vehicles . I netted out on the QX80. After the initial meeting all my dealings were on e mail and phone. Kevin located the EXACT colour an spec of vehicle I wanted, had it shipped and stored for 5 weeks, while I went back to Switzerland. I used Salerno Duane Infiniti to service my vehicle 3 separate times. Despite difficulty in navigating their contact process, I did actually get them to work on the car. The experiences I had were increasingly poor, with the final one being sufficiently bad that it has made me decide to not go back to them. This is unfortunate, since it will mean I am very unlikely to buy an Infiniti again and will have to get my service elsewhere for the rest of the life of this vehicle. On the other hand it is fortunate, in that it has made me find a better and less expensive service option. Their approach to scheduling a service appointment is to assign you a contact person and have you work with that individual. They actually have several people in house, but contacting them is problematic. In the numerous times I called to speak with service, I did not once directly reach a person. The system consistently directed me through the automated voice response system and eventually got me to a place where it asked me which of the 4 people on the service team I want to leave a message for. When they called back it was generally at a time that was inconvenient for me to answer the phone. Eventually, I determined I had to drop whatever else I was doing and answer it anyway, since calling them back always led to the answering system and another call at an inconvenient time. I bought the car at the Infiniti dealership in Ann Arbor, Michigan and had my initial experience with service there. I had uniformly good to excellent experiences in Michigan. Salerno Duane gives you an opportunity to rate the service. I rated them poorly the first time, reflecting my frustration with making my appointment. My reward for the feedback was 4 phone calls all asking me the same questions and trying to assure me they would do better. By the third call I was tired of speaking with them. The same thing happened after the second service. My third and final interaction with them, they did not provide a formal opportunity to feedback. Perhaps they had decided by then that they did not want to hear from me. Instead I sent an e-mail in to e-mail address they provided to explain:1.They seemed to be unable to get what I asked them to do2.They did not keep me informed about the progress of my service3.They did not address the issues I brought the vehicle in forI took it in, because there was a slow leak in the front tires, I had an issue with the battery that I had needed to use the booster cables to get the car started and so I wanted to be sure there wasnt a bigger problem, and to get an oil change. About 15 minutes into the time I spent in the waiting room, Hector came out to ask if I wanted an oil change. After 1 hour and 15 minutes spent in the waiting room, I went out to ask what was happening. I was told they were still working on the battery. They had decided to put it on a charger after testing it. It apparently was still in good shape, but they felt the charge was the surest way to make sure it was good. That was probably a good decision. It would have been a better decision if they had spent a couple of minutes to actually tell me what they were doing and that it was going to take a while. After another 15 minutes, it was done and I was able to leave. Unfortunately they did not address the issue with the front tires. A week later, I needed to pump the tires up again as my warning light had come on (again). I sent an e-mail to the service manager (Walter Frimberger) and then heard nothing from them. I called to see if they had received my message and got no information. When I received an e-mail from Walter about something else I replied to it to ask if they had received my original message. He replied to that message to say, yes they had got the message and that they had discussed it internally. I guess they had also decided to ignore me from then on because without my following up I would not have heard from them. The issue with the tires required a visit to another service center, where they removed the tires, cleaned out the rims and applied a new sealant and re-installed the tires. It was not a difficult job, but it did need to be done. I would have not been upset with Salerno Duane if things had been handled differently. First, if they could have figured out a way for me to contact them to schedule things that did not create such frustration and take so long. Second, if they had a process for actually knowing what you asked them to do and then did it. Third, if they had acknowledged that they had thoroughly screwed things up and then put some effort into correcting things. For example, an offer to come and get the vehicle and correct the problem they had not addressed when I brought the vehicle to them would have satisfied me. Instead, they seem to have decided to ignore me and hope I would go away. They partially succeeded in that. I will not go back for service, nor will my next vehicle purchase be from them. I will however share my experiences with others to make people aware that they should not expect the premium service usually available at premium vehicle dealers. The service offered by Salerno Duane does not come anywhere close to what you should expect from a high end dealer. It does not even achieve a level you should expect from any dealer. I am now going to a local independent mechanic, and feel I am likely to get much better service for a fraction of the price.

I had to take my G37 in two days in a row to address a squeak I was hearing in my engine. The first day- the service department fixed something I didn't even know was wrong and didn't take a dime of my money. After realizing the squeak was still hanging around, I took it back to the dealership and within 5 minutes the service manager Walter offered to come for a ride so I can show him my problem. He noticed it as well and told me it would be no issue at all. Fast forward another 20 minutes and the gentleman Walter is handing my keys back, problem completely addressed, AND AGAIN DIDN'T CHARGE ME A CENT! I've spent a couple hundred dollars on minor issues and maintenance with them so it felt great to know that a simple fix wouldn't cost me $100+ in labor just to put the thing up in the air. They were eager to help, clearly had my interest in mind when they took time to help me two days in a row and were friendly the whole way- even to a customer who did NOT purchase there! I have no reason to think I was treated any differently than is the extremely high standard at Salerno Duane Infiniti. These guys are the REAL DEAL! As someone with experience in auto and service sales, I couldn't ask for better circumstances. Thank you to the service department and Walter especially.

Just leased my 2nd Infiniti from the same dealership. The sales man who got me my first lease wasn't there anymore so I ended up getting the car from Kevin. I didn't see Kevin until the day I actually got the car. We both communicated through e-mail because it was more easier and comfortable for me. I ask him a question and he replies back with an answer right away. Usually other dealerships, they call you everyday and try to make you come in so they can play with you. Kevin was different. He never called me nor asked me to come in first to get the exact number for the lease. So after I got the numbers I walked into the dealership and came out with new car on the same day. It was very fast because they do all their paper work electronically. Also Steven Walder, the finance manager was very nice too. He wasn't pushing me to buy any unnecessary add ons or warrantys.I have few Infiniti dealerships around my town but I got my both Infiniti from this dealership. It's well worth of 1hr drive!

I leased an Infiniti about 3 years ago, and as my lease neared it's end, Andy Glick, my sales rep, called me and asked if I was interested in a new car. I was. He was extremely accommodating to my general laziness about the whole thing - can't tell you how many times I put him off! He was not obtrusive in any way, but when I said "call me in two weeks" that is exactly what he did. Several times. He is very low key and professional. In the end we finally got together and today I picked up a new Infiniti Q50 on a terrific lease deal.I caused this purchase to be way more complicated than usual because the car I initially picked, bought, and put a deposit on didn't have a couple of option packages that I eventually decided I couldn't live without. So, two days after putting down a deposit I called Andy and let him know I really wanted a different car. Absolutely no problem, no grumbles, no pressure to take the first car. Just "sure, no problem". He transferred the deposit and gave me just as good a deal on the other car. We were able to do the whole thing on the phone including the final price negotiation with Steven Walder, the business manager. So I didn't have to go the dealership again until I picked up the car, which was very convenient for me. I won't tell you what I paid for the car - actually Capitalized Cost since I leased - but I will say that I shopped around and I am sure I got a great deal, and that I paid well under the area average for this car. At the same time, I was not trying to steal the car, as my POV is that car dealers have to eat too. So I got a good deal and they made what I think is a fair profit on the car. When I went to finalize the paperwork and pick up the car there was none of usual high pressure nonsense from either Andy or Steven to get me to buy dealer add-ons. Also, they have a new computerized system that condensed what used to be piles of signed lease papers down to a few minutes and a couple of signatures on a computer pad. It's faster and more convenient than the old way. Steven went out of his way to explain every number on the lease contract. He even pulled up another screen to show me the money factor (roughly equivalent to interest on a lease). If you read around you'll find that dealers are not required to disclose this an many don't, which makes it difficult to insure the lease calculations are correct. In this case I was able to independently verify that the deal I thought I was getting was in fact the deal I got. The dealership offers free scheduled maintenance for the first year and they set up the first appointment for me at a time that fit my needs. Sure, they want to get you into the habit of maintaining the car in their shop, but in the meantime in 30 years of buying new cars it's the first time anybody offered to schedule the first appointment so I didn't have to remember to do it later. And for the first year anyway, free is free.These new cars have a lot of tech, and when I picked up the car Andy spent over an hour going over every aspect of the car's operation with me. Every switch, button, and touch function. He got my phone linked up for calls and audio (Bluetooth) playback, and and set my personal preferences for the steering response and transmission mode. That's the thing about these guys. They do what they say they are going to do and they are very thorough. My last car was also a lease and my past experience with other dealers - particularly one that sells that Bavarian auto of great renown - is that the end of the lease comes with a big "excess wear" price tag. My car was in good but nowhere near perfect condition, with something like six or seven scratches / nicks / small dents etc. I was charged nothing for excess wear. The dealership is modern and well staffed. They obviously go out of their way to train their staff. The dealership is very clean. Even the sitting room for the service area is clean, not grimy as is often the case. They have an actual human being who answers the phone and she is always very pleasant and calls me by name. Overall I had a very pleasant buying experience, from nice people. If you're looking for a new Infiniti, give Salerno Duane a try. This is the second car that I purchased from them, and it probably won't be my last.

I returned with my Infiniti G37x coupe that I bought as a used car over a year previously. During my ownership rust started developing in the driver's door. As I went to the local Infiniti dealer for warranty service, their body shop indicated that the car had been in an accident and the rusting door was the responsibility of the body repair shop. The car fax on this vehicle recored no instances of accident or repair. When I reported this to Raz Pomar of Salerno Infiniti he expressed that this was news to him as well and invited me to return for confirmation. As he inspected the car, he agreed with the assessment and provided full repair of the door with the use of an Infiniti G37 sedan as a loaner for a week as the body shop worked on my car. The work done was excellent and is of course guaranteed . The repair and the use of the loaner was all done without charge to me. Mr. Pomar is the manager of the used car section and his behavior and service were outstanding. If I get another Infiniti car, there is no question that I would come to Salerno. Kevin Parent

Went in for a lease and met with Andy. Let me just say that this was probably the easiest car transaction I've done in my life... and I've done a few. He was super helpful, knew his stuff, and very accommodating. I'm not one to play the typical dealer games and went in with a number in mind... Andy pretty much met that number on the spot. There was none of that silly back and forth. Also, I was going away for the weekend and asked if the paperwork and what not could be done in advance so that I could pick up the car relatively quickly and he did everything he could to make that happen. Rest assure that for anything Infiniti related, Andy Glick will be the guy I see!

I had visited many other dealers and was at my wits end before I visited Andy at Salerno Duane Infiniti. I was soo tired of all the games and shenanigans these other places put me through. At one dealer I sat and waited 25 minutes without being asked If I needed help before I walked out. Let me tell you... From the moment I walked I to Salerno Duane Infiniti, I was treated with respect and professionalism. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I sat down with Andy and went over everything I was looking for out of the car I wanted. It was great to finally meet a Real Salesman who understood my needs and wants and then translated them into the car of my dreams. He knew the cars inside and out. (Secretly, so did I, but I wanted to test him and see if he would BS me like everywhere else). The real thrill with Andy was the test drive he insisted I take with him. He showed me exactly how well the car drives and maneuvers and gave me a mini hands on driving lesson. When it came down to negotiating prices, I didn't have to break my back to get the price I already knew I was capable of getting. He was extremely fair. I don't usually feel the need to follow up and write reviews, but people need to know how great this shopping experience was.

I looked for a used car for two years. Infiniti was my dealer and service rep for my 1994 Infiniti G20 but I wanted to check out the competition. I tried several cars and dealerships. I couldn't decide. I called Allie and said I wanted a used Infiniti and she gave Terry. Together, my husband and I went to see the car Terry picked. It had so many bells and whistles, looked new (it was 5 years old) and great pickup (G35X). I appreciated his attention to detail as I could not find the large car guide that the small car guide mentions. I found it in the trunk, attached to the wall eventually but Terry found me another one anyway. When I took my car , now named 'Storm' , in for oil change, service found it needed rear brakes and rear tires. The manager totally paid for that without me saying one word! The salesman, Kyle Lyzenga, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and very patient and professional in his approach. He was completely okay with my test driving the vehicle three times so that I was confident in my decision. All of the people I met at the dealership were very friendly. Pricing was very attractive. The delivery of the car was prompt, efficient and thorough. Kyle's explanation of the many features of the vehicle was complete and accurate. I had owned a BMW for 10 years and considered buying another one. However the shopping experience at the two dealers in the area was very disappointing and the BMW is nothing like it used to be. He was very knowledgeable not just about Infiniti but other brands to include competitors models. I emailed the dealership on Sunday Feb 24th regarding a car. I had a great price emailed back to me along with lease quotes (From Kevin Tonero). The price was transparent and excellent. Kevin took the time to answer my by email or by phone. We picked out a car on Tuesday and arranged for a pickup on Saturday. I explained to Kevin that I wanted the pickup to be as quick as possible and once again he delivered. Steven Walder handed the financials while Kevin went through the vehicle with my wife. We were out of the dealership within an hour or so with a new car! All in all - this was probably the easiest car transaction I have ever done. Well done Salerno Duane and well done Kevin and Steven!). If you are in the market for an Infiniti - I would definitely recommend checking out Salerno Duane.

I just leased a JX35 and the whole experience was the easiest I've had in 20 years of buying cars. I knew which vehicle I wanted and sent an email to several dealers. Kevin Tonero was the first to reply, offered the best price, and directly answered by specific questions. He also quickly arranged a dealer swap so that I could get the exact model I wanted. When it came time to pick up the car, I let him know that I would have my 2 kids with me (on a school night) and needed to move quickly though the closing process. He and Steven Waldner in the Finance office had everything ready to go and we were out of there in less than an hour - including time for my kids to enjoy some hot chocolate, sign all the paperwork, return my existing lease, setting up the bluetooth, and get a demo of the the car's features. Kevin even found an allen wrench to take the key ring off my old set of keys and put it on the new ones - that's attention to detail!

Art helped us out a few years ago with a lease and we were so pleased we came back again and got TWO new vehicles! My father and I leased a new JX and M37x and we couldn't be happier! They are always friendly and helpful and provide the highest level of service and support. I leased a 2010 Infiniti G37s hard top convertible at Salerno Duane Infiniti. During price negotiations I felt like this was a friendly, family kind of dealer. The people I have met throughout are warm and welcoming. I have had some problems with the convertible, primarily squeaks and rattles. My primary service contact, Allie, is a sweetheart. Very responsive. Shows great empathy. And when she isn't available, Sue is wonderful, as well. While the squeaks remain unresolved (need to wait for the cold weather to kick back in), compromising my experience with a car I otherwise like, this dealership treats the customer right. While I believe in the Infiniti brand, one negative surprise has been the number of service intervals this car requires and the cost to service. As a long time Porsche owner (oil changes every 15,000 to 20,000 miles), the Infiniti interval of 3,000 to 4,000 is disruptive and arises much too fast. But, if I must go to a dealer too often, I'm glad to see my friends Allie and Sue at Salerno Duane.

I watched in amazement as Allie and Susan coordinated my service request for my Infiniti FX35. I had never witness any thing like it. These two individuals complemented each other as they worked to complete my service request. Allie informed me of the possible service cost, she also informed me of the available coupons, and had some suggestions.In the mean time, Susan informed me that the courtesy car I wall be using for that day, was ready. the car engine was runnung, the door on the drivers side was opened. All I had to do was get in the car close the door and be on my way. Who could ask for anything more? My review today is only for service, but I've been buying all my cars from Salerno Duane since 2001. The service department experience is simply superb, from write-up to delivery of the repaired vehicle. Things are right the first time. Allie and Sue couldn't be more pleasant to deal with, and they make a service visit a completely stress-free experience. A good deal on a car isn't worth much unless the dealer has a first rate service department, and I'm happy to recommend this dealership on all counts.

Very pleased with the Professionalism and service provided by Sue, and Allie. It is always a pleasure to deal with them. Salerno-Duane Infiniti is lucky to have them around. The one issue that I did have wasn't with the dealership, but with the Technician sent from Infiniti to the dealership. I cannot, and will not believe that an external source of heat melted my side view mirrors....it happened three times in the same exact spot....even if it was a reflection off something it wouldnt have matched all three times...it just doesn't make sense.

They had the part in stock but had to send it out to be painted (bright red) and thought it might take 3 days.I mentioned I was lost without the side mirror for safe driving and lo and behold they had it ready the next day.

This is my third lease with the dealership. My first two leases were handled by David Zarillo who was wonderful and make the entire process easy and efficient. My current experience introduced me to Steven and Art and they were absolutely fantastic. Steven worked with me every step of the way through the financials and was always prompt on returning calls and most pleasant. Art recognized that I was pretty familiar with the car but he still took time to make sure I didn't have any questions or clarifications needed about those features that I have had in my past vehicles. We say "extremely instrumental" because we were somewhat ambivalent about purchasing an Infiniti prior to our visit. I moved to Morris County in 2002. My 2000 Infiniti I30 was under warranty and I began having it serviced at Salerno Duane Infiniti of Denville. When my I30 was no longer under warranty, Salerno Duane continued to provide me with loaner cars when my vehicle was in for service. I would drop my car off on my way to work in the morning, then pick up my car on my way home; a great connivence for me. The Service department; Allie and Sue are professional and friendly, and always accommodating. They are great!Earlier this year, I decided it was time to trade in the old for the new. It was a delightful Saturday in January, unseasonably warm weather, a perfect day to explore my driving experience options. My preference was a vehicle with AWD and Crossover in size. I visited several auto manufacturer dealerships. Of course one was Infiniti of Denville. When I entered the showroom it was then that I first noted the Infiniti EX. Andy Glick graciously introduced himself. Andy took his time to explain the features and functionality of the Infiniti EX. As we prepared to take the EX for a test drive, Andy first explained how the hands free technology functioned, a must for me. I drove the EX heading East on Route 10 then Andy directed me off the beat and path through the winding back roads of Denville. Andy encourage me to really drive the car, wow, what handling around the turns, got my confidence. None of the other car manufacturers encouraged this kind of test drive; just a short drive east and then back west on route 10.I explained to Andy, I wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase or lease the Infiniti EX; but this was my vehicle of choice, so needed some time to consider the options. Andy was patient and had great follow through without high pressure. I leased my vehicle and would lease (buy) another vehicle through Salerno Duane especially working with Andy; seamless. Go Andy!

I have been a customer at Salerno Duane Infinity for almost six years with two vehicles. Sue and Ali are the best service managers I have ever worked with in the 30 years I've owned a car. They are professional and friendly and have always made me feel welcomed. Appointments are made according to my schedule, loaners are always made available, and service is done on time. But it is the extra mile they go to when there is a problem. Both Sue and Allie are so pleasant to deal with, I never dread going to get the car serviced. One example: My previous car was not bought at that dealership, but I moved to the area and began having the car serviced there. I had two new tires put on and had to drive to see a very ill parent. While there, one of the tires became flat. When I called it was close to closing, knowing I was under pressure with my family, rather than have me go through the road side service, Allie sent someone with a loaner for me and then took the car back to get the tire assessed and ultimately repaired. I felt that this was beyond the scope of the job and really represented caring for the customer.But this type of service is routine at this dealership and when it came time to buy a new car, I really didn't want to leave this service.

I brought my new G25x in for routine service and waited in Salerno Duane's customer lounge. Upon arrival, I had mentioned a minor foreign sound (low volume beep), but was unable to identify where the sound was originating. After completing the routine service (quite promptly), Allie arranged for a technician to take a ride with me so they could identify the sound and make the appropriate repair. The technician heard the sound, but could not readily identify the problem. He expressed the need to keep it for further testing at which time Allie arranged a loaner so I would not be inconvenienced. Later that day, Allie called to alert me that they had found the problem, ordered the replacement part (via overnight delivery), and I could expect the car to be ready for pickup the following day, which it was. Problem solved.The take away from the experience is that everyone with whom I had contact made every effort to accommodate and to minimize any potential inconvenience. I have purchased 4 Infinitis over the past 10 years and the service has always been of this quality. Customer service is obviously very important to Salerno Duane and its employees exemplify the characteristic. The car was also freshly washed and ready to go when I arrived for the pickup.

We have purchased 4 new Infiniti vehicles over the past 10 years, all from Salerno Duane. We have a unique driveway (very steep) and most cars (all but SUV type) scrape as you pull in. I met with Gerry Leon and told him I wanted to go with a sedan, but described the issue. He offered to take the vehicle we were interested in for a test drive to my house so we could test it on our driveway. Since the G25x is AWD, and the wheel base is shorter than my other Infinitis, we both thought it would work, but really needed to be sure. We appreciated his understanding of our concern and when the car could be easily driven up the driveway without scraping, we made a deal. Gerry also went way out of his way to help resolve an issue with satellite radio. He was extremely courteous and patient throughout the entire process and has followed up with me on several occasions since delivery to be sure we are happy with the vehicle. I whole-heartedly recommend a visit with Gerry if you are interested in a great car, a great value, and top quality service. Our experience with the service department (Allie & Susan) has also been stellar.

Couldn't be happier with my new lease of an M37x. I chose this car over the Audi A6, Lexus IS350 and Acura TL and there's a reason I did so: Andy Glick. The man is an encyclopedia of knowledge about all things on four wheels and particularly about the M37x. Apparently he knows a few things about customers, too. Not only did he give me a much better explanation of all the features of the M37x than another Infiniti dealer I spoke with, but he patiently proved wrong some of my mistaken notions about this car. He never tried to disparage the other models I was considering; he simply proved why the M37x was the best choice for me and I haven't looked back. Oh, and he took great care of my kids, too. On a positive note I went down to Summit afterwords and I gave my business to Douglas which had a much more courteous and friendly staff. From the first phone call to the final handshake, Andrew Glick was always courteous, helpful and informative. He gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him at any time. He reiterated that when I picked up the vehicle. He was never pushy and I thought it to be a pleasant surprise that he took me at my word for what I'd told him and vice versa. He worked with me to put a deal together at a time when it looked like it might not happen. I live a considerable distance from this dealership but I am giving serious consideration to returning there for the maintenance and service on the vehicle. Hector took care of me on Saturday without an appointment. He clearly explained what service was needed and the approximate cost. He needed to keep the car until Monday and offered a loaner vehicle. The work was completed,on time, as promised when I picked up the car on Monday. When I picked up the car, Sue greeted me, reviewed what work was done and finished the paperwork. Allie and Sue (both have helped me over the last 4 years (latest visit was Allie). They are always very accomodating. When I call for an appointment they always give me a close estimate of the cost and time and always offer a loaner car. They are friendly and have a waiting lounge equipped with a large flat screen TV, 2 computers, a variety of complimentary beverages and great fresh bagels.The quality of work is excellent. I always feel like I'm driving a new car home. The work is patiently explained to me and I never feel as if I'm being rushed.I have a round trip of 40 miles. That should sum up my experiences.

Going to purchase a car is usually a horrific experience. I can finally say that I enjoyed purchasing my car. My salesman, Luis Rivera was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and courteous. I walked into the dealership with 99% certainty that I was not going to purchase an Inifiniti. I had already worked out an acceptable deal with another dealer (not Inifiniti). After calling Luis to let him know that I was going to pass, he was still professional and courteous. I'm now the proud owner of an Infiniti G25X. While I was waiting to finalize my transaction Luis made sure that my car was detailed to perfection. Luis took his time to educate me on the car's features and make sure I was comfortable with everything. I was entirely pleased and satisfied with the entire process. Art provided me with quick pricing, which I was very happy with, and answered all my questions. I was interested in having an after market remote starter installed and that process was handled great. Thanks to David Zarillo on that too. The return of my expired leased M35X was handled very quickly and efficiently and the paperwork on my lease was handled in no time. Plus, I don't think I have ever had anyone go over the aspects of the car then Art did when I picked it up yesterday. I will start off by saying that I will NEVER purchase an Infiniti outside of this dealership. The expirience that I had from the first handshake to the last was something that I did not think existed. Jorge is one of the most honest people I have ever met, and you do not usually see that in a car dealership. the frst day that I was in, after hearing my situation, Jorge flat out said that it would be nearly impossible to get the car that I was looking at, for the price I wanted it. He ran all the numbers, even showing me how much profit he would make. After talking and running numbers for a little over an hour, I left the dealership empty handed, but satisfied with the honesty that Jorge gave me. The next day I got a message from Terry saying that they have a deal that i may be interested in. when I called back, the first thing out of Terrys mouth was "how did your interview go?" You know you are recieving good customer service, when a car salesman, who is looking to make money, starts off a conversation about a job interview that I had the day before. That really brought this whole deal on a personal level, which I liked. My father and I wound up going to the dealership within that hour, and accepting the deal, which actually was a really good deal. Not only were we satisfied with the deal, we were in and out within a matter of 2 hours. Much thanks to David, who had every singe sheet of paperwork ready to be signed. Overall, I had an EXCELLENT expirience at this dealership and would reccomend them to everyone, not only because of the great deal that I got, but the level of customer service that each and every employee I worked with displayed. Sue greeted me warmly, processed me in and had my car serviced at the exact time scheduled for my maintenance appointment. Clearly explained what would occur. Offered a loaner in case I didnt want to wait, even though I had already told her I would wait; and I appreciated that offer again. Lounge area very clean, comfortable and work friendly. Work was finished right on time, with car cleaned and ready to go. Allie processed me out graciously and efficiently. Charges very reasonable. Allie reminded me when I was due in again for scheduled service and that I should not hesitate to call if any issues ever arise. They never have, since the work is always done correctly the first time. Allie and Sue "get it". That is, they undersand my time is valuable and they work around my schedule to accommodate me. I started my car search using the AAA and Costco buying services (highly recommended). Some other dealers tried to increase the "guaranteed" price, citing various reasons for the additional charges. Salerno Duane was up front and clear from the start. I was looking for a specific model, color combination, and options. Other dealers tried to push their own inventory or made only token effort to find what I wanted. The team at Salerno Duane was very creative at finding the right vehicle. Even when there was a minor misunderstanding regarding one of the options, the sales manager, Peter, stepped right in and fixed the problem; doing so fairly and without any hassle.I did all of my preliminary purchase and financing work over the phone and via email. Never visited the dealership until delivery day. Final paperwork and delivery was smooth and painless. Tom took a lot of time to show us how everything worked and answered all our questions completely and patiently.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Salerno Duane Infiniti highly.

I went to Salerno Duane Infiniti after looking at some midrange SUV's (Ford Edge, for example) and wanted to see what I would get by moving up to the EX35 SUV. Andy was very friendly, had a strong working knowledge of the vehicle, navigation, and most importantly really wanted to let me experience how it performed during the test drive. Though I have owned one Infiniti before (the Q45 years ago), since then I have mostly purchased Honda's for reliability and kind of forgot about the potential fun one can have driving a car engineered for performance. The car was so much fun that I went straight home, reconsidered why I was making the purchase and what I could afford and deserve at this phase of my life, and decided to get an FX35 AWD which I have now driven 750 miles and absolutely love. I can't say enough good things about this car or find enough ways to thank Andy for the test drives we took and the information he communicated to me about its features. I love the Lane Departure Warning system which is really helping me drive better and stay in my own lane, and the Intelligent Cruise Control (full speed range) with distance control technology using lasers is sheer genius. After driving with it for a day and getting to trust it more and more, I doubt I will ever want to drive a car without this feature.But by far, my primary reason for recommending this dealership is that not just my sales consultant but also the manager who handled the financial paperwork and required state forms did everything they could to speed me through. This was easily the least amount of time I have ever had to spend at a dealership to complete a purchase and pick up the vehicle.Highly recommended.

I applaud the experience I had with Salerno Duane and especially Tom Verheeck. The showroom is utterly immaculate - easily the most impressive showroom I've had the chance to visit. Their lounge is top notch and kept my wife and 3 kids more than occupied while I talked things over. Tom first impressed me with his phone demeanor and made me feel that he would deliver on all his promises. In person, the open and honest communication continued. Tom looked into every question I had and patiently answered each with a straightforward approach. He never took long to get back to me and ALWAYS addressed my concerns. During the delivery process, Tom took about an hour of his time to walk me through all the car's bells and whistles. Frankly, I find him to be a genuine guy which is a rare benefit to the customer when entering the new car process. I have been leasing/buying cars for many years now and have actually negotiated deals for many family members and friends. My experience with Salerno Duane was top notch, with Tom Verheeck being driving force behind my experience. The dealership has very comfortable atmosphere with no high pressure sales. It is quite a nice dealership with good amenities. In the area of information, I was provided with thorough information about the vehicle and its advantages. The price I was given was more than fair and required minimal negotiation, vs. other dealerships which start very high and make vehicle purchase an all day event. When I decided to give some thought and not buy on the spot, they were very understanding. The sales manager came over and thanked me for considering their dealership and told me how interested they were in doing business with me...that's all- no pressure. I finally decided to buy (lease) the vehicle and the experience was great. The follow-up was also top notch. the first dealership i visited was infiniti of denville. the salesman,andy, was honest,nice and very straight forward. after my visit, i shopped around and tried to find the best deal. some dealerships took my deposit and never delievered the vehicle i wanted. during the whole process, andy was very helpful and even took time on his days off to try and help me. i got the car i wanted and its great! i had a great experience with this dealership. i definitly recommend trying infiniti of denville.. call andy he will def help you out .

Infiniti of Denville has been servicing my I-30 for 11 years. The car has never broken down on the road and has been highly reliable. I have great trust in their service team and know that ongoing service is performed in a manner consistent with the luxury status of the vehicle. From a service standpoint they always give me the straight story...good or bad. I am now in the market for a new car (the I-30 remains in good enough condition to pass down to my kids) and will be strongly considering an Infiniti from Denville. Luis knew his car and the competition and I am generally pleased with the car, but the negotiation felt slimy at best. The price was not horrible, but asking me to sign unncesseary credit forms, not following up on requested items, and most galling, not truly looking for my desired vehicle on other lots (trying to force my hand to buy on their lot) was horrible. I had to find my vehicle myself and threaten to go to a different dealer. Paperwork took an hour. Could have been so much better. I won't buy another car there unless I find that their service department is superior at service.

I made the right decision by purchasing my new car from Salerno Duane Infiniti! Upon first entering the showroom I was warming welcomed by Andy Glick who turned out to be the best sales person I have ever worked with. Andy understood that I needed to love the car before we could even discuss buying it. He took the time to explain and show me different models, packages, and financing options (his level of knowledge was impressive). Ulitmately Andy found me the car I wanted for the price I wanted (none of that back and forth, "I have to talk to my manager" game). Andy took care of all the details, from working with my insurance company to setting up my bluetooth. I was truly impressived with everyone I met at Salerno, and felt like my satisfaction was their ultimate goal!

I walked in to get a better understanding of pricing once my current lease runs out in a few months. They were able to get me into a new car now, keep my car payment the same and give me all the same options and mileage as my current car. We test drove the car, finalized the pricing, options, and drove out in the new car in about two hours. The overall experience was very positive.

I just signed a lease contract for my beautiful G37X Coupe.No hiding or run around. If you ask for something and they can do it for you then they will say yes otherwise clearly no. Very honest.Dealt with Tom Varheeck through internet quote first. I liked the price that he offered me, so I visited the dealership, dealership had the car I wanted and signed a lease right away. Trust me no hassle! It was 30miles away from my house but it was worth to try visiting them. The quote you'll get from him is what you'll actually see on the paper. My car came in for its 37K service, Sue got me in and and out ASAP with a loaner. When I picked up the car they told me that the brakes were vibrating and replaced the front pads no charge under warranty. Fred was very polite and not "pushy" when we first started looking at cars in the showroom. He was quite knowledgable about all models and suggested we take both cars for a test drive. He came with us when we drove the sedan and then advised us to go by ourselves to try the coupe. This gave us time to discuss both models by ourselves. When Fred sat down with us he tried to give us the best deal, which he did! When we came back the next day to finalize the sale, he explained all aspects of the car and insured us that we could call him any time using his cell phone number if necessary. I returned to this dealership because I had a positive experience in the past both with the sales process as well as the vehicle I purchased. I called Andy when I was looking to replace my 2004 with a brand new car. I feel that he was working on my side to make the best deal under the criteria that I had given him. This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Salerno Duane (2nd through Perry) and the overall sales experience was great again; however, for the first time I encountered an issue obtaining the exact vehicle that was agreed upon in the process of our negotiations. From what I was told Salerno Duane was able to locate vehicles w/the exact options I wanted, but other dealerships were unwilling to swap cars. Working for a fortune 500 company I can understand the corporate politics that can come into play in these sort of situations, but at the end of the day my purchasing experience is not just with Salerno Duane, but with the Nissan Infiniti corporation. If a car is made by the company w/the options that interest me (and available on the open market) someone should be able to deliver that to me and leave the issue between dealerships as something to be worked out within the company as a whole (however that may be).

Wow where to I begin? First of all, I purchased my 2008 G35X at a great price with low mileage from Ras Pomar. Ras was a pleasure to deal with and I never felt any pressure to buy the car. Secondly, before purchasing the car I had my mechanic look over the vehicle and the dealership took care of a few items that were still under warranty with no questions asked before completing the sale. Finally, I purchased an extended warrany from David Zarillo and once again I felt like I got a good deal especially when another dealer wanted about $500 more for the same warranty. And if that was not enough, I brought the car back a week later due to some pulsation coming from the brakes and David made sure that everything was taken care to my complete satisfaction.

I purchased a 2007 Q56. I visited at least 5 other dealerships prior to Salerno Duane. Others included Nissan, Lincoln & Ford. I had nothing but problems with the other dealerships. I had a very pleasant experience buying a new car at Salerno Duane Infiniti dealer in Denville, NJ. Luis Rivera the Sales and Leasing Consultant was exceedingly pleasant and helpful. I stopped by Monday and had a comprehensive test drive accompanied by Luis. Based on my research the price was fair and Luis and his boss Peter were more than equitable in coming up with a bottom line. Bought the car on a Saturday at 2:30 PM (luckily on the lot) and by 4:30 PM it was prepped and insurance company called and everything was arranged. The business manager, David Zarillo was also very helpful and all the paperwork was taken care of in a smooth fashion. My wife had purchased or leased 4 cars at this dealer and I was anxious to check the service and treatment at Infiniti. Im also looking forward to dealing the service representatives Susan and Allie; Ive heard great things about them.

I initially was having scheduled service done on my leased 2008 G35.... While waiting, I struck up a conversation with Mr. Flaten, who, after a bit of work, was able to show me a deal to terminate my lease early, get us into the G37 coupe we had always wanted in AWD, and save us money each month as well... My hats off to Salerno Duane who also protected us from an unfair issue the lease inspection company had after the fact. I had the feeling that Salerno Duane did indeed have my back !

This is my second purchase of an Infiniti from Salerno Duane. I had the pleasure of dealing with Perry Snitkin and could not recommend him more highly. Perry is friendly, knowledgable, and so easy to work with. As a woman who has visited other car dealers who would not even take me seriously because they thought only a man could buy a car, I appreciated Perry's sincerity and helpfulness. When I bought my last Infiniti, I got whoever was "up next" and although that person was not great, Perry stepped in and helped put that deal together. This is by far the worst dealership I've ever been to. Read why: I saw an M vehicle on their website that was for 42500 with only 3250 miles so i decided to check it out at the dealership. I got there and started looking around the floor. There was an M right inside the doorway. Terry greated me and said that he thinks that is the vehicle so i got very excited about it. Then he looked up the number and said it wasn't the one but it was a demo as well with about 5K miles so I inquired about it. He said the one in the newspaper was the one outside...it was in an accident with a deer but was all fixed up. I said no thanks to that one and wanted to know what price was for the one on the floor with 5k miles. After a very long time just waiting around, Terry came back with a full writeup with only a space to fill in for my trade-in. It was for the car that was in an accident with the deer! What nerve!! I never said I was interested in that one and just wanted to know the price of the one on the floor. On what basis would these guys assume that i would purchase the one in the accident that they would work up the paperwork? Finally, I got the price for the one on the floor (somewhere around 49K)...so I just left the dealership and bought an Acura TL from next door. I had a much better experience there! They lost a legitimate customer.

I was very skeptical in going to this dealer due to the fact that i was already tired of going to another dealer and have to deal with the hustling and lack of customer service dealers actually give you, but i was wrong. I was very pleased when i met Perry and his staff. These people treat you like if you were a friend. Very easy to deal and talk with. After a nasty accident in which my wife and I were injured and our car totaled, I faced the additional indignity of having to enter the used car market in order to get the features I required in a new vehicle. I'd like to start by saying I had a wonderful experience at Salerno Duane.It began with a phone call from one of their reps, stating that I could get a good trade-in deal for my 2004 Infiniti FX35. Having just figured out that my car was only RWD the hard way, I decided to inquire in person about this trade. Unfortunately, I think I misunderstood as the rep was actually talking about getting a new car.When I came in, however, Tom did not bat an eye. He asked me what I wanted and what I was looking to spend, cautioning me about extra fees and taxes that would potentially increase the price. This made setting a price point fairly easy, as I knew exactly what I would have to pay.Salerno Duane Infiniti mainly deals with new purchases it seems, as their used car selection was moderate. This does not mean that the lot was unappealing, however, as every car was pretty much a gem. Finding the kind of car I wanted was not a challenge.After selecting my car and negotiating, we began to go through the processing of the purchase. This went fairly smoothly, even though I had some issues with paperwork to sort out. Tom V remained patient and helpful throughout the whole ordeal.At the end, he thanked me and I was off with my g35x. Although he showed a lot of gratitude for my purchase, I had the feeling that I was the one being helped as well. A few words about the dealership: It is clean, fancy, and comfortable, as one would expect from a luxury car dealer. The difference one may experience, however, is the humility and friendliness of the staff. Although I did not buy a brand new g37 with the red interior, I felt like I was still treated with the utmost respect and care.For information's sake, I traded in a 2004 FX35 for a 2006 g35x.

This is probably the 5th Infinity we have owned over 40 years. Our most recent purchase is the FX35. We bought one in 2009 and we purchased a 2011 in December. In both cases Luis Rivera was our salesperson. We asked to have him again. Albeit there is always the bit of trading that goes on, and he has always been extremely pleasant, knows the product he is selling very well, and more than willing to have you come back with questions after your purchase. He does an excellent job. The cars themselves are a pleasure. The service department however is outstanding. It is truly what makes us repeat customers. Alli and Sue have been there a long time and they do an outstanding job. Everyone associated with Salerno/Duane seems to be interested in customer service, which is what differentiates it from other dealerships, no matter what make the car.Karen & John Alofs

This is my second lease through Salerno Duane Infiniti, and I must say everyone at the dealership is an absolute please to deal with! My current lease is a new 2011 G37 that I leased through Art Blenner. I never dealt with Art before, but he was absolutely fantastic to work with! I have dealt with Salerno Duanne Infinity of Denville for many years. I leased my first Infinity elsewhere in 2001 but had it serviced at this dealership. Ally and Sue were warm, friendly and very helpful during the years of Service. In 2007, I leased my second Infinity at Salerno in Denville and worked with Jerry. My husband and I were so pleased with the easy transaction that he leased his Infinity FX 35, in 2010. Prior to Infinity he only drove Audi's but in 2010 switched to Infinity. When my lease was up, I didn't even look at any other cars but went directly to Salerno because of my prior experience. Art Blenner was my salesperson as Jerry wasn't working there anymore. Art came highly recommended by my friends who have purchased their Infinity because of my recommendation. Art was knowledgeable, highly Professional, very warm and friendly. My husband and I are very pleased with our many years of experience with this dealer. Ally and Sue remembered us and made us feel at home. My new Infinity M37X is 5 days old and we love it. This is why I think Salerno Duanne Infinity is GREAT!! They are exceptional.It is a pleasure to work with them.

I went to this dealer after a friend had recommended it to me. I was shopping around for a 2011 QX56 and the first dealer I went to was priced quite high compared to Duane Salerno in Denville. The staff went above and beyond to get me in a QX56. We were looking for a vehicle that was bigger than what we currently had (Volvo XC90)and after an exhaustive search of all SUVs we chose the QX56 since it offered the most for the price we were looking in.

This dealership is, by far, the friendliest, most customer-service-oriented and helpful auto dealership with which I have ever worked in over 20 years of car ownership. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and go out of their way to assist their customers. Customer loyalty is critical to this dealership, and it shows in everything they do. One never has the feeling that one is being taken advantage of by anyone at the dealership. They take their time to explain everything that they are doing, yet appreciate that their customers' time is valuable.Each of the people that I identified above has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are willing to make deals to keep you as a customer. And their word is their bond -- they never over-promise or under-perform. The Service Department is also extremely well run, and they place a premium on providing minimum inconvenience to the customer while the car is being serviced.

Overall, I had an excellent experience leasing my new G37. I have had four Infiniti's but this is my first experience with Salerno Duane. Art Blenner is a very professional salesman. We communicated off and on for several months before I decided to trade in my G35 for a newer vehicle. I took multiple test drives on multiple occasions trying to decide between a coupe and the sedan. Seeing my confusion, Art arranged for me to have the coupe for 48 hours. After this extended test drive, I decided the sedan was more practical and I leased the vehicle. He was always very patient and helpful. He took much time to show me all the features. The entire dealership was very helpful when a previous dealership had made a mistake on the title paperwork for my old vehicle. My experience with the service department for several years has also been extremely positive.

I contacted 3-4 dealerships and outlined the car I was looking for. Perry from Salerno Duane Infiniti was the first to respond. He asked me for a few more details about the car I was looking for and emailed me a quote the same day. The other dealerships that responded refused to provide a quote in writing unless I came in. I wanted a 2011 G37x with a strange combination of options that made the car hard to find. Perry was able to locate the car and have it at the dealership within two days for me. I was really great to be able get my new car before the holidays. When I took delivery of the car Perry took a full hour to go over how to use every feature and option on the car. Everything from multiple itinerary routes in the navigation to Bluetooth audio streaming from my phone was covered. I dont usually take the time to write reviews but this was the first time I had a positive experience at any car dealership.

I purchased a 2011 FX35 in November, 2010 and the experience of buying the car at Salerno Duane Infinity was outstanding. The process could not have been smoother. Art Blenner, my salesperson, as well as the other staff were friendly and very knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. I never felt any of the typical "sales pressure" in making any decisions surrounding the purchase. Although the dealership did not have the exact car color/specs, they performed a dealer swap within 12 hours of my visit and I took ownership of the car the following day. The dealership was competitive on both the car price and also financing options. On the day of pickup, Art took his time with me to go over the features of the car and Dave Zarillo, the business manager, went over all the details in the loan agreement to ensure I was comfortable that everything was documented properly. In my subsequent visits, to pick up the license plates and an accessory, the whole Salerno Duane Infinity team greeted me warmly, a nice touch considering the sale had already been made. Definitely a "family" type atmosphere.This is the first Infinity automobile that I have owned, and I have to say I am impressed so far with the car. I can definitely see myself buying Infinity vehicles in the years to come, and would absolutely return to Salerno Duane Infinity to buy my next car.

I just got my G25! Tom was very patient waiting for me to decide on when I was ready to buy my new car. Through the test drive, selection process all the way through describing all the features on the car once I bought it, he was very helpful and informative. I was not so thrilled with the trade in amount Infiniti offered on my car, and I probably should have held out a bit more, but at the end of day, I probably paid what I had expected to pay and got some splash guards to boot! The other Infiniti staff members appeared to be very friendly, and certainly those I came in contact with were also very helpful.

I have leased three Infiniti's from Salerno Duane Infiniti. For almost ten years, one of the main reasons I keep coming back is because of Allie and Sue. They are the best. They always make the service experience completely hassle-free. If necessary, there is always a loaner car waiting to minimize any potential inconveniences. We recently purchased an Infiniti G37 hardtop convertible from Salerno Duane Infiniti of Denville---the entire process was outstanding. Terry Flaten, our sales consultant was very knowledgeable about the product, he listened to what I had to say and then answered my questions. It took three visits and two test drives before purchasing the car simply because I am a thorough shopper and make it a point not to make any rash or quick decisions on a major purchase. Terry was friendly, informative, and honest. There was no high pressure, in fact there was no pressure period. When I was ready to buy he was honest and up front on pricing and negotiations, it was an incredibly pleasant experience. My husband and I were introduced to several people at the dealership---Managers, secretaries, etc. but Terry handled everything other than the final paperwork which of course was handled by their finance/accountant person---everybody there was friendly and pleasant. I would highly recommend the car we bought (love it---handles like a dream), the dealership, and Terry Flaten our sales consultant.

Stopped in Salerno Duane Infiniti and sales person Thomas Verheeck made my experience fun and enjoyable. He answered all my questions and didnt mind that I couldnt decide what color vehicle I wanted. We walked through the lot he showed me all the colors and explained the differences between each G model. After the test drive I made up my mind and came out with a brand new G37. I checked the new car inventory on dealers website, found a vehicle with the right color and options. On the forums read about what people were paying for this model and came to the dealership with my numbers. Tom matched the price without playing any games. This dealership was certainly the most friendly dealership I have been to. It wasn't just the salesperson or a receptionist, rather the entire staff. That type of environment is one that doesn't come from mangment direction but comes from a culture of customer service. Clearly, this dealership knows that intial impressions are lasting. My salesperson was able to read my level of interest and desires and adapt his presentation to the points and factors I sought. What was also evident was that many individuals at this dealership are willing to pitch in when necessary to keep the customer experience flowing positively. I was happy with the price I got and was suprised at the ability of the saleperson and management to get to my desired price without making it a painful experience. Bottom line, this dealership and Mr. Verheeck do it right.

Stay far away from this dealership. Bought 2008 EX35 one year ago and decided to try and trade for FX because of small backseat in EX. Love car otherwise. General manager offered $24,000 on trade-in on fully loaded car with 7700 miles worth $31,000 as trade-in on Edmunds, KBB, and other sites. Admitted they scammed me one year ago when they didn't reveal the $5000 rebate offered at that time. Salesman was fine; general manager was terrible, trying to scam me with a numbers game, which basically came down to him trying to keep the $5000 rebate, so I had no option for the 2.99% financing. Why would you buy another Infiniti when they obviously don't hold their value according to dealer's own people? Original salesman wouldn't even return our phone calls.

Service department is a total ripoff. I went there for several years with my I30 and every time paid hundreds of dollars for overpriced work that was unnecessary and not in the owner's manual (15,000, 30,000, 50,000, 70,000 mile services, fuel injections, etc. - they just lump a whole bunch of things together, most of which are not needed and charge you an arm and a leg). I finally wised up to it. Never again.
