It was truly refreshing to find a dealership that is straight forward and actually advertised the sale price of the car without hidden fees or added on extras that were not asked for or "mistakes on advertised pricing" on their website. Justin did a phenomenal job making the deal happen that got me me home in a great new Mazda! Even though we had a brief interaction over a year ago he remembered all the details we had talked about and what I was looking for in a car. If you want a great car buying experience that is second to none look for Justin at Sam Leman Mazda.

Staff was so helpful, never pushy or forceful. Consuela Regal helped us out trading in my lease and she was fabulous! Friendly, efficient and fun to work with. Consuela was knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and she was prompt with responding to my messages and truly wanted the best for our family with our purchase. I also felt very safe with everyone wearing their masks and they sanitized the cars before we test drove them. Staff and especially Consuela were all honest and patient with us today and Consuela worked hard and QUICKLY to be sure we were not sitting at a dealership all day. I totally recommend Consuela at Sam Leman Mazda, very pleasant experience buying our car!

Excellent experience with a recent oil change/rotation. Dave was extraordinarily friendly and professional. I asked them to please not run car through auto wash as I wanted to baby this one but they still sprayed it down for me anyway (with a power washer, I assume).. That was super nice of them and unexpected. Also the quickest dealership oil change I’ve ever experienced. Would def go back.

Above and beyond! I had the pleasure of working with Justin Schultz while shopping around for a new daily driver. I was coming in from out of town and Justin didn't hesitate for a moment to offer to come in on his day off and show me the car and schedule a test drive which blew my mind. He was clear, transparent, and just generally a great guy to do business with. Extremely happy with the car and pleased with the price I paid for it. Being linked with CEFCU also made things super easy. If my needs for vehicles expands again I'll definitely be giving him a call first.
