I went to look at a vehicle today that I had previously researched for a few weeks. We pulled up and stepped out of the car, there was no greeting, no acknowledgment that we were even there. I finally asked for help with the car I was interested in, the gentleman unlocked and started the car for me. We took the car for a test drive after about 15 minutes of waiting for his partner to arrive. We arrived back at the dealer and said we liked the car and wanted to discuss the price. The first gentleman we dealt with got very agitated and started going on about how the car was already at a low price and there would be no negotiation. We attempted to talk them down anyways, saying that the car had been in an accident and the tire pressure monitor system was in need of service. He didn't understand what we were telling him and began to loose his temper. Overall a very rude and hostile environment, no sense of customer service whatsoever. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

I was in store for a new car and they had the one I wanted! I got the carfax from them and a test drive. I haven't had to buy a new car in over 10 years and they made it painless with financing as well. I'm excited to drive it home! Thanks Sam's Automotive!!!

After searching heavily on the internet for the right car I visited this dealership. People were very friendly and courteous. Answered all my questions. I was put in touch with the auto finance company on the spot. Got great financing and a wonderful car for the money I wanted to spent. I mainly spoke with Arkadi and Nathan who happened to be most professional and courteous people. I will highly recommend these dealership to my friends and family.

I was a bit skeptical pulling into the lot with my family, however we decided to stick around and take a look at the Toyota van that we saw on Cars.com. The salesman Mr. Arkadi greeted us and showed us the van. Mind you, I had been to about 4 or 5 other dealerships by this time and I was expecting the sales pitch. What I found was that the car was clean, and more importantly Arkadi knew just about everything about the van we were looking at. I had been to a few Toyota dealerships and the sales guys were much more interested in making a deal and didnt know half what was explained to me by Arkadi, and they were Toyota guys! We came back for a test drive a few days later and heard a squeak when we went over bumps. I mentioned this to Arkadi and he told me that it was the jack that was loose. I rolled my eyes figuring he was just trying to brush it under the rug. When we got back he spent nearly 20 min fixing the loose jack, and sure enough that was the problem. After we bought the car Arkadis son Nate helped program a second keyless door entry remote for free, which Im sure the dealership would have charged a ton for. We also brought it to our mechanic to check everything out and he literally laughed and told us that he has never seen a used car so clean and that he didnt recommend anything to be done at the present time. Overall we are VERY happy with the experience and we love our new (well, new to us anyways) van!

I needed a new car because I have my first child due in may, and my 90 civic H.B. with 300k is not going to cut it! So i did some shopping around for about a week or so, and found my new 05 VW jetta. Arkadi at Sam's Automotive took great care of me, and sold me a car that is in great condition! The transaction went soo smooth, and he has financing people who know how to make things easy for you! They got me a great APR, and a payment I can easily afford! I normally pay cash for my cars, and never like to finance a car, but they made me feel completely comfortable, so that even if I do have to use my minimum payments, it will be a breeze! Thanks again for everything! You guys rock!

I recently purchased a used car from Sams Automotive and I have to say it was great. I had some quotes from other dealers. They told me to bring them in and they would beat the other deals. I was not disappointed! They offered me a cappuccino and I also had a cookie that they had just made (from home). Great experience! very friendly service. Will definitely go back when I need to get another car for me or my family!

I purchased my Acura there. Sams Automotive is truly the first rate dealer. Sales Consultant Mr. Arkadi is a great person to work with. After agreeing upon the purchasing price, Arkadi and Sam (Manageowner) worked out a reasonable trade-in price for my old car. The entire buying experience has been very pleasant. There is not a single sales pressure, only helpfulness. I highly recommend this dealer to friends and family. Will be back for another car for sure.

I recently purchased a car there (Lexus RX 350). this small family owned and operated dealership was very helpful. Sales person (same manager/owner) was very nice and showed me all around. They were very nice to me and agreed to show that car to my independent mechanic. Despite my credit isnt good, they patiently worked with me and my bank. finally i was approved and got my lovely car! VERY VERY convenient and great and quick service. Highly recommended!!!!

Their customer service is the worst. When I got out of my car a couple employees looked rig at me but didn't say a thing. I started looking around when finally someone asked if they could help me. Test drove 3 vehicles. Unlike other reviews that was a positive for me. They gave me a fair price for trade in on my van. But it took hours to do paperwork. They kept bouncing back and forth between me and another guy who was working on a deal. They do have good deals but do your homework. Don't expect good customer service.

I bought a 1999 Toyota Sienna minivan from these people. It took almost 3 hours just to do the paperwork. They charged me an RTD tax that I was not supposed to pay because I live in Elbert County. The vehicle didn't last me but 6 months before the engine threw a rod. Don't trust them when they tell you that the vehicles they sell are in good shape!

I ended up taking my nephew back to this dealership to get his money back. We were approached from the dealer saying that he couldn't have his money back because "He made deal". On the receipt it did say that upon deal this money would go to the car. I argued with him saying there hasnt been a deal made because of the financing. They came back with a high monthly payment that he could not make. I asked him if the car changed names to my nephew and he said no. I proceeded to tell him that then there is no deal on anything. He kept saying time is money, that he spent so much time on trying to get him financed. Ive dealt with a lot of dealers in the past and this is how they make their money right? Working for the consumer which irritated me more. Ended up giving my nephew $400 of the $500 dollars that was givin to him.This dealership is wrong in every which way... Beware of putting any kind of money down or buy with caution but you know what just don't buy from them. A lot better trusting dealers, people out there then these guys!!

I recently bought a 2003 Honda Accord for my son as his graduation gift. The car is perfect, runs like a new car. All I can say is that Sam's Automotive is a great place if you are looking for a good car for a good price. I highly recommend this place, great service, great staff !!!!!!

Great service I live in New York and bought my car at SAMs automotive. Sam's did everything to accommodate me in the buying process. The did all the legwork and made sure tha I was comfortable in the entire process. Definitely recommend SAMs automotive dealership. They helped me get financed with no down payment even brought the paperwork to me in New York Love the Toyota highlander Great car drives very smooth

I bought my first car from Sams Automotive, the sales man Arkadi was very helpful in making my decision with the car and whole process was fast and easy. He gave me very good deal . This is my first experience with Denver dealer. This place, in my opinion, is awesome! I just bought a car from there a month ago. The salesman Russ, was wonderful. Low pressure, no hassle, and I had a great test drive. I test drove both a Toyota Rav4 and a Nissan Armada to see which one I like best. When I came there, they had the cars ready for me to test drive. The manager Arkadi was awesome and paper work was done easy and fast. Even without asking me, the finance person gave me the best loan. I was there and out of there in less than two hours. When i will think to buy a car again in the future, this is the place where I will go again.

Ford did it right. Love the way it handles, the visibility, ride, you name it. Was sure I was going to buy a Honda but then I drove this and fell for it. I am happy to report that I very pleased with it. It has been very reliable and fun to drive. I have spent two months in the mountains with it and have found it to be one tough vehicle. I have to do some trail riding in the mountains and the traction control on the car has taken me to places that I could not have gone without it. I am surprised that some of the recent reviews have given this SUV such a low rating. I love this car. Before this purchase I had only bought cars from Japan. I wanted to spend my dollars in the US. I gave Ford a try and am glad that I did. Do not be afraid to buy this car. Loved the help that I got from SAM'S Automotive, they were so patience and helpful even gave me to ride couple other cars before I made my decision. I took me a while to make my decision but after showing to my friends I wanted it even more. I'm totally going to recommend to my worker and my friends from school about SAMs Automotive.

I just moved to Colorado few months ago and really needed a car. SAMs Automotive had a lot of different variaties and well on budget. The staff there were very helpful with all my car needs. And the process was very quick. They helped me with finding a car to financing it to getting me set up with insurance all in one day and one place. I left the lot with a new fully loaded car that works as if it's brand new. I would most diffenetly go back there and recommend to all my family and friends.

Went to look at a used car from an Ad that was posted on their website. Looks clean in the pictures and on the website, but when I got to the lot, it was a whole different scenario. First problem I had, was that they did not allow me to drive the car. They only let me start it up and make sure the A/C worked. Secondly, having previous car repair experience, I could tell that the car had previous body work and a few engine components replaced. I asked the salesman about it and he "reassured me" that the car was in perfect condition and that he had a carfax report for the vehicle which told that it had no problems, although he would not show it to me. Third problem I had, was when I made a reasonable cash offer on the car and the salesman immediately told me no and that the car was being sold for another dealer. He claimed that the price listed on the website was the cash price which was already well over blue book value for the condition it was in and on top of that, he told me that there would a dealer handling fee, charge for finance (optional), and no guarantee on the vehicle. Overall, the car was almost $1,000 over what was listed as the internet price. The salesman definitely became irritated and defensive when I told him that I would need to keep looking before I made a final decision. He tried one last time to convince me that I would not find a better car at a better price before I left and tried to get me to go ahead and start some paperwork. Needless to say, I had to decline and marked them off of my list for consideration and found a better deal elsewhere. I just couldn't believe how a shady place like this can even even stay in business. Don't buy a car from anyone who won't let you take it for a test drive and don't trust anyone who won't guarantee their service or their price.

I went to Sam's to look at a vehicle. They allowed me a very short test drive and declined to allow me to take it to a mechanic or to drive it around for a day to see how it felt. At first I thought they were being nice, opening the doors and trunk for me. After I purchased the vehicle, I found out that it was because the car has electrical problems that they were hiding from me. While I did sign an "as is" contract, if they knew there were problems with the car, they had a responsibility to tell me about them. Upon calling to follow up with them about the problems, they refused to talk to me and will not return my call. I'm hoping nothing else is wrong with the car and am currently getting it checked out. I'd say that if you decide to buy from this dealer, be very careful. They are shady.

Im glad I finally found a place and people whom I can trust and who provided excellent service! I have a big family with 5 kids so we been looking for a nice minivan which would perfectly feed our family needs. When we came to shop with whole family they provided a great welcoming service, not only for us but for our kids too. And at Sam`s automotive we found our perfect Minivan as Honda Odyssey. We defiantly will back for another vehicle and we are highly recommend take a trip to Sams Automotive if you looking for a car of your dream and nice and prompt service.

We attempted to buy a car from Sam's - price was good, vehicle was in great shape. However, they would not deal with my bank and insisted on us using their financing. When we refused, they got mad at us and became very rude and unfriendly. I will not and would not recommend using Sam's, the unprofessional sales attitude and rudeness is just not the way to do business and stay in business.
