It’s my first time buying Mazda CX-5 i came in to the dealership yesterday 08/17/21 and the office was so clean and neat but fell I love right away when I saw the car in person! If you are looking to buy a use or Brand new car please Look for GEORGE and he’s Manager JOE there both GREAT THEY WORK AS A TEAM!!! Just tell George what you wanted and he would find that special car for you and and he’ll make it happen!! Plus the customer service was great and the whole team are so welcoming and friendly!!! Staff was amazing. Joe, George and William made sure the process was quick and easy. We arrived early in the day, so the showroom was nice and quiet. We were able to sit in the car and fine tune all the settings while the paper work was being processed. The transaction took about two hours, and we were on the road with our new car. Thanks for the great experience. My husband loves his Miata MX-5!

The staff was very helpful and the service was fast. If I'd had something to do other than wait, I'd have given them a 5 star but the waiting area isn't very comfortable and their internet didn't work well in that space but I'm guessing they have it set up there in order to meet with Covid distancing requirements. But a great job by the staff....

Overall good experience! We decided to lease from them and Temka was friendly and really helpful. I appreciated that she didn’t seem fake and wasn’t pushy or aggressive like some other car salespeople. Given all the shortages right now I think we got a fair price. Thanks!

Brand new Mazda dealership. I use to get service for my Mazda 6 at another dealership which had great service also, but San Leandro Mazda is literally 5 minutes away from my house. Had an oil change a couple months ago and had an emergency service done today on my snapped alternator belt (160k miles on my odometer, it was due lol). Had the same service writer (Jay) both times and he provided excellent service on each visit. They even go above and beyond by recording the inspection and sharing their suggestions, so you'll know if you really need the repair or service. I highly recommend getting your services done at this location.
