As snowbirds spliting our time between AZ and MN, there are higher taxes in AZ but we were so pleased with everyone at Sanderson, especially our salesmen John Lozano and Don Stewart were so wonderful to work with, the cost difference wasn't a real difference. We are very happy with the comforts, looks, safety and performance of our new MKZ. John and Don were very knowledgeable about the functions of the MKZ even though we have not totally used all the vehicles tallents. While waiting for the paper work I sat next to a 90 something sweet old lady in the service area, she said "I've been coming here for over 25 years, they are a wonderful family to deal with, why go anywhere else"

The staff at Sanderson Lincoln made buying my new car painless and quick. Working with their internet sales group I got an incredible price on the exact car I wanted. There were no real challenges that the team didn't overcome and I couldn't be happier with my purchase or the experience. I got in later in the evening and everyone stayed late to complete my purchase and send me home in my brand new lincoln. A couple of years ago my friend purchased a car from Sanderson Lincoln and I was with him, I saw how great his experience was which encouraged this experience. The staff remembered my friend and I from his purchase and were extremely warm. I can't wait for my continued experiences with their service department and I have every confidence they will take great care of me.

Sales experience was excellent. I find the Lincoln products can easily compete with Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, Cadillac. I purchased a new MKC and for the price, it is hard to beat. I have owned 3 prior Lincolns in the 80's. I have found that Lincoln now can easily compete with other luxury brands. Sanderson Lincoln is an upstanding dealership and recommend them to others.

Words can't describe how amazed I am at the outstanding level of service and commitment this dealership displayed while buying my first big ticket item in over 12-years. Being a female always makes me nervous when dealing with car dealerships. But Sanderson is not your average dealership. My Client Care Advisor was Chris Leckey. He treated me like royalty the minute I walked through the door. I felt comfortable, not nervous. He educated me on all the features and benefits of buying a Lincoln MKX. I told him exactly what I wanted my monthly payments to be and the dealership matched it to the tee. I was surprise to walk away with a big ticket luxury vehicle without putting any money down after having visited 8-other dealerships who could not give me what I wanted. But Sanderson did! That's because they genuinely listen to the customer. It is not just about make a sale but building a long lasting relationship with you. The customer service there is impeccable. They even called me weeks later after I had purchased my vehicle to make sure everything was going well for me. They even set up an appointment for me for training so I would know how to operate all the wonderful features this beautiful luxury vehicle has to offer. They gave me everything I asked for even though my credit was not the greatest. They also gave me an outstanding trade-in price for my 9-year old vehicle that had over 200-thousand miles on it. Ladies, all I can say is that if you are looking to buy Sanderson is the place to go. They truly care about you...not just a sale. You will not be disappointed!

Our sales advisor, Clay Kling, was on top of things from the very beginning, he knows the Lincoln product inside and out! Not only did Clay get me in the exact 2014 Lincoln MKX I was looking for, he is now working with my son to put him in the car of his dreams! I can't say enough about everyone at Sanderson Lincoln. The dealership is nothing like the experiences you've probably had at other dealers. No salesperson accosting you the minute you step out of your car, no hassle while you're browsing the inventory on the lot, and no loud craziness inside either! They are very PROFESSIONAL. The dealership is calm, inviting and very accommodating. We also purchased a 2010 Cadillac CTS from them and we continued to have it serviced there. You'll find their service department to be top-notch as well with not only great service, but a wonderful comfortable area to relax while you wait. From the moment we came in the door to the time we left we were treated in a professional and honest manner. Randy, our Client Advisor, was extremely knowledgable of the Lincoln product line and answered our questions in a thoughtful and intelligent way. Never did we feel we were being sold or talked down to. We decided on the MKC and Randy found the exact car with the colors and options we wanted. We were fortunate to have Clay Kling available when we walked into Sanderson Lincoln on Bell to look at the new MKZ. He showed us all the features of the car and let us test drive three of them. He was informative, friendly and very patient. He helped us work out the best deal, along with Todd, the finance manager. As we needed to be somewhere in a short time, Clay said we could leave and he would deliver the car to us the following day. Again, at our home, he went through many of the best features of the car and answered all our questions. He set up our personal remote and phones. He then scheduled a time for us to meet with Michael Ehle to go over more specific features. Michael also spent a great deal of time with us and explained so many of the perks with the car. We couldn't be happier with our car, and we thank Clay for all his time and also to the entire staff at Sanderson Lincoln.

One of or the best experience I have had in buying a car, The sales man was very curteous, knowaldgeable, and professijional. Answered all of our questions, showed us a lot of the features on the car. He even paired my cell phone to the car's bluetooth technologe. Later i needed a front license plat bracket, the sales manager told me to bring the car in and they would fix me up. They not only installed the bracket, but mounted the license plate, then washed the car and filled the fuel tank. Now that is realservice, some thing I have never had in the past. I am very pleasrd with the Sanderson Lincoln Dealership.

This was the best experience that I have ever had buying a car through a dealership. I was most impressed with the professionalism and style of my Client Advisor Dave Horton from the time that I made the phone call to inquire about my Lincoln Navigator through, ultimately, the purchase of the vehicle. Dave has a true gift of being customer-centered that I never felt like I was being "sold a car" but rather having someone help me to understand and fill my needs for the situation that I explained to him. Dave explained to me about the Sanderson Family and the honest way they conduct business, the Lincoln Motor Company itself, and the quality products they make and stand behind. I can honestly say that everything he said to win my trust is completely true. From the Sales Team through the Finance Department, and through the Service Department, everyone has treated me and my purchase with more of an attitude of relationship than a numbered guest. This is my first Lincoln that I have ever owned and I have always heard good things about the cars themselves. Having been in the car buisness, and owning my own dealership and having consulted in several countries on auto dealers, I would absolutely and without reservation recommend the staff and in particular John Lezano to anyone looking to purchase a car. I purchased a 2003 Thunderbird convertible as a second car to use in Arizona ( as we are snowbirds) the car needed a few items looked after before taking delivery and John certainly made sure they where tended to,John also made sure the delivery went smoothly and also quickly tended to whatever promises he had made ( which is generally rare without a lot of follow up ) I must also give cudos to the rest of Sandersons staff as they made both my wife and myself feel totally catered to.......thank you John Thank you Sandersons........Monty Flom

My experience with Sanderson Lincoln was great they are helpful and found me a much nicer car than I was looking for, and for a great price. They went over every aspect of the process and the car, a lot of technology in the Lincoln MKS, they show us everything until we understood how to use it.

The service department is dishonest. They want to change the oil drain plug each oil change. The indicated the brake fluid was contaminated and infact after having the fluid re-checked the fluid was 100%. The quick service lane has turned out to up sell you on un-neccessary parts. BEWARE OF CHEATING!!!!!!

Our salesman outright lied about many issues during the buying process, including the work that was done on the car to certify it, the entire CPO program, and information needed from us in order to purchase the car. The Finance Manager smoothed things over, and we did purchase the car, which is the only reason I would recommend this dealer.
