Had no problem with my purchase. Only time will tell if anything changes but as of this moment I am satisfied with the service this location provided. Edit: I have modified my review in accordance to the lack of customer service I received when attempting to get my 6 months delayed running boards. The initial sale of the truck went fine, however the running boards were not in stock at the time of the sale. Initially for the first month or 2 I called the salesman for updates, however I decided to be patient and wait for them to call me. 6 months later I discovered that the salesman no longer worked there and I had essentially "fallen through the cracks". Understandable with what all is going on in the world right now. The reason for the big change in my review is not due to the delay in the running boards or me falling through the cracks. It is due to the fact that every time I called after the 6 month wait and would be told "we'll give you a call back", they failed to do so. I eventually had to physically go to the location and request I get the running boards after being told they would reach out to me at least 4-5 times in a span of 2 weeks. There is no way they were too busy to simply write "call back tomorrow" on some notepad on their desk. While I do enjoy the truck I bought and have no issue with the initial sale, the lack of customer service after the sale (specifically the lack of return phone calls) is what soured the entire ordeal. Be warned that customer service may drop once the initial sale is done.

While on a road trip in Pensacola I needed service and showed up at Sansing without an appointment at 8:30 the Friday after Thanksgiving. The service team was exceptional from the first greeting. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue, communicated at every step and got me back on the road same day. Absolutely wonderful experience! If I could give 6 stars I would. Very well done, Sansing service team!!

Would highly recommend! Matt was my salesman and was awesome to work with! He went out of his way to find something newer, my preferred style, and at my ideal price range. Overall, I'm impressed with how the dealership is run. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly, and professional. They made the car buying process smooth and stress free! Ask for Matt, and you will be well catered for.

Very good experience with Sandy Sansing Chevrolet. I am very happy with my Spark. Good on gas, and I love all the features I have with it. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a car that’s sturdy, runs great and is economical. Sales staff there are great, not pushy giving you great options. Great place to shop for a new car.

Ray was extremely helpful during the buying process. Being over 400 miles away, videos were shared immediately and we made a decision to buy our vehicle. The process went very well and we are very pleased with our experience. Thank you to everyone involved in the process!

My husband and I found a car on Truecar.com and went to Sandi Sansing to look at it. Our salesman The Henderson was able to negotiate a lower price so we could purchase the car right away. The was very professional and courteous and we would DEFINITELY go back to him to assist us in purchasing another vehicle. Thanks again Thed.

When we went to sandy Sansing chevy superstore. The place was packed which is understandable to have to wait. We were supposed to meet with Mr. Nudo which was a pretty busy guy. He helped a couple before us to get a car same day. Right after that he went to our table where my husband and I were sitting and told us he will be with us in a minute few minutes later he said he can't tend to us because he's very busy so he passed us along to this young gentle man I forgot his name I explained to this guy what are situation was we had an identity theft on our report that why it's low but willing to trade a car in or put money down. He went ahead and got my info and brought it to the finance department I guess, then Mr. Nudo came back in asking my husband to text him my husband's pay stub and call him on Monday because we won't hear anything from the bank because it's Saturday and sent us home mind you we drove for an hr and these people did not even try what so ever they pulled our credit score which was already know low due to the identity theft and that was it no banks was ever contacted nothing. At that point we went to Lee Nissan in fort Walton where I got our car a month ago and purchase another one a BRAND NEW 2016 Nissan Sentra car on a Saturday same day I went to sandy sansing chevrolet which told us that loan places are unavailable on Saturday after the fact that few people ahead of us was able to get a car.. We were not given the proper attention and help that we were promise over the phone when we had called. Everyone was busy watching the game. I guess our business is not as valued as others. I will not recommend sandy sansing chevrolet superstore to anyone since they pick and choose who they want to help.

It was Labor Day and I was dreading the car buying experience. When we arrived at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet, we were quickly ushered out of the heat into the AC, offered pizza and drinks (which my kids took advantage of) and introduced to Lonnie Smith. Lonnie listened to our concerns, which consisted of needing a vehicle that could accommodate our long-legged brood, a tight budget, and a vehicle with under 50K miles. The first vehicle I was allowed to drive home to Navarre because the seat felt a little awkward. When I returned it the next day and explained to Lonnie that it wouldn't work, he said not to worry because he had something else in mind. He took me out to the lot where he had pulled forward a 2012 Buick Enclave. Man, this car had room! And all the bells and whistles! More than I thought I could afford, BUT Lonnie found a way to stay within our budget and still maximize our return. He LISTENED! Which made this such a wonderful experience! This vehicle I was also allowed to take home so I could see if everyone fit in it. All Lonnie needed to know was yes or no. If it was no, he was going to drive out to Navarre when he got off work to retrieve the vehicle and return our trade in. Fortunately, everyone fit and loved the car! I love driving this car! And I love the excellent service I received before, during and after the sale. Thanks Lonnie!

Went in with a trade and down payment plus told them where I wanted my monthly payment to be. They did everything they could and got us into the vehicle we inquired about. Easy and quick process. We will definitely be returning for future business.

I have called and gotten everyone involved trying to get my car issues resolved and every time I get a manager calling me and begging me not to give them a bad rating if I get a survey and if I am going to give a bad writing just to ignore the email and survey altogether because someone will lose their job. He claims it's on the service tech and not other people that actually helped and I had issues with well they need to send surveys with people and or depts I had issues with they need to send surveys in reference to people such as Kelly Manning and Miss Gray and anyone else that is not included on these reviews that you have contact with

Just recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Equinox for the used car lot at Sandy Sansing. Our experience was awesome out sales rep Josh Britt was on the top of his game. He fought to get us a vehicle that met our needs and the best rates and price available. Would recommend the used car lot to anyone that is in the market looking for a good vehicle at a reasonable price.

We made an online appointment for service for my wife's car on Saturday. It was accepted and we received a confirmation number. Drove an hour from DeFuniak Springs, only to be told that all they do on Saturdays is oil changes. This should be advertised as such on their website. He didn't know anything of our appointment made through the website. He told us we could leave it until Monday, but that wasn't an option as we drove one car over, and she needed it for work. We ended up giving our business to Firestone in Pensacola so it wasn't a total waste. If you don't use the online tool for service appointments, don't offer it. And please advertise that you only do oil changes on Saturdays. Will go elsewhere in the future.

Just traded my 2014 Silverado in for a 2016 Midnight Edition Silverado and the process was SO easy. My salesperson, Jo Reese, was amazing as always. She has sold me my last two trucks and also helped my parents with their last purchase. Jo goes above and beyond and answered all 7 million of my questions. I couldn't be happier and send everyone I know her way. Also, thanks to General Manager Dave Dilauro for helping get the deal done. You guys are the best!

If there was an option to give a no star, I would!!! This place is a JOKE! I came in to buy a used car (money in hand) and the sales man, Abby, was pathetic. The whole time I was looking at the car that I was gonna buy, Abby kept telling me that I needed to hurry up and he had kids to feed. He told me once I turned off the engine that someone was gonna come take it and I better hurry up! He told me he had other cars to sell to other people! If I am gonna spend thousands of dollars on a car, I am gonna look the car over very well! Abby told me that I was making him lose money and that I needed to hurry up and make a decision. And that is not even the worst part. Before I could even look at the car (not drive it, just look at it) I had to let him see my drivers license and let me put all my info in the computer. I drove over 3 hours to get to Sandy Sansing to buy that car! After making me an offer, I stepped out to make a phone call, and Abby would not even let me talk in private!!!!! Everywhere I went, he followed!! After him YELLING at me that I was wasting his time and that I was gonna have to feed his kids, I left!!!!!!!!!!!! I get all the way home (over 3 hours away) and realized that Abby DID NOT GIVE ME MY DRIVERS LICENSES BACK!!! I called first thing Monday morning and was told that my drivers licenses was overnighted on Saturday after I left. (Which was a lie) It is Wednesday and I still do not have them! Also on the following Monday, a lady called and asked about my experience so I told her everything I typed above. She told me her boss would be in contact with me within 30-45 mins! Well I waited all day and even called back the next day and I still have not received a phone call from her! Please do not waste your time! I will say, the only good thing that happened was the sales manager Casey!!! He was great! But after everything that happened, it just could not fix the wound. Casey came running out the building when we were leaving and tried to talk to us, but Abby was right behind him, and I was so mad I just could not tell him everything that just happened. My grandfather was with me and he has been buying cars since 1958 and he said he was NEVER been to a dealership where he treated that badly!

Let me first start off by saying how much I hate buying a car. I always feel pressured and it annoys me. But Chris Fowler did an excellent job at making this car buying experience so much better! He researched safety ratings (pretty important to us since the car is for our almost 16 year old) and looked at a bunch of different cars and models. He drove us around to the other Sansing dealerships to show us other cars. It was Memorial weekend and he even got us hamburgers at the cookout! LOL It was much needed for a teenager who constantly eats and whose blood sugar was falling. But really the topper to me was while we were talking to the finance dept. Chris ran a race with the boys (and they are pretty fast- they still lost LOL). He then had them in the office and continued to talk to each one of them and kept them completely engaged. He didnt move on to try to find another customer, he made sure the kids were occupied. Pretty impressive and important to parents (especially mom). I will need a car probably in the next couple of years and it will be Chris we go back to! Thank you Chris!

I live in the New Orleans area and purchased a used 2014 Dodge Dart from the dealership for my son. Having to do pricing over the phone instead of in person was a bit more challenging, but after we agreed on a price my salesman (Bobby Hooper) went the extra mile to complete the deal and went way out of his way to help get the car to me. On his own time, he met me in Mississippi with the car saving me over 3 hours of travel time! Thanks again Bobby for going the extra mile and helping me get this car for my son! Great job!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had! I have been talking to a cars sells man at sandy sandlin in Pensacola for 2 months. I wanted to buy a 2015 Mazda 6 that has been sitting on there lot for over 70 days . I found the same exact car with 10,000 miles less on it for a better deal but they said they could not match it. Also a Mazda dealer so I would get the warranty. I sent them the car fax and invoice as proof for the other dealer. I even offered to come up 750 to stay local in Pensacola . They still said no and didn't even counter offer. Now they are not returning my messages. This experience really left a salty taste in my mouth. I don't understand what happened. I thought they would want to move there older cars to make room for the 2017 model coming out . This is just bad business. You lost someone that would have been a loyal customer I really and a Mazda gal!

I found the same exact car in Fl with 10,000 less miles for a better price. I sent them the invoice and the car fax and asked if they could match it. They said they couldn't I offered to come up 750 over the lower price to stay local they still would not do it and didn't even bother to counter offer. This by far is the worst experience I have ever had. Defiantly left a salty taste in my mouth. Know they will not even return my calls. I have excellent credit high 700 to low 800. I don't understand what the problem is.

In January I traded in my Honda Pilot to downsize to a smaller SUV. Chris Fowler took the time to make sure he could find the best vehicle possible for me. As I was new to the car buying experience, it was such a relief to have Chris on my side. He never pressured me and helped me weigh all my options as I considered my purchase. He encouraged me to take my time to think on it and not to rush into the purchase. Upon my arrival at the dealership, Chris greeted me with a smile and a handful of research on the vehicle, including the Carfax report. He walked me to it personally and walked me around the car to take a look at every detail before we ever even stepped inside to take a test drive. The test drive was thorough and he encouraged us to drive where ever we needed so we could get the best feel for the vehicle. Chris honestly and patiently answered all my questions about the car buying process and helped me to make sure I had the best rate possible for my financing. He even brought me snacks to eat while I waited for everything to be processed!! I never doubted my decision and that was in large part due to how wonderful Chris was to work with. For those folks who have had a negative experience in the past, I urge you to contact Chris for any future car needs. He's knowledgeable, trustworthy, forthright, and respectful. Thank you for everything, Chris! I couldn't be happier!

My husband and I purchased a 2012 Dodge Challenger today. We worked with Lonnie and Kelly. Lonnie took us for a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the specs of the car. I joked if I bought the car I wanted pink balloons! While waiting, we spoke with Austin and 2 other very nice salesman (I'm sorry I didn't get their names too.) We told Lonnie what we wanted out of the deal and in no time at all, we got a fantastic deal. I know it takes a while to get things done when purchasing a car, but the time went by fast talking and laughing with this group of guys. We then met with Charlie who was awesome, again great to work with. Last stop was talking with the manager Sean. And Sean I have to say if I could sell cars I would want to work at your dealership! Overall great experience! And when I went to get the car, Lonnie kept his word, with 2 huge pink balloons waiting!!! Thanks to a team effort, buying a car wasn't the nightmare I thought it would be!!!!!! I plan to keep this beauty for a long, but if I am in the market again soon, you know where I will go!!!

Easy to be all smiley and sell a car. My golden retriever could do that. I've always said a good car dealer is one who provides great after sales. It's obvious this one doesn't share my values. I won't be specific as to why I'm writing this but for those who treated my wife so poorly then shame on you. She wasn't going to pursue the issue but I was., and having contacted them and was told she would hear from a rep, that they were deeply concerned about this, well guess what? She never heard from them. And they won't be hearing from us again. We are done with these phonies.Hey SS Chevrolet don't bother emailing/calling. You're fired..

My wife and I bought a used 2015 Tahoe LTZ today. I hate buying cars and quite frankly loathe the whole process. We knew what we wanted and have been watching the gently used car listings for a while. When a couple of Tahoes came up that fit the bill we decided to come take a look. Mr. Craig Pippin was our salesperson. He did an awesome job making things happen for us. Most importantly, he treated us with respect, patience and kindness. He literally ran around the dealership to get the "little things" done for us to the point I recommended that he get a fitbit to track the running he was doing. My belief is that he does this kind of thing for anyone that walks in the door and I appreciate that.......the least he could do is also see how much fitness training he was getting out of his car deal :-). The folks at Sandy Sansing were nothing but professional and forthright. If you are looking for someone that will make sure the process is as painless as possible, ask for Craig Pippin.

This was the worst Dealership I have ever dealt with. I was buying a car for my daughter and was paying cash for a BMW. We wired half of the money to them from one bank but because it was late in the day could not get the remainder amount until the next morning when the banks open. They would not let her take the car that night and bring them a check for the remainder amount the next morning even though we had proof of the funds. They also said they knew she would be driving the car and because she was under age the would not do a loner for the night. We asked for our money back and was told it would be at least a week before they could refund the money to us for the portion we had all ready wired that day. I have bought many other cars and was all ways able to drive the car for a day or even sign something saying that we would bring in the money the next day or have to return the car. Never had i dealt with people so rude and treating us like this especially when we are paying cash for a car

While the salesman did a great job, the rest of this dealership was awful. It took one hour to do the paperwork and test drive the car we bought, which was awesome. However, it took two hours to do the financing, even though I walked in the door with a preapproval. When I went to the man's office to ask what was taking so long because we were on our lunch break from Mobile, he was looking at pictures on the internet instead of working my purchase. When we test drove the car the gas light was on and the salesman assured us they would take care of that while the car was detailed. When we left the dealership they had put just enough gas in it to turn the light off, which wasn't enough to get us back to work in Mobile. They said they detailed the car, but the back row of seats was so dirty my 9 year old wouldn't sit in them and we found candy wrappers and kids toys in the seat pockets. 2 days after purchase the change oil light came on so obiously the dealership didn't do an oil change either. This was the worst purchase I have ever experienced. Every other car I've ever bought had a full service done before I bought it, they filled the tank up for me and the car was clean. And none of those cars was worth the $25k I paid for this one! I thought the more costly the vehicle the better your service. Obviously I was wrong. We will NEVER purchase from Sandy Sansing again.

Went in and traded my Silverado for a dodge journey. Repeatedly asked what my % rate was never got a straight answer. I asked for a car fax never got one. Just got the run around. Expressed a/c was not working correctly, they said they do oil changes on their cars when they come in, they did not. Jay the finance manager said " don't worry we will do what it takes to make it right just drive it home'. He said to call him for whatever. He promised pretty much the moon. Well after repeated calls he never followed through with any of them. there was also a vibration on one of the wheels. I thought it was because they sold me a vehicle with 2 really worn tires. So I took the vehicle to walmart and bought 4 new tires. It vibrated even more. So the tire manager Joe at walmart gave me 4 new tires again and checked every tire and rim. It came to be one of the rims was bent. So I called Jay. He never returned my calls. To this day I have not heard from the people that offered to help so much. With a new addition to the family, that is why I told them I wanted a more family friendly vehicle. They sure did not do much to help. They just made sure i signed the paperwork and made me feel like I was an idiot. Now I have vehicle I can not trade in due to my interest rate being so high and not worth what i owe. People ask and ask till you are satisfied with your vehicle purchase.Sandy Sansing promotes to help kids and families. You sure did not help here.

To many problems to list. Bought a new traverse from Sandy Sanding. We have had the car in for service then we have used it. We went back three times to get an oil change fixed, are car was leaking oil after it was serviced. The last time we took it back they fixed the oil leak by replacing the oil filter. On my wife's way home after the third visit she got a call....they had forgot to put the dip stick back in. An oil change is one of the easiest things to do and yet took three times to get it right and then they forget the dip stick. This is the least minor problem. We have had six more serious situation that took them several times to do fight. Our car, with 17,000 miles on it has been in the shop for 11 days. When my wife stopped by yesterday to get some things out of it, the engine was sitting on the floor next to the car.

Customer Service does not do quality reapairs, I brought my car in because the handle was loose and when I left the door wouldn't open from inside or outside. My husband reported this promptly prior to leaving and was told that they have appts adn would try to get to it soon.I asked for the supervisor, Lenny the Supervisor explained to me that they had other appt's and the would get to my vehicle as soon as possible. I explained that I had an appt as well prior to them bringing my car out incomplete. Lenny took my car back to have it re-eval after a long discussion, only to come back to tell me that the lock accuator is not working and he doesn't know why. I explained that it was working fine prior to taking it back for repair and Lenny gave no response. Lenny then said he would meet me halfway if I would pay for the part $138.00, he would eat the labor cost. I don't think he's doing me a favor if this wasn't the problem prior to them touching it. I told him thats not fair and I would like to speak with the General Manager, I've already spent $200.00 for nothing. Lenny said the General Manager was not available and it wouldn't change the fact that he couldn't fix my car till Tuesday at the earliest. I said Okay when will the GM be available he said Monday. I said Okay please order the part and I will be there on Monday to speak with the GM. I have been a loyal VIP customer to Sandy Sansing Chevrolet for years and I never expected to receive this type of treatment and I will not continue to spend my money here for this type of customer service (or lack there of).

I live 70 miles from Sandy Sansing. I found a car I was interested in on cars.com and I called the 800 number listed at the top of the posting to confirm it was still there before loading up my children and taking the day to head over. Oh, and my CASH. I loaded that up, too. I was told by the gentleman on the phone that not only was the vehicle there, he was "looking at it through the window right now" and even said he would have a manager call me back to confirm when to have the car out front ready for when o arrived. No manager EVER called me, but okay. No big deal I guess, but when I got there I was told that not only had it sold it had sold SIX MONTHS ago!! On top of that, I wasn't even offered to be shown another vehicle instead. He shrugged his shoulders and said "oh well" after informing him I called beforehand and drove all this way. He didn't care at all to do anything but keep shooting the bull with the guy sitting next to him. AWFUL customer service!! I was ready to pay CASH for a vehicle and spread the word in the local military community that I'm apart of had this gone differently. Instead, I've taken my business elsewhere and will make sure everyone knows how Sandy Sansing Chevrolet rolls. This happened on today on June 16, 2015. Smooth moves, guys. FAIL!!!!

My dad took his Nissan truck in to the service department at Sandy Sansing in Pensacola to have it diagnosed for an overheating problem with the radiator. He was told that there was a $105.00 diagnostic fee that would be charged and later applied to the work. They worked up an estimate of over $3,000.00 of things that could be done to the truck, some things were about the overheating others just work that was suggested. He decided to take it somewhere else for the work but told them to do an oil change and an allignment to use up the $105.00. We get there to pick up the truck and are now being charged $213.00 for the diagnostic fee and the work. The manager said that it would only apply to the "overheating" problems not the other things on the list that they gave him. I don't feel that this was a fair or clear representation of the "credit". The items were on the estimate so we assumed that they could be used.

Recently purchased a great car from the dealership. The car is great the dealership leaves a little to be desired.General manager is scared to take customer calls. An administrative aide not customer service told me unless she saw it it did not exist. The paperwork had to be seen by her or she totally ignored what had happened. They sold a great car at a decent price. From there the dealelship is way below average. They promise things that they won't do. Saturday started out terrible, we went to another local dealer that was not even willing to work with us. We went to Sandy Sansing because he has such a good name and reputation; so glad we did! Brian M. met us and asked what we were looking for; I told him right up front VERY STRICT AND TIGHT LIMITATIONS. He said OK, I can work with many, let's see what we can do! Positive, Positive, Positive!!! We truly made them work that day.... Brian had recently got back into the auto sales business and was learning the computer paper work side... asking his boss questions that he couldn't answer and coming back quickly to us with answers...once we found THE vehicle for us; Brian moved us into Chuck's office for the final paper signing process. Chuck had the best personality and made signing the next 6 years of our life away, very enjoyable. The overall experience made us rethink the old stereotypical bad salesman ploy. Just absolutely wonderful gentlemen and I would whole heartily recommend them to anyone! Key is: start your experience off by asking for Brian M. as your salesman!

I was looking to purchase a used Cadillac after leasing with Nissan for the past 6 years back home in NJ. I found a 2013 ATS that ended up being at a dealership in Foley, AL that is owned by Sandy Sansing. I had spoken to Kristin Moffitt who is with the dealerships internet department about the vehicle. It is listed at 22k with 33k miles. She told me they could pick it up and bring it to Sandy Sansing in Pensacola and I told her to let me know when they get it and I would head up there being I live an hour away. I received an email from her on 1/3/14 in the morning saying someone was going to the dealership in AL, picking up the car today and bringing it to the Pensacola and she would let me know once it arrived. About an hour later I received another email saying it had arrived. I even responded asking" it's at the dealership in Pensacola"? She responded it was and gave me the address and said it was at the Nissan dealership. I contacted a sales guy I had spoken to last time I went up there looking at an Infinity they had and advised him of the car and that I was heading up there. The salesman told me he would get the car and have it ready when I got there. He called me back advising the car wasn't there and it was in there AL location. I explained that Kristin Moffitt told me several times even by email that the vehicle was there and they brought it from AL. He advised they didn't and the two ATS they had were 25k and 27k. I contacted the GM and told him about this. I explaining the entire story, told him I have all the emails saying a sales manager was picking it up from the Alabama location and bringing it to Pensacola and then telling me it's there. I told him Jason (sales guy) told me it wasn't there and no one picked it up. The GM said he would look into it and make sure it's not there and get back to me. Never heard back from GM. Sales guy (Jason) ended up texting me a short time later that the car is still available and in their AL location and I could meet him at the dealership and drive up there with him if I want. I told the GM my wife and I just moved down here and my wife just got a new lease from Sandy Sansing and that I nor her will ever get another vehicle at their dealership again. This is a sleazy practice and they allow an employee to knowing lie about this and wasting an hour drive for a car she knew no even brought to the location. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from this dealership if it saved me two thousand dollars. These tactics aren't used by reputable dealerships up north. Was not sati. sfied with the GM handling of this. Kristin Moffitt knew very well she was lying about the vehicle not being there and should be fired for doing so. Since she's still employed and the lack of response from the GM it's safe to say this is a typical practice at Sandy Sansing and no action is taken when they do this. I have all the messages and emails from Kristin Moffitt and will be filing complaints with the BBB and appropriate agencies so others are aware of this.Michael Price

Although we purchased a 2014 Chevy Impala from another local dealership, it wasn't because of the service or the shopping experience. Sandy Sansing's Chevrolet dealership offered us competitive pricing, a professional sales force, and excellent customer service. We went with the other dealership simply because of the color of the vehicle the other dealership had on the lot. We have purchased 2 cars and 1 truck from Sandy Sansing, and would recommend Chris Lewis or Jo Reese as fine, honest salespeople.

Let me start off by saying, I am not writing this review out of spite, malice, or vindictiveness. Here we go.My wife and I were looking for a new SUV, we are welcoming a child into this world and her Honda Civic Coupe just won't cut it. We went online and felt that we had found a vehicle that would fit our needs. It was a 2014 GMC Terrain, which was listed as being located at the Chevrolet dealership (come to find out it was at the Mazda dealership). The online Labor Day price had the vehicle priced at 24,500.00, which we thought was very affordable. Needless-to-say, we drove 100 miles from Panama City Florida to Pensacola Florida. While there our sales rep was very friendly and very personable, but it turned ugly from there. We asked to get our vehicle appraised. They didn't test drive it, just simply did a once over. Mind you this vehicle was not in perfect shape, it had damage to back left panel (where I had hit my wifes car by accident. Oops) it also had paint chipping on the roof. Something common when you live by the Gulf of Mexico. So the sales rep comes back with our appraisal. A whopping 3200.00$! Mind you about 4 years ago we sold a 98 Buick Le-Sabre with 100k miles, which had multiple engines put into it for 2500.00$. My wife and I were extremely insulted. Fair market value on our vehicle was between 7500-9000.00$. We told the sales rep that the price was unacceptable. We owed 4500 on the vehicle so now we have 1300$ of negative equity in it. He again goes back to talk to the sales manager, and told us they can give us push value for the vehicle. 0 EQUITY! We told him that wasn't going to cut it either. He again goes back, but this time brings his sales manager over with him, not to negotiate on the price but to tell us how we didn't understand that he was giving us a good deal. I looked at the paper and noticed that the MSRP was listed at 25,500 a full thousand dollars more than the online price. I asked him why the price was different, and he told me the sales price was incorrect online, but that he would do me a favor and take a thousand dollars off. Basically he gave me the price of the vehicle that it was originally listed at online and acted like he was doing me a favor. I then noticed multiple discrepancies on the taxes and fees that were added. I again asked about these. The sales manager in not so many words told me that I didn't understand how taxes and fees worked, and that he was giving me a GREAT deal. I tell him I am not interested in the vehicle, mean while all the financing information that was sent out prior to these conversations comes back. They tell me I got approved for a 5.2% APR. I just bought a BMW 4 months ago, my income didn't change, and my credit has even gotten better, and I secured a loan at 3.9%. He begins to explain that we can do a 5 year loan at 517.00 a month!!! Seriously? By this time my pregnant wife (hormones going crazy) had already walked out. I told them how this was the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle (I have bought 4 for myself, and this is the second for my wife). I politely (yes politely) shook both of their hands and told them to have a good day. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE). WAIT THAT'S NOT IT.I am driving home (about 30 minutes out), and I get a call from the sales manager at Sandy Sansing Mazda, where the car was originally located at. He told me that he pulled up the paper work that was done at the Chevy dealership and that without looking at my car it is worth at least 8000.00$. He personally apologized for the Chevy dealership and asked me to come back. I did not want to but my wife did. So we turned around to go back. Once there the sales manager begins to tell us that the dealership had lied to us in every way imaginable. First off that they up priced the value of the SUV from its actual value, and second that the 5.2 APR that we were "approved" for was actually around 10%! (Is that illegal?) After about 30 minutes I was able to get a fair appraisal on my vehicle. (They gave us 7500.00), a good APR 4.9% and a out the door price (after taxes) around 24,000.00. It wasn't the best deal in the world, but that doesn't matter. Treating people like human beings is what matters. I can tell you this, if you want to do business and your choice is between the Mazda and Chevy dealership, YOU NEED TO PICK THE MAZDA. HANDS DOWN. I am going to write a review for the Mazda dealership later, with the names of the two gentlemen that I worked with, and who turned a horrible day into a good one. My wife is happy, which means I am happy.

Recently financed first vehicle through Sandy Sansing during some special "if you work, you qualify" sale. They said because of limited credit history and income they had to "pay" some finance company to accept my loan. The company charged 21.47% interest for 72 months on an $11,000 vehicle and when Sandy Sansing finished adding all service charges, the whole $3000 down payment was used and none went toward the price of the vehicle. A previous customer with a coupon for referring customers was supposed to receive $100 for referring me to them, but they were told since they had to pay the finance company to take the loan, they had lost money on the deal and didn't qualify for referral bonus. I chose to go to my credit union this week and they refinanced the loan at 2.5% for 42 months. It appears this dealer is only interested in cheating customers and not developing repeat customers. I will never buy a car from them in the future nor will I recommend them to anyone.

I TRIED to purchase a vehicle from your dealership as our family has done in the past. My wife and her mother went to the dealership to look at a 2014 Chevy Equinox LTZ. Another sales consultant, Jackie Freeman , helped my wife that day because Richard had a day off. She was very friendly and helpful. I spoke to Richard Russell and arranged for my wife to pick up a 2014 Chevy Equinox LTZ and drop off a trade to see what it was worth. The next day I brought the Equinox back and asked Richard if he got the information how much the trade was worth and he said no. This was the whole point of leaving the vehicle. He was very non chalant so when I told him I was going to look around at other vehicles and he said okay go ahead and do that. I was astonished that he didn't seem to care that I was leaving. My family has been a Sandy Sansing customer for many many years and I was truly shocked that this is part of your customer service. Well, I went to another Chevy dealer and purchased the same vehicle CASH and had EXCELLENT customer service.

My husband and I bought a 2010 Chevr Silverado from their dealership on Pensacola Blvd in Pensacola, Florida. This was the best buying experience that we have ever had! Our salesmen, Richard and Jay were so accommodating and in tune with our needs. The few things that we asked for were taken care of in a pleasant and timely manner. We would recommend Sandy Sansing Chevr to anyone who is looking for their next vehicle. We hope that they will have as enjoyable an experience as we did!

I took my 2011 Malibu in due to a noise in the front end. They took the front end apart and told me nothing was wrong with my car I assured them there was so the service tech did a test run with me he then heard the same thing I heard I asked him what he thought and he said sounds like the strut mount on the left side okay so he said he was gonna take it apart again so I waited for a couple of hours for Lenny to tell me that my strut, the mount, the bearing and bumper shield whatever that is all need to be replaced on the left side so I have the extended warranty and factory warranty he quotes me all this stuff and tells me that the extended warranty will cover parts (strut only) and labor after 100 dollar deductible they had my car for a day I pick my car up and have to pay 475 dollars (didnt seem right )but I paid it then he tells me well you need to watch the right side it looks like it's going bad what the xxxx 44000 miles and the struts are bad I heard nothing on that side as well As the tech that did a test run with me didn't not even two days later my car is making the same noise plus other noises now you would think that if you notice a problem while working on someone's car you would call them to see if they want to repair that as well I feel as if I were screwed to have to pay all that money again instead of them fixing it all at once I wouldn'tBe suprised if they didn't replace the parts at all and now the whole car squeaks I called them about this problem and they said we told u the right side was going bad when u picked up the car really and what about the squeaking well u can bring it in and we can look at it I don't want them to do the other side use to I already paid 475 they should.have called me to repair both at the same time I will take my car elsewhere where it is done right the first time and not have to pay an arm and a leg when it is suppose to be covered under warranty Will not recommend them to anybody I know and don't know

I brought in my 2005 Corvette for a GM Coolant System Flush and Fill. Not sure if it got done correctly as I only have a receipt to prove the endeavor and expense. However, I was also promised a 37 point or 137 point or whatever Safety Check as a Courtesy and the Service Tech never did perform it. I was told that my Roof Top Panel was defective and that they would have to order a new one under a Factory Recall. The Panel came in a week later and I made an appointment. Showed up and they changed their minds. Told me the Roof Panel was not OEM and therefore I did not qualify for the replacement Roof Panel. WTH? Why would they order a new one in the first place? Also, the second reason for my visit was to have a Front License Plate Holder installed. $92 and 2.5 hours later I am looking at a stick on (3 pieces of sticky pads) piece of plastic that is crooked. Really? My Service Advisor, Lou Ann, was awesome. Professional, Friendly, and very supportive. Bottom line is the Front License Plate holder started to fall off and I called the General Manager after doing an online after service survey. Dave was very helpful and professional and advised me to get a refund. So, I took the Vette back, returned the falling off license plate holder, and left. I will not return to Sandy Sansing Chevrolet again for my 2014 C7 Corvette purchase as I need to be able to depend on professional service technicians to do their job. The Staff was awesome but what's the point if you can't get decent and professional service on your $50,000 luxury performance sports car. My overall sales experience with Pete Moore Chevrolet was awesome but I don't have any service experience so the jury is still out on that one. Hopefully positive as I will not buy a new Chevy if I can't get it professionally serviced. JP

Im having the absolute worst experience with them.. I'm Military, I purchased a car for my mother she goes and picks it out..They register car in a different state (Texas) after I provided them Florida driver liscends and showed PROOF of FLORIDA Insurance.. Ive been calling for 3 or 3 days and was getting ignore, finally they told me oh well there's nothing they can do even tho they made the mistake and that I have to come out of my pocket to register the car in Florida even tho I provided them all the info.. Ive bought several cars and never ever had one of them registered in the wrong state after showing my Florida Driver liscends and prrof of my Florida insurance and now sticking me with the bill to go and do it on my own after they had already charged it to me in the total sell of the car.. I don't recommend anybody going here especially ig your Military, they only care about selling cars not to help u get them registered in the correct state.

Jo Reese assisted me in my purchase of a new 2013 Chevy Spark. She was amazing and really knew her stuff, she patiently explained everything to me in ways that I understood and heped me find the best deal. When paying for the car my bank ran through some issues (bank's fault) and Ms. Reese held the car for me even though it took WEEKS to sort everything out. Along with Ms. Reese, everyone at the dealership was incredibly friendly and didnt make all the paperwork seem like the hassle it usually is. I would definitely recommend this dealership, theyre amazing and I'm very happy with my Spark.

I got an Autotrader Instant Trade-in Offer on my vehicle for $21,294, so I give Sandy Sansing (registered Buying Center on Autotrader--a.k.a. a dealership who honors the Autotrader offer) a call and speak to John Nudo, who confirms that, as long as my vehicle condition matches the condition I put into Autotrader, I would get the full $21,294. I ask how long he will be there the next day and he says "6:00pm." I made sure all of this was clear since I had to drive an hour and a half to get to the dealership. So the next day, a friend and I each make the 1.5 hour drive in 2 cars and arrive at the dealership at 4:45pm and ask for John Nudo. I'm told he left for the day. Okay, fine, so I'm directed to another guy, hand him the paper showing the $21,294 offer, and not only does he not look at my car, but walks in to his manager's office and comes out with an offer for $17,500. I point out the huge discrepancy and he says "that's all I can do." After questioning the value and purpose of this Instant Trade-In Offer if they won't honor it, he simply says "That's irrelevant. We don't have to buy any car we don't want to." To summarize, not only did they not honor their online offer after verbal confirmation over the phone, they didn't even physically look at my car to give a reason why. The guy who said he'd be there left work early and I was stuck getting low-balled by his rude cohorts. I arrived home extremely frustrated after having wasted 4 hours driving and talking to them under false pretenses. I will never go back to them again.

I was very satisfied with my experience. Because I was a cash buyer and knew what I wanted I was able to visit and call various dealerships in 3 florida cities for price comparisons. When I informed them of what I was interested in they returned my call very promptly, I gave them the price other dealerships had quoted me and they gave my the best price bar none. Once I got there both Jerry and Mario were very helpful and the process was very streamlined and easy. They have followed up with me as well which has been nice.

i have been there twice to the preowned area and both times they shot us down. this last time was just a few days ago and the guy came from the new side and i was told to go there by a salesman that worked at the toytota dealer down the road. we went there looking for someone to help us with our credit and the salesman says he cant find our credit report or score online-lied. i went straight to a verizon store to just let them run my credit and there it was-a 0. i havent bought anything in a while so my score was down. i had 3000 to put down even if it was a older automobile. he kept saying he couldnt find it. i have to have perfect credit to buy from them. i figure i will stay with pete moore or world ford and i got better results.

Tried sending copy of paystub to John'S e-mail at least 10 times and he never got any of them, then got a phone call from another man named Mike and I sent them to him and he got them right away. Then was told that I didn't do some sort of interview with my loan company, which I did. My temp tags are set to expire TOMORROW and I still don't have my new plate and tag. Then they told me I have 2 options, drive out to Pensacola from FWB to get my license, or have them mail it and it will be sent to me and I won't get it until AFTER my temp tags expire. My husband is military and we're constantly driving on base, and he won't even be able to go into work with expired tags. I literally would never recommend this place to anyone. ever.

I purchased a Chevy silverado from a private owner and bought a extended warranty on it. So I took it up to sandy sansing talked to Brian about getting my window motor replaced ad some fuel problems checked along with computer issues. He called me the next day and told me that the truck had been modified in the rear axle so the warranty was void. He was a nice guy and helpful so I took his word for it. Paid 217.00 just for that.. I agreed that I might have to pay that but he said I probably wouldn't unless it was severe, and him makin a phone call 5 hours later didn't seem that severe. Long story short I called to cancel my warranty found out sandy sansing never called to check if the warranty would cover everything else but the rear axle. I called Brian back he mumbled some stuff, and I asked him to call the warranty since he didn't in the first place he said ok "i will get back with you today or tomorrow" it's been a month.. Just shows me all they cared about was a easy $200. Hate to sound ugly just want someone to watch out if they never been there.

I recently worked with Billy Gillespie, Sales, and Rick Gray, Finance Manager, to purchase a used vehicle from Sandy Sansing Chevrolet. At each step of the process, these guys put forth maximum effort to identify and meet my needs as a customer. They were flexible in working around my schedule and used technology to complete as much of the paperwork and buying process as possible. While my wife and I were on-site, we were treated to excellent customer service and with respect. One of the advantages of buying from Sandy Sansing is the variety of dealerships and inventory that exist in a relatively small geographical area. By going to the Sandy Sansing website I was able to view over 1000 used vehicles at a half-dozen different properties. I identified several vehicle I wanted to drive, at three of the dealerships, and my sales team had them all waiting for me when I arrived for test drives. While at the dealership I used my smartphone and found two other vehicles of interest, one at the Chevrolet dealership and one at the Mazda dealership. My sales team had them brought to me. I ultimately bought a vehicle that had started the day at the Mazda dealership. By the time my wife and I had settled on which vehicle we wanted, it was too late in the day for banking. Rick worked for several hours the next day and finally called me with a deal that was well within our budget parameters. We completed as much of the paperwork as possible using email, so that when we arrived at the dealership to sign papers we were out within a very short time. I was so satisfied with my Sandy Sansing experience that I recommended them to my co-workers and friends, one of whom purchased a vehicle from 'my' team the very next weekend, my friend raved about their customer service as well. Thank you Rick and Billy and Thank you Sandy Sansing!

Dear Sandy Sansing and General Manager of Sandy Sansing Used Chevy, I would like you to know how fortunate you are to have such a wonderful staff. I have just purchased two used vehicles from Rick Gray and Bill Gillespie, and my last purchase was from Robert Freeman. My mother and father have also just purchased a new Chevy on your new car lot. All of our experiences there have been so amazingly pleasant, that we will continue to buy our vehicles with you. Rick and Bill were incredibly helpful and kept our finances in mind, with many car buying options. You could say it was just their job to do, but to us, we felt important and in good hands. I am not one to give compliments easily and I feel that good customer service is hard to find, but in this case, they deserve a special pat on the back. I wanted you to know personally what a great group these guys were. I work at a major hospital and I will be sure to refer my friends and co-workers to your exceptional crew in Internet Sales. Rick Gray, Bill Gillespie and Robert Freeman, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. Danja Long Gulf Breeze Fl

They are always nice to be around and they treat us like family. We will always shop there for rest of our vehicle purchases. Thank you for having a winning staff and will recommend more people to the dealership!

From the moment we drove up in to the lot until all upgrades were finished, we were treated like royality. The salesman Richard and the Manager Dennis were more than accomandating. They offered a really good deal along with some extra incentives all of which was taken care of within a few days. I love my new Equinox. This is our second vehicle purchased from Sandy Sansing Chevrolet.

I am Grady O. Beasley's grandson Scott who went with him to see Sean Dedolph at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet. We looked into getting what we thought would be a new truck b/c Grandpa's old one was getting a bit tired so to speak and we wanted Grandpa to have something with better gas mileage that would be safer for him to drive (safe for both me and you- TRUST me!!! LOL). We are both Christians and we decided long ago not to buy on impulse, and give ourselves at least one day to think things over before making any big decisions like buying a car. We discussed it with Sean and David and they still allowed us to take home the $35,000 truck we were looking at to give us some idea of what Grandpa would be getting b4 committing to buying it. We drove home and prayed about it. Then we discussed our financial situation and considered other personal things. The next morning we both decided that he needed something better, but the higher truck payments weren't what we were wanting. We decided that next morning were just going to turn the truck in and walk away with nothing. So we went back to Sean and David to let them know what our concerns were along with our final decision on the subject, and they being Christian men as well, sat down with us to hear our concerns. They listened with concern and intent and ultimately helped us consider other great options that we didn't think about ourselves. My Grandfather was able to keep his truck and still buy a beautiful new "Roll Tide Alabama" red 2012 Chevy Malibu that fits him just right. I couldn't be any more pleased with how they treated us- with the utmost respect and didn't just try to "sell" us a vehicle but helped us meet the needs of my Grandfather and family. I am not going anywhere else to buy my future vehicles for any reason. Just the amount of respect Sean Dedolph and David showed my Grandfather and myself at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet is enough for me even if we didn't buy a car that day. If you want to go somewhere where you don't feel like a piece of meat and want your needs to be considered and met, then go see Sean Dedolph- tell him that Grady Beasley and Scott sent you and you will experience the same professional Christian courtesy that we did!!! Tell Sean you want a Christian T-Shirt (Sean will know what you are talking about and have him call me- "Scott" and I will tell you everything I said here to be the truth. I don't mind!). Sincerely, Grady O. Beasley and Scott~

I am unhappy with the service I received from the service department.First off, let me say the advisor, Valerie, was polite, and pleasant to work with. However, the technician was the issue.I brought my father-in-laws pickup in because the A/C was not working. An hour in a half later, they told me they could not find anything wrong, except for the freon had leaked out. They said they had serviced it, added dye, and asked me to come back in two weeks to be checked for a leak. That was $216.00Two weeks later, the A/C was still cold, but I brought it in, as asked. I told Valerie, that after the technician serviced it the last time, the system was cold, but I kept hearing a gurgling sound from behind the glove box, and asked for him to look at it. After an hour of waiting, I was told it was going to be a while, because the tech had been assigned a steering column. No biggie, so I waited. However, after two and a half hours later, I was again told there were no leaks, and that the gurgling sound was the freon being converted from a gas, back in to a liquid. Sounded weird, but accepted the explanation, and left. I had been there for over four hours. The next day, the system began running warm, so I brought the truck back. I asked Valerie if she knew whether the technician had serviced the system the last time I was there (a couple of days prior). The technician happen to be standing there, so she told him how the system was running warm and asked. With a "smirk" on his face, he said, "Nothing was cooling yesterday", and walked off. I was taken a back. Maybe he had had a rough morning. Two hours later, I was given a quote. According to the quote, almost everything in the A/C system was bad. Compressor, canister, orifice, o-rings, etc... and, by the way, the water pump was bad, and needed a fan clutch! I was quoted over $1800.00 (Really?)! The truck is blue booked at $4700.00.It was apparent to me, the technician did not troubleshoot the system the first time I came. Especially with his explanation of the gurgling sounds.I went to the local parts store, with the quote, and picked up OEM parts for $285.00, came home, installed them myself, then took the truck to a local repair shop and had the A/C system evacuated and serviced, for $80.00, and now the A/C system runs fantastic, AND no gurgling sounds!I have purchased 2 cars from the Sandy Sansing group, a G35 and a Murano, and had great service. This was the first time I have been dissatisfied, and am not sure when, or if, I will be bringing any of my vehicles there for repairs.

I purchased a 2009 Chevy Colorado from Sandy Sansing in July 2009. I got great deal! Jo Reese was an excellent salesperson and helped me get all the available rebates as well as the great price on a truck that had been on the lot a long time. I was impressed enough to go back and try to buy another car this year. The service was once again excellent, they just couldn't match the trade quote of another dealer. I will still consider Sandy Sansing for my next vehicle.

We knew that we wanted a Lexus and would buy in Pensacola, fl. We did our research and found two dealerships with the vehicle we wanted. Both were around the same price and quality of vehicle. Both salespeople knew that we would be driving to Car City in Pensacola to look at their Lexus 330's. The salesman at the other dealership called me at 8am to make a hard pre-sale. Gus at Sandy Sansing did not bother us except to answer any questions and offer us complete service. We felt no hard sales tactics and liked that very much. He had great knowledge of his product and was honest and friendly. Gus was a great salesperson! We bought the vehicle from Sandy Sansing, our sales person at the other dealership didn't even get a visit. We are a very particular couple who know what we want and will walk out if not satisfied. We were very satisfied with our service. Thanks Gus!!!

I have bought two cars from Sandy Sansing and I would not go anywhere else. I always receive the best customer service and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I got a good deal on both the cars I have bought here and they have both been great cars. Anytime I needed service work on the cars Gary Dubose and his body shop employees always fit me in and did great work for a great price. Gary always goes out of his way to make every customer happy and it is very much appreciated. The sales rep that I bought my last car from (David Bailey) was excellent to work with and I didn't get a pushy feel from him like you do with most sales people.
