I just leased a Nissan Rogue unexpectedly. My transmission went on my car, and I was in the need of a new vehicle! Michael Small listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and the price I was willing to spend. He was patient and thorough! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle with ease and honesty.

Shopping a Nissan NV200 two weeks ago. I had a leased Nissan 2013 Murano that needed a tire and would be over my allowed mileage at the end of my lease. Sansone would buy out the lease and the tire would be covered by the under $500 wear and tear they give you on a lease.Sansone had a "certified" used NV200 on the lot with 15 miles. Clean Carfax, car was really brand new, "used" they said because they had transfered title (from one nissan dealer to another according to carfax.I was adamant about what I'd put down and what my monthly payments would be for 5 years and they agreed after a bit of negotiating. It was a Saturday evening, the finance manager was tied up, and I waited over two hours. Finally, the sales manager had me sign a "T & C" which is worded and explained to me as an "agreement to buy" that said I can get my deposit and trade in back if they can't deliver the car at the cost and interest rate they promise. The T&C said $825 down and $325 per month. Five days later, the car had 500 miles on it and I get a call saying they couldn't get me the financing they wanted and it was going to be $332 per month. But it's only $7 right? I was ticked off, but had already "moved into" the car and ordered extras on my own to outfit it. That's $490 extra over the life of the loan. Since I live 90 miles from the dealership, the salesman drove all the way up to North Jersey to get me the papers to sign a week later, so they certainly made every effort to work with me. I was sitting in the parking lot of a gas station under the streetlights at 8PM signing a stack of papers for a car I had purchased a week ago.It wasn't until when I got my plates, two weeks after taking the car, that I actually got a copy of the finance agreement and it showed 75 payments, not 72. That's another $1000 over what I expected the car to cost me. At home I checked the T&C and saw that it said 75, not 72. So the great deal I thought they had given me snuck up to $1500 higher than I had negotiated for.At every step of the transaction, I made a stupid mistake. I mistook "72" months for 75. I gave in on a higher interest rate when I should have said "okay, you can have the car back." It's my fault entirely. I trusted them -- C'mon, I'm old enough to know not to trust a car dealer. They offered what seemed like a great deal, however given the cost of the financing, I could have purchased a brand new 2016 NV200 with Nissan's 0.9% financing and had a real "new car" at the same cost. I don't know that they were being dishonest, I think they were just glossing over details to make a deal, but I wouldn't ever trust them again. Dot each "I" and cross each "T" with Sansone. Seriously, their "Finance Manager," didn't know what the interest rate was? It took a week to find out? This past week I shopped for used car loans to refinance and am finding the 3.25% rate they gave me as competitive so I can't complain about that either, but I'm not a happy customer because they didn't deliver what they promised. I feel like this is the way they deal with customers who want a low monthly payment, just squeeze an extra month or two out of them.I'm just ticked off that I walked out thinking I got a good deal and didn't catch their slick tricks. By tagging on a few dollars a month and three extra payments, they squeezed $1500 bucks out of me. It's the last $1500 any Sansone dealer will ever get from me.

I turned in my lease well under my mileage in very good condition. They did not even look at my car when I turned it in. I signed a paper and left. Then I got a bill for $700 in the mail three months later saying I owed all this money. Surprise! And I have to pay it. They said there was damage to the car and since I didn't buy another car from them I owed $400 that was mysteriously written in the contract. They take advantage of younger women and nothing was explained when leasing the car. I put too much money down and paid way too much each month and then had to pay at the end. Also, every time I went in for an oil change they tried to up sell me all these different things that were not necessary. These people are xxxxxxxx and rip people off. I would never buy a car from them again. Went to the local ford dealership I am having a much better experience. I went in for my first oil change and what do you know...I just got an oil change and they didn't ask if I wanted new filters, wipers, tires and fuses. Very Interesting to say the least. They take advantage of people who don't know anything about cars and the car buying process. Be aware. Do not go to sansone jr. 66.

We bought a used Sentra for my daughter last year, they claimed it was "Certified pre-owned" but we did not pay the ridiculous extra money for that. As soon as we got it home I took it to my mechanic who immediately discovered a bent rim. (so much for their thorough inspection) They did replace the rim at that time. Recently my daughter took it to Pep Boys for a tire alignment; the mechanic came out and asked if the car had been in an accident. It had significant damage to the the suspension/axels that was not visible to the naked eye. I took it back to Sansone, they checked it out and told me it had been in an accident before we bought it. I was shocked and asked "why would I buy a car from you that had been in an accident and clearly not repaired correctly?" They showed me a carfax that I had never laid eyes on with my signature on it. We paid a total of $15,000 for the car about a year ago. They wanted $1600 to make the repairs, and I told them that I would not pay them, as they sold me the car in that condition. The manager offered to buy it from us for $5,000 (yes you read that right) and lease my daughter a new Sentra at full price. I wanted to fall on the floor laughing. They are completely unscrupulous crooks. If you are buying a car there, I would have every nook and cranny checked first.

After browsing used cars for a few months, I stumbled across a great used vehicle at Sansone Jr. Auto Mall. After contacting the dealership, salesman Tom Wall III was extremely helpful with supplying me with all the info needed to make an informed purchasing decision. Tom helped me every step of the way from getting me information to setting up a personal test-drive that worked with my schedule. The day of the test-drive, Tom was well prepared to show me the vehicle I requested as well as a few similar models I may have been interested in. While I ended up purchasing my original choice, I really appreciated being shown (and test-driving) a variety of comparable options. The dealership was very straight-forward when it came to financing options and I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.

I chose to do business with Sansone Jr. because they are part of the Vets-Cars program. Being a veteran, it's nice to know that there are businesses out there that are committed to taking care of those who have served. I had 4 months left on my '12 Rogue lease and wanted to get into the new body style 2015. When I called I was put in contact with General Sales Manager Tom Wall. I told him exactly what I wanted and the terms I desired, if I couldn't get them now I would wait to see if Nissan came out with a program in a few months. Tom got back to me within an hour. They had the exact model I wanted and he could do even better than what I was hoping for payment wise,(I told him I wanted specific payments on a 39 month lease - they did it for 36 months!)When I got to the dealership, the staff couldn't have been nicer or more efficient.I was thanked for my service, invited to sign their Wall of Honor which they have the names of their vet and military customers on, and given a nice tour of the store, even was introduced to Mr. Paul Sansone Jr., what a gentleman! Tom's son, Tom the 3rd, took over for his dad, did a very thorough job going over the vehicle and introduced me to Business Manager Rich Edelman. Get this...NOTHING CHANGED - NOT ONE PENNY!The whole experience was seamless, transparent, professional. This is what buying or leasing a vehicle should be like. I strongly recommend Sansone Jr's 66 Automall, not only to my fellow veterans and military, but to anyone who wants stellar treatment.

he engine on my Pathfinder blew, and I still owed on it, so was in a really bad spot. The dealership where my Pathfinder was in service, Pine Belt Nissan, was horrific--they told me they'd give me $800 for my trade (the tires alone were worth more than that), did absolutely nothing to help me and tried to rip me off big time--they lived up to the sleazy car dealer reputation. I went to Sansone Jr 66 Nissan and met Karen and Sonny. They were so understanding and sympathetic, really listened to my situation...then bent over backwards to help me. They drove down to the other dealership themselves to look at my car. They brought the price on a $40,000 Murano down over $12,000 to what they owned it, gave me over $7000 on my Pathfinder trade and rolled over the rest of the negative equity into a manageable payment. They made the process so easy, pleasant and relieving...and I'm in a much nicer car than I even would have picked! They actually lost money on the sale of the car but didn't care because it is more important to them to give good service, build relationships and make car buying a happy experience. I left there in (pleasant) shock about how awesome that whole experience was. They also started a "women selling to women" program and rent to own program, which are great. Ladies-go to Karen. Other car dealerships should read and follow suit! I would and will refer everyone there!

Really went over & above expectations I had for a salesman. I was looking to buy a 2011 Ford Escape for my business, after contemplating for about a week & several trips back to the dealership & was having trouble making a commitment to the Ford. Richard never brushed me off or made me feel pressure to buy. That was important & is what kept me going back to Sansone. Anyway, Richard showed me this 2010 Chevy Equinox, Loaded beyond my expectations. I never thought I could buy this vehicle on my budget. Richard, along with the others involved in the process got the numbers to where they needed to be. I would recommend Sansone Jr's in Neptune for any make vehicle, I bought a Chevy! And I would recommend Richard Edelman. My wife will be looking for a new car in the fall, guess where we'll be going. Sincerely, Stephen Pellecchia, Toms River NJ.

Robert was hands down the best car salesman I have ever worked with. From the very beginning I could tell that he was there for me and to make sure I was happy. I was returning my lease early and getting a new 2013 Altima. He was patient and understanding and made the process seamless. He took the time to show me all my options, showed me cars that were in my price range and was extremely respectable. The entire staff made me feel comfortable. All the paperwork was done in no time and I didn't have to spend the whole day waiting! This was the best experience I have had thus far and will returning here when my lease is up to get a new car!

On Friday,July 26,I purchased a 2013 Nissan Murano.I was in and out in a little over an hour.Tom Wall, the General Sales Mgr.,gave me a great welcome to the dealership. He was very friendly and made me feel welcome right off the bat.Dan McGeveran,my salesman, gave me A1 treatment. He got me the car I wanted and went out of his way to get it because the car was not on his lot.He had to get it from a dealership in NY.Mr.McGeveran sold me my last vehicle and has always made sure I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted.Mrs.Wanda Bosque, the finance mgr.had my paperwork done in a flash!I mentioned to her that the last time I leased a Murano back in 2010,it felt like I had spent the whole day at the dealership! She was not there at that time and I told her I was impressed at how quickly she took care of the paperwork and I was on my way driving off the lot in my new Murano! This group knows what they're doing and how to treat potential buyers by making them feel special and I highly recommend Sansone Jrs. on Route 66 in Neptune if you're looking for a new Nissan!DWIGHT R. I have been with Honda for the last nine years and been very loyal to them. After a family recommendation, I decided to give Sansone Jr's 66 Nissan an opportunity to price out a new vehicle for me comparable to the Honda CRV. From the moment I stepped into the lot, Tom Wall and Tommy Wall provided excellent customer service. They both understood my needs, and did their best to accomdate them. After test driving a vehicle on the lot, and explaining which car I was interested in, Tom and Tommy both worked on the numbers to come up with a price that I'd be happy with. They were both very professional and provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions. We came to an agreement on a brand new 2013 Nissan Rogue and I left the dealership a very happy customer. I never thought I'd switch from Honda, but Tom and Tommy Wall both gave me reason to. I am now going to be a loyal Nissan owner and plan to continue to come back to Nissan to deal with such great people that care about the customer needs. A great overall experience that I would recommend to anyone! Thank you Tom and Tommy Wall!

As a repeat Nissan customer, I was in the market for a new car and a possible trade in of my wife's car. Upon our arrival at the dealership, Tom Wall and his son Tommy provided my wife and I with excellent customer service. They were both very attentive to what we wanted and provided us with all the information we needed to make our decision. They both took what is usually a stressful car buying experience and turned it into pleasurable customer experience. My wife and I can't say enough good things about our car buying experience to our friends. From test driving cars right through the excellent customer service from Wanda in Finance, the end to end experience was great. I got my new car and we were able to make a deal for the wife on a new car as well. If your in the market for a new car, I highly recommend a visit to this dealership and ask for Tom and Tommy Wall.

I would like to thank both Tom Wall and John at Sansone Jr.s 66 Nissan for all of their help in ordering my new 2013 Juke Nismo. Their no pressure approach and patience really shown through, unlike some of the other dealerships that Ive visited in the area. Both Tom and John answered all my endless questions and stayed late to make sure that I was completely satisfied. They were also the only Nissan dealership in the area with knowledge about the special order Juke Nismo. (Other Nissan dealerships had mistakenly told me that the car wouldnt be available until 2014). Sansone Nissan was able to order the car for me and have it delivered in about three weeks. This has been the smoothest car purchase Ive ever made, and I would definitely buy another car from this dealership in the future.

When it was time for me to look for a new or used car, there were many dealers in the area that I had to convict myself too. We all heard the rumors about car salesman and car dealerships. The rumors like they don't care about the buyer and they just want to make the sale and make the money. The more sales they make the more commission and the more cars they sell the better the ratings and the salesman are able to move up in their position. Well this is true but not so at Rt 66, Sansone's Jr. I went to a few dealerships as I said that is how I found these rumors to be true. This Nissan delership on Rt 66 in Neptune treats the individual as a person first and then worries about the sale. I am not getting anything for posting this. So I am telling the truth. When my truck that I purchased had a problem they gave me a customer care car to use write away with no hassel. I did not even have the proper paper work to get a customer care car, and the salesman and woman used their own personel resources to help. That is unheard of at other delaerships. Can't help you if you don't have the proper papers. Rt 66 Sansone Jr's Nissan Dealership went out of their way for me, and their service center right on the lot fixed my vehicle within or just about an hour besides a prior time. Your the best Sansone Rt. 66. If you need a vehicle everyone, go to some place that really cares. My name is Vincent S. and I am greatful for them. Give them a try, don't take my word for it and I guarentee it, ask for Rich Edelman or Wanda Bosque.

The dealer listed a false mileage on contract and sold a two year warranty to me on my car which should never have been sold. As I went to cancel my warranty I found out a car with over 100,000 miles cannot have a 2 year warranty on it. All the paperwork lists 91202 miles but the car was sold with 106,000 miles on it. They also told us we had to buy the warranty to get a lower interest rate from the bank. which after cancelling our warranty we found out was not true. Our interest rate stayed the same with or without the warranty. Car needed something and sales person told me they will fix but they did nothing!! We accompanied my daughter to purchase a used nissan rogue. The vehicle had been sitting on the lot for four months and seemed to be a very good price. They low balled my trade in and on top of it they wouldn't deal on the price of the used vehicle we were purchasing. The final straw was that they wouldn't pay for the second car key, there was only one for the vehicle. we even offer to pay for the key if they would take care of the programming at their expense. They wouldn't agree to that. the programming wouldn't have cost them a cent. some of the extended warranty on the car escaped their knowledge> Sad the customers has more knowledge of these thing than the dealer.

Bought a new 2011 Nissan Rogue from the dealer , good experience. No hassle, no push by the salesman. Would have went back to the dealer for the next Nissan , but......Problem, had a Viper remote starter installed, at least I thought I did. Waited for service, young kid at the counter gave me the box and told me everything was ready.... Went home and immediately discovered the installer never entered me into the system , something simple, yet overlooked...... costing me 3 hours of computer and phone time. Viper also did not have good customer service..... They , Viper, also told me that the dealer did not properly install and check the product. I called Sansone again and they admitted the product was not checked after installation... Come on guys, its the basics stuff here !!!! Not IMPRESSED ...... The manager at the dealership was helpful and did try to correct the problem but the problem kept growing, not his fault. This was a breakdown of communication many times over, and I was the recipient... Its the little things that make the difference and Sansone completely missed the oportunity to impress me....

This dealership should be on WORLDS BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS!! I am a twenty yr old female and I went to Sansone to purchase a car. They sold me a 2003 Saturn with 123,000 miles. I dont have any credit history and this was my first time at a dealership. I told them I was looking for a safe reliable vehicle to go back and forth to school and work. Well in the first week I had the car the check engine light came on and would not go off. I went back and they said it was because the gas cap was loose. The service guys did something to the car and returned it to me. A week later I am driving and attempt to turn the wheel and the car does not turn, well the power steering went. I go back and they tell me it will cost me 600 dollars to have it fixed. After complaining John the manager tells me they will foot the bill. They fix the car and return it to me. The check engine light is back on again in another week but they keep telling me its due to the gas cap being loose. I am driving to work one morning and I feel the car surge then stop. The transmission is gone. I am sitting in the middle of the road. The police come and Sansone sends a tow truck. I complain and John once again says they will take of this no charge. I am given a loaner car and I am driving this for almost 2 months. Then one day they call and say they cant fix my car its too much money and I should come get it. It is now March of 2011 and I purchased the car in Nov of 2010 but have been in a loaner since January. The car has 125,00 miles on it. They offer to sell me a 2011 Nissan Sentra sticker price 17,000 but to build equity in the car so the bank will finance it they tell me I have to pay 19,000 for the car. John tells me they have a friend in the bank and they can get me financed even though I still have no credit history. I still owe them 6000 for the car I got 5 months ago because according to them its only worth a 1000 due to the transmission, mileage and age (LOL). So they complete the paper work for the Nissan Sentra total price with all the fees $25,000. I decide not to deal with them. I realize they are scam artists, thieves and liars. So I am now paying a car note for 3 yrs for a car I drove 2 months. Do not do business with these people. The best part about the whole thing??? they tried to charge me $177 for towing the car when the transmission went. Sanson Nissan RT 66 Neptune is not the place you want to do business with. If you would like to see the car, paper work such as repair receipts etc. and hear more about this story I would be very happy to scan or email you copies.

Whoevers reading this, for your sake do not go to these ppl. I regret seeing these reviews just a week late after this deal went down. This was the most horrible experience of our lives. My newlywed husband and I go in 2 weeks ago wanting to trade our nissan frontier which lease was almost up and wanted to get the new maxima premium packge. Anyways, they traded the car no problem and they told us to go out to the lot and pick one we liked. From all 4 colors available,I didnt like any(this was for my 24th bday)all we wanted was black, white or silver , and all they had was a light blue, a jade, dark red and eggplant colored car.We saw a silver one which happened to be a demo in the lot, with 5,000 miles alrdy on it fully loaded with these nice expnsive rims on it, USED car and they wanted to charge us an extra 4 grand for the rims, basically putting down 3500$ down and upping the lease to $30 more a month for a used car(and this car happens to be Mr. Sansone's himself that he takes home every night)....so we said take off the rims and well take the car since its silver and we dont need such expensive rims being that we live in Brooklyn and they are likely to be stolen(my husband works near the dealership thats y we decided to use them). they said absolutely not u must take it as is or go take the dark red one if u want the original cheaper deal. I was horrified and ready to leave when they started making us feel guilty with crap like were trying to help by letting us work the deal till afterhours it was around 10:00 pm blah blah blah and by gettin us a rogue in the color we want(we had thought originally about the rogue but changed our minds....either way i dont know y they got us a rogue in the black from diff dealer but the maxima they cudnt give us a color we wanted.) anyways, feeling crappy and stupid a day after my bday, I stood there and said ok lets just take the dark red one bc i didnt want to spend more $ since we were 24 and newlyweds.I got forced to take a color which i hated. My husband knew how i felt and tried to make me feel better all night, but to no avail so he tells me lets just trade it to the silver tomorrow and ill pay the extra money down and 4 grand is ok as long as ur happy. I was ecstatic, he went back the next day exchanged it and so on. Wednesday afternoon, im going to run an errand in my new silver maxima, in broad daylight, when i see major scratches on 3 out of the 4 rims that i paid an extra 3 grand + for! I call up my husband appalled told him they have so many scratches on them and we were ripped off completely. these liars didnt even offer to tell us they had damages being it was a demo. I was ready to kill. My husband assured me he will drive back again tomorrow with the car and take care of it. And then it got worse, much worse. He goes in the next day and listen to this, He sees Mr. Sansone, and tells him very nicely(my husband is very nice but im the tough one in all this)that the rims are extremely scratched and we shouldnt have paid an extra 3-4 grand for them. He says why didnt u just take the car without the rims?? My husband says I DID!!! THEY DIDNT LET ME! and the own boss says "OH I dont know then, u must take it up with them"and walks away. WTF???? where is the professionalism there?? I was pissed. Im 4 months pregnant and i was having a panic attack. It gets worse...My husband walks up to Kevin, "a so-called sales manager" and kevin says I will not talk about the car until u get me papers showing me how much u make bc u are a liar and fukin scumbag! this is what he tells my husband, my husband says i'm the liar??? They made us feel like we were the liars and cheaters. My husband said u let me leave ur parking lot with not ONE but TWO cars and ur telling me i might not even be approved???? People, these guys are a total scam artists. Please beware. Furthermore, Kevin tells my husband u get me proof u can pay for this or i want my car in my lot now and if u want ur truck back u better go get 16,000 to buy ur truck back!!!! I was ready to die. This whole situation did not sound like a business deal with legitimate ppl or somebody like a nissan dealer! it sounded like i was dealing with a shady stupid rundown company and was about to call a lawyer. This was a freaking tradeoff and the monster has the audacity to tell us we have to buy our truck back??? I call him up to tell him what my husband just told me and that i wasnt gonna stand for this treatment, He curses me out , tells me the same about buying back the truck and that were liars and scumbags....im like WE?? Ur the assholes who gave us a defected car! Nevertheless, my husband brings him his 1090 to prove we can afford the car and he says um no, u need to file taxes and bring me that hes like nobody ever told me that but again the car was approvedd since monday so what the heck are u telling me!!!! I call up Nissan directly and they tell us to not give him the tax returns they are using that as a way for them to get back $ for the truck an extra 2-3 grand. We filed a complaint with a manager at nissan, however they dealer said they will not lower the price or budge since we alrdy signed. Even after the whole scam they played on us they wont return fix our rims or anything. This place should be shut down and the people at Nissan felt terrible for us since we are loyal customers and we were treated as garbage. its a shame to say we will never deal with nissan again, only bc of this dealer. Nissan should really be smarter about who to give out dealer licenses to bc apparently from my experience and others ive read this place is as shady as can get. I wish whoevers reading this will think twice before going here. The only way i might find closure from this scam is by going to the BBB and that is what i plan to do. This place was just utterly disgraceful.
