Great buy and good service!!! I bought a 2013 BMW 328i sedan. I stopped by with my husband and just couldn't walk away from the awesome deal they gave me . Thanks to Doug the owner, Farrell the sales manager, Heather finance manager and Izzy awesome salesperson!

Thank you so much to SB Nissan - I purchased a used vehicle - the sales force was nice, helpful, knowledgable - but more importantly not pushy and very low pressure. The financing people were extremely kind and hardworking. When I first arrived - Nissan did not have what I was looking for - however within 2 days my salesperson called and informed me he found something I might be interested in. He was absolutely right! After about a month of shopping for the best price with different dealers, Santa Barbara Nissans' honesty and low pressure approach made me drive over an hour to do business in Santa Barbara. I worked with Ryan Brackin through email and appreciated how hard he worked to earn my business. The facilities are a little small, but I do not think that really matters. I did not work with anyone other than Ryan and the finance director, so I cannot speak the same for everyone there. Bottom Line- Same price, Better Service.

We made an appointment to see a used Suburban. The dealership was ready for us when we arrived. We really appreciated that. However, the sales person, was less then adequate. When asked maybe a slightly technical question, rather than acknowledging that they did not know the answer, after doing some research, we realized they made up an answer. My experience with Santa Barbara Nissan is everything I dread in a car buying experience.
