I was pleasantly surprised of how helpful and easy-going everyone is at this dealership. Not only they matched what I was looking for, but they made the process less stressful, answered all of my questions and even stayed past business hours to work on closing the sale. No gimmicks, highly recommended.

I leased a 2015 Fiat 500 Sport over Labor Day weekend. I had previously contacted multiple dealerships in the Los Angeles region and researched deals for the car. I was very impressed with the information received from Jon through email exchange and my contact with Charlie to answer any questions about what car to lease - I was considering the 2015 Fiat 500 Sport or the Fiat 500e. We went to test drive the car with Charlie and he provided us with incredibly genuine information about the car and what option would be best for me. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the car's engine and mechanics- something I know very little about. Everyone we dealt with that day was extremely professional and genuine. I did not feel rushed to make a decision or pressured to sign which truly made my car leasing experience. Thank you again!

Rodney and his team always take care of me when I go in for service. My engine light went on this week, so I pulled into the service station with no appointment. They were all still their friendly, helpful selves and were able to assess the problem and fix it quickly that I still arrived at work on time. They are the best!

The agency is professionally run, the service personnel are highly experienced and extremely honest in their assessments and straightforward in their communication. They know Fiats completely, and a been able to answer all of my questions including ones that other agencies did not have the answer to. If they dont know the answer they will get it for you, I have been very satisfied not only with the quality of the service but also with the communication. I highly recommend this agency based upon several years of experience with it. My other car is a Lexus and that is the standard of service competence that I have come to expect. This agency more than meets my expectations in that regard. The prices are extremely reasonable. With a Fiat it is important that experienced competent people who know the car do the service. That is exactly what you will get at this agency.

I live over 100 miles away from Santa Monica Fiat. Finding myself in the area and in the market for a Fiat 500, I stopped in. Charlie Zsiga showed me several vehicles and after choosing the one I liked, he and finance manager, Jeff Morgan worked with me to finalize the sale in a very short period of time and in a professional manner. Charlie then followed me home in my new Fiat all the way to Bakersfield! I love my. Fiat. It is more than I expected and gets more attention than a cute puppy. I am looking forward to visiting Santa Monica Fiat again when it's time for service.

This has been my third or fourth time for service at Santa Monica/Fiat, and each time, the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. I had actually purchased my Fiat downtown/LA and live on the westside, so servicing here has been really convenient. I had initially traveled to the Southbay Fiat for service, but found Santa Monica to be a bit more convenient for me, and a lot faster of service too. I am usually always able to schedule my appointments at the time most convenient for me, and am always in and out fairly quickly. Each of my visits have been only for oil changes so far, but Rodney has been always so consistently awesome at helping me. They courtesy call always if I am dropping off my car and everything is usually finished within the time frame they expect. They continue to go out of their way to notice anything that might be issue for the car and I love this. My Fiat is an awesome little car, and this service center makes owning a Fiat all the more fun! THANK YOU!!!

Hands down the BEST car purchasing/leasing experience my wife and I have ever encountered. The whole place has the atmosphere of friendly welcoming without the pushy typical car salesmen attitudes that permeate throughout the industry. Throughout our visits there while considering the 500e, there was no, and I repeat NO pressure to make the commitment. They were there to answer all of our questions and guide us through the process, but never once did we feel pressured into anything! A truly remarkable car buying experience. I wish every dealership could send their representatives here to take lessons on how to interact with potential clients. Lauren, Sam, and the rest of the staff were simply awesome, and consistently went above and beyond - if you're in the market for a Fiat, this is beyond a doubt the place to come! (And even if you're not, come by and test drive the new 500e and be blown away by what an electric car can do!)

I WAS INVITED DOWN TO LOOK AT SEVERAL USED CONVERTIBLES IN STOCK. ALL OF THEM HAD WAY TOO MANY MILES OR THEY WERE TOO LOW TO THE GROUND WHEN ONSIDERING MY INJURED BACK.THE SALES PERSON WAS POLITE,KNOWLEDGABLE,PLEASANT,ETC.,HOWEVER JUST NOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR.I WANTED A CAR W/UNDER 40 K MILES AND UNDER $22000.I FOUND THE PERFECT CAR ON SUNDAY,HOWEVER I MAY BE IN THE MARKET IN THE FUTURE FOR A TOYOTA TACOMA W/VERY LOW MILES UNDER 6 YEARS OLD W/ AUTO TRANS. AND EXT. CAB OR 4 DOORS.

I have called over 4 times in the past month and left messages on various voicemails. Never, not once, even when I had an actual emergency did anyone EVER call me back. Then to schedule an appointment it took numerous calls and was still not able to get in, so I just drove there. Had to get a message to the service department about my car they already had and even dealer operator was never able to get to them, even after numerous attempts. To fix this: 1. Return calls - even if it's at the end of the day. 2. Get more people and train them on good customer service. It's Santa Monica, I don't pay to talk to a machine that never gets anything accomplisehd... better service at Downtown and Glendale... I think it may even be worth the drive. 3. Don't tell me to go to the other dealership down the street to service my car -- means you don't even have faith in yourself. 4. Too much work load then open on Saturdays and Sunday. I understand space in SM is limited, but

There are 3 Fiat studios in the US that rock, Benson, Austin and Santa Monica and the reason why is that they care, customer service is their nunber one priority :-)

With one phone call, Nathan alleviated the headache we had from the last dealership I had visited and made the drive out to Santa Monica worth it. There was no hassle, no trying to sell us anything we didn't want, and he handled everything that came up along the way, down to faxing my insurance agent and credit union. I got the car I wanted, with extra features that are really cool, for a better price than I found anywhere else. He went the extra mile and made the decision an easy one. Jon in finance also made everything very pleasant and surprisingly quick. I love the laid back experience I had at this Santa Monica Fiat, and recommend it highly to anyone who already knows what they want.

I had an incredible experience at Santa Monica Fiat. I went in this past Friday just to look at the cars and talk to the staff. From the moment I walked on the lot I felt welcome. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I walked out that day with a new car. They walked me through the whole experience with care and consideration and I am extremely thankful. Love and big thanks to Jason, Charlie and Andrea. You guys truly made my day and I am so happy with my new Fiat!

I needed to have the transmission in my beloved Fiat replaced due to an accident. When I called to find out the progress on the repair Rodney kept me informed as to what was going on and when he thought I'd get my car back. Rodney and the Gang in service did a remarkably fast and efficient job in getting my car repaired and back on the road. I could find closer Fiat repair shops to where I live but my preference is to always have my Fiat's (I own two) serviced at Fiat of Santa Monica by the guys in back.

I have to say this dealership treated us well from my very first visit. I had three visits and on the third visit we did buy a 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth. I can not think of anything bad to say period. We have had no service yet but will be proud to take our car back for service and by the looks of the service area I have no reservations about doing so. This is the reason for not giving a mark in the "quality of work" category. I would and have already recommended this dealer ship to people I know and/or have asked me about my experience. As far as the price paid I did check out two other places in my zip code and while I did not arrive at a final figure Santa Monica Fiat was just as close as any of the others I believe. We are happy with what we paid although I think it is a lot of money I do NOT feel "taken" rather I feel we got a reasonable price given the demand for the Fiat Abarth. AND certainly we were not charged any extra as I believe some dealers did add on in the past.Friendliness I could see giving a six if given the choice as well as overall experience - !!!This, the Fiat 500, is a relatively new car to the United States with the Fiat 500 Abarth being very very new. I got a 2013 but they did have 2012 Abarth in stock but we wanted the stereo that was only factory available in the 2013 and I am glad we went with the 2013 (just wish I could have waited for a Grey one - oh well ...)All in all I will be looking forward to shopping at Santa Monica Fiat for a used car in the very near future ... who knows-?I hope this review gets passed on to the proper place and many read it for what it is.Best,DT Teaze

I had the best sales experience I've ever had in buying a new car. Randall was courteous, friendly, not pushy, and things went really smoothly. The bargaaining for a good price was not stressful and they even had barbequed food and drinks being it was Labor Day. I would recommend this dealership highly and I left with the feeling that I had bought a new car and it was stress free!!

Overall summery of my visit was they are very greedy. I was shopping just one particular used car with similar condition, they are way over priced. They claimed that their used car is superior than its own dealership. They didn't even bother fix the scratches dents, and claimed it's in the perfect condition. They wouldn't even bother to lower the price, and they wanted to me to buy a new car for the future business. Stop wasting your time going there unless you want to buy full sticker price of the vehicle. If you want better deal than this place, just go any other dealership.
