I was amazed that with the state of my credit I was approved the same day took delivery of the vehicle that day. I would recommend anyone who has credit concerns to see Santa Motors.

I was really surprised with the great deal I was able to get when I bought my car. As soon as I was ready to buy a car, I did my research and stumbled across this great dealership! Reasonable prices and great quality cars. They even helped me with finding INSURANCE! I am really happy I did my research and found Santa Motors. Their staff are very friendly. You can tell their owners really care about their business and the surrounding community that is looking to buy a car.

I purchased a vehicle from this Dealership a couple of weeks ago. I had one of the best sales experience I have ever had purchasing a car. The sales team and finance manager were very well trained and experienced. They were straight up and truthful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good quality used car.

I bought a used car from Santa recently and I am very disappointed. The entire process from start to finish was inconsistent. They did not follow through with a lot of the promises that they initially made to me. The car is running ok., but certainly not the way it should be running. There are a lot of continuous minor issues. Issues that should not be coming up so soon after purchase!!! I am past my 30 days and so I am definitely not going back there! I did call and they were not willing to assist me due to the fact that it was the 48th day after purchase. I only wanted some information or maybe a recommendation where to go to fix it. BUT They could not have Been more rude! The salesman that took car of me never even returned my call!!! I will never do business there again that's for sure! I would not recommend Santa motors.

I just bought a car from Santa Motors and I could not believe how easy the car buying process was. I had recent credit problems but the finance manager and sales rep worked with me to get into the right vehicle. I feel comfortable in my new car and I am very excited to drive around my new daily driver!

I am a customer from Pennsylvania. I found Santa Motors on-line and found their prices to be the best around. I was able to drive to their location in Rochester NY and pick-up the car the same day. Great people, honest and great cars!

I purchased a car from Santa Motors on May 23rd this year. Two days later The car overheated, smelled of a strong burning odor through the the car vents. The Santa motors service shop had me wait four days to bring it in, and kept it for three days. When the car was returned the engine light went back on the next day, stalled in the middle of the road while in motion, started smoking under the hood and smelled of burning. I had it towed at my expense to the same Santa service station. No loaner was offered to me By The owner Mary or salesman Sam. When I did ask they refused stating that it was a hassle for them to do that, but that they would rush to get the car back to me. The service station was unsuccessful three separate times to fix the same problem. The cars engine is still on, with burning smell from vents. The car has been drivable 5 days out of the 28 I have had it. Now they want me to wait three more days to bring it in. Without loaner still. The owner refuse see to Take responsibility stating that car is good, it's just old. Stating she has confidence in her service station despite three failed attempts without success. Additional problems arise after each time that they service the car. New scratches/ gouges on trunk, back seat not connected with top part of the seat any longer. They were ALL SO NICE before I signed the papers to buy, ( the owner who did all my paperwork) was so accommodating. After I signed and they received their money their attitudes changed. They all act as if they don't want to take responsibility. Just defensive and unaccommodating. So what I have now is a broken smoking car that stalls and overheats..(with a perpetual engine light problem) and the run around from Mary/ and Sam the salesman, mechanic. I am disappointed to say the least. Buyer beware.
