This was the most easiest process for buying car I've ever went through. Brian is one of the best salesman I've dealt with also. Very kind and courteous and give me details about everything! Also I believe his name is Kevin was good with the paperwork had it already and I didn't have to wait very long. It was about a 40-minute process. Thank you all very much and God bless you all

Before buying a vehicle I would highly recommend you read this first. I was shopping for a used SRX to surprise my wife on our anniversary June the tenth. I found one at Sapaugh in the Herculaneum dealership and called Jeff Vanover, I explained that I had fallen on hard times several years earlier and had worked very hard to recover and wanted to see if he would be able to assist. Not only did Jeff assist but also complimented us on our hard word and was able to approve the loan within several hours and also made the arrangements to have the car ready for pick up on our anniversary evening to surprise my wife. While we were at the dealership for a brief walk around showing us all the bells and whistles there was a problem with the sun roof and was told to bring the car back in a week for repair. As requested I returned the week later and was told that it would be longer than expected and they would supply us with a vehicle while hours were being repaired. Although it has taken much longer to repair than either of us expected, the dealership has kept us updated every week and has continued to show their expertise in their business operations and professionalism. My wife and I would never consider doing business with any other dealership. and encourage you readers to experience the absolute professionalism from Jeff Vanover and the Sapaugh team. I was very pleased with the service. I came in on a rainy day, pulled right into the service bay, was greeted by professional employees, who were prepared for my arrival. It was my first service at this dealership, Mark escorted me to the waiting area, showed me area and June welcomed me and told me if I needed anything to let her know.

Our experience was perhaps a little different. We live north of Milwaukee, WI. I found while looking on line your dealership had the truck I was looking for. I was fortunate to connect with Jim (who was awesome to work with). Our 14 hour round trip was worth it and had an enjoyable experience. Would recommend your dealership to anyone!! I would do it again. Thanks again Jim for the enjoyable experience.
