A saturday, so not the usual weekday intake.. The greeter needed assistance from other crew members.. Never seen that kind of support and cooperation in this complex. And friendly, willing. All was accomplished in a timely fashion and I was not the only person there for service.. There were some five others in the waiting room while I was there. Each had a different mission for their car. Staff was totally friendly and helpful. I did miss the previous cocoa offering in the machine that does that. Water was provided.. No complaints. It was just a observation about how things are now so different in this new world we are living in.

I have to say, James was a real life saver this afternoon when I accidentally locked my dog and cat in the back of my husband’s F-250 this afternoon. Luckily, I had left the AC running so they were safe. My husband called Saratoga Ford, and within 10 minutes James had the door unlocked. He was so kind and professional, and he didn’t even charge me for it. My husband gets his truck serviced there, and we would not hesitate to recommend Saratoga Ford to anyone. Thanks again, James!

The staff went above and beyond to insure I got the truck I wanted. Had some extenuating circumstances on my trade in and the sales people there found a solution to fit my problem, even though they didn’t have to. Fair and likable people to work with. Satisfied with the deal I made.

We just purchase our first Forester Sport from Subaru at Saratoga. It was a pleasant experience, could not be happier. Tony in sales was understanding, helpful and did not pushed us one way or the other. He listened to our needs. Also Andrew was awesome he took his time to explained every aspect and features of our new car. He really enjoys his job and this gave us confidence in the service Subaru provides. Overall it was a pleasant experience from sales, to finance. And we will continue to do business with this dealer. 'They have good people working here.

Another exceptional experience at Saratoga Subaru Service. I anticipated the job was going to take a few hours given the type of work that needed to be done. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the job was done. Thank you, Pam, for scheduling the job accordingly. 5 stars.
