This was my first experience with purchasing a car, and I am very pleased. The process was nice and easy and the staff was very helpful. The lot was clean and all the cars looked to be in fabulous condition. This is the third time my family has purchased from Sayville Ford (each time working with Rob) and we have each had great experiences. I was able to explain what I was looking for in my car and the style that I liked and Rob was able to help me find the perfect match. I had planned to visit multiple dealers that day (Sayville Ford was the first stop on the list) but after my experience there I found that going anywhere else was not necessary. I put a deposit on my car and picked it up the next day. They cleaned the car, inside and out, and it was absolutely SPOTLESS. Thanks so much for making the car buying process so easy and smooth. I will be back in the future when I need my next car!!

Came into the dealership on 11/11 after work with my wife and had the pleasure of dealing with Shaun Blanco. By far the greatest experience I've had at a car dealership! As we all know, the car buying experience can be one of the most stressful out there. Shaun answered every single question we had, took the time out to address all of our concerns, even the ones we didn't know we had! This was my first time leasing and he explained every single aspect of it. Anyone considering a new car, I MORE than reccommend this dealershi, especially Shaun. He's been in the business awhile and is very knowledgeable. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Everything at the dealership was state of the art and seamless. They even have a brand new service center! Picked up my brand new Fusion the next day, 11/12 and couldn't have been happier! Was in and out within an hour! I took my '16 Expedition to Sayville Ford for an oil change, and assistance with a headlight issue I was looking to have corrected under warranty as I had purchased the truck recently and it was used. I decided to give Sayville Ford a try after doing some internet research on nearby Ford dealers. Made a service appointment for a Monday and arrived 10 minutes early - the truck was checked in immediately. Service advisor Dimitri Kreatsoulas was extremely friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns about the headlights and assured me he would do what he could to assist me. The oil was changed expeditiously while I waited and Mr. Kreatsoulas assured me he would keep me posted about headlight issue. Two days later (Wednesday), I received a phone call that new headlights were in as well as some wheel locks I had ordered previously. Appointment was made for Friday (5 days from first visit) to have headlights replaced under warranty and have the wheel locks installed. That visit was under an 1 hr!I was extremely pleased with the service I received, and truly grateful that Mr. Kreatsoulas worked with Ford to replace my headlights under warranty - and it was done super quick! Glad I chose Sayville Ford for service and I will be bringing my truck there for all my maintenance/service needs.

In this digital age we live in, I find more often than not, good help is harder to come by. I can admit in a previous career, almost 20 years ago, I was in the auto service industry so I can be particular. Just keep that in mind when you read the following.After a less than positive experience with different service agent, Dimitri saved the day. He was attentive, friendly, honest and most of all took care of all of my concerns on what was a negative experience earlier in the week. Not only did he take the time to explain why the agent earlier in the week had substandard ability to provide A+ service, for the technical issues anyway, but he went above and beyond explaining things my sales representatives didn't even bother to go over with some of the packages I got with my vehicle. If you are in the Sayville area, make sure you ask for Dimitri. Diana is also a great person to work with. They have both done a great job for 2/3 of my service interactions. They should be commended by management. It is ultimately the people who make the difference in a service scenario. Its a hard job since many of the sceanrios are due to something being broken or failing in the vehicle we depend on. And it is the both of them who get the credit for my continued relationship with Sayville ford.Thank you both for your professional service.

I couldn't say enough kind things about the team at Sayville Ford. Shaun went above and beyond his duties as a salesman. I came into the dealership about two months ago looking for a 2016 mustang GT with specific options (GT performance package), and colors. Shaun searched high and low for me and never forgot about me. Two months later, Shaun called to tell me that a car just came in and to come in as quick as I can because the car wasn't going to last. He found me the perfect mustang GT in deep impact blue, a color that wasn't even on my radar but it was love at first sight. Tom, the finance guru was equally a pleasure to deal with. He wasn't pushy at all, funny and a people person. Alexis, the girl who called me at least once a week to tell me they didn't forget about me, was a doll. From the moment I entered the dealership, I was treated well and felt no pressure to buy. I was assigned a young new salesman who was sincere and knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and he focused on that and presented available options. I was looking to replace my Fusion with another Fusion however, he showed me a Taurus that was similar in price with more features. We took it for a test drive and I bought it. The management was willing to negotiate and made it a sound deal.The pick-up was as smooth as the purchase.

I purchased my F150 from Sayville Ford back in 2009. It was probably the best vehicle I've ever owned. Yet I always had my eye on the big 3/4 ton beauties. Dealerships have an unfair reputation for ripping off customers on service work but I put more emphasis on peace of mind knowing the job is done right by people who know the vehicles best. With that in mind I always went to Sayville Ford for service and was always pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and fair pricing. So recently when I was in position to upgrade to the King of all trucks there was little choice. I met Shaun Blanco and he gave me a list of options based on what I wanted and soon settled on a Lariat Supercab long bed. Shaun was friendly and straightforward and didn't try to steer me away from what I wanted. He seems to love what he does and takes pride in his work which is big with me. My first ride with my new truck was unfortunately straight to work but that didn't stop me from enjoying what to me is the best vehicle on the road. The quality of my new truck in terms of comfort and luxury is exceeded only by its strength and durability. I look forward to seeing the odometer turn over more than a few times until I'm forced to give it up. Thanks to Shaun and everyone at Sayville Ford for the great experience ?

Marianna was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would buy another car from her again or recommend her to anyone in the market for a new Ford. She took over the sale from another salesperson who wound up leaving Sayville Ford. Before Marianna took over, communication was rocky and I felt very much in the dark about the process. The previous salesperson was trying to locate the vehicle I wanted and it took over 2 weeks and countless calls to the dealership (only to get his voicemail every time) to try to get a status update. He never really seemed to know what was going on, and never once reached out to me proactively after he took my $1,000 deposit. He also did not return voicemails after several days of waiting - I had to call reception to ask them to get him on the phone. Reception was always courteous and helpful. After a few weeks of trying to locate what I wanted, we decided to do a factory order. Marianna took over shortly after we placed the order - she followed up promptly and kept me in the loop via email and phone. She came in on her only day off to deliver my new vehicle to me, and took her time going through every feature in the car and answer any questions I had. Finance was running behind but she stayed to make sure I pulled off the lot happy that night! The manager, Al, followed up before we left to thank us for choosing Sayville Ford, and ask about our experience. Although things started off a bit rough, we ended on a high note!

I had an issue with my vehicle breaking down on me with only 10,000 miles which I came to find out was the throttle body. The reps at Ford would not get me a rental reimbursement so the rep Dimitri at Ford got my car in immediately and had it back to me by 10 Am so that I would not have to worry about being without a car and needing a rental. I will only go back to Sayville Ford from this point on and will recommend them to anyone needing service on a Ford vehicle to go there and see Dimitri. I was very impressed and very grateful with the level of service.

This was a great experience working with Bob and Tom on the purchase of my 2017 F250 pickup. the purchase of this vehicle started more than a year ago when I sat down with Bob and discussed a F 250 pickup. we discussed it back and forth and finally I decided to wait for the new F250 to come out. Bob kept in contact with me and finally I was able to order what I wanted when Ford gave the okay to order in May. I ordered right away and the wait began for delivery. When it was delivered it was a week ahead of delivery and I couldn't be happier. Tom arranged great financing and Bob was great on the delivery of the vehicle with his knowledge of it even though it was the first for him too. Overall I was very happy with the experience and would recommend this product and this dealership to everyone. Bob and Tom are great to work with and I am very happy with this deal.

We had to wait for over 2 hours for the people "upstairs" to get their paper work in order, but Bob was very cordial to us while we were forced to wait. To say I was apprehensive about deciding to purchase a new SUV would be an understatement. I struggled with deciding to keep fixing my current Ford SUV (which had served me for so long) and saying goodbye and opening a new chapter. The process from start to finish was painless, simple, and totally relaxed. As a matter of fact, I was looking for some kind of hiccup or issue, I couldn't believe it was this easy!! My opinion was taken into account every step of the way, especially while processing all the information being provided to me. Charlie sat and listened to all my stories and worries as if he had all the time in the world. He was wonderful, honest and showed me lots of great options. He didn't push anything on me and was very knowledgeable. My total purchase collectively took two hours. I arrived there on Friday afternoon at 4:30, to pick out my SUV, process and sign the paperwork, out the door by 5:30. I returned the very next day to pick up my purchase, within an hour I was driving off the lot. I have to commend Sayville Ford for their financing excellence, that was one of my biggest concerns. I had a fantastic experience purchasing my first new SUV. It was such a team effort and it was evident that Sayville Ford puts their customer first. Purchases a used 2011 f250. Told the salesperson that there was a whine from the transmission, amount some other problems with the truck. All the problems were written down on the original contract. The truck was never detailed, I was told that the person that does the detailing went home sick and that when I bring it back to have the repairs made, it would get detailed. The front seatbelt is frayed and is a safety issue for the state inspection. Sayville ford says it is fine, yet takingjit to 3 other inspection shops, all three says it won't pass. Also with the transmission, it took a month to get it repaired correctly. Sayville ford cracked on of the side view mirror cases and told me they would replace it. After asking more then once when it will be replaced, I was told they would replace it with an after market n mirror. All the repairs glad to go through the used car manager, who changes his story every time you talk to him. Everyone passes the buck. The only helpful person was Fran from the service department, the rest are all incompetent. I will never go back to purchase another vehicle from then nor recommend them to anyone.

She patiently answered all my questions, and her attentiveness made the decision to purchase much easier for me. I actually arrived for my appointment one hour earlier than I should have, and to accomodate me, she came racing in from home so that I wouldn't have to wait. She stayed with me til the entire process was completed and she graciously offered to have me call her at any time in the future if I had any questions or problems. It is rare in this world today to find salespeople who are genuinely there to help you...Jacqueline is one of them!!Arthur Reilly made the purchase of the car possible for me. I had a 10 AM service appointment this past Saturday to service my 2016 Ford Explorer. I have had my vehicles serviced at Sayville Ford for the past 7+ years and have always had a good experience. This was my first service at the new Service Department and if I was asked to sum up my experience with one word it would be AWESOME! I was very impressed with how things have been taken upscale! From the moment I pulled my truck into the climate controlled drop off area until the time I left I felt like a VIP! Everyone in the service dept/dealership was professional and I really felt as if they were sincere in making sure I was completely satisfied! I will be back!

I walked into the dealership without any expectations. I thought the car I wanted, a Ford Fusion Energi, was out of my budget, so I was inquiring on the C Max and the Focus. My salesperson, Dominick Casha, was friendly and helpful. He originally came back with a price that was out of the range I was willing to spend for a fully loaded Fusion Energi. I told him what I wanted to spend per month and he asked what options I absolutely had to have,. Since I was looking for a specific price, I knew I didn't need anything other than satellite radio. As it turns out, the base model Fusion Energi has all the options I wanted, including satellite radio, so I said nothing else. The model that the Sales Manager, Brian, guaranteed to meet my price had a moonroof. If there was only one option I would have wanted, it was the moonroof, so I'm extremely pleased that they were able to match my requested monthly payments and get really everything I wanted!I was at the dealership on a Sunday and the car was not ready for delivery that day as it had not been inspected by my state. We scheduled the pickup for Tuesday (my schedule didn't permit a Monday pickup) and I went home and re-checked the dealer's inventory. It turned out they had the exact same model (same options/price) in a color I preferred more over the car they had offered me. I called the dealership on Monday morning and they were able to change the car for me, no problems or issues at all!I picked up my car on Tuesday and knew my salesperson was off that day so he arranged for another salesperson to assist in the pickup. Charlie Gordon was so kind and helpful, spending a lot of time going through my new car with me. He even sent me the owner's manuals via my e-mail. He couldn't have been nicer, especially considering we didn't purchase the car from him. He took his time away from selling that night to ensure our pickup experience was great, and it was. Thank you Charlie and love your British accent!Thanks to all involved with making my car purchase a great experience! I will definitely recommend Sayville Ford and Dominick and Charlie to friends and family.

Often it is not what you want, but what is best for you! For the longest time I had set my eyes on a Mustang - visiting the dealer, inquiring about the different trims/options, doing test drives. At no time was anybody forcing the car on me with any of the arguments you probably heard before. They knew that my decision needed to mature, and that buying a car is not about the first impulse.Instead, it all turned into an experience that helped to find out what is best for my wife and me. Rather than going for raw power and a status symbol, we found the Fiesta ST, pure sportiness in a simple and practical package. Rob and Tommy had our Fiesta ST transferred from an out-of-state dealer as no xxx were to be found on Long Island for us to take a first look, This made everything very simple as we didn't have to travel to check out cars elsewhere.In addition, we were treated very fairly when it came to making the deal! Recently returned to Sayville Ford to lease my second car because the first experience was the best one yet. Bob P. Was extremely helpful in getting me the CMAX in the color I really wanted and explaining all features of the car. Despite the wait, problems with my existing car and some issues with Ford about an expired incentive, Bob P and the management at Sayville fought to get the car to us at the price agreed on. I couldn't be happier! We were concerned about leasing another Ford after multiple break downs with my Fusion I'm happy to say I'm completely satisfied with the process and my Ford CMAX! My experience with Shaun Blanco has been exceptional. He is extremely knowledgable of all things "Mustang" from their early history to the current series which to me, being a "gear head", was very instrumental in my Ford dealership selection.He exhibits very cheerful enthusiasm and patience especially considering the extent of my questioning every detail ten fold!!!Upon pick up of my 2017 Mustang GT convertible, he spent the better part of an hour physically briefing me on all of the details and operating procedures of the Mustang's new technology which to this "old dog" was greatly received. Being a retired aviator and used to elaborate briefings on all technical matters, this was extremely helpful. we were looking to turn in our Fusion the wait! lease early because I was never really comfortable with it. There were great incentives on the CMAX which I originally had wanted. Bob took us on a test drive and I was ready to take it home. Since none were available Bob went out of his way to check on what was coming in, changed the color on one and got us a great deal. We cancelled a contract at another dealer who had one because of the ease of our first lease here. I had to wait for it to come in but it was so worth it!

We purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion from this dealership and had the best car buying experience we could hope for! After being strung along by numerous dealers, our salesman Jack Frost, turned our car buying experience around! We found him to be very much a straight shooter, a rare quality in car salesman, and a true breath of fresh air. The payment we ended up with turned out to be even lower than what Mr. Frost originally quoted us and the entire process only took about 5 hours. We drove home same day, feeling confident that we got a fair deal. But it wasn't just the numbers that made this experience great, but the comfortable atmosphere created by the dealership. We really appreciated Jack's honest, no pressure approach. We will definitely be visiting again!

We have purchased all of our vehicles from Sayville since 1999, we have never had an issue at Sayville. Unfortunately, our last vehicle was totaled in a head on collision, not at all our fault but none the less, our Flex saved my wife's life. Sayville Ford, especially Cliff, made a extremely difficult situation painless, our new Flex came exactly as ordered, with no surprises, in fact payments came in even cheaper than originally quoted. I consider Sayville my dealer of choice, but also my friends.

Thought I was lucky. Called them up to place an order for new 2017 Ford Focus RS. Sales person told me they had one on the lot.Incredible since this model is new and has been sold out for months. 2 days later I picked up the car. The sales experience was normal. I wanted the car, paid $5K over and everything was good. Pretty standard stuff.After I received the car and had an opportunity to adjust settings to my liking I found that the rear speakers are only outputting about 10% of the volume of the front speakers. I adjusted the fader to almost full rear to try and balance the sound. It's almost there but not right yet. This also reduces the overall volume max of the front speakers. I called to make an appointment to have it check and repaired. This is where it goes bad. I requested a wait appointment, explaining to the attendant that if the appoint is made they need to make sure a tech is available at the time of the appointment. Of course this went in one ear and out the other. I show up for the appointment and the Service Attendant asks me 45 min later if my ride has not shown up. They scheduled me for a drop off appointment which means they look at it when they can. Thankfully the service attendant was able to have a tech look at it within in an hour. Ok, not great, but I waited. The tech brings over to the car demonstrate the issue, as he could not find anything wrong. I clearly demonstrate. And he explains maybe that's just how it works. Say What? I asked if he ever had a vehicle that only put out 10% volume of the front speakers to the rear speakers. ANSWER: " I don't know" This from a certified Class A Ford tech with at least 20 years experience. So sad.I was told they called Ford and Ford states there is nothing wrong. Amazing since they never looked at the vehicle. Last resort is I have to wait until another RS comes in to compare to. Either a current owner brings one in for service or they receive a new delivery. Slim chance on waiting for a new delivery since Ford canceled the last 500 orders for the year because the factory in Germany is taking a 3 week vacation. The ENTIRE factory!!!!!! Great for them.My expectations for a seemingly obvious defect:the tech would check connections to the speakers, possible a bad ground connectionmaybe a loose connection to the Sync control unitpossible a bad channel on the amp for the rear speakersOf course none of the basics were even attempted. To piss me off even more the service technician closes my service ticket. So I call him and ask why. He tells me we need to close out the tickets because it's the end of the month. But I still have an unresolved problem! He tells me he has all my information on the back of his clipboard and will call when an RS comes in to compare to. Not holding my breath for that one.Having leased or purchased many vehicles over the years I generally don't expect much from dealers. This was a straight forward transaction with very little hassle. But service after the fact is the worst. A complete lack of acknowledgement of an obvious defect by the entire Sayville Ford team. Whatever happened to "Service"? I'm not asking for great service, just normal service. Acknowledge the issue, investigate and confirm there is an issue or confirm that is really they the system operates, NOT!Incompetence on the part of tech, a complete lack of interest in acknowledging the issue by the service team. I bought the car because they were the only dealer that had one. It's new car, how much could be wrong with it?Don't patronize this dealer if you have other choices. There has to be better out there, somewhere.Maybe if they follow through I'll add some stars, but right now it's not looking good.

Was told Ford would "handle details" related to turning in previously leased Volkswagen Passat. Three months later I received a bill from VW for 1200.00. This possibility was never mentioned, I was told Ford would take care of everything.

Our overall experience was great. Jackie, our sales woman, was extremely warm and professional. We felt no pressure from her, she just let the vehicle sell itself. Our overall process took maybe less than 3 hours from looking on the lot, to test driving, setting up financing and then going home with our beautiful new Explorer Sport. All the staff was warm and friendly and we had a really smooth experience with Tom, the finance manager. The dealership is clean, modern and comfortable. Most importantly, the price they quoted never went up after the financing review. There were no surprises, just an overall great experience. We now consider ourselves loyal customers!

As a commuter that travels 40+ miles one way to work I was desperate to find a hybrid that was comfortable and reliable. When my husband and I decided on the C-Max we went to Sayville Ford. As our minds were made up, John M. did not pressure us or try and up sell anything. He was completely understanding, personable and efficient. Rather than spend hours at the dealer, I was able to go home and be with my newborn and email all the necessary documents. Marianna was prepared, made all the phone calls before I arrived and was super friendly. When everything was ready we arrived, signed documents, made a payment and were on our way. The Service department is no different than the Sales. There are in the business of Making Money and that's it. Check your invoice for time in the Shop and what they charge per allowed or what is the time allocated for even if they do the job in half the time. Also get a second opinion on there "Professional Technical Recommendations". If you allow it you could be leaving with a Bill 2 or 3 times what you went in for and in my case after returning the next day being told that the Engine might be finished.

Throughout the process of purchasing the car from Sayville Ford Rob took the time to give us all the information to make a decision since this was the first time we were leasing a car. Cam Gouttard was extremely helpful. He made buying my first car a good experience. Cam even helped me through the issues with my insurance policy when it stood in the way of getting the car. He was very knowledgeable and even helped me set up some of the features. My only issue with Sayville Ford was with the financial department, I had an appointment to pick up my car and fill out the financial paperwork for 7 and they kept me waiting until 8:15. Other than that, I was very happy with the dealership.

The tag line is no fees dealership but it wasn't quite the case, an optional $75 printed fee on the invoice gets tacked on though they advertise stridently there are no fees. Take a calculator and add up all the numbers scribbled on the invoice instead of assuming only the written figures are agreed to be included. Sales personnel really didn't have much familiarity with the used inventory they were showing, so I'd suggest you do the research yourself beforehand. Still, an okay deal, despite the unexpected fees and the attempted holdback of an extra accessory that was originally stated to be included on delivery. Full tank of gas provided, which was nice.

This is our 2nd Ford purchase from Sayville Ford in 18 months and this experience was just as great as the last. Anthony (Tondo) our sales rep was fantastic! He handled everything perfectly, including the issue with my title due to my recent marriage /name change, which was diligently followed up by Jessica. I will always recommend Sayville Ford. In fact I did on the same day as my purchase to my brother-in-law who also made a purchase from Anthony.

i had the pleasure of working with Jack Frost, my husband and I recently had a baby and he understood our need for a family car that could fit everything we need now and in the future. He went over the benefits for both cars and then we sat down to talk pricing, he broke it out so there were no questions, and no surprise payments when we picked up the car. I was hesitant about buying a Ford and James DiGiovanna showed me how the edge was a top safety pick and I was sold, as a new mom it was the most important for me. The only negative comment I have is that when I picked up my car I had to peel the sale stickers off and clean the glue off myself when I got home, I feel that when making such a big purchase on a new car, the dealer should do that before driving off the lot.

I leased my vehicle from Sayville ford a week ago, and my experience there was just great! A big thanks to Kaitlyn Fusco, who was my sales consultant. She was very helpful from the moment I called that exact moment inquiring about a specific vehicle to her taking me on a test drive right when I walked in. She went out of her way to fuel up the car of my choice, as well as taking it to the car wash herself. She went back-and-forth with her manager to make sure she came up with a price that would fit my budget! Later that evening when everything was ready to go once I showed proof of insurance, my insurance company was giving me a hard time and I wasn't able to reach them, she even went ahead and called them and got them on the phone very quickly and was able to expedite the process for me. At one point during the day I was very doubtful that I would be able to drive the car off the lot that same day because of a credit freeze and insurance complications i had, but thanks to Kaitlyn she was able to help me in every way and it resulted in me driving off the lot with my car the same day. I would definitely recommend Sayville ford if you're a looking for a friendly experience, and if you are looking to buy a car with ease of mind and great service you should definitely ask for Kaitlyn.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. When I called and notified the salesperson that I was coming over to purchase the vehicle, he said he would get it prepped. I came the following day and the car looked like it had been maybe sprayed with a garden hose. I ignored the exterior because I have a month to month hand car wash so no big deal. The interior however was very dirty of old sand etc from the previous owner and had the smell of a wet dog. Usually, when you have a car prepped for pickup, they do a quick interior detail since presentation is usually very critical to the experience of buying a vehicle. This was not the case. The car was dirty, the engine compartment was never cleaned (which most dealers clean as well) and the car smelled really bad. I called to confirm that it was cleaned and they told me it was. So, based on that, I know for a fact that they suck at cleaning sold vehicles, unless its new and you cannot tell. So for presentation and prepping, this dealership FAILS badly.A few days into driving it, the brakes squeak really loud and there was a banging noise coming from the front driver side. I took it to a local shop for them to check it out. They told me it looks like the front strut is blown because the lubricant sprayed all over it. The noise was coming from the back tires and that the calipers looked possibly seized, and the other side was leaking. They said also the pads and rotors needed to be replaced.I took the vehicle back to the dealership and the service advisors were really nice and awesome. They had the vehicle taken to the back and I asked to meet with the tech and go over it. As soon as I walked in I knew this was not going to be good. They guy didnt even have the decency to remove the tires. This is pure laziness. As I showed him what I was talking about, he could barely see because the tires were in the way. He said that the strut was brand new and that the oil was from the old one. Now, I don't know about you, but if I am at a DEALER, how can they do work like that? You replace parts but you do not clean up the mess? I expect that from a mom and pop store but not from a dealer. He then continued to tell me that the brakes were low and the rotor was showing signs of wear but it still passed emmisions. Their stand is that they hold their vehicles to the lowest standard of the lowest standard required for a vehicle to pass emission. The squeeking and noises were not going to be fixed because it still passed inspection. I guess I should come back when I die in a crash when it actually fails. He also blew me off with the calipers and I showed him the brake fluid on the caliper and he asked the service advisor to take me away. He made it clear that he had no interest in hearing from me,and wanted me gone.They then told him to take a ride in it for the noise which I can assure you my dead grandmother can hear, but guess what, to my surprise he did not hear anything. To top it off, he left a huge boot kick print on my door that I had just detailed because they were doing construction and keeping my vehicle clean was not his concern. I pointed it out to the driver who brought the vehicle back to me and he was immediately apologetic and wiped it with his shirt. I told him not to and that I would take care of it.So I am buying new brakes and rotors for my car, and calipers. Im sure that I was told to xxxx off because it would be something coming out of their pockets and not mine. Third parties have an interest to make money by trying to upsell me for stuff I need fixed, but this dealership had a vested interest not to spend any money on fixing anything. They also proved their quality of work by not cleaning the spilled fluids all over the car. I have pictures of everything if anyone would like to see.The sales team was awesome and I would highly recommend them. If buying a used car, I would strongly recommend taking it to another location prior to purchase. Please do not make my mistake. I do not mind paying to have this fixed out of pocket because I rather my family not die in a car crash due to faulty brakes in any way.

I recently went to Sayville Ford to have a recall performed on my 2013 Ford Fusion. From the minute I pulled in a employee came over to my vehicle and took all my information. walked me right up to the service counter and was assisted by Dimitri. he was very polite recommended needed service only at a very fair cost. Discussed with me future service. I asked him to call me when the car was ready and he did. I came to pick up my car he explained what was done and then the gentlemen who met me in the morning escorted me to the cashier. Again everyone was courteous and polite and again I must add a very competative cost. My oil change was cheaper than Jiffy Lube.. My car was waiting for me outside and the yard agent handed me my keys and closed the door for me. All I can say is my past experience at other dealerships always left me with the feeling that I was overcharged and they were doing me a favor, not at Sayville Ford. Modern technology with old school small town fantastic customer service. Something I thought was lost in the business world but it is alive and well at Sayville Ford. I am bringing my other vehicle a GMC there for service too as they are that trustworthy. If the service department is that fantastic I will definitely be there and recommend them for my next vehicle purchase

This has to be the worst dealership I ever purchased a car/truck from. They get zero stars. We traded in and purchased a used vehicle, and at the sale they stated they could do same day delivery, yet it took then 7 days to deliver the vehicle, which was in stock on the lot. Then it was delivered without 2 items that were promised, the final detail prep was horrible. And finally they never paid off the vehicle I traded in resulting in money being taken out of my account for a vehicle I didn't even own. It took them 3 weeks to pay off the trade in resulting in all sorts of hassles for me as the buyer. Over 30 years buying vehicles and this is the worst customer service from any dealership I have ever seen. Go buy somewhere else.

I test drove the 2015 Explorer Limited at another dealership (twice) and was just about to make a deal, when I decided to check out one more Ford dealership. Lucky for me, this last stop was at Sayville Ford. No doubt about it! The stars and the planets were lined up just right for me, as I purchased a new 2015 Ford Explorer Sport. I've leased two Ford Escapes with Tony and this last time I got the Edge. I love it and couldn't be more happy. I also look forward to getting it serviced there. Just mainly have to get oil changes but they are inexpensive, quick, and always answer all my questions that I may have and always call the minute it's ready. Very satisfied customer of Sayville Ford. Would highly recommend!

Mark Trimboli is probably the best salesman I have ever encountered. He is friendly, knowledgeable and very strait forward. He did not try to pressure us into any car and listened to what we wanted. I was looking at buying a preowned F150, and my wife was interested in the edge. He was diligent in finding a truck for me and letting me know all the options available. As for my wife she was not as definite as to what she wanted. He showed her a few things and then she made a decision, but then changed her mind. He did not try to pressure her into leasing it at that moment. He simply said that the deals might change in the new year, so just be aware. He was great getting my truck all ready for me to pick it up at s great price. We will definitely go see him again when my wife decides what she wants. I highly recommend visiting mark if you are interested in getting a car from a salesman who will not try to smooth talk you into something you can't afford or do not want.

Keeping this review simple, I saw Rodney Vera at Sayville Ford. I was in search of a new car after I had just totaled my previous vehicle only days before. Rodney was very attentive and sympathetic to my situation and never once pushed for a purchase like most salesmen. He greeted me immediately after walking into the showroom and asked what I was interested in and how he could help me. We spent nearly 1-1/2 hours talking about the car, taking the test drive, and going into detail about the new features the vehicle had to offer. He was able to work out a number for me that I was able to swing, guided me correctly in the best way to go about purchasing the car, and most importantly, kept the stress levels to a minimum. He got the car detailed, filled the tank with gas, explained and setup features in the car (radio, bluetooth, etc.) and I was able to drive away with a smile on my face. I left Sayville Ford extremely satisfied and content, never rushed or pressured, and Rodney Vera was all the reason. Thank you Rodney again and I will definitely be seeing you again when my three years is up!

Fact. My Pick up dropped off for service for a front wheel issue. Fact. Paid over $1,100 for my repair. Fact. Exact same issue as a drove out of parking lot. Fact. Turned around and advised service department and left vehicle for repair. Fact. Was told the service tech working on my vehicle was hot by a car and the work was delayed. Fact/ Called a week later was told service tech working on my vehicle quit. Fact. Called back a week later and SPOKE to the hit by the car/quit service tech. LOL. Fact. According to Sayville Ford since My husband dhas since passed, they have had the truck that long, so NOW the warranty is void. Really? He dropped the truck off for repairs and was alive then. Fact. They now want 0ver $1,200 more to fix the same repair. The part cost $211.02. They are disgusting.

Just bought a 2014 F-150 Lariat from Sayville Ford. Went to see salesman Jack Frost because I had purchased one through him 8 years ago. I was very satisfied the performance of my 2006 gasoline XLT and his professional and helpful service brought me back to the dealership. I used it as a work vehicle and put 236,000 miles on the truck with no major work being required. I just sold it with the original engine and transmission in it. I would not consider buying any other new truck.

Went in after being turned down by several other dealerships (Smithtown Kia, Gen3 Kia and VW) I wanted to lower payments and that is what they did for me. Despite the fact that I agreed on one price and was told a much higher cost ($50 more) in finance they were able to bring it $10 closer to original agreed upon price. I was told by several people that there service dept sucks. When I picked up car it was very clean except the rims ... Later that night I noticed swirl marks from when they were detailing it. Looks like shit! But I'd rather fix it myself with the clay bar. On an overall note I am very happy with the in house service and will recommend friends and family to buy from them! Thanks John D for my beautiful Mustang I love it !!

When picking up the car I was expecting it to be immaculate. I opened the drivers side door to notice sand in the jam of the door. He went over every detail in the instrumentation and operation of the navigation system before we left with the keys. He truly went out of his way to make the buying experience a pleasant one. FRONT OF HOUSE: Had a great buying experience. This is our third car with Sayville Ford and our second with Tony Aiello. He's attentive, listens to what you have to say and you wind up, with the car you wanted. He takes time with all his customers, no rushing because another customer walks in. You get the proper attention. He gives the most complete review of the workings of the car when you pick it up. That's why i keep coming back. The finance process was very simple and everyone there is very friendly. personable and puts you at ease. BACK OF HOUSE: I doubt very much i will ever bring a car back to the service department. They seem to have forgotten their mechanical acumen. Too many times I've gone in with an issue and if the computer can't diagnose it, neither can the mechanic. They typically come up with a costly repair that "might" fix the issue, but doesn't. No one there seems to understand the cars, they are trained to repair; you pay a premium for Ford excellence over a private mechanic and they just take a stab in the dark. The final straw came, when my husband's F150 went in with a stalling issue, after two days of no error messages and no ideas, they decided at the end of the second day, the oil pressure was dropping and a new engine was in order....i took the truck back. ......Never again.

On Wednesday May 28, 2014 I called your service department to make an appointment to have the HUB BEARING on my front tire changed, on my vehicle, which is under warranty. When I called, I was told that a diagnostics test must be made prior and after the results the service could be performed. This Vehicle is a company car, and my employee had dropped off the 2012 Ford Transit truck on Monday June 2, 2014 at 9:54am. I was called at 3:00pm and advised the car is ready for pick up and service has to be scheduled to perform the repair of the HUB BEARING. Prior to obtaining an appointment for the diagnostics test , I informed Sayville ford of the issue and spoke to someone that it was in face the Hub Bearing that needed replacement. After a week, it was not confirmed from Sayville Ford of the part that needed to be replaced, which again was known prior to the diagnostics test when I originally called. After the phone call I received about the vehicle being ready for pick up, It took me a little over an hour to reach Sayville Ford. At 4:15 I arrived and was now informed that the paperwork was NOT ready and I must wait for it to be completed. I was confused at this point in time because NO repair was yet made to my vehicle. I am appalled and disgusted by the customer service, and how Sayville Ford is currently run. I had to leave work, change my appointments, which were scheduled so I could pick up my vehicle. Why would a Sayville Ford Employee call at 3:00pm and tell me to pick up the truck and then had wait at least an additional 15 minutes in order to get my keys (which they gave me the wrong set) I can not describe more accurately how unprofessional things are at Sayville Ford. I question if Sayville Ford honors their customers because they have cost me more money and time than the repairs are worth. After feeling irritated and slightly furious, I was told the part would be ordered right away and I should schedule an appointment. Due to my frustration with the customer care and employees I only called on Wednesday afternoon and asked if I could bring the truck in for repair the following morning (Thursday morning). I was very clear when I told the maintenance employee (person on the phone) that the repairs on the vehicle needs to be completed and ready for pick-up by Thursday at 2:00pm. I was assured that this would be no problem. I discussed with the employee that dropping the car off Wednesday afternoon would speedy up the repair, guaranteeing its completion for Thursday afternoon. By 3:15 on Thursday (June 5, 2014) we still had not heard anything from your service department, so we called to check if the car is ready for pick up. At that time we were told it would be ready on Friday morning. Not only was there no phone call to us detailing the delays of the repairs, or any information I am once again (not surprisingly) appalled by the customer service at Sayville Ford. No apology or thorough explanation was ever given. Because the car was needed by Thursday afternoon, I had no choice but once again to change my plans and pick up the vehicle. On Friday one of the receptionists called me to schedule an appointment (since the part is now in). She said NEXT week on Thursday JUNE 12, 2014 I have an opening for you. At this point I expect immediate attention. We should have been TOP priority and I feel my company and myself as the owner has spent more time and money because of your awful service and feel we should be repaid for the unpleasant, full of hassle and terrible experience. My mechanic would have fixed the problem within 48 hours by May 30, 2014 with a FORD part. (who is not a Ford Dealer, but apparently you call yourselves Sayville FORD). The only reason I went to FORD was because I took out an additional coverage (which by now I know was the biggest mistake I could have ever made). Unfortunately this has not been the first time I was treated by your company this way.

I live about 300 miles from this dealer and purchased a pre-certified 2012 Ford Explorer last month from them. After negotiating the deal over the phone with the salesman and reviewing the carfax and the equipment package I drove the distance to pick up the vehicle. I'm a discriminating buyer and asked if there were any marks on the vehicle. After assuring there wasn't I discovered two small dents on side door panels. After some discussion with a very rude sales car manager the sales price was adjusted and the deal was done. Several days following the purchase I had cause to use the AC. Warm air was blowing out and a local Ford dealer told me that the condenser needed replacement. A pre-certified vehicle is supposed to go through a 172 point inspection. Obviously the dealer failed to follow the process. Credibility and fairness is lacking with this dealership. Don't do business with them

This is my second experience working with Jack and it was even better than the first.I was bringing in my lease before time and looking for a car that would fit my needs for wintery roads, safety, beauty and budget.Jack come in Number One on all counts.Came home with a beautiful fully loaded Escape Titanium with all the features I was asking for and more. One thing I was strong on was the color and he located my choice in White, and within 2 days I had everything I asked for. Sometimes when you are making such an important purchase you always seems to leave you doubtful that you should have negotiated better, not this time! The upgrades for me with 4 wheel drive, Bliss safety features and total comfort has given me so much confidence and pride in my choice. No panic attacks for me. Jack went over everything with me so I feel no panic attacks. Everyone who see's my car loves it as much as I do Thanks to Magic Jack! Ford is very lucky to have such a great salesperson on their team. While I was negotiating with Jack another gentlemen came by to say he purchase his last vehicle with Jack and would come back tomorrow, because he didnt want anyone else but Jack. He said he purchased a lot of vehicles in his life and never came across a more "honest salesperson" than Jack. Ladies who steer away from going to dealerships without a gentleman because they feel prey, go see Jack.

Overall, I am happy with Sayville Ford; I recently turned in my leased 2012 Fiesta for a new 2014 Fiesta, and I will say that John Malinowski made that day quick and painless for me. I had some technical problems with my 2012 and brought it in for service - but the service department could not figure out the problem (again). Mr. Malinowski jumped through so many hoops and put me a new vehicle by the end of the day - with only a minimal payment (less than $400, which included the first month's payment and registration transfer) - and my monthly payment stayed the same! The best part is that my 2014 Fiesta has many more amenities than the 2012 did - so I'm getting more car for the same money. Mr. Malinowski by himself gets 5 stars - he is honest, easy to talk to, knows his vehicles and his business, and treats you with respect. However, I took stars away for their service department, who has a very bad track record of being unable to diagnose problems with my cars in a timely manner. I do not know if it's lack of training or bad testing equipment or what, but quite frankly, they just don't give me a sense of security that they know their. Fortunately, I have a certified Ford repair shop near me, and I know the owner there - and I never had a problem with him. He diagnosed and fixed things that Sayville could not. So, Mr. Malinowski, kudos to you - you are a great example of what a sale representative should be...now, if you could only get your service department up to your level, it would be great!

In other dealerships I've dealt with, I always got the sense that the salespeople weren't trustworthy... telling me the right words, but ultimately ripping me off. Not so at Sayville Ford. This is the second experience I had with buying a Ford from Sayville. Second time around was just as good as the first time. Of course there are hiccups but that comes with anything. At the end of the day I walked out with a car I feel comfortable in. Mark Trimboli was excellent. You can tell he cares about what you're looking for and wants to get you in the car you like. And Tom the financial manager was just as great. He made the financial process that much easier, especially for someone who is apprehensive about major purchases.Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Ford. I un knowingly bought a used 2008 ford e350 refrigerated van from Bob Bulonzi at Sayville ford in New York Two weeks later if over heated when I had it towed in to another ford dealership they said I had to bring it back to Sayville ford that they would not work on it because it was in a serious accident and the wiring system was jury rigged (the reason for over heating) plus parts were missing and broken. Sayville ford showed me a clean car fax when I bought the truck but they are either very incompetent or knew about the accident and sold it to me anyway. I was also told I would be reimbursed for the towing, and the truck rental to keep my business going while they repaired the damages. I was also told when I bought the truck that they would reimburse me for fixing the refrigeration unit that was making a weird sound. It has been 4 months and I have NOT been reimbursed and Bob will not call me back.

They recommended a call to Sayville Ford Corporate. After receiving zero help, we were told to call the finance director. At this point, the salesman AND the finance agent no longer work at the establishment. The person that received our call, TOM, skirted our called on several occasions after he initially told us he would be right back to us. We formally wrote a complaint to the GM, Finance Director, and owner but have not since heard a thing. As for the service dept, they took 7 business days to complete the installation only to have transmission fluid leak all over my brand new driveway and pavers. I will be filing a Lemon Law complaint with the AG Monday morning. Stay Away from Sayville Ford!!!

I have never owned a Ford and never really saw myself buying Ford. I was originally interested in buying an All Wheel Drive car. I thought it would be sportier to drive and come with more options. Ford's 2013 Explorer Sport caught my eye and after doing some research on the internet I wanted to see one, preferably in white. I found a few, one being at Sayville Ford. My past experiences with dealers have not been exactly positive. Seems like they are always trying to get one over on you. I called and spoke to Tony, he told me the truck I was interested in was a demo but it was very clean. Multiple red flags went up but I decided to go see the vehicle. The truck was as described and I was greeted by Lenny, (what a super nice guy) who also took me an my test drive. This truck is fast, handles, comfortable and loaded with every option you could get in a car and then some. I would go as far as saying, this truck is fun to drive. I presented an offer, which they accepted and drove my new truck home the same day. I would highly recommend going to see the guys at Sayville Ford. Keep up the good work, Thanks a million.... Rich.

I experienced a failure of a coolant hose connector late on a Friday evening. The part was a very specialized coolant part for which I really didn't even know by what name it would be called. I spent nearly 2 hours trying to locate this needed part over the internet to no avail. Your employee in the parts department was able to look up the part I needed with only a brief description of the item and I was able to place my order right away.I will make sure to go to Sayville Ford first the next time I find myself needing a Ford Part.Sincerely,Charles B. ok so after being a completely disatisfied customer, actually a totally pissed off customer i am completely satisfied, almost overly satisfied! a few days after i wrote my initial review i received a phone call from Melanie Spare. She was terrific, empathetic, and wanted to sincerely fix my issue(s). SHE WAS AMAZING as was Mike Oswalt. For them to take me from a point of total disatisfaction to completely happy is a tribute to their business savvy as well as their sincere interest in taking care of not only the Sayville Ford customer, but also the Sayville Ford legacy which is why i shopped there in the 1st place. Sayville Ford is great in many ways. The Sales experience is great and hassle free. No high pressure to take something you do not want/need. I picked my car up last Saturday at 3 PM. John DeFlumeri had everything ready for me to sign. John then went and got the car from the prep guys.In the meanwhile, I worked with Tom Lumley (the finance guy) on signing all of the financial stuff. Another great no hassle experience. In fact, after I drove away, I decided to not take the maintenance. I call Tom, and he was not a problem. I just needed to come back on Monday, to resign a form. Again, no hassle no problem. I also had some credit issues in the past, and Tom really worked with me to make this deal happen.I must say both John and Tom know their business. There is nothing worse then then a sales guys that does not know his products. They need to be experts about what they are selling.I must also say, I started this experience with another sales person, and (John was not in the first time I came in)this person did not know her product and I became frustrated with the situation, I then asked for John and he took over. Maybe she is new and just needs more training. I am sure she just needs some more time.This is the second car I bought from Sayville Ford, and with the first car I did take the maintenance, and it was the best. Sayville Ford really has a great no hassle service department. You just come in, no appointment and they get you in and out in no time.The reason why I did not take the maintenance this time was I needed the monthly payment to be about what I was paying before, and the maintenance plan would have pushed me too far above what I was comfortable paying. Having said that, I will most likely use Sayville Ford for my oil changes and other scheduled maintenance. I will just have to pay as I go.So, would I get another car from this dealer, absolutely yes !!! In fact, I do not see me buying a car from any other dealer, ever.ThanksStephen McPartland

first off when i bought the 2013 ford escape (which i love btw), i asked if the car had GPS being that i am in sales. Salesperson said yes. Now the car has sync my ride which i had no idea what it was other than what the salesperson told me. What he failed to tell me is the GPS/turn by turn directions has to be loaded thru your phone, rendering your phone useless while you are downloading the directions which could take 3-10 minutes. now i am in sales so i must have my phone and by no means is this TRUE GPS. once i knew the features i looked at the cost on Kelley blue Book to find out what the fair buy price should be assuming GPS was included. so basically i overpaid by $2000 but at the time of sale thinking i had a decent deal.#2 when i bought the car i said i MUST HAVE ROOF RACKS. they said no problem we will have them installed for you and it will be ready when you pick up your car. Now i had the roof racks at $250 rolled into my car loan payment. 45 days later still no roof racks. I checked today for them with parts (the 3rd date i was supposed to have them) and they said 12/28/12. another 2 weeks and hopefully they will come in#3 the brakes squealed every time i would come to a stop. so for the 1st week or 2 i thought maybe it was possibly caused by some protective coating or something on new car brakes. once the 2 weeks was up, i was thinking "this is a problem". they supposedly have this quick lane service which i thought allowed you to wait while u get service. nope i have to make appt. sure enough i make an appt and after waiting for 2 hours for brakes, they tell me its fixed. i get home where it is local traffic and the brakes are squealing still after they told me the technician was taking it for a test drive which is one reason the servicing was taking so long. blah blah blah......called the sales mgr john hughes and told him about this and he said give it a week or so. i did that and still the brakes are squealing but only worse. i found out that they didnt replace the brand new rotors but they took the cheap way out and ground them down a bit to get the rust off. excuse me - i bought a brand new car you jerkoffs. give me NEW ROTORS PLEASE>the complaints go on and on, but in less than 40 days these were what i felt the major problems were. STEER CLEAR OF SAYVILLE FORD. THEY SUCK. and mind you, i live in long beach, ny and lost my car and my home to hurricane sandy and they knew about this. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING LIFE SUCK MORE. NEVER NEVER NEVER WILL I EVER BUY A CAR OR SPEND MY MONEY THERE AGAIN!!!

I Purchased a Shelby GT in 2007 and a Boss 302 LS in 2011 from Sayville Ford. The sales person, Jack Frost (yes, Jack Frost) was not your typical high pressure salesman. Low key and answered any and all questions about the cars. He knows the products he sells. I put the order in for the '12 Boss 302 LS a year ahead of time (10/11) due to the limited production and Jack would send me emails and call me to keep me posted on when the car was being built and when it would be in. If you are familiar with the 2012 Boss 302 LS people were paying as much as $20K over sticker. When I am at car shows and other Boss owners discuss the price they paid they can't believe the deal Jack/Sayville ford gave me. I was extremely happy with the sales Dept. and wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Jack!Thankfully, the cars haven't needed much service but for inspections, oil changes, and tuneing the Track Key on the LS, the service was excellent and the cars were kept clean.

I went to sayville ford to buy a n f-150 or f-250. When I got there I waited over 10 minutes in sales department before I had to ask for a sales person. then waited another 5 minutes before some one helped me. Then when I sat down with the sales person it felt like I was borthering him. He even told me he didn't want to be borther with us and didn't even want to be there on the night we went to look.It was a very bad experience and we wound up going to dodge and buying a ram truck 2500 serious. I have bought many ford vehicles and sayville ford just turned me away.

I was recommended to Sayville Ford by two separate friends. Both dealt directly with John Deflumeri, and had nothing but positive things to say. After purchasing my truck with him, I have to agree with them. John is a friendly, knowledgeable, and very honest salesperson. He is a non-salesman, salesman, if that makes sense. I didn't get the feeling that he was after a sale. I have recommended the team at Sayville Ford, and John Deflumeri specifically, to three close friends. Every option on the car was thoroughly gone thru at the purchase and than at delivery all devices and options were explained in great detail. The price paid was thousands less than quoted at any other dealer and the delivery date was 2 weeks earlier than quoted. If every dealer was as professional as this one the american auto industry would never have gone thru the dilemmas of the past. Jack treated me like I was his only customer. I recently was in the market for a new vehicle. I searched high and low for a mustang. Some of the options that I wanted we're not available in the standard packages. I went to Sayville Ford and met Bob Hope. He made something that seemed to be so complicated simple. We sat down and I built my own mustang. I was ready to wait months and if need be extend the lease I had on my fusion. He handled everything from start to finish. I could see he was listening because he made sure every little detail was handled. He called while we were waiting at least once a week to keep me updated. Bottom line, my mustang was there way sooner than I expected. Price, was to the penny what I was quoted. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. They are a now pressure dealer. I told my grand kids they could have my mustang one day but I'm sure ill be back at Sayville way sooner than that to help them buy their own. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car. I came to Sayville Ford looking to purchase a new F-150. When we came into the dealership there was a man at the front desk who we were told was the manager proceeding to slam a phone down he looked very angry and unapproachable. While we were walking around the showroom he went to the side door and held it open as he smoked, the whole showroom smelled of cigerette smoke! This was very unprofessinal and disgusting! I am schocked to see such a thing go on in a place of buisness ! Me and my husband left and would not recommend anyone to go there. We purchased our new F-150 from Riverhead Ford and we love it!

I traded in a 2010 Ford Edge for which I owed 15k on, for a 2012 Ford Explorer on May 31st 2012. After about 24 days I started receiving phone calls from Chase Bank telling I was late on my payment. I then called Sayville Ford asking why the trade in hasnt been paid for yet. They told the payment was presented to Chase but they have yet to "cash" the check. I then called Chase back, they told no payment has been received. We went back and forth for a week, until finally a payment was made on July 3rd 2012, over 30 days late.On top of this when I purhcased the vehicle I told the salesman I wanted heated seats. According to the sticker on the vehicle it had the "comfort package" with leather seats, we of course assumed it had heated seats and so did the salesman, we of course never checked for that feature in 90 degree temps until 2 days later. I then called the salesman back who was surprised to hear that. He checked with Ford only to find that the vehicle had a package that excludes heated seats with leather, package 402a, which neither us knew existed. I let that go but looking back should have pursued harder to get Sayville Ford rectify this issue.I then completed a survey ripping into Sayville Ford and its lack of customer service and professionalism. I then received a phone call from the Sales Manager named John, he left me a message without an extension and his last name was not recognized so I left a message with a manager named John at the dealership asking for someone to call me back, of course NOBODY DID. I then received a letter from Ford apolgizing but at that time the bill wasnt yet 30 days late. This story isnt over yet....

After searching online for quite a while I found the 2006 ford explorer I was looking for at this dealership via the internet. I called and spoke to a sales rep who happily met the terms that I needed in order to make the trip and buy the car. 15k including a remote start and paying off my girlfriend's trade in (this truck was for her). They said, hey, no problem, come on in and we'll take care of you. Seemed painless, well boy was I wrong.The sales process hit a hiccup when we brought our own financing, they tried to rail road us in to taking 6.9% from ford and I told Tom the finance manager that we would NOT buy the truck at that rate. We were pre approved at 3.59% through Bank of America, he lied to us saying "we don't take pre approvals and Bank of America would never give him that rate to sell to us". I fought back and said that makes no sense, the same bank they deal with gave us a rate so if he deals with that bank there is no logical way they would have to increase the rate to us unless they are trying to add in points in order to make money off of us. So after about an hour he came back and said "congrats you're approved"....um...no duh! After this they couldn't after all install the remote start that day. but we went to lunch and came back over all waiting there for about 7 hours. We left and drove the truck home after they only put 10 bucks worth of gas in the tank (i've always bought cars and had them fill the tank). The truck was given to us filthy inside and it looks like they just hosed off the exterior. I had to vaccume and shampoo the interior because it smelled like some kind of bad lemon soap.Well, Bob directed us to best buy in NJ to have the remote start installed but we had to pay out of pocket first and get reimbursed from him later on. Well they took almost a month to reimburse us for the remote start 427.00, my initial credit card deposit 100.00 , and a double charge of 55.00 for registration transfer. The kicker is after I provided them with records of what I spent Bob had the gall to try to fight me on the costs yet he was the one who sent me to best buy. So after being lied to multiple times(him saying the check was in the mail and it wasn't even typed up) I submitted a complaint with the better business bureau. That got their attention apparently because in less than a week I got an email from the vice president and the check 5 days later. This dealer was good in the respect that they gave us a good deal and didn't have a ton of fees, BUT! don't let them get over on you, bring your own financing, double check all charges, and if they owe you money don't let up on them. I would not go back there to buy a car as this was one of the most stressful interactions with a car dealer I've ever had.

Picked up my new 2010 F150 from them,and love my truck.BUUTT the service department dosn't have a clue about customer service.Other than not returning MULTIPAL calls,there's the issue of having to bring the truck back to them, 2 and 3 times to fix a problem. Maybe it's because it I have an extended warrenty and the'er not making top dollar,or they don't have the proper people to handle the work.I've called the Sayville Six times since Feb about my remote start and have not herd from the dealer, and it's June.

This dealer is price competitive but does not pay attention to details. The salesperson was not familiar with the vehicle specifications or options. I knew more about the car then they did. Then came the pressure to close the deal "if you sign right now...." I Told them I would take it and I was glad I did. When I got home I discovered that the car I looked at actually was missing important options. In addition, the salesgirl said the color I wanted was not available until I spotted 2 cars on the lot with the color and interior I was looking for. Finally they said the car I wanted was available and equipped with cooled seats and neither statement was true.So for me a car is a major expense and I expect my dealer to be an expert on the product. As for price I will admit Sayville is pretty good but their "if you sign right now the price is $xx,xxx" was infact reduced over the phone by $900 the following day. Sure that sounded pretty good but I was really put off by the mistakes and misinformation given by the salesperson. I ultimately paid about $400 more at another dealer on a $40k vehicle but I am 100 percent confident it is exactly as represented. Bottom line is these guys are aggressive and will probably give you the best price. However if you are picky like me you will be better off finding a dealer that has detail oriented experts who know the products inside and out. Today's vehicles are incredibly complex so do your homework. This is also why I chose Ford. Their vehicles offer the best and most useful features and the quality is excellent.

Experience was terrible. Horrible follow up from staff. The only one who did follow up with us was our salesperson, who really did not have much power to do much. Car was delivered filthy, and it seemed that the car was not checked out by their service department. When our car was delivered to us, it was filthy on the inside- crackers under the seats and the upholstery needed a cleaning. Horrible follow up from staff. The only one who did follow up with us was our salesperson, who really did not have much power to do much. Car was delivered filthy, and it seemed that the car was not checked out by their service department. When our car was delivered to us, it was filthy on the inside- crackers under the seats and the upholstery needed a cleaning. I went down to look at this car at sayville ford called before i left to confirm the price , went to test drive the car, upon purchase when the dealer found out i had my own financing from my bank they insisted i use their financing when i said i didn't need to do that they jacked up the price of the car by thousands and said there was an "error" on the internet price. funny they did not tell me that unitll i refused their financing

I bought a used car online-I was told it was a good used car and just needed a side mirror fixed-it took almost a FULL MONTH to receive it (which was a nightmare with many excuses) and it's still in the shop!!! I thought that buying from a "Ford" dealership, I could trust that I would get a good car and have a good experience. I am in tears over all of this. How the car passed inspection in NY I don't know. But I had to put brakes on it and buy a new headlight case just for it to pass VA inspection and it now is shaking at the stoplight with the check engine light blinking at me, so it has to go back to the shop. And I also had to order an ABS pump.

Please do not have your car serviced here. I brought my Ford Taurus in for an antifreeze/coolant flush and they put the wrong antifreeze in my car. Cars are antifreeze specific these days and the wrong color coolant is corrosive to plastic engine parts and gaskets (by the way half of the radiator is plastic). One would think that a Ford dealer would at least use what FOMOCO specifies, had I left the coolant in the engine I would have had costly repairs sooner or later. I did call Ford Motor Company and they were very surprised that green coolant was used in my car rather than yellow, afterall it says YELLOW ONLY right under the filler cap.Unfortunately it does'nt end there, while my car was in for this service I was told that my brake fluid was cloudy and they reccomended a flush. I decided that I would wait on this procedure and check it for myself. As I drove home I noticed that the brake pedal was soft almost to the floor when depressed, when I got home I opened my hood and first saw the green antifreeze then I went over to the master cylinder (the thing that holds the most important fluid-brake fluid)only to find it near empty. I do alot of auto maintenance myself, a driveway mechanic. I am under the hood of all my cars two to three times a week and forever checking fluids. I topped off the brake fluid two weeks ago and it never needs much. Apparently the mechanic who serviced the car pulled some brake fluid out to check it and tell me it need be flushed, and never filled it back up. It's a good thing my brakes did'nt fail so I could be here to warn of this dealerships practices. This is sheer negligence. If you value your safety please have your car serviced elsewhere

took them 7 weeks to pay off my trade in. now i have a negitive on my credit report. when i first told them that it wasn't paid off they told me not to worry. after 3 weeks they would not return my calls about it. i finally had to go back to the dealership and confront them face to face. it still took them another 3 weeks to pay off my trade in. every person i talked to at sayville ford just put the blame on someone else. they told me they would send a letter to ford credit to inform them that it was not my fault the payment wasn't made. but it still went on my credit report. they also sent my credit app. to 15 different banks. that many inquiries is also a negitive on my credit report. customer service just didn't seem very professional. after the sale they seemed not to even want to deal with me. THIS SITUATION HAS BEEN RESOLVED. MY CREDIT REPORT HAS BEEN CORRECTED. I spoke to Karen who was very helpful and professional. I have to thank them for taking care of this matter but I'm still not pleased with the lack of cooperation from Tom and Mark. This was the 3rd car I bought from Sayville Ford and the only time I had a problem. The other two times everything went smooth and professionally.

Met with John in July to look at the new F-150. Took out a comparable model and John knew everything about the vehicle. Ended up working out a deal to build a custom one - got a good number for my trade. When the vehicle came in (~6 wks later) there was no nonsense. No fooling around with the numbers already worked up. Took about 5 mins with the finance manager (usually they try to sell you services/warranties/accessories). They accepted NO for an answer to things I didnt want, were VERY respectful of my time, and overall it was THE best car-buying experience I've had - including ones I've had with pre-arranged internet pricing. I would highly recommend John as a salesman and Sayville Ford as a dealership.

I have been doing business with Sayville Ford for over 10 years now. Jack Frost has to be the finest salesman out there, whenever I go into the dealership for any reason, there is always a line of people waiting for Jack. I am a shopper by nature and when I am in the market for a new vehicle, I go ussually to 2 dealers, I try to get my "best" deal from them, and they know I am a serious buyer, because once I make up my mind to buy a car, I want it yesterday. After I get my 2 best deals, I go back to Jack, tell him what I am looking for, he already knows that I went shopping, he never asks me what prices I already got, and his final price is always less, I don't know how he does it, but it's great. I am a regular customer of the service department also, they are nice to deal too, never any pressure.

Had a bad experiance at a honda dealer that kinda turned me off to the brand. I had read good reviews of the new focus, so I went to look at it. I am glad I did, it is a real nice car that I liked alot more than the civic. I got a good deal and went home the owner of a nice new gray focus.

At this point I cannot recommend Sayville Ford. I really like the car I bought and got a great price, but since I walked away with the keys they wont return my phone calls nor explain the discrepancies in some of signing documents. A few of the problems below:1. They only are giving me 1 months worth of warranty when I found out they are required to provide 3 months if you have under 80,000 miles. I have 79,000 miles on the car I bought. It's close but they still should have given me the warranty.2. They said they would fix one of the keys, but when they handed my the car keys it was still broken. They told me to go out and buy a battery. I did and it still doesn't work.3. They said they did a full tune up on the car including an oil change. The car I bought has a gauge as to when the oil needs to be changed. It said it only has 40% of oil life before a change is needed the day after a bought the car.4. I've repeatedly called to try and get these problems resolved and the sales associate I worked with keeps avoiding me.5. I asked for a copy of the service record detailing what work the dealership did on the car. Still haven't received one.They still have some time to resolve these problems, but as of now I'm definitely not happy and I cannot suggest Sayville Ford. There are plenty of other dealerships out there. Find one trustworthy.Update:They haven't returned $200 they should have refunded to me and the sales rep keeps avoiding me. Not pleased.

Do not go here. I was looking for a new car but had a strict budget and 60 mnth loan term. I found a car that seemed to fit but was still unsure if I could afford it. I was told that my monthly payment would be 292.00 for 60 months which seemed perfect. Now 2 years later I was informed that my loan term is actually 72 months. When I called the dealeship to complain they told me I was the asshole who signed the contract. Really? They defrauded me and lied about the terms of the deal. I don't even think the contract they retrieved is what I signed since I know I looked over the paperwork. These people are simeballs just stay away!

I leased a Ford Edge from this dealer and the salesman have very little knowledge about the car. The color I ordered was no longer available and it is not until 2 weeks after I signed the contract that he found out and let me know. I needed a car at the time so I took another car from the lot. Not what I really wanted but I had no choices at that point.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the service I received at Sayville Ford. My mom had driven up from Florida to visit me and her vehicle had broken down a few days before she was due to drive back home. I contacted Sayville Ford service to see if they could take the vehicle in for repair on short notice. The service department was extremely courteous and accomodating to both me and my mother. They had us bring the vehicle in on an emergency basis. Having dealt with other service departments, I understood that bringing in the car on an "emergency basis" meant that they would reach your vehicle when they had an opportunity. I was astonished at how quickly Sayville Ford was able to get my mom's vehicle in the shop, they were extremely understanding to her situation and did everything possible to accomodate her in every possible way. The service consultant was professional and knowledgable when we dropped off the vehicle and was in constant touch with us to let us know what the diagnosis was and exactly what needed to be done to repair the vehicle, when we could expect it to be completed as well as what the cost would be. Neither my mother or I are knowledgable when it comes to vehicle repair and the service consultant was patient and detailed in explaining everything to us. I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to the entire Sayville Ford Service Department for the courteous, expeditious and professional treatment which was extended to both me and my mother. I will be in the market shortly for a new vehicle and due to the exceptional service I experienced at Sayville Ford I will be visiting Sayville Ford sales to look at purchasing a new Ford vehicle. I always service my vehicles at the service department where I purchase and after seeing first hand how Sayville Ford service operates, I would be very happy to deal with them. Thank you again.
