Overall I had a great experience! Joanne patiently helped me throughout the entire process and was there to answer all of my questions. She definitely made this one of the most pleasant car purchases I’ve had before. Let me start by saying dealerships can have a very negative association and I get everyone has their own feelings. But I will say, if ever you’re looking for a genuine straight to the point, no haggle experience, ask for Jesse Sellers. He’s your guy for that haggle free smooth car shopping experience. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at this dealership.I was looking for a used advertised Toyota Tacoma. I called them and asked for the 2015 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab to make sure its still available. Somebody was walking in the lot and said yes he is here and we can come around. So we did. When we arrived he showed us a 2014 Tacoma Regular Cab. But sorry, this is not the car we asked before driving over to you. As nobody knew that website the 2015 Tacoma was advertised we all considered it a fake website. My wife said that she feels sorry for damaging the image of the dealership by this website because people like us come over to see cars which do not exist. The answer of the associate was like: he doesnt care about the image damage only about his wasted time.Wow, what a slap in our face!So Mr. Associate, we do apologize for wasting YOUR time and thank you for your appreciating OUR time being wasted as nobody was able to LISTEN to us when we called and asked for the 2015 ACCESS Cab Tacoma and NOT 2014 REGULAR Cab. Then this would not have happened at all!That was rude and very unprofessional.

When I arrive to the Service department, Andrew was the one who greeted me. Not only he explained everything, he took my car for a complimentary wash, without my car even being service that day. My visit began by finding a vehicle that met my needs for a second car on thee dealer's website. But online can only go far and people become important. When I came to the dealership I was greeted by Greg who spoke with me about the catr I was looking at. Many people may disagree with me but in my opinion listening is the most important skill in sales. Greg let me sell the car by dotting all the "I" s and crossing all the "t" sin the process. Buying a car is not easy but Greg made it easy. Greg, the Sales Manager, and the Finance Manager demonstrated positive customer focus. I not only feel good about the vehicle I purchased but I also feel the buying experience worked for me. To make a long story short, the sales team at Scanlon knows how to sell cars!

My first pleasurable experience in a car dealership. We worked with John Gallman and he is extremely pleasant and professional. My wife and I spent time with John on different days and his approach was unwavering. After we had come to terms with John and the finance manager we took one more day to compare with other manufacturers. There was not another deal even close to their offer. The manager John Santillo and sales agent Kim Morgan went above and beyond to accommodate us. After purchasing a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder, we find out after we get home with it that it could be on a list of recalls for passenger airbag not deploying. We took it back the next morning and John offered to switch back with our original vehicle. This was something he didn't have to do. We ended up purchasing another vehicle with them today and we are very happy with it. Many thanks to everyone at Scanlon Acura!!!! If anyone out there is interested in purchasing a car you should go see these people. They will do their best!!!

I purchased a 2016 MDX in November of 2015. The car was purchased in New York. On March 9, 2016 I was at my condo in Ft. Myers. I was planning to leave for New York on the 10th. I finished a round of golf and went to my car but it wouldn't start There was no problem with the battery. Eventually the car was towed to Scanlon Acura. I called ahead and spoke with Andrew Wuttke. I advised him that iI had to be in NY by the 12th of March for a family wedding. The car didn't arrive until after 5:30 that day. He waited for me and held a technician. It turned out they couldn't fix the problem until the following day, March 10th. I was advised that it was a fuel pump issue and I would have to wait another day until the part came in. this was unacceptable. Andrew told me not to worry, spoke with his boss, and they took the part from another new car. It took over a day to fix my car, and as I was told, multiple call to California for guidance on the repair. Andrew kept me apprised and on Friday I got the car, made the marathon drive to NY and attended the family wedding. Andrew was reassuring, cooperative and genuinely committed to getting my car repaired. It was a great experience and I think he his a first rate employee and a credit to your business. From the moment I stepped into the showroom, I was treated with courtesy and a hint of enthusiasm. Everyone I met was friendly and seemed please I was there. My sales associate, Dan Clifford, was recommended by my friend, who told me 'Dan was a great guy'. And yes he was, along with everyone else that I came in contact with. I purchased a 2016 RDX. The whole process was very comfortable and smooth, including business manager , Victor Bout. I came back a few days later to purchase some addition accessories, and again was treated like family. I purchased a used BMW from your dealership about a year ago.We live in Atlanta but have a place down there. Soon after the service engine light came on and your repair service was great. This week the battery went dead, on Sunday, and no one in Ft Myers would touch the car. We left the car outside and on Monday Andrew called and said no problem. The battery was replaced and works well. On the way home I noticed the air was not working. I looked the problem up and found out if you jump start the car or change the battery the car goes int o Transport mode. Andrew and Aaron assured me the problem would be fixed. Within an hour they got the equipment needed from the Lexus division and they removed the code and the car runs great. Just wanted to let you how much I appreciate Andrew and Aaron and all the help they were and you should be proud to have them as part of your team. Without taking the car to the BMW dealership, no one else would touch the car. I called the BMW dealership and was told since I took thee car elsewhere to change the battery it would cost me $155 to remove the code. Needless to say they will never get my business. I would like to tell you about our experience with the purchase of our Used BMW325ci at Scanlon. After working out the price with Dan our salesmen I asked if he could do anything about the wheels that where a little pitted, he said he would see what he could do for me. On Monday when we when to pick up the car, Dan said he can in early to make surethe wheels got done. He told us he didn't like the way they came out and needed a hour as hehad them repainted. When we picked up the car the wheel rims looked new. We thanked himand proudly drove our car home. Later that day as we where driving a SERVICE ENGINE SOONlight came on. I called Dan and he told us bring the car in 1st thing in the morning and they wouldtake of it. The next day I went in and they got the light off and sent me on my way. With a explanation that it just needed to be reset. I left the dealership and a few hour later the light came on again. Again I called Dan and he said to bring the car right over, after about 20 minutesDusty the service Manager came and said that they needed to keep the car and that they where going to give me a loaner to drive home. The next day I got a call from service and thethey informed me that the car required $850.00 in service and that they would cover 50%and that I was responsible for the other half. I asked to speak with Dan our sales rep and he spoke to the used car manage and told me not to worry that they would cover the wholerepair. All I can say is this is a great CO. and that they stood up and did the right thing by us. I would recommend the Dealer to anyone looking for a new or used car. Talked to the GM and Dan Clifford about a car I saw online. My local dealership was not taking much off the 2014s and had 2015s in already. I wanted a 2014 model year in clearance or a 2013 with low miles. Called to see what they were doing at Scanlon. Worked out a deal over the phone. I got there the deal was as stated. Great deal, worth driving the 100 miles each way to save thousands over my local dealership. Free oil changes at dealership. Have family in that area so when I visit them I will take my car in for the freebies.

When we initially came in bob seemed nice enough but we were very specific in the deal we were looking for and already had confirmed and he assured us he could match the deal. We left and returned to find the dealership closed at 5 pm on a Saturday and not reopen until Monday. Bob was called at 10am and was with another customer. A return call to him was placed at 11am to confirm the deal and he answered but again said he was with a customer and would return our call shortly. We finally drove down after two additional hours and no return call and were told he was still with a customer though no customer ever stepped foot into his office. He shuffled us off to a poor internet manager to "do the paperwork" and after another hour of waiting when we said we didn't have much time we were then told sorry we don't actually have the car! When we asked the internet manager how this happened he said maybe the car sold in the three hours they had been open that morning while we were waiting for Bob to call us back! When questioned Bob said he never told us he had the car which clearly isn't true or why would we be there in the first place and then he admitted he thought he could get the car. In the end Joe brought us in and told us the best he could do was over 100 higher a month than we were promised and we were told if we had the initial deal to go and take it. Clearly they are not ethical and they wasted a lot of our time. I will be sure to tell everyone I meet and as many social media sites I can of this to warn other buyers from making the same mistake!

The repoire and credibility he projected convinced both my wife and me that we should deal with him and Scanlon rather than the competition that offered a brand new vehicle rather than the demo at a comparable price. Eric assured me on the phone it could all be done and also mentioned Scanlon would pay for shipping my new vehicle to New Jersey. The minute I walked in I knew this was not the right place for me but just wanted a price to compare to.When I arrived at Scanlon, Eric was there to greet me and we immediately started to make the deal. They offered good money for my trade in and I got a better price for my new TL lease. Eric worked with John (sales manager) who was a terrific guy and made me the best deal possible. When Eric and John told me this was the best they could do, I believed them. I filled out some paper work, took a look at my future car and agreed to come back Saturday to finish the deal and give them my trade in. On Saturday everything was ready when I arrived, I signed a few more papers and was handed off to Don (business manager). Don did his best to try and sell me on all the programs he felt strongly about but I had already made up my mind beforehand to stay in my budget and did not buy any extras. A question came up about insuring the car properly (Florida and New Jersey), these things can be complicated. Don worked with me every step of the way and had the patience of a saint. He made sure I received the correct (legal) answers and did everything in his power to make me feel comfortable.Once Don and I had finished, Eric showed me how to use all the gadgets in the car, (Bluetooth, Nav System, etc.). He took all the time I needed and made sure I was satisfied.If this all sounds like an all day affair, it wasn't. Had it not been for the insurance issue, I would have been in and out in less than one hour. Eric, John and Don are true professionals and if you live in the Ft. Myers, Naples area and are looking for an Acura, you would be crazy not to go see the boys at Scanlon.

I was in the market to buy a one to two year old Acura TSX. When I came across some of the cars online at Scanlon, they appeared to be having some good deals (one in particular a 2012 Acura TSX with about 10K miles) so when I was ready, I made the venture from Naples, Florida. John Gallman sat patiently as I test drove some vehicles and awaited my car to be valued for trade in. The trade in value they gave me for my car was way below expected and when I asked to speak with the sales manager for negotiations, the sales manager, John Santillo, was quick on the draw to tell me there were no negotiating and my car was simply at best worth what they were going to give me. After going back and forth, John Santillo's last response was "Well you shouldn't be buying an Acura" insinuating that I couldn't afford one. LET ME TELL YOU. Not only did I take it to several OTHER dealerships where they ALL offered me higher prices than what Scanlon was going to give me, I got an even better deal on a 2013 Acura TSX (no dings, scratches, leather wearing and only 5K miles) for THOUSANDS less than the one they were trying to sell me at Scanlon. Because of the Sales Managers attitude towards me, I wouldn't even trust them to get me the best interest rate possible! I will never shop at Scanlon Acura nor will I tell ANYONE to go there.

He assigned Phil Ursillo to assist us in our efforts to find the right automobile. Phil showed us two vehicles that interested us and took us for test rides. After discussing the vehicles he then suggested we look at a third option, the one we ultimately selected. What a great bunch of employees this dealership employs. I sold my 2005 Acura last Friday and everyone was very friendly and very co-operative. My main reason for writing this review has to do mostly with one of your employees whose name I believe is Nelson and who works in the Service Department. He is a very extremely honest individual who found an envelope with a lot of money in it which was located in the trunk of the 2005 Acura I sold to them, and the money was found where the spare tire is located. He turned this huge sum of money into the office management - (over $1,700.00) and they gave me a call and told me of him finding it, and to come in at my convenience and claim it. Since the Acura had been my deceased husband's car, I had no idea whatsoever that this money even existed. God bless all of them - they are a great bunch of guys!! I cannot say enough good things about them, but I do believe they are earning their wings!!Thank you again, guys,Marilyn Podojak

I am now the proud owner of a 2009 Acura MDX. I had been looking for an SUV and had heard good things about the MDX so decided to look here. John Hartmann was excellent. My wife and I took our time and he patiently answered our questions, took care of all of the details and made us feel right at home. When it came time to do the deal, Joe Ferrigno, the sales manager, came in and basically gave us a deal we couldn't refuse with the whole process taking less than 15 minutes. Randy Roux handled the paperwork quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this dealership and look forward to getting the know the service department.

I was in the market for a new midsize luxury SUV as my current X5 was showing its age and repair costs are expensive. I shopped BMW, Audi and VW prior to going to Scanlon Acura. All I can say is I wish I would have started with Scanlon Acura since it would have save me time, money and frustration.I printed out national lease offers from all the luxury manufacturers I shopped and Scanlon Acura was the only dealer that not only met the national advertised lease but actually beat it. The other dealers all explained that their advertised lease specials didn't include a lot of fee's and ultimately wanted to charged upwards to $3,000 more in out of pocket cash plus their monthly lease payments we hundreds of dollars more for vehicles within the same price range.I am an experienced buyer and have leased and/or purchased 5 vehicles in the last 10 years and understand national lease offers don't include tax, title, etc but it shouldn't come remotely close to additional $3,000 or more.Leasing from Scanlon Acure was the best lease experience I have ever had so a big THANK YOU to Bob Pesic (sales representative) and Joe Ferrigno (sales manager) for making my lease so pleasurable.I will definitely consider future vehicle leases with Scanlon Acura.

What a pleasure to buy a car from Adam Davis of Scanlon Acura. Trying to figure out how your new car works with all the bells and whistles is frustrating. Adam Davis did NOT hand us the manual and say "good luck" he actually gave us training and helped set up the vehicle to our needs. Even after, when I had something to change a fast phone call to Adam was all it took. I didn't even have to look in the manual ! Service like this keeps people coming back for new cars. It was a pleasure to buy a new vehicle from Scanlon Acura, you are doing something right. Satisfying the needs of the customer. We are very happy and satisfied with our 2013 Acura RDX. Our salesman, Adam Davis, is so knowledgable about cars but more so about Acura products. Would we buy another Acura? Yes Would we buy it from Scanlon? Yes. I interactived with Dewayne Foote and Adam Davis regarding my visit for service. Dewayne very professional and courteous to me .He had my acura service within the time allotted and spent suffient time with me.He reffered me to Adam when I needed help in removing addresses from my nav , setting up blue tooth for my cell phone.He fixed a air condioner vent tab which he noticed was not working Also he set my community golf gate sensor to the acura .I have never a salesmen at any dealership like Adam who is so attentive and knowledgeable.

I do not feel like I'm going to a typical car Dealership when at Scanlon. Adam had a family emergency the night I was scheduled to see him. Nitpicked to avoid honoring warranty on a seat belt repair; part failed and they claimed tampering voided the warranty because someone sometime evidently had put electrical tape around an exposed wire. Courtesy steps seem rote rather than meaningful; when it comes to helping the customer, they have more excuses than answers. On a previous visit, provided a loaner vehicle that had a near empty gas tank; said too many customers evidently had not been refilling it as an excuse. They gave a $1,500 estimate to make a compact disk player repair and then acknowledged after unsticking the carousel, that the player was working. Price is high for all services, which would be OK if the quality of service and accommodation matched.
