It was the best service that I could have ever received. Charlene was so professional and upbeat. Made sure I was completely clear on what was going on with my car. Offered me new wipers since it was under the warranty. Took care of my recalls on the vehicle. Employee of the month, week, or day whichever your company needs to recognize great on the spot recognition.

I recently purchased my second Subaru from Schaller. Dustin was great to work with--if you are going in, ask for him! He did a great job and spent lots of time going over everything. Lisa in finance is terrific and everyone there is just really friendly and helpful and you don't feel like you are pressured to do anything you're not comfortable with. Prior to buying my second car, I brought my Forester in for service only to find it was a lost cause and needed a lot of work. Jose, the service manager, was super helpful in explaining everything, what my options were, and his recommendations. Highly recommend this dealership they are all very respectful and super nice.

Excellent experience. I bought a used vehicle from Christina. I live in NY, and they had everything ready for me to test drive, then drive off in the car. Marc F was also great and very responsive to questions. Lisa (Business Mgr) was super fast with the paperwork. Great dealership to work with, thank you! Fantastic customer service.

I received a letter that there was a factory recall on my Impreza, I also decided to have them do an oil change while the car was there, so I called to make an appointment. When I made the appointment 2 weeks ago, I asked the woman on the phone THREE times if Schaller can provide me with a loaner car for the time it took to work on my car. She said YES THREE times. So this morning I brought my car in and told the very nice and professional gentleman in the service department that I was dropping off my car and picking up the loaner. He then apologized and said that the woman shouldn’t have told me that you guys had an available loaner and that she’s been told to stop doing that. He then offered me a ride home. He was very nice, apologetic and professional about it. What is very upsetting and inconvenient to me is that the woman on the phone told me THREE times yes to something that wasn’t available. It was also upsetting to hear that this is a common occurrence. I come to Schaller because it is close and convenient for me, but there are other local Subaru Service centers I can go to and may consider doing so. Again, the staff in your service department today were nothing but professional and helpful. With my tight daily schedule inconveniences like this really affect my day in a negative way.

Fast friendly service. Video inspection you can watch while the tech shows you the vehicle and recommended repairs. They called and went over pricing after I watched the video. Highly recommend if you need work done.
