The team at Scheidemantle Motors are awesome! From Vince Garrett in service to Ron Deporzio and Joe Audio in sales and Tyler Guzan in fianance; they are true professionals. Although I had not purchased my Caravan from Scheidemantle, they serviced it for five years with excellence. When it came time to purchase a new car, Scheidemantle was the natural choice. The team made sure I knew all the bells, whistles and options from the car itself to the paperwork. They are knowledgable, diligent and courteous.

Learned that I paid $2000.00 more than advertised on yahoo cars for same vehicle. Verified by VIN number. In less than 2 weeks I have had the vehicle back at the dealer for leaking power steering hose. Was told it was not leaking. ? the hose is wet with power steering fluid?. I have had the vehicle back at the dealer for "ESP NOT ON" light blinking, which was one of my concerns when first test drove the vehicle. They said that they had the OEM dealer reprogram the computer system and the light was out the day I picked up vehicle. Less than 2 weeks after buying the vehicle the light is now coming on and off again and they told me that I have to take it to the OEM dealer. If they did take it to the OEM dealer then there should be a notice attached to the driver side inner fender stating that the recall had be done on vehicle according to the OEM dealer.?????

I took my 2012 Dodge Avenger to this dealership for a routine oil change. I did not purchase my vehicle from them but, decided to go to Scheidemantle because it is closer to home than the dealer I purchased my vehicle from and I had encountered problems with the previous Dodge dealer regarding the headliner repeatedly falling out of my vehicle. The previous dealer had "repaired" the problem with the headliner once but, when we encountered the problem again, they implied that we were causing the problem and they stated that Chrysler had denied the claim to repair it again. While I was at the service department at Scheidemantle, I asked the technician, AJ, to look at the headliner. He did a very thorough examination of the headliner, took a lot of pictures which he sent to me (the previous dealer would not provide me the pictures they submitted with the claim). AJ stayed after the normal business hours to complete the examination of my car. He showed me where it appeared that the headliner had been creased when the previous dealer was installing it, probably due to them not removing the windshield to properly install it, but instead trying to cram the headliner in without removing the windshield. AJ spoke with his customer service manager who consulted with Chrysler. The Scheidemantle service staff were excellent. They went to bat for us with Chrysler and called me with the Chrysler representative present. Chrysler approved to cover the cost of the repiars in full. Scheidemantle had to obtain services from a specialty glass shop to remove and reinstall the windshield after the new headliner was properly installed. The glass shop verified that the windshield had not been removed by the previous dealer. The process was extensive and took awhile for the repair to be properly completed. During the entire time my car was being serviced Scheidemantle provided me with a complimentary loaner car. They were very accommodating to my work schedule and again stayed beyond their normal business hours for me to return the loaner car and pick my vehicle up. When I thanked them for their great service, they replied that they only hoped that they could keep my business for routine servicing. And they absolutely will get my business! I was treated with respect and consideration throughout my dealings with the Scheidemantle service staff, a big contrast to how I was treated by the original dealer. We have not had a problem with the headliner since! It was truly a pleasure to experience great customer service, advocacy, and high quality workmanship from this dealership. I am grateful for the experience and highly recommend them!

Great dealership! Service staff are VERY personable and helpful! They assisted me in working with Chryler to obtain aproval for vehicle repairs that another dealer kept dismissing. They provided me with a loaner car during the entire period that my car was being repaired, despite the fact that I did not buy my vehicle from them. They were very flexible and understanding of my needs to have vehicle repairs completed, with sensitivity to my employment obligations and work hours. They were truly Professional in their dealings with me. I will definitely go back to this dealer for vehicle maintenence as well as other needs related to purchasing or providing service. Thank you.

I visited this dealership to search for a new vehicle. The salesman who assisted me was relatively knowledgable and quite personable. The pleasant experience disappeared when the sales manager appeared to discuss pricing. He was abrasive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He talked down to me as if I could not understand what he was saying. I advised him that I would still be looking at other vehicles and prepared to leave. As I walked towards the door, he stated to others nearby that I was too aloof. If you are looking for a professional and courteous staff, please steer clear of this dealership and sales manager. I will personally encourage my friends and family to do the same.

Brought my `06 Chager in for an oil change. Was considering a New Charger. Took a test drive - that was all it took Now the proud owner of a `11 Dodge Charger RT Plus !! Couldn`t be happier Great car , nice salespeople They treted me like they have known me for years
