I was able to get my car serviced at the scheduled time and could have even waited for it. The lobby was a pleasant place to wait, especially the complimentary coffee. I also found the shuttle service to be extremely helpful and timely. Finally, my service advisor (Wilson) ensured the work was done as promised, including ensuring that my tires were brought up to the optimal pressure. And it was all done for a very reasonable price. Thank you!!

First I want to congratulate Schumacher GMC for hiring such a knowledgeable and professional sales associate like Cesar Ciceron. He was not only courteous but genuinely demonstrated that his efforts were in my best interest. I knew what I wanted. I didn’t want to be coerced into anything and I was hoping to be treated respectfully. And that is exactly what happened. No nonsense, just numbers and what was offered was what I wanted and didn’t know I needed. So I walked out with more in every aspect then I expected. Thank you.

From the moment I stepped on the lot this this gentleman Chase bond came and met me we walked the parking lot looking for a truck that I had in mind. He helped me find a 2022 Chevy Colorado That was coming in it wasn't even on the lot and I bought it site unseen It was so helpful I want to give him an ape plus 4 professionalism, knowledgeable And he kept me up-to-date On the delivery date up until it arrived and I got to drive at home. I am recommending everyone to Schumacher especially especially since the salesman was so awesome

As usual, Justin took excellent care of my service needs. I have contemplated switching service for my fleet of vehicles to a less busy dealership but have stayed because of Justin. We communicate via text on his personal phone, and he answers my questions even when he's not at work. The service department mechanics almost always does a top notch job as well.

I can not say enough good things about my experience at Schumacher of North Palm Beach. I had a lease I was looking to trade in early. I saw a mid size SUV online and inquired immediately. My sales rep, Martin, made the entire process so easy!! As I have a little one at home I was able to send him all information prior to make things go quicker. He spoke with his manager and they were able to make my trade in a complete wash. I left that evening with my new mommy mobile! My husband was also in the market for a new truck. I texted Martin a few weeks after purchasing my VW and he said he didn't have anything. 45 minutes later and he texted me saying he found the perfect truck! He and his manager worked their magic for us! I was able to fill out the information at home again and as soon as my husband got off work we went straight to Schumacher. Again, what an incredible experience. My husband has never had a vehicle as nice and they really went above and beyond to make it special. My husband just wanted to take it home without it being detailed, but Martin was able to get a last minute wash and interior clean for him since it was late in the evening. We had our little one in tow with us again and everyone made it so accommodating for us. We could not be any happier with both of our experiences. A big thank you to Martin. He was such a joy to work with on obtaining both of our vehicles. Another big thank you to the finance department, especially Alex for making this happen for us. We can't tell you how much we appreciate everything. We definitely recommend Schumacher of North Palm Beach and will be sure to return again for our service appointments and if we need anything else.
