I bring my vehicle there to get service done, however i cant prove it, but i was there for service a few months ago, and when my car was done my car was park all the way over in the back near the wall. the next day when i was going to my vehicle i notice a dent on my passenger door. i was nowhere but the dealership in order for the dent to happen, but i cant prove it. i think the dent is from when the car is on the lift and the repair guy opens the door, the door hits the lifts side post, if you can understand what i mean...... i know now to take photo of my vehicle before and after my car is at the dealership and i wont leave until i walk around to inspect it fully.. JUST TAKE CARE OF OTHERS VEHICLES..

Really frustrating experience with these guys. Paid $70 for a diagnosis of my broken radio. Apparently, I needed a $300 part to fix it. Had to wait a month for it to arrive. Then a day at the service center for the "repair." After waiting hours, I was told replacing the part didn't fix the problem. Asked for a refund and was refused. GM customer service was no help either, claiming they effectively have no control over their dealerships.

The service was great and the right part. I have never seen such great service, it kind of felt like I was in the twilight zone. I called in the part and was asked the vin number and said I was coming in to pick it up and the gentleman had it waiting at the counter when I got there. His professionalism and courtesy reminded of how our Country should be and was getting there at one time. This Company deserves 10 stars.

I wish I searched for reviews of this dealership before otherwise I would have never stepped foot into this place. I went in to purchase a new car. When I had gone in I repeatedly stated that I had already placed an order for the vehicle at another dealership yet they continued to state they we can order the car I was looking for and get it quicker. Placed a deposit on the new ordered vehicle even though they did not have a build time and stated that if I do not take the vehicle they will return my deposit. This statement encouraged me to work with Schumacher Chevrolet. I decided that I would take the car from the first dealership that I ordered from, ultimately they would have the car quicker than Schumacher. When I called to speak to my salesman Anthony Egan he brushed me off and said he would call me back, which he never did. After my third phone call to Anthony, he forwarded me to the general manager. The general manager avoided giving me his name and then proceeded to attack me personally, asking what I did for living and asked if I knew what it took to work for a living. At which point, refusing to refund my deposit; exact quote, "You are not getting your money back". If this is their stance with customer service I will never go again, completely unprofessional. The impression I have is that I was deceived that they were never going to work with me if my first order came through pretty much handing them a deposit that I would never give back. I will never step foot in this dealership again and will never recommend anyone to go here for anything. I put in a call with the Chevrolet Customer Care as a complaint to how this dealership operates and to get my deposit back. Issue is pending.

I went there to look at a truck they had for sale. That truck was very clean and nice. But once we started talking about the price it went down hill. They sent me between different sale representatives. The old guy I for got his name treated me like a kid. They were not very professional. I would not recommend this place

I am always given the "red carpet" treatment at this dealership, (formerly Crane Chevrolet.) My father bought a Malibu here in 2010, and the salesman,Ralph, was the best! He got us out of a bad lease with Toyota and got us a very fair deal on a new Malibu. He is honest, ethical, and treated us the way he would have treated his family. Even five years later, he is still so wonderful to me! And Chrystal in the Service Department is excellent at what she does! She is so nice and accommodating every time I bring the car for service or call with a question. She goes above and beyond with all of her customers. She's terrific! And the Service Department always does a great job on the car. This dealership can be trusted, and respected! Aside from an oil change and filter, I had an ongoing problem with voice activated dialing. The tech working on my car couldn't fix it. The service writer called in another tech who was well versed on the problem. Fixed the issue in 5 minutes.

Upon arrival I encounter a woman working the middle desk. She was quite rude, rambling on about being busy, although I was the only customer in the room. Another service greeter Dennis took care of me, he was great. The mechanics came out talk to me and repaired and tested my car. Needless to say, everyone I have encountered in the purchase of my last 3 vehicles were great. So as they say one bad apple doesn't spoil the whole bunch.

I have been to a few car dealerships before, but by far the service at Crane was the best. The company i work for has our work trucks serviced there, soI figured I will give them a shot. Went there on a Saturday with tons of questions. Doug greeted me at the door and took a lot of his time to show me numerous trucks and answer all my questions. Once we found the truck I wanted they contacted my insurance company and I was driving home with it in an hour. Joe was also great. Extremely satisfied.

Prior to coming to Crane I had visited various other Dealers of alternative makes - Ford, Toyota and Kia. Before even looking at Models - the environment on the sales floor was much, much better. We had just come from one of the typical shark infested dealerships, where you must struggle to leave amidst the harangue of barking salesmen.At Crane, we were met at the door by a fine young man. At such a young age; a gentleman. The atmosphere in this immaculate showroom was calm, friendly and relaxed. The young salesman knew his products well and explained them thoroughly. There was no pressure, nor urgency to make a commitment. Test drives were more extensive than the typical jolt around the block.Price negotiations were fair, reasonable and conducted in a manner of mutual respect. Color non-availabilty issues were solved overnight and the car we wanted was sitting reay to go the next evening. Credit issues were dealt with successfully and the closing paperwork was as painless as one could hope for.Overall, the experience was one which many of us wish for, but rarely get; it was genuine. It felt right.I expressed these remarks to the business manager, who responded, its deliberate. Its how we would want to be treated.Crane Chevrolet gets an A+++

Purchased a used 2007 Ford 150 from Crane Chevrolet 999 Route 46, Clifton NJ 07013. Within 2 weeks found the motor to be bad. This was determined to be the case by a Ford dealer, as the Crane Chevrolet service dept. couldn't find an issue with truck after seeing this video AND after having the truck for 4 days. Crane offered me a remanufactured Jasper motor which they wanted me to pay HALF for. $3500. The Jasper motor is $4600, and then $1000 back for the core. So about $3500 for motor. At a Jasper certified installer, the total job is about $7000. Crane Chevy wanted to do the job in house, thus saving the cost on labor, getting the core money back, and having me pay $3000. They did not want to pay half to have a certified Jasper installer do the job. Crane Chevy has my truck for 14 days now. Ive had in my possession for 29.No rental car. No loaner car. No offer of either.

Leased a vehicle in 2011 and have had nothing but issues with the dealership. Vehicle was recalled twice for airbag issues and twice they broke my seat causing many trips for repairs, parts assessment, etc. one time they gave me a loaner that was from a car rental place that was disgusting and dirty. when I asked about it the car rental driver left me and my children stranded on route 23. I have been getting the runaround from the dealership in trying to have someone answer for all the issues but no luck. they have my money and I can't wait to turn the car in. i'm going to contact Corporate and although I know it won't solve anything perhaps it will save someone else.

Despite the numerous, unintended issues that came up during our delivery, the staff at Crane, specifically Khalid and Joe, did everything possible to accommodate my needs while still satisfying the dealer requirements and honoring all the terms of my deal. Khalid even gave me a tour of the facility and followed up with a phone call to see how I was liking my brand new Impala (LOVE IT!). During the negotiation process over the internet and phone, Steve was very accessible, knowledgable, and straightforward - giving me his bottom line best price on a lease right out of the gates and blowing the competition out of the water. At Crane, you really feel like they want your business but more importantly, that they value you as a customer. Because of this, I will go out of my way to service my vehicle here, even if I pass five other dealerships on the way. I look forward to returning to Crane not just for vehicle maintenance but for business in the future.

I come in frequently for routine maintenance and oil changes on my 2012 equinox and the team is amazing! Im always greeted with a warm smile, asked questions about how my vehicle is driving and they address all of my concerns. They always do a full inspection before returning my vehicle to me, finding some serious concerns, which has saved me the danger and hassle before I leave the shop on numerous occasions. This has been my best new car buying experience. Steven, the internet salesperson, listened to me and worked quickly to arrange my deal over the phone. Angel was just fantastic when I came to the dealership, making me feel welcomed, confident, and took advantage of circumstances to find me a better car than I originally intended, without me asking and without extra cost. Short Version: Superior customer service, excellent price. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership.Long Version: Guess I was a bit spoiled, my last 4 cars were BMW (2), Infiniti, and Lexus. You know... "the brands to be seen in if you can't afford a Bentley". Never in a million years did I even slightly consider purchasing a Chevy... until I drove a friend's 2013 Malibu. Finally, an interior from an American auto manufacturer that I actually enjoyed looking at. Seating surfaces that did not look like Walmart beach chairs, controls in all the right places. Woa! An engine and trans combo that didn't shake and hesitate when I became a bit demanding or more importantly, when I had to get out of the way of a truck. Chevy... you guys finally did it congrats! Ok so let's buy one I said and that's when I started to get a bit nervous. Non high end brands tend to be sold by pushy sales people with nasty attitudes and unquestionably questionable sales tactics. Bail might be more than the down payment I thought to myself and almost drove past Crane Chevy in Clifton, NJ. Anyway, I walked in and was kind of impressed by the fact that I wasn't swarmed by salespeople. They actually let me look at the cars without bothering me. After about 5 minutes a friendly voice greeted me and introduced himself. John Case was his name. One of the nicest people I have had the luck of meeting. I told John exactly what I was looking for, we sat down to negotiate, of course I said no to the first offer but within 10 minutes he and sales manager Jim Brown came back to the table with an offer I could not refuse. Joe Mastbeth, also did a great job with getting me approved at a great rate, explained every penny on the contract in detail and had me laughing the whole time. There was a sense of calm, honesty and clarity about the entire process. Not once did I feel pressured, not once did they try to push me into a car I did not want, not once did I even for a second feel angry or frustrated.This is how auto buying should be!!!Oh and yes, I got an EXCELLENT deal.So, not only did Crane win a customer for life but Chevy did as well thanks to the exemplary customer service at Crane.Disclaimer: Since everyone doubts everything nowadays, I do not work for Chevy or Crane. I wrote this long review because I was blown away by the entire experience. This is a super rare occurrence and I have never written a review for any dealership before.

Nick was really great at helping me figure out my lease and options. He's very patient, informative and flexible. I don't enjoy going to car dealerships as most salesmen are very pushy and try to "sell" even after you've told them that you're only looking. Nick was very pleasant during our first visit and wasn't pushy at all. We went back to him when deciding on getting a lease. I would recommend Nick to anyone considering a Chevy.

I decided on Crane because two years ago my company truck (Silverado) was having a problem and I pulled into the Crane Chevy service and the Service Manager took my right in. I explain the issue and he went out to the truck and fixed in 5 minutes and off I went! Awesome customer service and that's why I went back. Crane was great! I decided to make a last minute appointment to get my sons 2012 Sonic serviced on Friday July 5th. I made the appointment online via Cranes website and received a confirmation shortly after. After a long drawn out sales process, we arrived to pick up the car only to find out that the car was lacking a critical accessory that we had specifically included in the contract. The salesman did not know his cars' options and gave us the wrong information. The sales manager then came over to us and told us that had he known what a great offer the salesman gave us he would have never approved the deal-- talk about poor customer relations!! On top of this we lost a $1000 GM coupon which expired. We went to Hawthorne Chevy and got a better deal with people who were very nice and treated us well-- from negotiations to service.

Highly recommend Crane Chevrolet. No pressure to buy. Went into the dealership, advised I was looking to purchase an used car for my 17-year old son. They understood my concerns because they have children themselves. They recommended a Cruz - enough power and attractive for a teenager. Car in great condition. We purchased it that night. Over the last 10 years I have purchased 6-7 vehicles and out of them I would say 5 are from Crane Chevy. I have never had better service anywhere and it truly is like a family dealership with no '' car salesman'' like people. Joe treats us like family and always has been right to the point with pricing and may I add THEY ARE VERY FAIR. I started my search online while sitting home sick with pneumonia. I went on the Chevy site and signed up to be contacted by dealerships. After a massive slew of emails from various dealerships something told me to respond to CJ's email - maybe it was the fact that I specifically said I only wanted to be contacted only via email (every other dealership was calling my cell 3-4xs a day). I responded at 2am the next day w list of questions and concerns detailing out what I'd want not sure if I'd get as detailed of a response back. Well to my delight I got an email back first thing in the AM that was super detailed and friendly. I set up a time to come in on the weekend but was still sick and had to postpone. Ever friendly CJ said no problem and rescheduled to the following weekend. In the meantime I decided to check out Multi Chevrolet about 5min from my office and needless to say I was not impressed w the service I received and stuck w my appt at Crane. I showed up at Crane and was greeted by Jorge and he introduced me to Angel who promptly walked me through all the features in the Equinox and took me out to test drive the car. Angel didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want. He really listened to what was important to me and worked with me on my trade-in and lease terms. I didn't plan on getting a car this soon but with this caliber of customer service I knew I was making the right decision. I can be high maintenance and I felt completely taken care of by this amazing team! Thanks guys!

Nick was nothing but professional throughout my whole truck buying experience. I went there on new years eve and he stayed later then he had to, to disguss everything I wanted in my truck which they did not have on the lot. He searched everyday for two weeks and finally found the exact one in Boston, he set up the swap and went on his day off to personally picked it up. He is not a typical salesman, he went above and beyond to deliver the exact truck perfectly. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family. Also his manger tom was extremely helpful to reach the proper number I was good with, without the typical haggle of a car dealership.

I met Angel while looking at the new Chevy Spark on Cranes lot. I don't believe he knew if I was just curious, or a true buyer. We struck up a conversation, and he got the keys and pulled the car out of the line, and proceeded to give me a full and detailed explanation of the car. He literally felt more like a friend, than a salesman. My interest piqued, and I questioned him on a trade, he spoke to Jim, and they came up with a price, that was more than fair. We went for a ride, and I bought the car. These two guys are terrific, friendly, fair, everyone at the dealership had a friendly hello, or a smile. The atmosphere is bright, at the newly renovated showroom, absolutely no pressure from anyone. I can't praise the transaction enough.

Angel approached my wife and I in a friendly and none aggressive manner. He was helpful in answering all our questions without being pushy toward making a sale. We left and went to Honda dealer who state that if we went back to the Chevy dealer the quote we were given by Angel would no longer be good. I am glad I got my vehicle from Crane Chevrolet, I was in the market for a sports car and after visiting a few dealerships I gave them a call, Steve got me the specific color and trim I was looking for in a '13 Camaro Convertible.In the finance dept Joseph organized everything and worked hard with the banks, I have a good income however my credit wasn't great, Before you know it he got me approved and I was off with my brand new top of the line Camaro!Followup: Few weeks after, I made an appointment with their service dept to get a minor quirk checked, The issue was addressed on the spot in their new servicing area.Nothing but praises for this dealership!Professional and friendly service, Would definitely recommend!

Upon arriving at the dealer the gentlemen (Jim, especially Doug, and Joseph) were extremely professional and to the point. I don't like to waste my time or anyone elses. We got straight to the point (exchange saturn 2009 for a 2012 equinox). The men were very professional and they made my exchang/trade worth while. I was able to upgrade my car to a more equipt vehicle and the paper work and the whole process of financing a new car seamless (exactly 3 hours to test drive, draw up paper work, clean new car and gas it up, and sign paper work....) I was extremely pleased with their professionalism. I highly recommend Crane Chevrolet!

our sales person nathalie nguyen was great. she was very knowledgable about the malibu we were looking to purchase and the price we received was what we wanted to spend. nathalie is extremely friendly, outgoing courteous and helpful without being too hard sell. we would definately recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new car. tom healy, general mgr., was also very cordial and seemed to really appreciate our purchase. all in all a great experience. the only experience we have had with the quality of work was the prep and that was also great. we drove home in new car within 1 1/2 hours of our first visit.

Joe is the finance person, Ralph was our saleman. They were very helpful,professional,courteous and spent as much time with my husband and I that was needed. Ralph made sure the car was ready and set up the onstar with me. He explained the features to us making sure we were comfortable in leaving the dealership, in fact told us to ride around the lot a few times. Ralph called us days later to follow up and see how we were doing. Joe was absolutely the best. So down to earth,easy to talk to,explained each piece of paper we were signing. I felt I was speaking with my best friend. In fact, we consider him a new friend. This dealership is amazing. I've never experienced such amazing customer service. I would expect this level of service if I was spending 100k+ on a car, but my new Chevy was just 20k. Free interstate customer pickup and car delivery? Who does that? Crane Chevy did. They also scoured the northeast USA to find the car we wanted once we decided to upgrade from what they had on the lot. And they got it all done on the same day at an excellent price. So, please don't consider buying from any other Chevy dealer in the New York area. In fact, before we found Crane Chevrolet and our amazing sales people Nathalie and Nick, my wife and I were lured to another Chevy dealer in Queens with a classic bait-and-switch where the dealership promised that they had the vehicle that was advertised and that we were interested in. Of course when we arrived, after an hour ride on the subway, they had nothing like it and they denied having talked to us. The message here is that, if you want a Chevrolet vehicle (try the new Sonic LTZ!), save yourself some time and frustration and just go straight to Crane Chevrolet in Clifton NJ. All of the staff did a great job and we would be repeat customers if we needed additional Chevy Sonics!

Even from the initial calls to Crane to schedule my appointment, I was impressed. In speaking with Janine, she was courteous and friendly. The dealership handled my communications with them with friendliness and professionalism. My pleasant experience with the initial communications was what made my decision to go to Crane and not look elsewhere for a dealership. I made an appointment with Nathalie. She was informative, and knew her stuff. She was also sincere and sensitive to my needs, and to what I could afford. She worked with me to keep my payments within my budget and she gave me the car that I was looking for. She introduced me to the manager who thanked me personally for choosing a car from them. Before we left, she showed me the basics on the dashboard and how to use the latest features. She told me she would call me within the next few days to see how I'm doing with my new car. We all know what a timeconsuming and tiresome process it is in choosing a new car and working on the numbers. Nathalie cared about my valuable time involved. She also offered us water, coffee, or food. She was amazing. Thank you to Nathalie, and all the people at Crane who made it a very calm and delightful experience. I will return when it's time to get my next car.

Crane Chevrolet salesman were very helpful and but not overbearing in trying to get my and I wife to buy a used Suburban I found on their lot a couple of weekends ago. The truck had scratches down both sides, from plastic cans along side the previous owner's driveway, so they agreed to have the truck repainted before I would agree to a buying it. It also needed 4 tires and brakes which they also included with some additional haggling. I have purchased all my Chevys, over my entire life span of 60 years, which total to about 10 vehicles, at another dealership just down the highway a bit. However, when looked over the used trucks in their lot there were none that I could afford so I ended looking at Crane's used car stock. I cannot say enough about the Salesman Mike Verela who stayed with us the entire time and did everything he could to make sure both my wife and I were happy with the deal we made. Buying a used Suburban is a big deal for me since I hang on to my vehicles longer than most people. The Tahoe I traded in had over 200,000 miles on the odometer and I bought that one used over eight years ago. The tremondous success I have had over my life time driving Chevys made me go back to buy yet another one. Buy American it will always help our economy. Please consider rewarding the Sales staff at Crane for their professionalism and consideration for the customer's needs. I know that all dealers are facing tough times when the economy is so bad but I see that Crane is investing alot of money to improve the dealership with new paint and clean customer service areas. My thanks again to everyone at Crane Chevrolet in Clifton for their professionalism during this transaction. I am hopeful that this note will be read by the folks at Crane to have them know I really think they have an awesome Sales staff. Thanks for your help.Don & Anita

This dealership is an excellent place to do business with. I rated it the way I did because I needed to get the price I was looking for in order to be able to afford the car I wanted which was a rare showroom condition pre-owned hot rod/muscle car. After searching hi and low for over a year, I spotted what I thought I would never find, which was a needle in a hay stack. Only having the budget I had, I was unsure if Crane Chevrolet would sell me the car at the price I needed in order to be able to purchase it. Well needless to say, Crane Chevrolet certainly came through. I am now the proud owner of one of Americas most sought after modern day muscle cars. Bottom line is....if you want a great price, great service, and very friendly staff, just go streight to Crane Chevrolet , Rt 46 East, Clifton New Jersey. Seriously nice people who will do ANYTHING they can to put you in any automobile you like. I've exp'd many dealerships and had my best experience here at Crane Chevrolet, hands down.

After shopping a number of area Chevrolet dealers I stopped in at Crane Chevrolet after sending a request for an online quote. Jose Bayona responded within an hour of my request being sent and invited me over. He greeted me with a big handshake, introduced me to the features of the Silverado, showed me the trucks they had on the lot. They had a wide selection in most of the model colors and trims. Back to the office he spent a good amount of time understanding what I was after and how much I was willing to pay. His manager put a very competitive deal together and said that they would honor it and there would be no funny math if I came back. True to their word the price quoted (which was the lowest quoted price that did not change on a second visit unlike other dealers). After completing the paperwork I met with Joe Maspeth to sign documents and he offered to look into a small business bonus offering that Chevrolet had. As a result I got running boards at no extra cost! Thank you Jose & Joe!

My friend went to get a new car. He does not speak english very well and was tricked into putting down a $500 deposit just so they can give him a price. At first they asked for $2000 deposit. They also told him if he did not want the car they would refund the deposit. The sticker price is $40,000 but the wanted to charge him $40,700 for the car and 3.9% financing, while they were advertising 0% financing. They did not want to return the money nor did they want to drop the price. I went back with him a week later to help because he did not know what to do. They were trying to kick us out of the store and also got in my face and Jose Bayona wanted to fight. Needless to say we called the cops and had to call the credit card company to stop payment. This was the worst experience of my life. DO NOT GO TO CRANE CHEVROLET THEY ARE CROOKS>.

Best experience!! I am so glad my father recommended me coming here..because of Jose and Joe, they made it possible for me to get exactly what I wanted and more. They made sure they stayed within my monthly payments I was asking for, an AWD vehicle, car worth the gas mileage, made sure it had a connection for my iPod :), and more! They even made sure I got my OnStar and Bluetooth service going with their help! They did the best to make sure I left happy and all smiles...Definitely happy I stopped here and left with my new 2012 AWD Chevy Equinox!!! It was 19 weeks ago that my wife and I travelled from our Massachusetts home to New Jersey to pick up our 2011 chevrolet Volt. I had to turn in my 2008 GMC Envoy Leased car. I went on line to find out where to return the car and also was very interested in purchasing a new Chevrolet Equinox. Less than 10 minutes after I sent the e-mail, Crane Chevrolet - Mark Crosby called me. I set up an appointment for Tuesday - went in with my GMC Envoy - Mark Crosby, the Sales Manager, The Service Manager and the Business Manager took time to explain everything about the Lease Return and then I test drove 4 or 5 Chevrolet cars, including the Equinox. Mark kept in touch with me via e-mail and telephone and this Saturday, June 18th, I not only turned in my 2008 GMC Envoy but drove off in my new Equinox. The Sales and Service Team went over everything about my new Equinox. The business manager reviewed all my options for additional warranties that was available. Mark Crosby spent an additional 2 hours showing me all the mechanical and electronic devises in the car and how to operate them.Being a 62 year old woman, I was very nervous - but The Crane Chevrolet staff of Clifton, New Jersey walked me through the process step by step. It was probably the best experience I have had with purchasing this car. I felt like I was purchasing a Mercedes Benz - that is how wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable the Staff at Crane Chevrolet was.Just to make sure, I asked my brother to come with me to get the car and I must say he was very happy. I leased a 2011 Chevy Volt back in April 2011 and just hit the 2000 mile mark using only 3.2 gallons of gas! I commute 16 miles each way to work and so far Ive been averaging about 43 miles on a full electric charge. The 3.2 miles I did run on gas, averaged about 42 mile per gallon. So far the vehicle has more than surpassed my expectations. The folks at Crane Chevrolet have also surpassed my expectations in a dealership. From the initial test drive to day of delivery, they truly give you V.I.P. service from the sales personnel to the service department. Ive purchased over 20 different vehicles over the course of approximately 34 years and this one is by far the best sales experience I have ever had while purchasing a car. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark Crosby and Lou Tripoldi during my visits and they treated me more like a friend than a customer. Mark was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the Volt and the best salesperson I have ever dealt with.I will definitely be returning to Crane for my next vehicle confident that I will receive the same outstanding service and treatment!

My girlfriend left a large deposit on a used car.The next day said she did not want to buy the used car.Was told buy the manager she would get some of her money back when and if they sell it to someone else.This is just plain larceny.I would tell anyone who reads this to not go near this shady dealership.I hope Chevy takes action it makes it look bad.Now it is up to the courts to get the money back from these thieves. I contacted this dealership because I was looking for a specific vehicle. I used to buy from another dealer and was talking to them when the salesperson accidentally mentioned that Crane Chevrolet had the vehicle I was looking for. So I went on their site and found the internet managers name. He was very friendly and helpful. I explained that I had credit issues and he said stop in and let's see how we can help you. No high pressure pitch at all!When I got there he showed me the truck and several others that were similar and I picked the one I wanted. We went and worked out the price and that I was happy with and then we discussed my credit situation. The other dealer wanted to get my credit info right away to see how much they could make off of me! Mark introduced me to the Business Manager Joe and a short time later I was driving home in my new Colorado a very happy man. When I got home I had a couple of questions so I called Mark the next day. he answerd my questions and suggested I stop back in to go over some more of my questions in person so I could see exactly what he was talking about. He even got the service director Luke out to go over something he wasn't 100% sure about. I like that he went the extra step to make sure I was getting my questions answered correctly. I will recommend them to everyone!

I recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado Z71 and the dealership lost me after my first service appointment. Not only were they incompetent at following simple instructions, they were lead by a General Manager TOM that made sure I will not spend another dollar at his dealership, all over a $100 part that his service department made a mistake on. My truck came with a contractor package that the dealer installed only for the bed rail protectors to fall off two weeks later. I had contacted the dealership and informed them about the faulty bed rail protectors, and I was informed that it must have been the wax coating on the vehicle that caused the sticky tape not to stay on. I scheduled an appointment to have the bed rail protectors replaced and informed the service representative Dennis to contact me when they were going to work on the truck, in order for me to tell them where to notch the bed rail protectors, around the light bar that had been installed. I waited until 4pm and didnt receive a call so I drove to the dealership to find two technicians working on my bed rail protectors. One side had been cut so badly that we decided not to use and the other side we cut and placed on while I was there. I was told they would order a new one and reschedule to have it replaced. I stopped by 6(six) days later and found out they had 4 pairs of bed protectors in stock however the general manager TOM would not replace them.I do not understand, how I ask for them to contact me before they work on my truck and they fail to call me. The part was ruined and was not used on my vehicle; however the dealership would not replace it. This dealership has seen the last of my money and if you want to be taken for a ride like I did, I would seriously reconsider your dealer options.

I went to this dealer to test drive a Chevy Camaro to make my mind before purchasing a new car. I also went to test drive Ford Mustang and Dodge Challenger as well, both gave me their cars and I was able to test drive. The guy in the Chevy dealer told me that Camaro is a hot car and I cannot test drive it. I could only test drive it in the parking lot, which is funny, that is a muscle car, I couldn't even put it to second gear in the lot. He told me that it is their managers rule that no test drives for Camaro were allowed. I told him that I wanted to speak with their manager, but he told me that he was not there. (I was pretty sure that he was.) I left him my phone number asking to give it his manager to call me, no one called (one month passed.)The sales person I talked with also did not know anything about the card, did not give me any information. He looked he was very tired and did not want to do anything but just sit and wait for the hours to pass.

It's always tought trying to find someone that you can trust to service your vehicle with. So many places will reccomend too much service, some places don't have qualified technicians working on your vehicle. Since your only real contact after the sale is service having a service writer that knows his stuff and is trustworthy is a must in my opinion. After signing a contract and leaving a 2 grand deposit on a SUV,theday we went to pick up our vehicle we were told by the SErvice Manager that the SUV was sold to someone else.. when we went to the dealership in person, the manager had mastered the art of BEEBADA BEEBAADA BOO and then tried to intimidate us as to a whole other BS excuse for the vehicle not being there. Rude, Shabby dressers, unprofessional and all around dead beats. So very happy to have an attorney already working on this one.
