Kevin in the service department is amazing. He quickly came to my service and addressed all my needs. Jeremiah in sales was amazing at explaining all the new and used inventory here and made sure I didn’t get into something too expensive that I didn’t need. I’m planning on coming back here and working with Jeremiah when I need to trade in my existing vehicle. I strongly suggest if you are looking for a new or used vehicle in the Delray Beach area that you come talk to Jeremiah.

Jonathan has done it again!! He’s beyond exceptional!! I run a boutique in Delray Beach & he had a very nice person from Schumacher pick up my Jeep in the morning & brought it back later that afternoon!! I purchased a radio last year from Schumacher which he covered at absolutely no cost to me. As I’ve said before I am a Schumacher client forever & the main reason is Jonathan & his staff. I just needed my tires repaired and Kevin the service advisor was so helpful! He was very hospitable and even figured out a way to have the car sent to me since I’m a new mom! Service was super quick compared to the other places I’ve been to and got back to me in a timely manner. I will definitely ask for him next time I need service, and pass his name along to my other jeep owners friends. Thanks again Kevin!

My perception on service departments throughout the years have been substandard. However; Schumacher of Delray has defied all odds!! When I brought my vehicle in for servicing, my assigned service provider was currently assisting another customer. As I waited from him to finish up with that client a gentleman by the name of George, another service provider, greeted me. George had advised that he would take care of me from that point forward so I did not have to wait! Long story short there was also an issue with my computer system in my Jeep. **George went above and beyond his duties to accommodate all my needs. My Jeep is less than a year old and in my opinion should not have had any reason to be in the shop other than for its regular scheduled maintenance. However; opposed to making my experience inconvenient and irritating, George made light of the situation. With all this being said OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

I saw a car they had advertised online that I was interested in for my daughter. I put in an online inquiry and received a response almost immediately. I had been looking for a car for a few weeks and inquired online at other dealers but you would be very surprised or maybe not that half the dealers won't even reply. I made an appointment to go check it out and it was a very no nonsense stress free transaction. We were able to negotiate a deal that made everyone happy and a couple hours later the car was in my driveway. Very nice staff there, a HUGE selection, very comfortable, and most importantly, no games. Before you go anywhere else, go to Schumacher Delray and ask for Craig Sabarese and he will take good care of you. I plan on purchasing my next vehicle here!!!

First off, Louis Hart is the greatest! He's patient, caring and wants to be the best salesman he can be. In this situation, for me, going back and fourth between a lease and purchase was one of my concerns as well as the color and though it all Louis was overall a huge help! I was very indecisive, since it was my first purchase of a SUV and not once did he make me feel rushed. After finally picking the perfect color- Sandstone- and 6 hours later it was time to finally get the paper work done. Louis never let me feel like I was taking up too much of his time or that I was taking to long, which is important when making such a huge purchase. He patiently worked with me and my mom while negotiating the price, which gave my a peace of mind because we are very money conscious when making vehicle purchases. He knew how much I wanted the SUV and I felt that he wanted it for me too. Prior to coming to this Schumacher in Delray, I was at another Jeep in Stuart and they were AWFUL! I mean, pure AWFUL! For me to drive almost a hour to go to the Jeep in Delray was a big deal and when I tell you it was WORTH it!! My first lease came from Schumacher VW and mother has recently purchased another car from Schumacher VW, so this isn't our first rodeo with Schumacher. We LOVE being apart of the Schumacher family and ALL future purchases will be done with Schumacher. More specifically, if possible, Louis. He is now my go-to man, whether I have questions about my Grand Cherokee or referring someone who wants a vehicle from Schumacher Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep! I hope he continues to get the recognition he deserves! Thank again, Louis and the rest of you at Schumacher Delray!

This was the easiest and least pressure car buying experience I've every had. Ed was a pleasure to deal with and I would readily send friends and family to Schumacher without hesitation. As a bonus, I signed up for road hazard insurance and ended up getting a screw at the junction of my sidewall and tread 2 days after buying the car. Schumacher replaced the tire ($250) for free while I waited.

I walked into this dealership based on a direct referral to salesman Corey Livermore. I had never purchased a car from the, but definitely would again! Corey was fantastic - stayed with us through every step of the process through the end. I recently moved to the area with my 2014 F150 CC 4X4. Found that the Schumacher Lincoln store was very close to my job but was concerned about the previous reviews. I decided to take a chance to save time to get my recommended maintenance. I was pleasantly surprised form the initial call to the actual visit. No appointments needed! They had me in and out ahead of my estimate. The staff very welcoming and even helped me get acquainted to the area. I have been to Ford/Lincolns stores across the country and this is one the best! If you haven't tried them lately..you ought too!

I recently made a purchase of a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan at Schumacher of Delray and couldnt have been more pleased! I visited this same location three years ago and had a much better experience this time around. I was immediately greeted with a smile at the front desk, and the same when I departed. My salesman Louis Hart was absolutely AMAZING, and very knowledgeable on all of his available products. He took his time to explain all the features on many different models and had the patience of a saint with my many questions. Louis and his financing department worked rigorously to find me a vehicle that not only fit the demanding needs for my family, but also insuring that it would fit into my very strict financial needs. My son was also treated as they say "Family". He was given coloring books and lollipops to make his experience just as enjoyable, and insuring my sanity. :) I would defiantly recommend this dealership and salesman, Louis Hart to all of my friends and family.

The customer service at this dealership is despicable....after the purchase, of course once they had our money, we were promised floor mats by Craig. When we call to follow up with them there is no answer and no one calls back.In addition, we were due a 100 dollar refund, one month later still no refund and no one will call us back after multiple calls and messages to several different people.Our sales rep Dave was great, his manager and the finance team TERRIBLE.

Made an appointment for 7:30 am for oil and filter change, recall change in computer, fix seat controls and check battery. The job was not completed until 5:45pm at which point I couldn't obtain the work order because one tech hadn't added his time. I asked Cindy Billock if she could at least provide me with the part number on oil and filter. She left me for a moment at cashier and came back and stated because there was not charge for this oil change the a part numbers would not be provided, the work order would just state: Diesel oil and filter. NOT TRUE, when I finally obtained the work order the next day IT DID have part numbers for both oil and filter. Tim Duran himself did not understand why the work order was not released to me upon completion. I don't understand the sense in making an appointment if they just put you off the whole day. Why not be forth right and say leave the vehicle for the day. Three employees gave me the same bogus excuse, well if you left the premises they would just move others in front of yours. If I left the premises, that doesn't mean I do not have a schedule of my own. It was certainly a bogus excuse. After picking up the vehicle that evening, we check the oil, it was not changed (black as when we brought it in). Cindy Billock was contacted the next morning and she stated she watched the service man drain and change the oil. NOT TRUE We went back and seen Tim Duran, he looked at the dip stick and had no question the oil had not been changed. They also provided a Mopar Vehicle Checkup, where they provide this check list that had checks in the green For OK for all fluids, tires, battery, etc. after looking under the hood and observing the coolant being well below minimum (hot then again when cold) I wonder if they had checked anything. Tim Duran personally seen that the oil and filter was changed the next day. And other fluids in the check list where topped off. Tim ended up making it right BUT this should NOT have happened. We spent 1 1/2 days getting some simple service. I suggest everyone check under the hood to make sure your service is provided.

I have a brand new 2015 Chrysler 300S that came from the factory with two different headlights, I alerted the dealer of this in March 2015 3 days after I took the car home.. They keep telling me Chrysler is sending the correct headlight to match. It is now September and still no headlight or call. Hard to believe this matter is not solved. Very frustrating! I get no satisfaction on the dealers part which when you call all you get is voice mails. Never a live person.

The service department is PATHETIC. My vehicle broke down on a monday and i called to have it towed in. They said they would look at that afternoon. They did not look at it until friday and charged me for a rental vehicle for those 5 days it sat there doing nothing. Then they would not cover the repair under warranty. This is a 2015 vehicle and there should not have been any question that it was a warranty repair. I had it towed out of there to a much better, reputable dealership. HIGHLY ADVICE TO NEVER USE FOR SERVICE!!!!

I would not advise buying a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a vehicle from this dealership and it was a nightmare. I had an OTD price of 27,500 and they told me to order the Subaru I wanted they required that I put down a 1k downpayment after I made the payment they gave me an email confirmation that now I only owed 26,500 for the vehicle. The night before we picked up our vehicle I called Sal the salesman to go over the pricing so thee was no surprises. When met Sal at a 11 A.M. Sal tried to say it was 27,500+1k down payment. He tried for over an hour to convince me that I need to pay another 1k for the vehicle. Yet I showed him my receipt and email confirmation. Then after 1 hour 1/2 they finally agreed to the price that we already had an OTD price of. When we had to fax document to my bank I saw the black board with my name on it showing it was for 27,500-1k for the down payment. So then I knew Sal intentionally tied to charge me 1k extra. This should of been the warning. When we ordered the vehicle we paid extra for a feature of the cali emissions called the PZEV I have paper trail that the dealership said this vehicle had that. Yet it didn't since the 15's are a new generation and just came out Sal used that to falsely allege that this vehicle was a PZEV when we confronted him to why vehicle did not have the PZEV symbol. Sal lied some more and said Subaru decided all the 15 outbacks will have the PZEV therefore there is no reason to put the symbol on the vehicle since it is standard. He compared it to the backup camera he said you don't see a symbol on the car saying it has this feature do you? Still skeptical Sal then had this mechanic lie for him and tell us Sal is correct this is a PZEV vehicle when he knew it wasn't. So then we pointed out scratches on the vehicle Sal ensured us it was just glue marks yet we pointed out that this was not glue marks. Sal lied again and said to protect the cars because they come from Japan Subaru sprays the cars down with a light glue and this protects the vehicle. at the end Sal admitted these were scratches yet put the vehicle in the bay shop. Yet he never got the scratches out. So then we have an audio recording from the dealership saying they would pay to have the scratches repaired. So when I sent Daniel Blackburn the audio recording he said yes even though we had agreed to repair the scratches because Mr. Kaplun doesn't work here what he said is a moot point. So then I filed a complaint though the state of Florida flhsmv. then the dealership left a message saying they would repair the scratches. Yet when the state of florida Flhsmv closed the case the dealership owner Mr. Young said since the case is closed we renege our offer. So then I called the state of Florida and they reopened up the case then the dealership lied to them so they closed it then they reopened it for a 3rd time. The Dealership tried to force me to drive without a tag when I tried to advocate to get one Mr. Dwight Anderson the finance manager said drive back to Tampa slowly so you will not get pulled over by the police for not having a tag, yet my father who is 72 confronted Dwight and said we are not taking the vehicle without a tag. Dwight got into my fathers face and said "listen old white man" I am in charge and your not getting one do you understand" then Dwight almost shoved my father into the wall I had to get into the middle to prevent Dwight from causing my father bodily harm injury. This is a Shady Dealership and the owner is very shady. When I confronted him about why they agreed to repair the scratches and renegged he went to his attorney which said I am not authorized to contact him or anyone else or it will be considered harassment. Yet trying to have me drive without a tag and trying to shove a senior into a wall and trying to charge me 1k more and everything else that happened. I am the victim not the victimizer the dealership should be embarrassed it should be closed down. Do not buy a Subaru or any other vehicle from this Dealership. Run..... as fast as you can from this dealership .

I have nothing but praise for the entire Team at Delray Motors. I purchased a brand new 2014 Jeep Compass on the July 6th and could not be happier with it. It looks great and drives really smooth and most importantly I feel very safe with all the safety features included in the package. Sales Consultant Allen Gallagher knew everything about the vehicle and helped me go through the configurations and was even willing to help me pair my phone so that when I left the dealership everything was working perfectly. John Hertling did a great job setting me up with the purchase at the exact price I was looking for and it was a quick and easy process. I strongly recommend this dealership. Low mileage and could pass as new. The carfax was accurate with no reported damages and the vehicle had no unreported damage.Worked with Gary for the vehicle inspection, test drive and purchase. Gary was very personable and pleasant to deal with. We bought a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan on Wednesday night and told the salesman that we were coming back tomorrow to but the exact same model but in a different color. When we arrived we test drove the vehicle and started the paper work, then we noticed that it was not the same exact van. we brought this to the attention to the salesman that we were dealing with and it did not seam to matter and told us that the deal could not be undone. We went back the following day and started dealing with salesman Alan Gallagher, who was very concerned about this and started to help us to get want we wanted. He went to the sales manager's Mitch Beverly, John Hertling & Jim Schroeder. All four of these people took this matter to heart and got us exactly what we should have got and wanted. They were all very professional and personable. I would recommend this dealership and this staff to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. We also can not say enough about Richard Bernas, the finance person that we dealt with on all three vehicles. He was especially nice when he had to undo the one vehicle that we did not want and redo all the paper work again for the one that we did originally wanted. My wife and I recently bought a used a Chevy Equinox from Rob. We live in Miami and after a month of shady places, lies, and sales tactics we took a trip up to Delray motors for a car we saw advertised online. Rob greeted us, let us drive the car and gave us the total price, no hidden fees or gimmicks. After a couple of days my wife and I decided the car Rob showed us was right for us. He helped to work within our budget and take extra off the already low internet price. Overall the whole experience was great. Worth the trip out of Miami. Despite coming in on a really crowded and busy morning, I was greeted promptly with a smile by the service advisor Frank Santilli. Read your lease carefully. They are scam artist. Its my fault for not understanding leases fully, but now I do. I would never use this dealership again nor recommend them to anyone. The finance manager is a a**hole. They definitely took advantage. They know they did and the best part is now I cant do anything about. Have had the car for a month. Sold me a car that at the end of my lease I will be paying $11000 more then sticker if I wanted to buy it. Worst dealership ever. I will be doing everything in my power to spread the word believe that.

Nothing that comes out of this sales persons (Frank B.) mouth is true. Everything is a lie & deceiving. He lies so much that he doesn't even remember his own lies. Dustin (the other sales person) was ok to deal with initially but he never follows through nor return your calls or e e mails. The service department is the worst i have ever dealt with. No one ever picks up the phone even when u have them paged. Dealing with the manager Rob wasn't any better & after speaking with him I knew why this dealership runs the way it does. In one word i can describe this dealer (T H I E V E S).I purchased my car with about extra options. I was supposed to get 35" tires. To my surprise they gave me 32". Until now im still waiting for someone to call me to have this corrected but so far no one did.Richard (the finance guy). His attitude changed completely when i refused to purchase the extra warranty & dealing with an attitude like his is horrific.Run for ur life & read all the negative reviews before attempting to go there. I sho030nu9s9b5uld've read the reviews prior to purchasing my car. I would never recommend this dealer.

On Wednesday afternoon, before Thanksgiving (& before a road trip to the Tampa area for Thanksgiving Day) we had to take my 2010 Caliber in unexpectedly.One of the symptoms I was describing was VERY odd & needed a certain combination of things to recreate it. Frank listened & wrote down what we were saying.There was no way we could have the car looked at, let alone fixed that day, so we had to rent a vehicle for Thanksgiving in Tampa.Frank was reassuring as I was likely evidently a bit stressed because of our commitment to family to be in Tampa for Thanksgiving Day. He promised to give us an update on Friday after Thanksgiving, which he did and ultimately they were able to get parts from another area dealer & get my car fixed before closing on Friday.This could have dragged on over the holiday weekend and that would have cost us a lot in car rental fees. About a month ago I spotted a beautiful 2015 Dodge Challenger at this dealership and put down a $500 deposit, ensuring that they would notify me first if anyone else was interested in buying it while I explored other options ( I was still in the very early stages of shopping).I'm a very indecisive person to begin with and am even more so when it comes to cars. I keep them for a long time so they are a big commitment for me. As such, it took about a month to finally decide that the Challenger was indeed the car for me. Christopher Day was my sales rep and even though I had originally told him I'd be ready to buy in a week or two, he was very patient and understanding throughout the process, never trying any hard-sell techniques or pushing me to make a decision before I was ready.The night before we were ready to make the purchase I came across this website and read these reviews. I had had a negative experience with a Jeep/Dodge dealership up north just a few years ago, so I was almost swayed me to look for another dealership.I'm glad I didn't. The next day we were able to hammer out a deal in no time at all. They gave me a very fair deal on my trade-in and exactly the financing that I expected. It was the most pleasant and hassle free car-buying experience I've ever had. There were no hidden fees, silly up-sells, or "convenient" thousand dollar mistakes in the paperwork. Throughout it all, Chris was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. At the end of it all he walked me through every feature of the fully-detailed car with a full tank of gas. (Hard to believe those last two things would come as a surprise, but that was not the case with the Jeep dealership up north).All in all, a great experience and I hope their service department can carry the torch in the years to come.

These people are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They sold me a new car in September of '13 and it is a LEMON! Delray Dodge consistently orders the wrong repair parts, their technicians miss service items and they even damaged my car causing $1000 in body work to be done to it. My car has been in their shop for over two months since I've bought the car. Their dealership refuses to deal with the situation appropriately. When I complained they even blocked and deleted my comments from their Facebook page. STAY AWAY FROM DELRAY DODGE AND DELRAY MOTORS!! Buy cars from anywhere else!! They are the worst people I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with!!

Most horrible experience I ever had. Purchase my new Jeep from this dealer in July 2013. I decided to opt for the leather seats which needed to be swapped out. First visit, wrong seat covers were installed, second visit was to show them wrong covers were installed (someone else needed to see this). Third visit was to get the problem corrected.Now it really begins.... December 2013 they had my car for 11 days!. There was paint chipping on the inside of the door, back of seats were coming apart, piece of plastic on side of seat caught my child's finger, and brakes squeaking to name a few.Eleven days later when I picked up my car it had been driven for 10 miles, it was covered with tree sap all over the car, and the roof of the car was dented. They did not even offer to wash the car.Drove the car for 1 day, and the break squeaking occurred again. I was told by the service manager that "I should take my car to another dealer, as there is nothing wrong". One day I was in the area an popped in. I took the service manager for a ride, where he heard the brake problem. He never apologized for what he said about taking the car elsewhere. They did finally fix the brake problem. Yet, I am waiting 4 months now to have this dent repaired.DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.....RUN FAST FROM THIS DEALER!

Drove 3 hours after confirming they had the vehicle I was looking for,, upon arrival they told me the vehicle had just been sold to a dealer 10 miles from my house in Fort Myers... They tried to rectify the situation, but dropped the ball. Unorganized group and no wonder they have low review. I gave them a chance and they blew it...

Horrible experience! My wife and wanted to buy a Chrysler Town and Country. The sales person was nice enough as we visited twice to consider buying a Chrysler or Honda. We decided on the Chrysler because the price we were given in writing was better then the Honda. We were given pricing at the dealership during the second visit in writing. Over the weekend we decided we would move forward and we finalized the vehicle to be purchased. The dealer had to get the car from another dealer. I was sent via email the window sticker with the final price of the car in BIG BOLD WRITING. I asked the salesman to get all the paperwork complete prior to my arrival. He insisted I just come in and get everything done. The salesman didn't want to do anything until I arrived.When I arrived the salesman started the paperwork. Upfront they asked me for a deposit on the car with my credit card. I was happy to give them a deposit but insisted on the breakdown of pricing. Multiple times I was told you will get it soon. When they finally provided me with the pricing it was $1,000 more then the price we agreed upon. When I explained the pricing was different both the salesperson and the finance manager said this was the price with taxes and rebates for five minutes. Eventually the Chrysler team noticed it was different and said " oh, we made a clerical error, it is an honest mistake". I told them I came in to buy a car based on the price they agreed on and started walking out. While walking out I poked my head into the General Managers office and said " When you sell someone a car you shouldn't try raising the price on signing by $1,000 and act like it is a mistake". His comment back was "We only make 2% on the car and it is a waste of our time." He didn't deny they tried to raise the price. It got heated and I went down the street and bought a Honda. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM DELRAY CHRYSLER!

Have had nothing but problems with this dealership on their service. I bought the car in NC but live in FL so Maroone was my local dealer. When my 02 Dodge Dakota was about 6 months old I heard a noise in the front end and since we were in NC we took it back to the dealer we bought it from. The diagnosed the problem but since we were leaving and they didn't have the part in stock they let us know what we needed. When I brought it to Maroone they didn't want to hear that it was the ball joints and the control arms (maybe because there had just been a recall on the same parts!!!) They kept telling me they didn't hear a noise - but as soon as I would drive off it would do it again. Finally the end of my 36k warranty was coming and they finally heard the noise but said it was my serpentine belt - the noise went away. Well then my engine light came on last Dec, so I made an appointment with Maroone for service and it sat there ALL day and NO ONE looked at it. I was leaving out of town the next day so I couldn't let it stay another day - I figured I had an appointment they should have at least looked at the truck. The next day I called to make another appointment and of course no one answered so I left a message - no return call. A few months later I make an appointment to get it looked at - so I take the day off work and they call and CANCEL the appointment. Last week the truck started making an awful squeaking noise and the engine light was still on so I made an appointment for Arrigo and have already been treated so much better by them. They found that the Fuel Pump Seal is bad and the ball joints and control arms are no good (just what I told Maroone was wrong with the truck 4 years ago!!) and they also found that the rear wheel cylinder is leaking hydrolic fluid something I didn't even bring it in for. Since they don't have the ball joints in stock it will be in service over the weekend. I have the extended warranty and it covers a rental and they were nice enough to take care of that for me - Maroone would never have offered that - especially since they can't even look at the vehicle even if you have an appointment!!
