I made the appointment early afternoon an took the car in. Check in was easy and I was informed there was a bit of a backup and it would take about 1.5 hours. Thankfully it was ready in just over 1 hour and the vehicle inspection noted everything was in good order. The tires were topped off as well as the windshield washer fluid. This is the closest VW dealership to my home so I will be sure to return there for future service.

We came here because I lost my wedding ring under the seat. We talked with Doreen Preshlock, she was amazing she got right down laid on the concrete was trying so hard to help us and was very understanding and sympathetic! Wow she was the best! Anyway they had my seat off found the ring in 5 minutes this is the place to go for ANY service need! I've been to many places with no one as nice, sweet, kind and caring as she was toward us! Highly recommend if you need to go ask for Doreen! Excellent customer service she deserves a raise!

Bought two vehicles over weekend, 2016 Beetle for me and 2016 Golf SportsWagen for my husband. Because we had loyalty points accumulated over the years (23 plus as customer, and purchased 2001 Beetle years ago) we were able to get a Muddy Buddy liner for the new Golf...Eric had one in stock, (and ordered thelittle.bud vase for the Beetle) and next day Dennis was able to find and order one for my Beetle. The guys werehelpful, knowledgeable and friendly to us and know their merchandise, and service for delivery of the aboveitems was very quick, overnight in one case, in stock the other. We obviously are happy with Schumacher as they also took over the defunct Saturn dealership, which is how my husband originally became a customer toobut now we both are in the VW family and very happy with the product, the staff, and departments offered.

When I brought my car in for routine service I was in for a treat. At first there seemed to have been a mix -up regarding my appointment and what I thought was going to be a pain in the neck turned out to be the best service I have received in many years at a dealership. Jim Liantonio must have seen a distressed look on my face because he came over and told me everything was going to go well and I would have he best of care. He was great. Next, I was introduced to Cyndi C who is The Volkswagen Queen. She solved a problem that I had with my Passat (for three years) in five minutes. She knows those cars inside and out. Cindy gave us a reasonable quote for what a 60000 mile checkup might cost, she booked the car for service on the day I requested, she said it would not take long, I added that there was a buzzing noise in the air fan, she let us know they found a problem with the fan and what it would cost to replace it. She delivered the car finished, washed and at the cost as projected. We were indeed, very pleased.

The beginning of my visit was a disaster. I drove up and spoke with the rudest service rider ever. Cindy was her name. Every question I asked was a NO can't help you. Maybe because it was an older vehicle or it was 4:00 pm not sure. I drive a 08 VW Passat Wagon and trust me if they made a newer model I would so get one. But she was so rude. I left and called the service Manager and he stated he would help and to turn back so I did. That's when Patrick Casey came to the rescue. He was very informative and helped me with everything she said she couldn't. He called everyday with updates and answers from the warranty company as far as covering the repairs. He went above and beyond . As far as Cindy , I heard you have been there forever maybe it's time to retire because clearly this job is not for you. Thanks to the young girl behind Patrick in the same office. She was also kind and very helpful. You guys rock!!!!

Started my day at 7:20 a.m. with a dead battery! Had the car jump started and got it to the dealership - Doreen got me back on the road within an hour! If there is anything negative to say - it would be about VW. This is my second CC and the batteries and tires on both vehicles did not last. My experience at the Schumacher Volkswagen on Northlake Blvd has only been about the service department. I have been there on two occasions and both experiences have been excellent. Cindy, the service personnel that I have delt with both times is a genuine, kind, honest, and extremely helpful. I had been to other mechanics in recent years and I was not happy with their results...that's how I ended up at this particular dealer and I refuse to go anywhere else for any service needs. It is great having to work with the same service person for the past 10 to 12 years. She knows my VW cars as well as me. She is very cordial, she is great at explaining the repairs and providing me status of the work. She also understands my wanting to limit expenses or working with me to spread the work over time. It is really great that Schumacher has managed to keep good people around. I have some Honda vehicles as well and deal with a new person just about every time i bring my cars in for service.

Service at Schumacher Volkswagen was good and personnel was very helpfull. My mayor issue has been with the car itself. With 5 year and 66000 miles I have had problems with an Air sensor, the right door locking mechanism, and last but not least, the ABS hydraulic unit. None of which has been cheap. This contradicts the so called German engineering of DAS AUTO that VW advertises so much. Frankly I will think twice before buying another VW again.

The financing special was what drew us in. We were looking for a car, since ours was 13 years old. The online services were great. Follow up online by Anthony A was great. Just 'pushy' enough without going overboard. We worked with Nikko, he was greatn in helping us with the deal we wanted. Overall a great experience.

Please recognize service manager Cindi Cicioni's efforts helping resolve an ongoing air conditioning problem with my 2012 TDI Jetta. This was my third scheduled service visit within 2 months for the same issue. Her persistence with the aftermarket warranty company (Fidelity) is what finally convinced them to authorize the replacement of my compressor. I believe they were reluctant to approve as problem was intermittent. My Platinum warranty covered all components, contingent upon proving the part failure. I'm not impressed with the extended warranty company Fidelity as they have proven to make repairs difficult by necessitating on site inspection before authorizing parts replacement. Her efforts undoubtably saved us valuable time not having to write letters disputing the contractual technicalities. Bottom line, the vehicles ac appears to be working great as we go into our summer season. Knowing this gives me a sense of relief as many upcoming business trips with associates are planned.

Jon made the purchase experience a pleasure. He was polite & knowledgeable. Still have issues with after-market install of Sound/Nav/Back-Up Camera install. Camera doesn't work with 2014 Beetle - this was not disclosed to me until I had returned to the dealership to get it resolved. I will be going back again next week to have the camera replaced with one that will work. Not happy that the installation people did not inform me up front of this problem, which apparently was known to them.

i MADE THE DECISION TO BUY A NEW VEHICLE FROM SCHUMACKER ON NORTH LAKE BLVD OR FROM THE HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP ACROSS FROM SCHUMACKER. I FIRST VISITED SCHUMACKER WITH MY WIFE AND WE WERE SHOWN AROUND BY SUSAN SCHMIDT AFTER WE EXPLAINED WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR IN TERMS OF TYPE OF VEHICLE AND PRICE. SUSAN SHOWED US THE VOLKS PASSAT & JETTA AS WELL AS A CHEVY. WE LIKED THE PASSAT VERY MUCH. SUSAN THEN TOOK US INSIDE AND GAVE US SOME PRICING ON LEASING AND FINANCING. AND THEN I TEST DROVE THE PASSAT. WE THEN WENT TO THE HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP ACROSS THE ROAD AND TEST DROVE THE ELANTRA, A VERY NICE VEHICLE. AND AFTER AN HOUR OF NON-STOP PRESSURE AND STRESS WE LEFT. I MAKE NO FURTHER COMMENT. AFTER HAVING LUNCH WE WENT BACK TO SCHUMACKER , SAT WITH SUSAN AND CLINCHED THE DEAL TO BUY THE JETTA . Picked up our Passat SEL TDI today (3/21). Entire experience was very professional unlike the vast majority of car dealers in South Florida. Didn't "attack" us as we got out of our car as so many of the dealers do. Easy to work with. Sat in a quiet office not at a table in the middle of the showroom as we did at Toyota and Kia. No low balling, no hidden fees. Worked with us on my lease to get the best price. Would recommend this dealer. Worth driving from Saint Lucie West (50 miles).

When I explained this to Jim, and offered to come in at another time, not only did he tell me he would get me out on time, but he did even better, and got me out way before my time. I have been "Duped" by the "Buy here pay here" car lots in the past and I have never owned a "New" car before, so I was very excited when I got my pre approval from my bank for an auto loan. I went straight from work to the North Palm Beach VW to look at the Jetta I had seen online. I was completely let down when I was informed by my bank that they messed up my paper work and I would not be able to get the car right then... I would have to resubmit everything and wait a day or two AGAIN! Clark and Steve told me I could do financing through VW and started on my paperwork while Steve took us (My husband and I) on a test drive. After Steve explained all of the wonderful things VW has to offer, I was sold! As a mother buying her first brand new car I was especially impressed with the safety features, and the warranty/insurance options. For everything this car has to offer, the price is excellent! I got the financing through VW and drove home in my 2014 VW Jetta! My husband will be returning soon to buy a new truck that he had his eye on... I will be recommending Schumacher Volkswagen to everyone I know! On a side note.. My husband and I had just gotten off of work and were still in our work clothes. I somewhat expected some funny looks or "not so helpful" assistance. We were both very pleased with the help we received right away. We didn't feel uncomfortable at all.The show room was beautiful..They offered us assistance and a beverage as soon as we entered..Steve and Clark were both EXTREMELY helpful and understanding under the circumstances.. I think I'm going to bake them both a cake! All of the employees there were very professional and courteous... The car is amazing..The price is amazing...When the time comes, I will be returning to Schumacher on Northlake for another VW!

My last service and repair work this past week was fine and Cindi was my rep for the first time. My comments that follow and my rating above refer to my overall experience with past service done at Schumacher VW............I've had problems with the quality of your service center:After several past visits they were unable to diagnose a dented custom wheel that came on the Passat (that I purchased from you). The salesman told me at the time of my purchase that the original owner ordered the custom wheels at the time he purchased the car new at Schumacher. I bought it with about 2300 miles on it, essentially a new car. I had been going through tires much too soon and one wheel was losing air at a very fast rate over an extended time. I had Schumacher look for the problem a couple of times without resolution so I went to a wheel specialist in Jupiter who immediately found and fixed the problem, a dented rim, for $100. He told me my constant poor ride quality was because the custom wheels should have hub rings because they did not properly fit the axles. I went to Custom Wheels in WPB for hub rings and they found that the wheel bolts were also not the correct ones for the custom wheels and they corrected that problem by selling me new bolts. They also told me that I only had to do half the brake work that Schumacher's diagnostic service listed to be a necessity. Custom Wheels in WPB fixed all the problems during one visit. Schumacher's service center caused me to have a less than great ride from my car for many years and I don't appreciate that! I hope you fix these glaring deficiencies in the quality of your car care center as I continue to come to you because of the convenient location of the shop. I have spent many thousands of dollars for repair work at Schumacher during the past few years on my Passat and it's quite unfortunate that I do not have a VW service center nearby that I can rely on for quality work and honest transactions.

Schuhmacher's service is normally pleasant and efficient. They give me a ride to work and normally have the car by the afternoon. The last time my car had to stay in the shop for 2 days to get parts. Cindy organized a loaner. She's a pleasure to deal with.

I was greeted right away upon arriving. Since I live 30 miles away I asked that I have my car back by a specific time...which I got. Also was taken by shuttle to nearby mall to spend the time. B my car was cleaned when they returned it and all and all, my experience was very pleasant.

Arrived on time for a scheduled safety recall repair for my 2008 VW Tiguan. The young gentleman said it would probably take about 1.5 hours for the repair so he offered for the shuttle to take me to the nearest department store. After sitting in the very uncomfortable waiting area at the dealership for over an hour, the shuttle never showed, and I was told they didn't have the parts to fix my vehicle. How can a dealership not have the parts for a safety recall???? It's beyond my understanding, and unfortunately I have to take more time off to go back to the dealership. When I made the appointment, I specifically said it was for the recall, and the woman who took my appointment seemed well aware of the fuse/plug recall. Needless to say, I'm pretty annoyed but not surprised.

Hands-down this is the best car buying experience I've ever had! My spouse bought a car from Tyler the week prior. I had been looking for a car for quite some time hadn't settled yet on what I wanted & was in no hurry to buy. Tyler is the reason I purchased from Schumacher. This guy is gold! Zero pressure. So unlike every dealership I walked away from. The car felt like a bonus! I'm loving the car!!! This is my first VW & first Certified car purchase. If all goes well it won't be the last.

My experience was excellent but I have one concern. I was there to have my headliner replaced and now the sunglasses holder in my roof falls open all the time. It was fine before. I haven't had time to come back because this is not critical but wanted you to know.

I had purchased several vehicles in the past and then several years ago when attempting to purchase a used srt 8 Grand Cherokee I had a very bad experience and did revive a personal apology letter from Mr Schumacher. I hadn't returned to the dealer until I met the two sales associates that I worked with during this purchase! Niko and Mike are truly exemplary employees and should be commended for there work ethic and dedication to the product and the dealership. In my opinion they are both the epitome of the perfect employee for a sales and people driven business. You should do your best to not only keep but encourage and promote such employees so as to not loose them. I had a very positive experience in my first purchase at this dealership. I saw an add for a vehicle I wanted for my son. I made an email inquiry and received a call and email within approximately twenty (20) minutes. I was directed to the Northlake Dealership as it is where the vehicle I wanted to see was located and it is near my home. I was directed to the sales manager and a salesman was assigned to me to drive the car. Taylor was very personable and knowledgeable on the vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles and am rather direct in my approach. He appreciated that and spared me any typical sales rhetoric. We negotiated the deal in a pleasant manner and in a direct fashion. The purchase was completed in a couple of hours. Taylor and Ryan were professional and personable without any sales pressure. The dealership appeared to run very smoothly and efficiently. Ira, in the finance department, was equally efficient and pleasant. My experience with the dealership was very positive and I certainly would consider purchasing another vehicle there when my younger son is ready.

My experience with the Internet team and rest of the sales staff couldn't have been easier. From Anthony responding to an on-line inquiry with a great price and making arrangements to bring the car to the location closer to my office, to Brian's courtesy call as a reminder, to the professionalism of Nick handling the transaction and TJ making the paperwork as painless as possible. Nick stayed after the dealership had closed to help clean out my trade-in and to make sure I was familiarized with the new vehicle. There was even an added plus of the dealer having an insurance agent that handled the transfer of one vehicle to the other on my policy. This was one of the easiest auto buying experiences that I can remember.
