We were treated by our sales rep John with professionalism !! He was very patient and knowledgeable!!! He was the nicest sales rep we have ever dealt with in all our years of purchasing cars from Scott Robinson!!! I would recommend anyone looking for a car to ask for John when visiting the dealership!! Tamer, on the other hand, a fast talker who I feel like after the sale never returned my phone calls No follow up from him!! He told me I was getting the extended warranty and I ended up paying for it.

Received specific quote over the Internet via email for a CRV lease. When I went to the dealership (after spending two hours there) I was told that they could not do the deal. I asked to have the sales manager call me. No call. I sent a letter to the General Manager asking for a call. Crickets. Called again and was told that in spite of the specific quote received that they would not lease me the car at that price. I am considering legal action.

been there on both locations a few times with my old Civic 2002 for maintenance and repair, and every time i go there i feel welcome and really as if they know me long ago last week i was met with Sean who took the time to inspect my car and the needed repair as well as explaining the problem. i decided to go for a new car, i met Troy who took the time to show me around at first i wanted a pre-owned then i decided to go for the new Civic Ex. he was very helpful and he made his best to help me get the best possible offer the can't be resisted as well as the monthly payment the suites my budget. I was ready to buy a 2015 CRV EX FWD. I did my research at numerous review sites, Edmunds, and TrueCar. After a truly horrible experience at another dealership, I decided to try Scott Robinson. I contacted the Internet sales department and receive a good quote. The color I wanted was not in stock, but one was on the way. The salesman agreed to hold it for me, and to not allow any dealer AddOns to be installed. When the car arrived, I went in to purchase it. The salesman went off the get the paperwork and as I was about to sign, I see an additional $800 in the price for the dreaded ProPack. This package consists of a set of wheel locks (MSRP about $50), cargo tray (MSRP about $150) and mud guards (MSRP about $100). When I objected, saying that had promised not to install any AddOns, the salesman said (1) they put the package on every car that came on their lot and (2) the dealership would lose money at the quoted price. I felt they were reneging on a promise and that the price they wanted for the ProPack far exceeded MSRP. After some negotiations, we agreed on a price that was more than I initially expected, but one I could live with. After purchase, I discovered a flaw in a window seal and flaws in the paint finish. The service and body departments, once shown the issues, did a good job in fixing them. They were kind enough to provide me with a loaner car for the few days they needed to service the CRV.

Im here at Honda to have my punctured tire replaced or repaired. These two serviceman Frank and Fadhi just turned me off and told me that my tires are not covered even when I have Honda care Sentinel! How can they do that without even checking it out in the system for me or calling Sentinel? I was furious and I called Sentinel myself (instead of them calling for me) and have them talk to Fadhi! Now they are dealing with my tire! The thing is, I pay my monthly due on time, I got my CRV here and bought protection that they sell us for the car and I always come for service for many years and these two guys just spoil it for me. They should not keep these people!

Bunch of xxxxx and unprofessional car salesmen, once you start discussing with them the rates and they realize that you've done your homework and actually know what are you talking about they will show their other REAL face.The first salesman (Jim Cappella) didn't even show up, calming that he was busy with another customer even though we had an appointment with him, then we ended up with another sales guy called "David" who was having hard time inputting our details into the system, after waiting for over 50 mins, he came back with a higher rate and was really rude, he didn't even try to convince us, I'm really disappointed with the way they treat their best and loyal customers who purchased 2 cars from this dealership. Never again!

Normally buying a car is the last thing I ever want to do, right up there with visiting the dentist. Anyway, I walked into Scott Robinson after being truly frustrated at two others dealers. I was greeted by Troy Lapeyrollerie the moment I walked in as he happened to be walking past the main entrance. I told him what I was looking for and he began to show me around the lot. They had two vehicles that I was interested in and I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend that much but we started the process to see if this was feasible for me. I sell and negotiate tech deals for a living so I was prepared to put on my tough guy hat, but to my surprise the entire process was all about what I wanted but I still never let my guard down. Troy escorted me around and introduced me to the Finance guy and again I was ready to enter into a tough negotiation but again it was a very pleasant conversation and I was amazed. These guys really wanted to help me get the best deal possible, from the price to the financing and they even called the bank to negotiate a lower APR than the system spit out, all in order to save me even more money. To top it off I got an amazing bumper to bumper warranty and all of that was lower than the price I had in my head when I walked into the place. I've never had an experience like that buying a car. Troy was great and I wish I remembered the name of the Finance guy but he was awesome too. He explained the entire process and made sure I understood each and every detail. He understood the business and used all of his resources in order to make sure I was happy. By the way I wasn't happy at all going in because I was buying my wife a minivan so there was zero excitement on my end, at first. I'm a gear head, I have 3 motorcycles and a high performance car all of which I like to wrench on myself. I like performance and have customized a bunch of cars, trucks, bikes and SUV's over the years. So you can imaging how I felt buying a freakin' minivan. That being said, if your gonna get a minivan the Odyssey is the minivan to get, it rides like a luxury car and has the power of a sports sedan, it looks pretty good and handles even better. This is a vehicle that can easily fly past you on the highway. So even though I will only drive it once a month I have to admit, I don't think I will hate it. In closing I'd like to say I had as good of an experience as you can have buying a car thanks to the staff, Troy is the kind of guy that I could become personal friends with, The Finance guy really knew his stuff and I honestly felt like he was working for ME. Troy actually came in to meet me on his day off in order to facilitate my buying experience, and it was truly an experience. When I need another car I will come here first. I'd write more if I had the time but I gotta go. Thanks to the team at Scott Robinson, you have a happy customer.

So I was checking out cars this Sunday and was greeted and welcomed by Troy. He was nothing but helpful to me. He let me try out my future car and I mentioned to him that I had about one year left on my accord lease and that I was looking to purchase a new smaller gas efficient civic. He let me test drive my car. I loved it, but it was late and the person who checks the trade-ins wasn't there. So he kindly made an appt. for me during the week. I showed up today for my appt. and turns out Troy was not available, so they let me deal with his "partner" instead. I told him my situation and he was willing to help me. After hours of sitting and negotiating with his "partner,"we agreed on a trade in amount and a monthly payment for the purchase. I had agreed and signed his paper stating the amounts we agreed on. I was excited and ready to hop into new car, then his manager says "no!" then I asked "why not?" they manager says rudely" he can't say yes until I say yes!" (which is understandible because business is business) but he didn't have to be so rude. and the other guy should not have had me sign his little paper agreeing to amounts if it wasn't really final. He had also just given me a final look at what would have been my car. And to top it off after everything, the manager wants to test out my car again. After he just told me "no!" They are very unprofessional and they were even laughing when I told them "then why are you wasting my time if you said yes already." I just stormed out of there disgusted with their unprofessional ism I hate leaving a horrible review after Troy was very pleasant to deal with. I have been a honda customer since 2007 and have never had an issue with anybody until I came here. Their management is very unprofessional and not very helpful.

The phone call I received from Sean 1st thing that Monday morning. I planned to go to another dealership that day, But Sean's phone call changed all of that. His effort in reaching out to me is something that I really appreciated. Purchased a Honda CRV here, missing the title, but they never apologized. Immediately, she assumed it's losing mail. Tell me I have to fill out the duplicate form and send to DMV by myself. What....? How does she know it's the mail service? Is it usually relied all the customer in this way. In my house, I also purchased the other car, why the other company will have a title through DMV, never missed title. Did this shop submit my title at all? I wondered it.

We also worked with Ernie in the finance department who was friendly as well and got me an amazing deal on Honda Care and security features for only two dollars more on my monthly payment play. Shopping for a family vehicle brought me here. I got to test-drive a 2014 Odyssey with Navi. The color was perfect and the car would be perfect for my family. I worked with Abner and Pete (Maybe not Pete, is there a Toby? aaaaah, forgot the name.) Anyways, they both know the product super-well, took the time to explain every single feature of the car to me, and Pete (forgot the name) took me on a test-drive where I got to experience several of the car's features including the small turning radius. While I wasn't able to buy the van today, I now know exactly how much more I have to save to get the payment I am comfortable with. Abner also discussed a couple of options with me to illustrate my financing options. I recommend Scott Robinson Honda and especially Abner. It is so relaxing when a sales man lays out the numbers on a piece of paper and lets you actually think.

I stopped by to simply check out the deal for a used accord I spotted while driving by and spoke with Troy. I told him I was actually on my way to Carmax down the road and I had already been to a few other dealerships. He showed me few different cars, wasn't pushy and catered to my requests as far as what i desired in a car. After he showed me the collection I told him that I would still go shopping around, all he asked was I promise to call him prior to making a purchase. I proceeded to carmax, where I felt like the gentleman kept showing me cars that he felt were right for me, suggesting an impala when I specifically said I didn't want a chevy for example. I left and to return to the original dealership I visited when I passed Scott Robinson Honda again and after the experience I just had a carmax I decided to return to see Troy once more. We sat down and realized the money that I would have saved buying used would actually be the same once you add the warranty packages you have to purchase separately, but came standard at scott robinson honda. I ended up getting incredible rate on my loan considering I am still recovering credit-wise from a separation. I left with a brand new 2014 Honda Accord Sport edition with a plethora of features. I could't have been happier. Thanks Troy!!!!!!

My sales Rep. Tobe Sexton was the best!!! He worked so hard to get me my car. I was far apart on what I was expecting to pay for my new car and what the manager was willing to do. My service advisor Alex is the best! He has taken care of my Pilot as often as I could find him (I used to go to service only at Crenshaw location). He is always knowledgeable about new fixes and is just overall a great guy. When I said something about the leather in my car others just told me that it wasn't covered under warranty. I tried to come and purchase a newer used Accord for my mother after doing my homework on Truecar and Auto Trader. My husband and I decided that I would sign for the car since I have awesome credit and we planned on paying cash for the car. He stayed in the with my 2 month old (among other reasons). We parked at the end of the dealership on the lot. There was a group on men (salesmen) standing around the area I parked. I immediately put my game face on.I became apprehensive inside when Troy began to approach me. We all get the same feeling when we go to car dealerships, about the sales people being crooks, and I was no different. Nonetheless, I played it cool and professional. Troy approached me with a few conversational questions, like whether I was looking to downsize (because I pulled up in my Chevy Tahoe), what I was looking for, how many kids I had, etc. I politely answered all his questions and added what I was looking for, the year, and price. We walked around the lot for a little while and after noticing there was nothing fitting the criteria, we walked in to get some list they keep.Troy wasn't able to find anything while I there, but took my name and number and told me he would call me if he found anything. I thought that was the end of our interactions until he called me the next day asking if I had found anything. Overall, I had a great experience. I did not purchase anything from this dealership because they didn't have anything available. It turns out not many other dealership had anything (went to 2 others afterwards) being that my price, year, and mileage may have been a little less realistic (I figured that out later). I ended up going with a Chevy Cruze at another dealership. Troy was pleasant the entire time. Since I am female, I expected to be treated a little different than my husband would but I didn't feel that at all. He listened, answered my questions, and did what he could to find something. He even followed up with me the next day and remained pleasant after hearing I purchase another make and model vehicle at a different dealership. If anything, the customer aspect of my experience was great. I would recommend (and plan to) Troy to anyone attempting to purchase a Honda.

It's simple, I didn't have an appointment when I took my car. Arnie the service writer greeted me,and asked how he could help me. I told him I needed service. He said no problem and that it would take 1&1/2 hours. He got me out in an hour and 10 mins with a wash. Excellent service!!

Scott Robinson is the Honda dealership closest to my home and I was very interested in getting information regarding the subject car (2014 Accord Hybrid). I visited the dealer and a salesman named Troy Lapeyrollerie met me as I was walking toward the showroom. We introduced ourselves and I told him of the car I was interested in. He politely showed me to one of the three Accord Hybrid models they had in stock. He suggested I both look the car over on the lot and also drive it, which I did. Throughout the time Troy was very helpful and informed. Since none of the 3 cars they had in stock were a match with what I was looking for, Troy wrote down the make/model/exterior color/interior options and other specifics that I was looking for and promised to get back to me on what he could find that fit my need. He checked back with me about a week later saying that he was still searching and would keep me updated. About a month later, Troy called to say that the dealership had been able to obtain a car that fit my specs and if I was still interested he would drive it up to my house and let my wife and I inspect it. We did so and decided to go forward with an immediate purchase. Troy led me through the financials and we traded positions for a few minutes and were able to settle on a bottom line price. The papers were drawn up promptly and after signing I drove the vehicle home. From the time of the call notifying me of the car availability to the completion of the sale including the processing of my trade-in, only about two hours elapsed.I am very pleased with the service I received and especially am appreciative of Troy's attention demeanor throughout the process. I strongly recommend him as a point of contact if you are visiting Scott Robinson.

We went to several local Honda dealers and shopped online before we decided upon our replacement car. We ended up buying a 2011 Honda CR-V EX from Scott Robinson. One of the deciding factors was Troy L. He was not overbearing, he was informative, and he was kind. Troy listened to what we wanted and we came to a deal. The sales manager (I forget his name, sorry) was also pleasant and made for a nice experience. The finance man was exactly what many in the finance room are, a hard sell. We don't respond well to being pushed. That was the only downside to the whole experience. From start to finish it was about 4 hours till we drove off in our "new" used car. That was about average. In the past I have spent 5 hours in some dealers and the least time ever was 3 hours from start to finish. I would go back and I would insist upon using Troy.

Service representative (Don) was extremely knowledgeable and cordial. He made me feel welcome and was genuinely interested in fulfilling my service needs. He called me when my car was ready to be picked up, and since there was a potential I would pick-up the vehicle after he left work for the day, he left me the name of another representative who would be available to assist me. Fortunately, I was able to pick-up the vehicle before Don had left work for the day. Her personally escorted me to the cashier, and had my vehicle waiting for me when I had finished settling the bill. This was a better service experience that I receive for my wife's Audi.

This is the second time( by chance) that my car was serviced by Scott Walker and I'm glad he did. He was very professional and even helped me saved more money than the coupon that I presented to him. He knew what service I needed and very straight forward. You really need a mark above excellent. My service representative was courteous and explained the work that needed to be done clearly and accurately. He was very professional and sensitive to my level of understanding. He also made excellent recommendations regarding future service intervals. When I picked up my car it had been washed and vacuumed. I could tell the difference on how much better my car ran within 30 seconds of driving. I feel like I received real value for the work done on my car.

Don't take your car here for repairs. This place does not care about your car. I took my car in to get painted ended up having to get it painted 4 times before it was right. They left scratchs on the sides of my car and told me they could wax and polish it out. I went to pick my car up and they painted it right but thw scratchs are still on my car. I DID NOT HAVE THOSE ON MY CAR. if you care about your car don't take it here. save your time and money. This place will do nothing but stress you out.

Richard the internet manager was very friendly. I've never leased a car before and was a little afraid of leasing a car. Richard gave me a ton of information so I can weigh my options on which route I should go. He has a great attitude, balanced, high level of energy (without coming across as brash, hyper or aggressive), patient, attentive to customer's needs/truly listens and "gets" the customer. He's able to juggle multiple activities and not let things slip through the cracks all the while looking for solutions to issues that customers bring up. He utilizes all of the resources at his disposal to ensure the needs of Honda and the customer are met and resolved. He demonstrates excellent customer service through his technical knowledge, attention to detail, friendliness and courteous nature. I went in for an accessory replacement and I've been meaning to mention about the service man who helped me he helped me for an accessory installation and was excellent! He intercepted me upon my arrival quickly and began my service promptly. His estimate of completion was quite precise, and his friendliness helped me on a particularly personally challenging day. He also informed me of other things my car needs and the time it needs it, and helped me to understand it all as I'm kind of ignorant about car stuff. I am returning to this location to follow up on his suggestions for work my car needs. I've experienced a lot of robotic types of service people in a rush and he surpassed my expectations. I'm so happy about the paint recall Honda is giving for a warranty extension and have an appointment set up. Someone also recently hit my car, and despite the other insurance company's preference to use one of their body shops, I'm going into Scott. I already have the request for the estimate submitted by State Farm. ThankS Scott!

I asked questions of several employees while I was there and everyone answered all my questions without directing me to speak to someone else. Everyone is friendly and helpful, asking questions to help pin down problems and offering additional info. The work is always done perfectly and my car returned fixed and washed. They have a shuttle to take you home, which I have used on occasion. They have a large, very comfortable waiting lounge with TV, Internet access, newspapers, magazines, free cookies, fruit, coffee, hot chocolate, etc., etc. Best of all...everyone seems to really like working there!

I was pleased to be able to obtain an appointment in a timely fashion, actually within two days, which was my request. They did offer a next day appointment. I only had to wait a few minutes after I arrived at the service bay. The customer service rep. was personable and efficient, informing me what was needed for the service for my car, mentioning the coupons that he could apply toward the work. Service was done in a timely manner while I waited in the waiting room with a very nice choice of hot drinks, and cookies and apples if I desired. Washing the car before returning it to me was a nice bonus.

The Internet manager answered all my inquiries about the car I wanted to buy in a timely manner. However, a socal honda dealer quoted me a lower price and Scott Robinson Honda did not match the price. I was even willing to drive around 90 miles to their dealership because they have the color I wanted. Since i was not in a hurry to purchase a new car my patience paid off when my local dealership got the color I wanted two days after I spoke with Scott Robinson Honda. He is a true professional that is dedicated to his customers. He worked hard to get me the best possible price for the car and got me a GREAT deal. Even after my purchase he has been amazingly helpful with additional questions I've had. My wife was very nervous to do this deal with someone we've never met. After reading other reviews here her concerns were eliminated and I want to do the same for anyone else. I live pretty far from Scott Robinson Honda so I had been in contact with Stuart for a couple days before I actually went into the dealership. He was very friendly and always called me back to answer any questions. After looking at several dealerships, I decided to buy my car from Stuart because he was able to relax and explain things in a way that other dealers couldn't. He also worked with me budget-wise to put me in the car I wanted. He even made me some very nice tea and gave me a pack before I left. He is the man. Since we started our company, we've used our Honda Odyssey to take us to every event we film, which has been over 300 events, in the last 5 years! Our main job is wedding cinematography, so it's crucial to have a reliable car to get us to the ceremony and reception sites, or we can't film in the creative style we pride ourselves in doing. We can't be worrying about our car, when it's our shot list and documentation of the event we have to focus on, our Odyssey lets us do that with ease. In May of 2012, I was looking for a 2012 civic sedan ex in white for my wife and stopped by Carson Honda next to our house. They only had a black one available and advised us that they could get us a good deal if we bought it. However, After about 4 hours of back and forth negotiation and being passed around like a door knob, we left because they couldn't get anywhere near our asking price. The next day, we decided to try our luck at Scott Robinson. We were greeted by Mike Martello. He had the color we wanted and took us on a test drive. I was surprised that he was really friendly and had a calm personality - totally opposite from the cut throat salesman we've dealt with in the past. I asked a bunch of questions about every little feature that I could think of and he explained everything very thoroughly. When we sat down to negotiate, there was absolutely no pressure or shady gimmicks. I threw out a low price and was expecting him to bring his manager out like other car dealers, but suprisingly he met me in the middle with the price and we were out of there with our brand new car in 2 hours!! The only complaint is that Honda changed the body and added more features for the 2013 model year. The differences are: metallic paint, back up camera, new rims, updated suspension, headlight/tailight changes. However, we are completely satisfied with our purchase and have no regrets. Update: 4/19/13 I came back and purchased a 2013 CRV ex AWD for my mom and a 2013 accord coupe ex for myself. Go see Mike Martello - he will get you a great deal!

I highly recommend Scott Robinson Honda! I purchased my 2013 Accord Touring car this past October and thoroughly enjoyed the purchase experience. John Henry and Aaron Bell were the sales reps who took very good care of me. I received good value on my trade in and they worked with me on the purchase price and options. They had a silver model Accord in stock and when I mentioned that I wanted black they offered to drive to another dealer to get my car (which they did). Recently (Friday 4/5/13) I took my Accord in for the audio-nav software update. Scheduling my appt with Sherry Garey was easy. I then called Sherry back to request a couple of accessories be installed at the same time as the software update. Sherry was, again, very accommodating...and I did not have to change my appt date. Taking the provided van to the close by Enterprise car rental location was also very easy. I was there in 5 minutes, had my car in 10 minutes and was able to get to work on time. Kudos to the folks at Enterprise as well. Very friendly and customer oriented.My service rep on Friday was Jonathan Moreno. Jonathan is a very personable, knowledgeable and professional sales rep. He explained everything that needed to be done and when it would be done. When I picked up my car in the afternoon (on time)....Jonathan spent some time with me to explain how the new accessories and software update worked. Very helpful!!Everyone I talk to at Scott Robinson Honda in Torrance has been very nice and helpful. I am very happy with my new Accord and am very glad I bought my car at Scott Robinson Honda.Bob

For the five and a half years, I have gone to Scott Robinson Honda on Hawthorne Blvd. Each employee that I have spoken to in the Service Dept seems to have a negative attitude toward customers. Personally, I have spoken to a few Service Reps at Scott Robinson Honda and each and every time I have had service done on my Civic I have had to deal with people in that department who seem to go through the motions of their job; but, really don't have the personality to be working as a service rep dealing with customers. I have even sent emails to Jeff Robinson with no reply from him. I have spoken to the Honda Corp and they informed me that each Honda dealership is independently owned. I understand that; however, I feel there should be some guidelines that Honda expects their dealers to follow. The last time I tried to get the van to take me home locally while my car was being serviced; they gave me such a hard time that I became disgusted and walked home.They appear to do a good job servicing customers cars. However, their attitude toward Honda customers leaves a lot to be desired. Personally, I feel Scott Robinson Honda is mismanaged and until they can do a better job of showing me that they are really concerned about the customers needs when they bring their car in; I would highly NOT recommend this dealership.

Just bought the used car under dealer's satisfactory points of quality and warranted for 30days/or 1000 miles driving that one.Three points of dissatisfaction of the car's quality has been found during pre-saledrive with a salesman M. Castro "on the board" and been promised to fix. Extra 2 points of dissatisfaction has been found after the first 100 miles after purchased the car. Car was stand on Service Department at Scott Robinson Chrysler Dodge Jeep site and forall business hours on 01-18-2013 and there is absolutely nothing has been fixed...at all.I've been called to a service department for 4-5 times, and just left messages, becausethere was nobody to answer the call. Just after 04:25 P.M., service adviser D. Sanchezcalled me back and told that they do not have a time to start and finish any kind of work.So, I have to pick up the car and in couple of days back. It is a very first and so bad experience dealing with service representatives... in my entire life...very bad.However, I am very satisfied in working with a financial department and it's manager Mr. Jason Corrigau, who personally assist me in process of making Sale-Purchase agreement and did it with the highest level of professionalism and as human being as well.He, also, by my request, spent his own time in order to help me in dealing with Service Department,and I hope the car's problems will be fixed on my next visit to Service Department.That is why I put "yes" and recommend SCOTT ROBINSON dealership to other people, because there is very professional management in Financing and I believe in other departments, as well. We purchased a new CR-V on Thursday. We had talked to other Honda dealers and Van and Vern was the first with the best price and provided a very simple honest approach towards the purchase. We were in and out in about three hours and we were not hassled to pay more or buy more add-ons. Weve had other experiences purchasing Hondas from other dealers and Scott Robinson completely blew those guys out of the water. We are extremely satisfied and we will be taking our new car there for servicing and keep them in mind for the future. I would give it a five star experience. Thanks!

We arrived at Scott Robinson Honda after signing up on the Costco buyer Program. We were kept in the loop the days before by emails and a phone call. On arrival we were met immediately at the dealer by Natalie, who then introduced us to our sales person, Krishelle.The costco program was explained to us, we went out into the lot and picked out a vehicle to test drive, (Had already determined a CRV was in the picture). After the test drive my wife was sold on the CRV and we went in to complete the deal. Krishelle made that purchase experience one of the best I have ever had, (quite a few cars in my 50 years of buying). What was really a pleasure was the Finance, extra add on, paper work meeting with Mike. No hard core pressure on extra items, very professional.All in all, by far, the nicest and quickest purchase we have had in the last four purchases.Thanks again Natalie, Krishelle and Mike.

First thorough review from my part, but I wanted to write a really helpful one for Stuart and the guys at Scott Robinson, and for anyone else thinking of going there for their next car. Some quick points:- I'm in sales as well, while additional an Army reservist, and I went in here knowing what I wanted and what the dealership wanted.- Despite the sales situation, I still felt extremely comfortable and taken care of by Stuart, who defined my experience at Scott Robinson- Stuart went above and beyond his role as a salesman, taking care not to use high-pressure sales tactics and staying respectful of my decision-making process, while working hard to get the best possible deal I could get- He even helped me after the car purchase, setting up meetings and working with the dealership to resolve my issues with the car alarm that was pushed on me by the finance guy. In a world where trust is so hard to come by in the world of automotive shopping and maintenance, I would recommend Stuart to my friends interested with a Honda purchase again and again and again. - Finally, I know how important reviews are, especially when choosing a dealership for your new car. I'm a real person, and I'm not paid by Scott Robinson to post this review. This actually happened, and I feel it's rare to have a positive experience like this, that I have to share it, so feel free to message me with any questions.----------------------I was in the market for a used SUV that would fit my budget and my needs over the next few years. My trusty Civic could no longer handle the need to traverse the rough roads at Camp Pendleton, and I needed a vehicle that could handle carrying tons of gear, yet give me a refuge to rest in the wilderness. After using the USAA Car Service to find a suitable car for my budget and needs, I settled on the Honda Element - now to find a place to buy it!The USAA Car Service helped me find a few dealerships that offered the Element - one of which was the Scott Robinson Honda dealership in Torrance. I decided to visit them first, as the other two Elements in my sight both started at 14K, and were almost 100 miles from where I lived. The Element at Scott Robinson was being offered at a lower starting price, and even though it was an older model (2006), I figured it could be a great deal, considering it was a Honda.Experience-----------------------After emailing the dealership, they set me up with Stuart Lipschitz, who met me at the dealership, on-time and with a smile on his face. I went into the meeting with a realist view - I know car salesmen are in the business to make money, and they'll say anything to make the deal - so I went in to find out everything I could about the Element and how much they'll bend over backward to get the "OK, I'll buy" from me. Test driving and trying out the car was very professional with Stuart - he didn't make me wait, he didn't try any sort of pressure-tactics with me. He simply said "Let me get the keys", and off we went! During the drive, he asked a few questions, but simply encouraged me to put the Element through its paces - accelerations, braking, turns, going uphill, and even driving all the way to the freeway and taking it a couple of exits to test it at higher speeds and cruise control! Spent probably at least almost an hour test-driving, and he never showed any impatience or pushing tactics to see if I wanted to buy - just simply let me drive :)I told him I loved the Element, and that I wanted to see the CarFax after getting back. He agreed, and we talked a little chitchat on the way back to the dealership. Once there, he walked me inside the dealer room, led me to his desk, and asked if I wanted anything to drink while he got the CarFax. I said yes, and he goes, "Why not a cappuccino?" (Nice) With cappuccino in hand, he brought back the CarFax. Upon reading it, I saw that the Element had been brought into maintenance every 6 months at Scott Robinson, and that it only had one owner - no crashes, clean title. I expressed surprise at such a well-maintained record, and that it was major brownie points for me to buy; Stuart said the same, saying he rarely sees a CarFax that thorough.So, finally, he asked me, "So, what will it take to get you to take it home today?" I had, of course, had told him that I was intending to take at least a night to sleep on it. The car also wasn't exactly the color I envisioned my next car would be - it was forest green, while I was hoping to take home something more professional looking (grey or black, for example). I reinforced these points with Stuart, who of course understood - he reiterated to me that, if I buy, it will be with a car that I felt completely comfortable buying. Finally, after a bit more discussion and cutting the price down a couple hundred, he simply leaned back and asked, "What will it take for you to buy today?" After some thought, I replied, "Bring it below $10k, and I'll buy." He stood up, asked me to wait - then came back after a discussion with his boss. "Congratulations", he smiled, and offered his hand :)It's been two weeks - I still love my Element, and I still feel I found the best deal I could find from a dealership with Stuart and Scott Robinson. There was only one point of regret that I came away from the experience that day - the finance guy who took over after Stuart convinced me to buy the Karr alarm that was installed on the Element as added security. It became a regret as I tested it during the week after the purchase - the alarm would sometimes refuse to go off after testing the door handles, rocking the Element, and banging on the window. However, Stuart again helped me out - he arranged a meeting with the dealership to check the alarm. I visited the dealership and ensured that the alarm actually worked - I thought that was the end of that. However, after coming back home, the alarm again started acting weird - at this point, I finally gave up and decided to demand my money back. I was worried, though - I had heard stories of dealerships refusing to meet with new car owners that were unhappy with their alarm purchase, and insisting that the alarm install was nonrefundable (which is incorrect, of course - unless stated in the contract, all services by a dealership are refundable and reversible if the service does not meet expectation). AGAIN, Stuart took time out of his busy schedule and gave me a hand: he tried arranging a link-up with the finance guy to have the alarm returned. After a couple of days of voicemails and non-returned emails, he finally informed me that his boss told him that I could bring in the Element and have the alarm removed, with my money refunded! Talk about a sigh of relief - I was prepping to go "thermonuclear" and fight for any dealership shenanigans, but it turned out Stuart and Scott Robinson saved me the trouble!When all was said in done, I'm now the proud owner of my 2006 Honda Element, and I had a very enjoyable and comfortable experience, with no question in my mind that I got the maximum bang for my buck, with a very surprisingly low-level of fighting high-pressure sales tactics and fighting for my rights. I'm very thankful for Stuart and Scott Robinson Honda, and I will definitely keep them in mind for my next Honda, as well as recommend them to all of my friends looking for one!

Jeff Kokkinos was the sales associate I dealt with and he is a dishonest man. First, he gave me an amazing out-the-door price via email for a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L w/ Navigation with "pro package" (mud guards, wheel locks, cargo mat). I confirm that his offer was out-the-door, meaning taxes, dealer fees, everything was included. He confirms it is out-the-door. I was happy. I told Jeff I would come to purchase the vehicle that night after work. I called Jeff at 6:30pm to confirm the vehicle was there and to tell him I'm coming so he doesn't go home, he confirms everything. I drive over an hour through traffic on the 405, I've got my wife and kid with me, and when I get to the dealership, the Odyssey is not there. Jeff says big mixup and that another dealership picked it up in a "dealer swap" by mistake, but they're only 28 miles away and it will be back in 30 minutes. I am upset. Jeff tells me, in the presence of my wife and another sales associate, "I never do this, but if your Odyssey isn't here in 30 minutes, I will sell you a 2013 Odyssey Touring for the same price." I ask him if he's sure, he says, "I give you my word." My wife and I begin to fill out the paperwork. Jeff brings out the offer sheet with final price. The price is $2600 more than he quoted me in writing. Jeff tells me $2200 is for a service package, and when I press him on what the service covers, he doesn't tell me, but rationalizes to me that it will give me peace-of-mind. I ask him again what exactly does it cover, and he says it's a bumper to bumper coverage for 5 years / 50,000 miles but is flexible in milage or years. I tell him I don't want it. Then I look at my watch and say to Jeff that it's been 30 minutes, is he going to sell me a 2013 Odyssey Touring? Jeff says to me, "You're kidding right? I can't sell you that car for the price I offered you for the 2012." I ask him why he even made me that offer, that even if it was a joke, he shouldn't say things like that. I told him to his face he was being dishonest. So going back to the 2012, there is now a difference of $400 and Jeff says it's because the "pro package" wasn't in the computer when he calculated the price. He then tells me his sales manager won't budge and I have to pay for it because someone in the service department already installed the mud guards, cargo mat, and wheel locks. Jeff then explains that it's usually $999 for the package, but I'm getting a great deal at $400 because I'm an internet customer. I'm thinking to myself that $999 (or even $400) is way too much money for mud guards, a rubber cargo mat, and wheel locks and tell Jeff that because he gave me a written offer of X-price, he should honor that. He says he can't. I walked. That whole experience took over 1 hour and 20 minutes. The entire time, the vehicle Jeff promised me, said was in stock and on the lot, never was there and never showed up in the "dealer swap" mix up.

My first experience was very good, but this last one was the best new car purchase to date.I was on a time table and I told Stuart I had 2 hours to buy a Civic start to finish. My request was honored! I had my new Civic NGV in 2 HOURS!!! Everyone was extremely professional from the Sales Consulant Stewart to the General Manager, Erin. Walked into this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and was completely deceived and lied to. I lack sense of direction and made myself SUPER CLEAR of that single option. Sales person Kurt and I looked at every new 2012 CRV in the lot. We couldnt find a single model with GPS pre-installed. Then was told No problem, I will have one of the techs install one *tonight* factory unit! I was even sold on free traffic updates via some-kind of Honda FM channel. Hours went by during negotiations. Finally locked in all the financials [75% down payment] *plus* the $1,500.00 for the Honda GPS. The car was submitted to the crew for GPS install and detail. During this time I was signing all the paperwork with Finance Manager. Another experience I will never forget ~ his office was basically an ash tray! Out of leftfield We will have the tech come to your house. I have been suckered into a 3rd party GPS! It has been over three months and I still do not have a GPS! Not sure how this is even legal. I put the brakes on Legal Counseling otherwise Honda Corporation excludes themselves. Dealing with Honda directly has produced no results. The last update: We called Scott Robinson Honda and left three messages with front desk. Wait for it wait for it theres more! I will save the rest for weekly posts on EVERYTHING that links to this dealership. I want what I was promised!

Before I came to Scott Robinson Honda i went to purchase my pilot from Miller Honda Culver City Since I bought two cars from them previously but I had really bad experience there, they were charging me really high interest rate and were offering me $2000 less for my trade what Scott Robinson Honda gave me. For starters we walked in and exchanged a used car for a new more reliable vehicle, they wanted to get us in a vehicle that they seemed to be more focused on pricing and selling you one than anything else. They were pushing us to buy a vehicle so much that we never even got to test drive it until I said you know with all this negioation I still havent even test drove it. The people we friendly until you got the vehicle than it was like so-so. I got the car and after I signed the contract he said I was good to go and I was like well do I get my new car or do I have to come back tommorrow and get it? Then the guy said oh yeah just go stand out side and they should be bringing the vehicle around. So I stood there for 15mins watching all sales people walk by me and not say a word. I felt out of place. Then they wouldnt allow me to get my actual personalized plates off saying they belonged to the car so we fought them on that.Got the car and it had under a quater tank of gas they almost let me drive off with out a full tank ( which was the least of my worries).To sum it up-- month later they contacted us afterwards saying that our contract never went thru a month ago so we were driving around with no contract and we had to come in and do a new contract- they never sent in the dmv registration and it has been almost 3months which law states after one month you can get pulled over for not having it.- sent my car statement to us 7 days after the payment was dued and the statement says its suppose to be sent the 14th of the month prior too the payment date. -they didnt pay the full amount of my old car that i was getting statements saying i still owe on it while it was sitting on there lot to be sold. I also saw that they didnt fix all damage to my old car and sold it as if there was nothing wrong with it. To me seems shady when u want to buy a reliable car from any dealer theres a chance that it may not be a truthful deal with them just so they can make money in return. I never had a horribe headache experience with a delaer like this and honestly I would never recommend them to anyone I know because this is just too much to handle, part of me just wants to walk away from this dealer and never look back, everytime I go there, there are people who have had probelms getting help to get there vehicle maintance taken care of and I was like wow I guess I am not the only one having problems with them. But I will say in all of the chaos, Jeremiah Knapp was the oringinal one helping us until he had gone on vacation leave before we officially got the car and i highly recommend him if you decide to go there he seems to be very truthful with you of all the people we dealt with, and I am sure there were others that are good too that we didnt deal with, we didnt deal with everyone. However on a more positive note, love the CRV2012 AWD. Just recommend you dont get the base model bc theres no basic necessities like no lumbar support seat that every other dealer provides in the base model vehicles, and some others.Also would write this review in the dealership due to most of the problems came after we left the dealership

I wanted to take the time to write a review because I can honestly say that the experience at this dealership has been pleasantly different to any other dealership I have been to. The reason is both the management and my sales person, Stuart Lipschitz who went out of his way to make absolutely sure that I got a fantastic deal.It was quick and simple and he managed to get the exact color I wanted from another dealership. Then we left him and visiting the other dealer and found out what he said was true. So we returned to him within one hour. It was time to buy a new car after riding a scooter for the last 2 years after giving my daughter mine when she went to college. The reason I was able to now buy a car was that my father passes away. I was very close to my father. Life to me is NOT "all about the money". Though I was very happy with the financing with Richard as well! I have to say that I am not fond at all of salesmen, esp., car salesmen. Your company should be very happy and proud that you have Freddy Gardner working for you. I hope you value him! He is the ONLY reason I did not shop around other dealers and returned there to buy my car. He was professional and funny and there was no high pressure. The only thing I want to say is if you come back to buy please call to make sure the person you like is in. Unfortunately Freddy was not and he then had to share his commission with another person. Excellent new car buying experience thanks to Stuart and "JC". Both were very patient with me as I had a certain price, color, loan rate and accessories that I wanted. Even though I did not buy it the first day I took a test drive, I did return 5 days later after he was able to get my exact color for my CRV-LX. It was such an enjoyable expeerience even when I went to meet with the finance manager, Macos. I am a tough negotiater and they respected my ideas and thoughts and all of us were satisfied with the final deal. I was searching for a new SUV and decided to check out a Honda so I went to Scott Robinson in Hawthorne. As soon as I arrived at the dealership with my son and his wife, we were greeted by a very charming and quite humorous salesman named Stuart Lipschitz who made the whole experience of buying a new car quite a nice expereience. I explained I was just looking and he still allowed me to do a test drive wihtout putting a lot of pressure for me to nbuy that day. He also introduced me to another person named "JC" who assisted in finding out what a car loan % would be for me. I decided not to buy that day but 5 days later, I got the exact SUV I wanted and it was an excellent experience in all areas including meeting with the finance staff member anamed Marcos. I was referred to SR Honda by the Costco Buyer Program. Van listened to what I wanted, asked questions and made suggestions. He saved me $2000. when he explained the difference between 4WD and 2WD and I realized I didn't need 4WD. I wanted a 2012 CRV EXL and it had to Opal Sage! Van worked tirelessly in making it happen. He was honest with me about what they would negotiate on, however, he said it with a smile! Richard has a great sense of humor and Kevin was very patient and thorough as he explained the car's electronics to me. Overall, it was the best experience I've had purchasing a car.

I had an excellent experience at Scott Robinson Honda. I went in to specifically look at the 2012 Honda CRV EXL and they had the exact color combination I was looking for. I spent another two weeks debating my purchase and also went to Santa Monica Honda (not the best customer service there), but ultimately ended up back at Scott Robinson as my sales rep - Thomas Aguilar - was very friendly and didn't pester me the week leading up to my purchase. I came prepared with what my bottom line on price was and they were surprisingly very accomodating with the negotiating. I am extremely happy with my new car and would highly recommend buying from this dealership.

It was a 2010 EX model and my wife fell in love with it. After test driving it, we knew we would take it home. He not only bent over backwards to make the deal, he made the CR-V affordable for us and made sure we were happy. I will go back to him to buy another car soon. My 2009 Honda Civic SI was recently totaled a few weeks ago. My boyfriend was driving and was fully stopped at at stop sign and was hit at 40+ mph. He is ok thank god. I still owed money on the car and was very sad that I had to say goodbye. I had my car towed to the Scott Robinson Honda repair shop on Crenshaw blvd in torrance, I was being helped by Lee and he was very understanding and considerate of my situation. He told me that if I wanted to get I to another Honda to let him know and he would refer me to someone at their Scott Robinson dealership. I said yes and so I went and met Jennifer. She was friendly and understanding. Very helpful as well. I test drove a few cars with her and was still deciding so I decided to come back late that week to make a decision. When I came back she was helping someone else but she got someone else to help me right away. His name is jeramaiah. I drove the same cars but this time I had my boyfriend with me. He loved my car as well so I wanted his input as well. We decided on a 2012 Civic SI and they had two left. One in the color I wanted. We then made an appointment to buy the car a few days later. Jennifer got all the paperwork ready the day before so that the process would not take so long. She was out that day so jeramaiah took care of us. He was fast and professional and took care f all of my needs. He gave us a really good deal in the car. As well as the gentleman who took care of the final paperwork. They really work with you to make you happy. It was the first time I baught a car on my own with no consigner. And I thought it went pretty smoothly. I feel so bad because I forget the gentalmans Mae who did our last minute paperwork but he was great as well. Overall it was the best and smoothest car buying transaction I have ever experienced. They are great at Scott robinsons. They will take care of you.

On 2-18-12, my son and I went to a Honda dealer in Hawthorne. We started browsing when a dealer, Herbert Castro approached us. He asked us what kind of car we were looking for in a friendly way. After a short conversation I showed him which car I wanted. I was debating between Honda Civic or Accord. Mr Castro was so patient to show us both cars. He is knowledgeable of what he is doing. After giving us more information including the price of the car, I decided to have the Honda Accord EXL. The, after the paper signing, Mr Castro showed me how to access the different features of the car including the voice command which I thought was so amazing. I would definitely recommend Honda to my friends and family and to look for Mr Herbert Castro. I gave Mr Castro an excellent performance. By the way, the one I bought is the second Honda Accord I acquired within the last three years.

I was actually interested in a different type of SUV but the internet sales person, Vern lured me to Scott Robinson Honda with a couple of good deals to check out. However, I have to say that Mr. Castro reeled me in and I am a very happy owner. He was honest and up front about my choices and with my brother agreeing with Mr. Castro, I went back to purchase the car that same night. I don't think I would have thought twice about purchasing my CR-V if Mr. Castro wasn't as fair and informative as he was without any pressure. I got a great deal on the perfect car and I have no regrets. The team at Scott Robinson Honda is outstanding.

Having purchased from this dealer in the past, I returned to buy a certified used. The deal I made seemed fair. When I got he car home my wife and I discovered we were overcharged for DMV fee's.( This issue was resolved and a refund check was recieved)I also noticed several issues with the car that showed to be re-certified and/or inspected by the dealer and checked "OK" per Honda specs.They clearly were not. I contacted Scott Robinson Honda regarding the repairs per their recertification list that I had a copy of. To my surprise I was told, that they were not surprised the vehicle had these issues, as they take in so many trades and may return a few back to the lot without proper care. They also told me the sale was complete and it was now a warranty issue. I quickly discovered that my Certified Used Warranty did not cover my issues ie; burned out bulbs, non-working power points,disconnected fender panels etc... I Contacted Honda Motor Corp, who I found little help from, as they only serve as a mediator ( But will take a complaint about a dealer)Over several months I have made the repairs out of my own pocket, to bring the car up to my satisfation. The bottom line about this dealer is, CHECK THE THINGS THAT ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE LOT,LET THE BUYER BEWARE, I am still a Honda fan,and I know these are tough times,but to sacrifice a loyal local customer is just a shame.

I went in looking for a specific car online. The plan was for me to meet up with my boyfriend to test drive the car together, but unfortunately that didn't work out. While Kenneth was great and I would have made the purchase if I was the only one making the decision it was not a decision I wanted to make on my own and I was very straight forward from the get go.Once the test drive was over, we went into the office to look at the paperwork and I said I would be back tomorrow with my boyfriend and he went and got who I could only assume was his boss. While I understand they are in the business of selling cars and I can appreciate what he was trying to do, after saying that I could make the decision without the other party responsible for the financing, I felt pressured beyond my comfort level. Because of this I won't be purchasing a car from this dealership. Had they understood that I was not going to make a decision and left it at that, I probably would have been back but that kind of hard selling and twisting my words is not the kind of sales experience I'm looking for.

No high pressure tactics. No surprises. No hidden fees. Just a really great price on a really great car. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! I would NEVER do business here again. If I could rate them with zero stars I would. It was a very shady and INCONSIDERATE group of people to work with.Since our family is growing, and because we live down the street, we decided to visit Scott Robinson in search of a Pilot. Jeremiah, our salesman, was pretty nice to work with at the beginning. Test drove a used Pilot and we were very interested in purchasing it. We then asked to get an estimate for our trade-in (just for knowledge) but I was going to sell it on m own. Then Dave comes in. Mr. "gum chewing, professional" salesman gives me a spiel and tells me I'm emotionally attached to my car and think it's worth more than it actually is before giving me the number. Also, instead of telling us there was a lower internet price, he was working off of the sticker price. He just gave us a bad vibe and we left.I get a call the next day from customer service and explained our situation. We head back down the street like idiots to work with Jeremiah again. Since he was busy, Bobby helps us and was really good to work with at first. He was very upfront, honest, and got to the point. Very much appreciated that. We couldn't agree on a price for the 2011 Pilot and started to negotiate on a NEW 2012 Pilot. We told him we were interested, but they didn't have a new EX model on the lot. Bobby said he can get it for us and would make it happen. We waited around for a an hour and told us they would call me the car would be there in 2-3 days. 2 or 3 days later, I get a call from Aaron, telling me that he can't get a car without extra accessories. I would also be responsible for the extra cost. After going back and forth over the phone 6 times, and even offering to split the cost of the accessories I did NOT want, he would not budge. I STILL agreed to the extra cost to get the car as soon as possible. I then get another call from Jeremiah saying they found the original car I wanted and the original deal was good. He said he would call me back to schedule an appoinment. Just to be clear, all I wanted was a silver EX Pilot model with no extras.We made an appointment for Friday at 6pm. After a long week at work, and making babysitter arrangements, my husband and I were looking forward to our new car. I get a call Friday from Jeremiah, asking to push back our appointment and I agreed. We walk in the dealer around 7pm and I ask to see the new car. Jeremiah says that "the car is in traffic, but on it's way!" He asks us to wait, comes back with Joe, and Joe tells us the car was SOLD!! I was LIVID!!!SERIOUSLY!!??!! Not one person was considerate enough of our time, our energy, my family's time! If Scott Robinson didn't have the car, why waste my time and tell me they were going to get the car!! So INCREDIBLY SHADY!I feel like the plan was to keep getting us to come into the dealership and talk us into getting anything, but come on. Aaron telling me I "deserved" the car and the extra accessories were worth it and Jeremiah saying the car was in "traffic"??It's sad that I drive by Scott Robinson everyday with my baby and now I wouldn't even take my car there for service.We went to Carson Honda right after we walked out the last time and had the BEST experience there. Spent half an hour negotiating, they ordered my car, went back the next day for 90 minutes and drove away in my brand new EX Pilot. Thank you Carson Honda! SHAME ON YOU Scott Robinson Honda.

Working with Randy Lee (sales) is a positive experience. I never wanted to deal with car sales men but sometimes you have too. Randy sold me a car back in 2007 and it was a very positive experience. I still have that car and it run great, never had a problem, it was everything he promised. He was very helpful. Now it was time to get my daughter her first car. I immediately called Randy. He is a straight shooter so I felt very comfortable talking to him about what we wanted to get for our daughter. Randy helped us find the perfect car for her, one she loved and one that we as parents felt completely comfortable in letting her drive in. Randy understood how important this car was to us for our little girl. He really made sure the car was safe and reliable and in good working order before we drove it off the lot. He went above and beyond to make sure that car sparkled and shined for us. Even the people in financing got us threw the paperwork and out the door promptly. Over all again a very satisfying experience and I will be going back to get another car from Scott Robinson Honda/Randy Lee because they/He just takes good care of us. By the way I do all my service there and I can tell you they have never tried to see me something that I didn't need. I completely trust the service people too. I especially like Albert and Jonathan. Having purchased cars from other dealerships before, I can tell you that after my experiences at Scott Robinson Honda, I am completely happy to stay with them for all other purchases and car services. If all your looking for is a friendly sales person up until the time of purchase, knock yourself out. If you are looking for honesty and a reliable used car, I seriously advise you to look elsewhere. I was offered a 2000 Toyota Camry, and even after trading in my truck and negotiating, I still overpaid by over $2,000 (according to blue book). As if this wasn't enough I also bought an alarm system for almost $500. The moment I bought it I felt I paid way too much but I figured this car is going to last me years and nothing is wrong with it. A week into owning the car the check engine light came on. The diagnostic read that the O2 sensor was bad and that is about $400 to replace when you add the part and labor. On top of that the breaks started squeaking. When I finally got ahold of Vern (the salesman) after numerous calls, he told me to bring it in the next morning because the part itself was under warranty since they fixed it themselves before they sold it. When I brought it in somebody in the service department told me I needed approval from sales first, so I was back to square one making numerous calls. I called about 6 times in 3 days trying to follow up just for them to finally tell me to bring it in AGAIN so they can check it out. I brought it in about 8 in the morning and had to call the service department at 5pm to check on the status. He told me they were still waiting on approval. The next day the SERVICE department called me telling me I was rejected by SALES because they changed the other O2 sensor, not the one that started having problems, and since I bought an "as is" car they don't have to fix that. He advised me that if I had a problem I should call sales and he was just delivering the message for them. I picked up my car in the morning and called the salesman later that day when he was in the office and he said he wasn't required to get that fixed because it was an "as is" car. I told him I paid way too much for that car and the least he could do is get that part fixed for me since I barely just got the car. He tried to tell me he could get me a discount on the service. After being had on the car I knew better this time then to take the bait. I told him he got me and the best I could do now is recommend people to go somewhere other then this dealership then he just hung up. I haven't even owned this car a month and I already have to get major work done on it (and who knows about these brakes). After my experience here I learned that Scott Robinson Honda is dishonest and cheap and I know better then to get my next car here. I have already told a friend that was considering this place my experience.

Best sales experience EVER! We priced Hondas all over So Cal and Bobby came in with the best price. There was no negotiation once we got there. He was true to his word and a pleasure work with. Same with Marcos in Finance. A true pleasure to buy from Scott Robinson Honda and we would go back there in a heartbeat to buy another car!

I had the pleasure to purchase a used car from SR Honda. My wife and I also had the pleasure to have dealt with the Holloway brothers. They are excellent sales agents at this dealer. The buying experience was smooth and without any hassle. Don't pay attention to any negative post about this dealer. They provided us with excellent service. The trick is to be firm on what you want and expect. Try to remember that they also have to make money, after all that is why they are in business.

On August 15, 2011, I visited Scott Robinson Honda to buy used 2007 Honda Accord. I found the one I liked right away. I knew the price was a little high, but I really wanted it. I asked if it had been in an accident and Bobby said no. A few days later I took it to my Honda mechanic and he said it had been hit. The trunk lid does not align with the body and it had been repainted. When I bought the car I asked for a second key and was promised that I would get one. I have been back twice to ask for the key, but I am still waiting. My advice for anyone is to get any request in writing or forget it.

Went looking for a silver honda ridgeline RT. Talked to a couple of dealers around long beach who said they didn't have it, but I could wait until the next shipment came in, maybe 1-2 months. Called Scott Robinson Honda and spoke to Bobby Stoykovich. Gave him my TrueCar quote, he accepted it no questions, no hassles. He checked inventory while I was on the phone and said they didn't have the truck at any of their stores, but there was one at another dealer in Poway and would I like them to bring it up so I could have a look. No deposit, no commitment. Called the following day to check on progress. Bobby wasn't in, but Van, his manager, immediately knew who I was and updated me on the progress. I arrived at the dealer the following morning at 1000. The receptionist immedeiately greeted me and once I introduced myself, called Jennifer, who took me for a test drive. She insisted I drive surface streets, freeway, bumpy back roads, and do some tight turns in an empty parking lot so I could get a really good feel for the truck. I said I wanted the truck, so Jennifer introduced me to Doug, the finance guy. I told him I wanted to use my credit union financing because they had offered me a good rate. He said that Honda had just that morning come out with some new incentives. I have a good credit score, so he ran my credit and got me a rate almost 1.5% lower than what my credit union offered. Total time in his office about 20 minutes.Back to Jennifer. While I was with Doug, she had the truck washed and filled with gas. After a brief discussion, the got the alarm guy to set the alarm just the way I wanted it. Went over all of the manuals, maintenance, and features. I asked one question to which she did not have the answer, so she hunted up the expert on that particular feature and had him explain it to me. Drove out in my new Ridgeline just before noon. Received a call and an email the next day from Jennifer making sure I was satisfied and stressing that I should call or come down if I had ANY questions or concerns whatsoever. I have had some terrible experiences in my car buying career. All of the staff I met at Scott Robinson were refreshingly friendly, professional, accommodating, and very knowledgable. No high pressure tactics, no hovering sales people, no syrupy schmoozing, just good, high quality, person-to-person business. If you need a car/truck/van (does Honda sell vans?) I STRONGLY recommend Bobby, Van, Jennifer, and Doug at Scott Robinson.

However, many dealers have a skill to make people into confusion so that dealers tried to make great profit for them not customers. All dealers seem likethat they have a ADHD disease. Just do not listen what the dealers saying. Do not add any optional service. It is waste your time. It is not worthy.Anyway, Natalie Tass was great dealer. I went to Scott Robinson Honda to get the battery replaced in my key remote and was helped by Rick in the parts department. I tried removing it by myself and it started to strip so i brought it in hoping they can fix it. rick looked at it and told me what he does is he sprays some WD40 where the screw is to loosen it up and minutes later it came out with ease. I never thought of doing it that way. Anyway he changed the battery for me and I was on my way. Thank You Rick for your help.

Initially my experience was great, however, after I made the all cash purchase of my vehicle with a few items to be repaired they did not honor what was said to me. They took days to complete the work on my vehicle and when I finally picked it up once again I had to dealer with another sales manager he was very rude and unprofessional. I expected a call but never received one! Sent a registered letter with my complaint and of course never received a response. I would NEVER recommend the Scott Robinson Dealership to anyone.

I called and left a message for the service manager to call me to discuss my experience and he never called me. Prices they charge when you drive in are different than prices on the internet. Daughter waited over 2 hours for their express oil change which is suppose to be completed in 30 minutes. They are having specials but do not pass them on to the customer unless they ask for them. I spoke with service advistor, Lyle Ota, about the charges and they have never been adjusted and he did not call me back.I purchased this 2003 Pilot from Scott Robinson and have had it serviced in the past. It was always OK - never great, however, I will not be going back.

Buying a car is exhausting and I was dreading it. After hours of searching for the right car and having bad experiences at other dealerships, I happened upon Scott Robinson Honda. I was thoroughly impressed by the sales staff -- friendly and clear. We worked in particular with Sebastian, who helped me find the car I ended up buying (2007 Honda Fit). Sebastian was extremely friendly and helpful -- above and beyond what I had expected. The car I liked had just come onto the lot that day, so I was unable to test drive it and it had yet to get Honda certification. Guaranteeing nobody would buy the car before me, but without locking me into a sale before test driving, Sebastian arranged a speedy certification and detailing process; I was able to see and test drive the car 24 hours later -- and ended up buying it. He so far has delivered on every promise. I am extremely happy with my car. Several people have told me they thought I bought a new car, not a 4 year old one -- a testament to the care Scott Robinson Honda has and the pride they take in their vehicles.

our sales guy was amazing, very very helpful and nice. He did everything to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase and WE ARE! I would 100% recommend going to them. We live 2hours away from the dealer so called in to get numbers for the purchase before making the long trip, and to our surprise we actually got the numbers we were quoted over the phone! If you go ask for Sebastan, I promise you won't regret it! The only thing I would have to say was that the floor mats, do not look like the ones for our 2008 pilot they look alot older and are a different color the the flooring. But that has nothing to do with Sebastan, he was great still :)

My first visit to Scott Robison Honda was on Monday, May 23rd, 2011 and I met with Tamer M as a referral from one of our bankers at Wells Fargo. My mom and I told Tamer we were on a budget, but we needed a new car as soon as possible. Tamer ran a credit check for my mom and saw that it was not in good condition. We told him we had a trade in and an additional $2000. The week went on and Tamer called us with information about the VRRRM project. Although the project did not work out, Tamer still talked to his managers and the financial department to help get us a good deal. On Friday, May 27th, Tamer told us about the Memorial Day Weekend Sale. I was not sure we could get the car, still however. On Saturday, May 28th, Tamer called with excellent news -- he had a deal for us at a price we could afford! My mom and I went down to Scott Robinson Honda and leased a brand new 2012 Civic that we will turn into a buy. Tamer brought down the price to our affordablitly and even lowered it a little more with the manager standing right in front of us. Tamer is an amazing sales man and he literally will bend over backwards to make sure you're in a car you want at a price you can afford. Everyone at Scott Robinson Honda is friendly and ready to help! Everyone congratulated me as I walked out to my new car. I absolutely love Scott Robinson Honda and Tamer! They are the best :)

The service consultant Albert Diaz took my car & I show him the issues with my car. I specifically mention the issues & he acknowledged the sound from the car. But, I still need to leave the car the entire day. I ask Albert to call me when he found the problem to the car, so I can get a rental, because I do have a service contract from Honda & new car warranty.I wait 4 hours before I decided to call & leave message. I left few messages on his line and cell.2 hours later I give him another call & no answer. So I came over & talk to him, he said that he was very busy.I mention to him that I need to know if the repair covered under warranty so my rental is reimbursed. He replied that still might not work, because the corporate Honda & Scott Robinson may not approve it. While the service contract says otherwise & I'm entitled to a rental car no min. hours & no prior auth.During my visit Albert tells his co workers near his station, there are an accident around the corner they need to "see". Some of them do went and abandon their station just to see the accident. That is very unprofessional considering how busy they were at the time.My car front axel is fixed but the rest of the issues are still present, but Albert convince me that they are non issue. I didn't come back, because I don't think I want to go back to Scott Robinson Honda after what happened that day.I try to address my concern to the service manager, but never receive a call back but his voice mails.Very disappointed.

I would like to say that my first car buying experience was a great one and that was all due to Niko Enfiedjian. I visited Scott Robinson Honda just to take a look at their used cars and was introduced to Niko. He was very kind and patient with me while looking at different cars. He was also very upfront and honest on the financial end of things. He was more concerned with me finding a car that worked for me financially other than just trying to sell me a car. The customer service was outstanding. In the end Niko helped me find the best car that fit my budget perfectly. He filled my car up with gas and made sure all of the settings on my car were set just the way I wanted them. Niko went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. For the first time in history, our family had a GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE -- and it's all because of the salesman - NIKOS ENFIEDJIAN. He is not like any salesman you've ever met.My Father and I were looking for a car to lease and before meeting Nikos, had never once had a good experience when going to dealerships. The salesperson would play sales head games, not listen to what we wanted and throw monkey wrenches into deals at the last minute. In most cases, my Dad would end up leaving, get very stressed out at the harassment and games he had to deal with, and it was a very painful experience for him, which was always unnecessary. Based on 40 years of bad experiences, my Dad had a very negative view of buying cars and the salesmen also. (He visited Scott Robinson Honda 2 years ago and ended up leaving because of last minute shenanigans from the Finance/sales team.) Very reluctantly, he and I came into Scott Robinson Honda last Sunday to lease a car, and we were fortunate enough to come across Nikos, a pleasant and very straight forward young man who surprised us right away with his honesty, his desire to help us, and his professionalism. We knew right away there were no games here - Nikos honestly worked to get us the best deal he could and even walked my Dad through all the financial breakdowns. (My Dad is a Finance specialist so he likes to break down and calculate everything out.) Nikos kept right up with him, patiently waiting for my Dad to calculate and understand, answered all his questions and made sure we understood and were happy with everything. Nikos bent over BACKWARDS for us. There were no monkey wrenches, no sales ploys - just straightforward, honest and helpful professionalism. We were THRILLED! In the end, Nikos got us exactly what we needed, the deal was simple and we were in and out of there very quickly. Nikos even filled up our car with gas, called after to make sure we were happy, and sent us a lovely thank you card a few days later. My Dad marveled saying what a painless experience it was, and that in 40 years, this was the first time he had a great experience with a sales person getting a car. He only wants to work with Nikos from now on. I too have dealt with other Salesmen at Scott Robinson and no one even came close to Nikos. We will be referring him for any friends/family who are looking for a car.I can't say enough good things about this young man: he is honest, kind, caring and completely defies every stereotype that exists about Car Salespeople. He is fantastic, deserves much success and accolades!! GO TO THIS GUY IF YOU NEED A CAR!!!! You won't regret it.

Went to the Hawthorn Blvd location today to have my FRONT brakes done only to be told ooops we did the wrong ones so you have to wait longer while we correct our mistake and put the old ones back on and do the correct brakes and even though we wasted your morning for you, you will not get any compensation for it. Thanks Scott Robinson for wasting my morning because you hire technicians who cannot think. I guess I will have to write their GM a letter. I had a meeting today I had to bail out of because it threw me too late to make.

I went into Scott Robinson dealership just "to look" at cars. Stuart Lipschitz came over to help me. He asked me some key questions, listened carefully to my answers and found me the perfect car. It was a certified used car that was right within my budget. During our original conversation I mentioned my previous experiences with other dealership, and that I didn't want to be "held hostage" for hours during the buying process. Stuart was a man of his word. He promised he would make any transactions quick, and he did. I drove away with my new/used car in less than 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone, AND especially Stuart Lipschitz who was the greatest salesperson I've had to deal with.

Nikos was VERY helpful. I've been to other car dealers (Toyota, Honda, Carmax etc...) and the majority of cars sales people (not all of them) either lied, did not want to offer deals (Carmax has great deals but Scott Robinson will work with you) or was too pushy, but NOT Nikos he was honest, gave me a GREAT deal, very friendly, answered all my questions, very kind to my daughter who is 6 (she loves to ask many questions) and he was NOT pushy at ALL...I brought my car late at night and I'm pretty sure we were all tired (Including me) but everyone kept a smile.After I brought the car, Nikos showed me how everything worked on my car (even before I purchased it). He also filled the car up with gas and set all my settings for me. I love Scott Robinson and I recommend buying a car with Nikos Enfiedjian.-One VERY satisfied customer AKA Myesha : )

I called Sherry two days ago and was fortunate to get an early morning time slot on Thursday for a recall on my Element. I was set up with Fadi Awed in service and he was wonderful. Completely helpful and got my car out in good timing. Both he and Sherry are two of the most professional people I have worked with. I will continue to work with them in the near future when I return to buy a new Honda. Their expertise is so valued.I explained to Sherry that Thursday is the best day for me at this time because it is a holiday. About 7 years ago, I encountered what I deemed as a really bad experience with your service department and vowed I'd never go back again for service or to purchase a new vehicle. Anytime I'd hear the name "Scott Robinson" it just made me turn away until earlier this year when a friend had mentioned the great service she gets from Lyle Ota at Scott Robinson whenever she takes her car to get serviced. After much consideration, I decided to give them another try. I took my car in for an intermediate service and was so pleased with the service I got. From start to finish, Lyle was on top of everything -- making sure my car was worked on in a timely fashion and even notified me to tell me how much longer I had to wait. Because I was so pleased with the service I received,I took my car in again last week to have the oil change. His exceptional service has changed my whole perception of your dealership now and I intend to spread the word to all my friends who own Honda's to pay Lyle a visit the next time they need their car serviced. Please commend Mr. Ota on a job well done!

Great servuce. Unlike some service managers, Mr. Ota is sincere, honest and trustworthy. Observing his interaction with other customers verifies my impression. I have been bringing all my Honda vehicles to Scott Robinson for service throughout many years.Lyle Ota in the service department has been very helpful and explains the service in detail. He doesnt rush through explaining things like some of the other service advisors i have dealt with in the past. He also keeps you informed when the vehicle is ready for pick up as soon as its done. We knew something was wrong with my van, but we didn't know what the problem was, so we brought it to the dealership. The person who helped us was Lyle Ota. Lyle was nice, pleasant and took care of our vehicle with no inconvenience to us whatsoever. It was so nice to be able to leave our vehicle with someone we could trust and who took care of everything efficiently! My husband was pleased! I was looking for a Bali Blue pilot. This dealership was the only one in southern california that had one although I would have preferred an EX rather than the EXL. Megan was very helpful over the internet. The price wasn't the cheapest but was competitive. Tony was so very nice to me. He even delivered the car to my home as I had no way to get my old car home and the new one. I love my new Pilot.

We have been Honda owners since the 80s and have brought our cars in for service 90% of that time to Scott Robinson's. The last few years Lyle Ota has been our service advisor. He schedules our appointment very promptly. When we arrive he is very friendly and courteous as he greets us. This time we just needed an oil change. The work was done within a reasonable time while we waited in the lounge which was clean and comfortable. In the past, if additional work needed to be done he takes the time to explain the situation. We appreciate his professional and courteous attitude.

I came in this morning for A1 service on my Honda Pilot. I have been coming to this dealership ever since I purchased my Pilot two years ago. Even though they are expensive, I felt that it was worth it for the peace of mind of going to a dealership. Unfortunately, after this morning, I will never step foot there ever again. I feel that they are totally unresponsive to customers' time and money. They have absolutely no respect, in my opinion, for their customers. I came in for A1 service -- which is just an oil change - I was charged ALSO for tire rotation -- which i did not ask for. In addition, I waited for over 2.5 hours for my car. I do not think that it takes 2.5 hours for an oil change. However, I feel lucky to have gotten out of there in 2.5 hours -- since the only reason I was able to get my car out that "quickly" was because I complained to the woman at the service desk after about 2 hours. At about 11am Mr. Diaz came into the lounge where I had been waiting all morning -- and he told me that I need a new battery and new brakes. I told him that I need the car ASAP because I didn't have any more time today to wait. He said okay and left. I saw that my car was still up with all of the tires removed. I demanded to have my car back. I waited for another 30 minutes. To add insult to injury -- I even had to pay for the tire rotation -- which I didn't ask for. I will never go back to this place and I am telling all of my fellow mommy friends who own hondas in the south bay to find a reputable honda service provider -- which means NOT scott robinson. I am sure that there are other places that can provide you with respectful service and an oil change FOR LESS THAN $51.40 (which is what they charged me) in under 2.5 hours.

Over the course of my 7-year Honda ownership, I've alternated between service centers in the South Bay area and have never had a horrible experience. However, I've been recently taking my Civic to the Scott Robinson service center in Torrance because of the excellent customer service I receive from Lyle. The reason for my most recent visit was because the air in my car suddenly stopped working. I immediately contacted Lyle, who knowledgeably explained what might be wrong with my car and scheduled me for an appointment right away. I was able to bring it in within a few days, and a couple hours later my car was ready to be picked up, with a fully-functional air system. It didn't cost me as much as I had anticipated, which ultimately led to an overall wonderful experience. I definitely recommend other Honda owners to utilize the Scott Robinson Service Center and go through Lyle!

Nikos is the reason I bought my new CR-V from this dealership. The first night I went to test drive the car, I told him I wasn't ready to buy anything and he spent so much time with me, answering my questions and giving me information. He was so friendly and knowledgable and answered all my questions without pressuring me once to buy a car. The second time I went back he was the same way. He's the best. Throughout the entire process I felt really taken care of. They stayed open for me way past their closing time to help me sort out financing options until I felt comfortable and ready to make my decision to buy this car. I feel like I can return to them for anything I need and ask any questions I might have and they will continue to take care of me in the future. It's a great dealership, everyone was professional and helpful and you get to hit a gong when you are through! Plus there's an article on the wall about how their dealership helped take apart one man's Honda for free in order to rescue a kitten that got stuck in the dashboard. I requested an internet quote via the Honda website. Scott Robinson was the only dealer to actually give me a "REAL" quote via the internet. All of the other Honda dealers quoted me MSRP and gave me the high pressure sale pitch to come in to talk a deal. Problem was, I was in another state on business and wasn't going to buy a car until I returned to California, late in 2009.When I finally came back to California (in September), I spoke Jennifer Dikilato and arranged to go in and look at a car, there was absolutely no pressure. They did not have exactly what I wanted, and I ended up saying I was putting off buying a car until after the first of 2010. Jennifer asked if it was OK to contact me after the beginning of the year and I agreed.Jennifer remembered me and shot me an e-mail after the beginning of the year. She asked if I was still looking for a car. I asked her what they had and went in and took a look after we talked a deal. I liked the car and decided to buy it one week later.Most of my dealing with Jennifer was via e-mail. I did my home work and explained to Jennifer what I was willing to pay. I ended up getting a SWEET deal, a price I would never be able to get anywhere else. I had looked up invoice, so I knew what the car sold for.I went in, test drove the car, paid for it. Right after, I had it taken into the service department to have a Lojack installed. I picked it up later that day. It was the best car purchase experience I have ever had.I also ordered some other extras which I had put in a week later. My experience with having the parts installed was great. Fast friendly service. I was treated very well. These guys know what customer service is! I will buy my next car there!

I brought my car in because something was not right with the transmission. I had a 2001 Odyssey Minivan. Since I had serviced my cars before with Lyle, I called the service department and made an appointment. When I got there, Lyle was very helpful (as I remembered him being in the past) and quickly determined that I needed a new transmission. He worked out a fair price and told me that he would order the parts. When the parts arrived, we set a date and fixed the car. Overall experience was excellent. My car was fixed at a fair price with great customer service!

I had a brake problem and had to be towed.My AAA covers only 7 miles after that the cost is $9. per miles. Scott Robinson is 16.5 miles from my home.After fixing the brake problem on 9-28-09, the problem I had occurred again on 10-17-09.I went back to the station they said they would not help me the manager from the service dept was the one. All I said was that the problem had recurred, please check it. To make a long story short he said that they would not help me/I always for 10 years have dealt with Mr. Chan or his sons Lucas & Zachery...they are wonderful..always explain what has to be done and why.Well, today both Lucas and Zachery were off. I had the good fortune to get Janelle...she too was very helpful. She had them check to see that the brakes were done properly. I had paid the gas station $660. to the repairs.I NOW FEEL Comfortable that the job was done.if Scott Robinspn says they are fine..I believe them.Thank you Janelle..I sincerely appreciate your help.Nancy

Upon arriving, staff (Enrique) was courteous and attentive. He specifically told me what my car was missing and the services that would be helpful for my car. I really liked the interest placed on my car and ways to make it run smoother and prevent future breakdowns. Enrique was excellent at communicating and being specific and professional. I also loved the fact that I did not have to wait for a long time before my car was ready. I usually take a book with me to read while I wait but in this case the service provided was keeping my attention away from the book. Usually at other dealerships the staffs do not even check up on their customers to make sure their waiting time is pleasant. However, at Scott Robinson Honda everyone that would walk passed me would smile and ask if there was anything I needed. Customer Service was excellent. The staffs were friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions and explaining what future services my car may need. I even got a car wash which was excellent. My time was well spent at the dealership and I know that I will be coming back again for future Services. I even told my dad how great the people are there and to tell his friends that if they are looking for great service or even thinking about buying a new car, this is the place to go. I would definitely recommend Scott Robinson Honda to my friends and family.

I have been coming to this dealership for the past few years for service on my Pilot. Having my car serviced is definitely not my favorite errand/chore, but I know that if I come to Scott Robinson Honda, I will be able to receive a convenient appointment time, prompt and courteous service, and reasonable prices. We recently purchased a new Pilot and the entire experience has been terrific. The sales process was smooth and the service dept has been extremely friendly/helpful. But most of all, they went above and beyond to help us deal with the bank holding our old car's lease. The bank sent us a huge bill trying to squeeze more money out of us even after we satisfied our lease obligations...Scott Robinson wrote a check and made it go away. We look forward to many years as Scott Robinson customers!

The service waiting room does not feel very good. I think they need to remodel it. If I will have services other than oil change, I definitely will not wish to stay there. lol.The service reps are good. They are not trained/told to push you for service you don't need. But anyways, you should always be a smart shopper who knows what you need and what you don't need. All the business are trying to make money from you, not saving money for you.

Out of all the new car sales experience I've had, this is the WORST EVER. I'm never giving my business to this dealership again.During the sales process, they employed every single sleazy sales tactic, like putting my driver's license in his pocket and refusing to give it back, promising to get me a "good deal" (which turned out to be a lie), and pretending go back and forth to his manager to negotiate the sale.After the paperwork was signed, they turned from bad to worse. They acted like we didn't even exist. The finance manager even laughed at me in front of his employees when I asked a question about the terms of the loan.Every employee in the sales department was rude, discourteous, and arrogant. I can't understand how one place can have that many horrible employees.

We recently bought a 2006 Honda Civic EX (feb 22, 2006)at Scott Robinson's Honda (hawthorne, Torrance, Ca) and our experience was a "NIGHTMARE". The salesman named Tamer did the paper trick to us. During the sales pitch he showed us a paper with a lower price of the car. He told us that he can ask his Manager to even lower the price of the car and probably get more for our trade in while we sign the paper works. After signing the paperworks the manager came in and told us that he could not give us the initial price to us and jacked up the price. So I know something was not right. It smell fishy - So I told them that I'm going to be back the next day. But the salesman offered me free oil changes, Car Insurance for thirty days, more money for my trade in, and he would take care of taking out the navigation/dvd system in the truck the very next day..he said he would take care of us..So I was made to believe in all this &*&(*^)*. By the way I was also talked into buying a $2100 warranty and $650 GAP insurance. The 30 day insurance coverage was out of the picture they gave us 10 days...I went back to the dealership for the Navi/Audio system and was promised day after day. Finally, after complaining to the manager it was taken out of the car...the wires, harnesses we're all cut off.....most of it was not usable. Now I have to spend atleast $300 for the alpine cables/harness..what a waste. ALL I CAN SAY IS " WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE DO THIS TO OTHER PEOPLE????"...I JUST WISH THAT MORE PEOPLE WILL BE AWARE OF HOW SCOTT ROBINSON HONDA TREATED US AND SO THEY WONT SUFFER THE NIGHTMARE THAT WE HAVE RIGHT NOW!!I just want to get rid of this Honda and buy a LEXUS again. There's no comparison with the people and the service. Yeah Of course you pay a LOT Less for a Honda but I dont mind spending a lot more with HONEST people.

We were passing by scott robinson and we decided to go see the deals. They tell us we are lucky they had three specials left: an 05 Accord DX, where they added leather seats (but no AC of course) for 16588 + 500 destination charge. We drive the car, and we decide to buy it. During the deal process, we ask to throw in the AC for no extra charge, which they agreed on. On the paper (4 sq) they write 18520 Out of the door. Deal's done. We sign the papers (without really paying attention to the exact price of the veh). We find out later that they wrote on it: 21200 OTD. When we go back to find the truth, they refused to show us the 4sq paper, and ask us to leave and to take our service business elsewhere... We were told that we were liers and that they did not want to deal with people like us... (I bought 2 cars before: 02 GMC envoy, 99 VW passat, never complained)!! Bottom line, if you want to be ripped off, go buy your next car from Scott Robinson Honda...<br>
