I had a very pleasant experience with Connor and everything went smoothly and efficiently! I was able to get the car I wanted and trade mine in and drive away happy. Best car buying experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and buy again from them.

A fantastic experience all around, the whole sales team was very helpful and the Sales Manager help get us a great deal. The Finance Manager was very thorough and helped us through the paperwork seemlessly. All around a stellar experience.

I had a situation where I needed immediate assistance due to a missing key situation. The staff was very nice and worked quickly to help me. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. I was very impressed with the Service Department. Would highly recommend.

Do not buy a car here. Brand new Volvo has MULTIPLE technology and safety issues - dealership will not offer any resolution. Within 48 hours of buying the car I discovered multiple issues with the vehicle which I reported in writing, in phone and in person conversation... I had to insist on the owner getting involved for the dealership to even offer service. The service tech said the car is IRREPARABLE and cannot be used as intended. The dealership has offered me no resolution except for me to "buy my old car back" meaning pay them more money. The other solution is to put me in next year's model but they cannot provide me a timeline and will not tell me if they, again, expect me to pay more money. Disgusting and UNETHICAL. A brand new car should work.

Stephen Plona is an amazing guy who helped me with the purchase of a pre-owned Volvo. He is a true professional with incredible knowledge, easy going, polite and went above and beyond in ensuring that I had a seamless buying experience. He gave a demo of the car and explained the features in great detail which helped me in making the decision towards the purchase of the car. We requested few minor fixes and he was helpful and had the issues fixed. The car was detailed and looked like new when we picked it up and the registration process was quick and smooth. Me and my family are very happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a Volvo with great salesmanship and prime buying experience to reach out to Stephen Plona and the team at Secor Volvo.
