I saw a vehicle listing from selectivecars.net and decided to visit the dealer. First issues, the sales guy Jim was rude and offensive. Second, vehicle was not as clean as presented on website. I would not recommend or would suggest anyone to spend their hard earn money in bad service or falsely presented poor quality over price vehicle. One look at the dealers site and you will get the idea.

We had the stressful task of looking for a car (Mini Cooper) for my daughter and Selective Cars had one in our price range. We was a little hesitant to buy from an independent dealer, nevertheless because we researched them before going and saw that they had good reviews, plus their online inventory of all their car was amazing, we decide to visit them and give them a shot. To our surprise, our experience actually was great! When we got there, we walked in not knowing what to expect because of our chaotic situation. You see, our daughter previous car was involved in an accident and we wanted to replace her car as soon as possible because she need it to get to school (college) and work. The fact that we live out of state didn't make it better. Sam our salesman, was very informative about the vehicle and very professional and pleasant to my wife and me. He worked with us on the car we wanted. He was great about making sure that all deficiencies were fixes. He had everything checked and if we found that something was wrong he was willing to make everything right. I could go on and on, on why I think this is a great place to buy a car from, but what really drove me to write this review was after almost two weeks after buy this car, my daughter had a problem with it (the convertible would go up) and he fixs it at no cost. Wow All who are in the market to buy a car Give Selective Cars a chance. Its a hidden gem. I think you'll be surprised like we were. Ask for Sam. I would definitely recommend Selective Cars and especially Sam to any of my friends or family.

Jim and Sam made my car buying experience stress free. courteous over the phone and in person. I wasn't pressured, and it was a laid back process. I came from out of town (2 hours away) to make the purchase, and they were very helpful with details before making the trip. I would recommend Selective Cars to anyone in the market for a good used vehicle.

Sam and Jim were a pleasure to meet and make a deal with. They weren't pushy, and encouraged me to take the car to my mechanic for inspection. I got a great deal on the car I wanted and enjoyed doing it. I will encourage anyone looking for a car to visit these guys first.

Sam and jim!! I got my 2010 ford Mustang in January of 2016, car Is legit, their service is great, response time is fast, they are very down to earth people, great quality in salesmen, u don't feel like your being taken for a ride when it come to dealing, low pressure salesmen, I'll be back fellas

This is the second car I have bought from Selective Cars. I live in Hayesville NC and I gladly drove down to Woodstock GA because I know Sam and Jim would take care of me. They make buying a vehicle easy. I looked on their website and then drove down and it was the same exceptional customer service I received the last time. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a great used car with fair dealings. PS These guys are suckers for cheesecake!!!

Sam & Jim were awesome in helping me find a car I like and needed. They were wonderful in helping me get a better finance percentage. Held the vehicle for me for a week and a half. Located the perfect car that was priced right, we discovered a small issue with the SUV and Selective stepped up corrected the issue and had the vehicle detailed all over again. It was very easy to work with both Jim and Sam at Selective. If your looking for a great vehicle that is priced right, then I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks again Selective, I would buy again from them.

My wife and I went in to purchase an Infiniti QX56. We drove the vehicle and everything seemed okay. The owner had the paperwork drawn up prior to signing we found somethings listed on the loan that we didn't want in their and were told they would not be there. The owner contacted financing to have papers fixed. In the meantime the owner gave us the keys to drive the vehicle home, We were to come back the next day to sign everything. On the way home the tire Pressure sensor light came on. Since we were given the car with no gas we stopped at the gas station and fueled up. I aired the tires up but the light did not go off. I contacted the owner the next day to advise him of such. My wife went to pick our daughter up at school and upon doing so called me scared because the vehicle wouldn't go over 25 miles and hour and was revving up. she parked the car and sent me a picture of a puddle of transmission fuel pouring out from under the vehicle. Long story short.. It was a tranny line that blew out.. my wife was stranded at the school with our daughter for hours until I could get there.. No offer of assistance or anything from the owner. He fixed the tranny but when asked about the tire pressure gauge he refused to fix it.. stating that it had been on the whole time..after many back and forth discussions we finally got the owner to give us our down payment back and left.. We will not be back!!
