They called to say that a car I was looking for was available so I went over there and when I arrived that said that it was already sold. The salesperson was bussy with something elese and they didn't even told us to have a seat or something similar, thaty made us wait outside her office so we were waiting in the showroom. Very unprofessional and the worst client service that I have had. I'll take my money somewhere else. (Paying cash by the way)

Chris D was great to work with! I didn't expect to buy a car that night but I felt comfortable enough to go ahead and do it. I would definitely recommend Chris and Serra to anyone. I even have to compliment whoever set up my new car's seat and mirrors for when I picked it up. It was already set and I didn't have to mess with the seat or mirrors before I drove it off the lot. I thought that was a thoughtful touch!

2012 Cruz 24,500 miles sounded like Bird chirp'n inside top of engine. Repair tech found #3 plug loose, removed and reinstalled to correct torque ..... I had to pay, why ??? Service says plugs are wear item and not covered by 6 year 100K mile power train warranty ????. Spark plug OK, did not need to be replaced, just installed like it should have been when the engine was assembled ... dah. !!!!! No different than an engine compartment noise because loose engine mount or alternator loose - not installed correctly - and have to tighten fasteners ??

I went in for my regular 5,000 mile oil change. Service was efficient and completed within a reasonable amout of time. A promotion for a $139 fuel system cleaning was helpful in gettng me to add that service but caused some confusion wih the billing. The estimate printed out with two prices listed (approximately) $125 and $139. When I asked about this, the estimate was corrected to the promoted $139 price. The promotional flier (on both the Service and Billing desks) listed one price but the bill added an additional $15 or $16 for shop charges or disposal, I do not recall exactly. This charge was taken off of my bill when I asked for an explaination. The flier also said that a free set of windshield wiper blades would be installed with purchase of the Fuel System cleaning. This seemed to be a surprise to those I asked at both the Service desk, before requesting the service, and the Billing desk, when paying for the service. The new wiper blades were installed as I was picking up my car after paying my bill. The Service was very good as always but, while apprciated, the promotions process appears to require some attention.

Got an oil change through express oil line. I got there and only waited 5 minutes until my turn for service. While waiting in the guest service lounge, the wait time was only 15min. and my car was ready. I was in and out in no time.

Once again it took longer than what I was told for an oil change and tire rotation. When I checked into the service department for my 1:00pm appointment I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour for my car. My car was not done till 2:15pm.

Tried to schedule an oil change. At main switchboard was asked, "how may I direct your call?" I replied that I wanted to schedule an oil change and was then asked, "GMC or Kia." I responded GMC. Placed on hold. Line picked up, and I am again asked, "How may I direct your call?" I again respond that I would like to schedule an oil change. I am again asked whether this is for GMC or Kia. I again say GMC. Again on hold. Line pickup by anonymous recording. Did this twice with same result both times. After second attempt I left my number and apparently I must await a return call in order to make an appointment for an oil change. I guess you need an appointment to schedule an appointment at Serra. Maybe I expect too much, but it seems to me a dealership of that size ought to be able to respond to telephone inquires where the object is nothing more than scheduling routine maintenance sometime in the future. I was trying to work this into my calendar but now I'm left hanging as to whether or when this can take place. Not satisfactory at all. I would not use this isolated incident as a basis to discourage others from shopping there, but this does appear to be a hole in their approach to customer service.

Loud dash rattle from behind glovebox was not fixed. After the vehicle was returned to me, I took it for a test drive with the service advisor and replicated problem. Rattle during initial throttle input and at cruising speeds. Most prominent at 45mph in 6th gear. Was called by service advisor stating that his manager said that these rattles were not part of certified pre-owned warranty and that it could not fixed.Took vehicle to another dealership where they are fixing it for free under CPO warranty.

Marty my the service guy got me in the shop the same day when I called. My engine light had come on that morning so I immediately called. I also was due for an oil change. Marty also got me into a loaner within minutes of dropping off my car. They got my car finished the next day, as Marty had projected. I was very pleased and thankful.

From the minute my husband and I walked into this dealership we were treated as though we were inferior. We were not taken seriously when we offered to pay cash for a vehicle and the salesman was not even open to making a deal with us. Frankly, we were treated like were were worth nothing! I've never been treated so poorly and unfairly in my life!! I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this dealership! It looks nice on the outside but don't let it fool you!!

I was told that I had a Cadillac Care package that took care of my oil changes and other routine mainetances that I was unaware of. I was told it was covered by warranty so I had them to everything that was allowed under the contract and left their dealership one very happy customer. I've become friends with a few there and they're always friendly to not only me but everyone there. Always conducting themselves in the highest degree of professionalism. Not to mention I got a free car wash voucher and the best thing ever.......my cookie !! Serra is one tight ship run with every customers needs met before they even need to ask!

Great service as always.. Just don't understand why a rear wiper motor has a value of over $430.00 I just priced one OEM replacement for $177.35 at my neighborhood auto parts store. So for that reason I would not recommend your services to anyone that I know. Then I get charged $90.00 for installation of said wiper motor. If you like me to continue using your company I beleive I should get fair market value on that part that you installed. Other than that I will never come back to your over priced dealership ever.

My service advisor Dustin has consistently given the best service I have ever had at any dealership. He goes above and beyond expectations, and has made me feel like a top priority every time he has helped me. Dustin, in my opinion, is the top advisor in your dealership, and other advisors should learn from him and follow his lead on how he treats customers. I have been impressed with the level of service offered by Dustin each time I have needed service or warranty work done. Dustin has not hesitated to make sure I had a loaner vehicle if I needed one. I have had other service advisors, and while they were not bad, they sure did not provide the level of service that Dustin provided.

My experience at your dealership was extremely pleasant. From the time thru the Fast Lane for an oil change to the completion of the recalls on my vehicle. The gentleman that assisted me in the Fast Lane service (can't remember his name) was very effcient and handled all the work to be completed promptly. Once done with him, he directed me to Marty who took over regarding the recalls. Marty is also an asset to your dealership. I was very impressed with his diligence in lining up the servicemen to take care of the recalls once the oil change was complete. It is refreshing to see dedicated employees who treat customers with the utmost respect and take pride doing their jobs.

I went to Serra Buick for my 2011 Buick Regals regular oil change and tire rotation. On my request, the Service Rep examined my original tires, rotors and brake pads for wear. The tires had just under 100,000 mile on them but were just at the replace indicator on a tread gage. The original rear rotors and pads also needed replacement as did the front pads. I was surprised to learn that Serra offers price matching on the tires and was able to match Costco's price for the same OEM Michelin tires. Serra also gave me a 2015 Regal TII as an over-night loaner and an additional 15% off the bill, both very nice. The only glitch was the rear fascia was slightly out of alignment when I picked up my car. It must have been bumped while they were working on the brakes. The Service Rep easily popped it back into place when I pointed it out. Over all a very good experience

Serra was able to procure replacement parts and repaired the vehicle that day. Great Service. As things happen, this repair was 4 months after my warranty expired, so I had to pay for it.

My service visit involved a most trivial concern; a very loud turn signal chime, which I was told would need to be adjusted by a technician. I was scheduled for 1/24/15 (a Saturday morning visit) that coincided with your big used car sale. The service area was choked with used cars, technicians could not work on repairs due to the cars parked in the shop. Still, Dustin Kretchman was able to quickly adjust the offending chime, when really, my appointment should never have been scheduled during this sales event. Kudos to Dustin and the tech who got my trivial concern dealt with under adverse conditions. Nice work Serra.... Very imppressive.

I had a team of at least 3 people trying to figure out the noise that my car was making in the front end. After the technician did a detailed sweep over the front end of my car & found nothing, he brought in more people to help find the cause. They heard the noise twice during a road run and then nothing after that. They spend almost the whole day trying to find a noise that finally disappeared. I got the car back & have not heard the noise since. Time; patience; dedication to the customer. Thank you!

I was rather upset that my car was still showing symptoms of something wrong that I had addressed with them two other times. They took care of me to diagnose what could be wrong. They went over the car thoroughly and assured me that while a noise is present, they can't find anything wrong. They said the vehicle is safe to drive. The people that I dealt with were friendly. It took close to an hour before I could get a loaner and be on my way in order for the vehicle to be taken care of, but it was quite busy that morning. When I picked up the vehicle, I had to ask the write-up gentleman, Dustin, exactly what was done to the vehicle when I came to pick up the vehicle (Pamela). I did find out that Dustin told my husband, Ron, over the telephone what was done to the car, but I was out with the loner and came directly when I called my husband to see if Serra had called. My husband did not tell me the information on the vehicle - only that it was ready. I think it should be told to the person who brought the vehicle in and who picked it up. This is just a minor criticism.

Was the first time going to the express oil change part of dealership, before I would make an appointment for this. I drive 20+ miles to get here knowing that i'm 100% taken care of. Was such a nice day, I went back & brought in my other car for oil change as well. Other buick-gmc dealerships need to take training lessons from Serra to survive.

My salesman Kola Gojcaj was absolutely great to work with on buying a used Buick Enclave! He wasn't pushy, like I've experienced in the past at other dealerships. He responded to all my emails and calls promptly and was very accommodating. The finance manager was also wonderful to work with. Stopped in Monday early morning with transmission issues. Left my vehicle to be checked out. By noon a diagnosis was completed, and I needed a new transmission, or could let them tear the old one down without knowing what was really needed - it could be cheaper or more expensive than a new transmission. I opted for replacing the transmission instead of taking a chance. I was told it would be done in two or three days, depending. Wednesday morning around 10 am, I received a call the job was completed. My Tahoe now drives like new again (with nearly 117,000 miles). I was very pleased, as usual, with how I was treated and the feedback of the status of the repair. I will continue to have all my dervice done at Serra, on my vehicle and my wife's.

Your oil, oil filter and lube service price is very good, however, you should make sure that the oil level is not over filled and all fittings are definitely greased. If you over fill, it is not only a waste of oil and cost but not good for my engine.

I agreed.I used the hour (at first) to get a feel of where I stood with my lease that ended early September. I purchased my wifes 2013 XTS from your dealership in December of 2012, my mother in law also bought a car that same day. I have to say that from the moment we walked in we were treated better than we have ever been treated at any other dealership in our life. We have to drive about 1 hr to get to your dealership but it is worth every minute. We had to bring our vehicle back for a minor recall on something you notified us of and I also asked my wife to check into the extra insurance we paid for on the rims of our car because there is a problem with corrosion on them. We were expecting a fight to get them replaced (as we would have at any other dealership I've ever dealt with), but to my surprise you told my wife that you were ordering new rims and that you would let us know when they were in. What a STAND UP organization you have at SERRA CADILLAC and I will always recommend you to everyone I know and I will be purchasing from you again!

Upon arriving at your dealership, I was greeted professionally and quickly. I explained the problem and they wrote up my service request, quoting me a price, that I felt was high. I needed a new tire. I asked if I could get the tire cheaper elsewhere and my representative told me your dealership woud price match. I went into your lounge area and immediately went online in search of the exact tire. I did find it cheaper and my representative did match the price. My concern is why was it up to me to find a cheaper price? Had I not had my work computer with me, I would have been charged a high price. This disappoints me!

I genuinely like Serra Buick and the people there. When you walk in, the place is spotlessly clean and the people are very warm and welcoming, even if you're not their own client. But there is no feeling of pressure or "over-sell" - they're just nice people - who happen to have a lot of knowledge about the product and can answer any questions you may have. Randy especially seems like a great leader and genuinely concerned about the customer. That's rare these days. Overall, I always have a very positive experience with Serra Buick and am glad to have them nearby my own neighborhood!

Stopped in late Saturday morning to have a "scraping" noise investigated. Since there was only one mechanic on duty at the time, it took two hours for my car to be looked at and another hour for it to be repaired. About right for an unscheduled repair visit. The problem turned out to be an out of place Wheel Well Liner due to a broken fastener. Service rep suggested it was broken due to snow and ice build up over the Winter. I am wondering if it was the tire rotation and brake inspection a couple weeks earlier, about when I first heard the noise. The Mechanic also found a transmission fluid leak at the converter(?). Service Rep scheduled a return visit and loaner car this week.

I was in on a Saturday for a tire rotation and brake flush. I arrived around 9am. At about 11am I went to get an update on my vehicle. I found out I had a transmission leak, but it would have been nice knowing how much longer I had to wait. I was told my service would take 90 minutes at the onset.

Visited dealership for an oil change. Employees were friendly and courteous and oil change was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Tires were set to 35 psi but the proper pressure per the label on the door is 30 psi. The technicians must think the the proper tire pressure for all tires is 35 psi. I have mentioned this in a prior survey but the result was the same this time. Apparently sending out these surveys is required but they are not used to improve performance. After I noticed that the tire pressure was set wrong I questioned everything so I checked the oil level to make sure they put in 6 quarts, not 5 quarts. Overall the oil change is a good value, but attention to detail would make for a more positive experience.

Took car in for noise and when car came back other things did not work but worked when the car went in. After waiting 2 hours for them to look at it, was told I had to replace camera which worked fine went car went in. I would have believed they actually looked at car if they would have taken it in back to see why camera was not working but it never moved from where I left it. Felt they were just trying to get more money out of me. GMC really needs to improve their engines as this was the second car I got that at 45,000 miles the transmission has gone out.

I asked specific questions about a car I was looking to buy and all I got was cut and paste computer answers. The Serra service people were extremely helpful; I highly recommend their service department to everyone I speak with! Unfortunately, this was my third GMC dealership visit for warranty brake work on my new 2013 Sierra truck; brakes vibrate and pulsating upon application at highway speeds. My first two warranty service visits were to another area GMC dealership - they did not solve my problem AND gave me poor service to boot. Although Serra service rep was very honest and helped me every way he possibly could, I still have a complaint about my brake warranty work. Unfortunately my complaint is how GMC warranty work is conducted on my brakes and nothing to do with the Serra dealerships service department. When I do finally get my complaint taken care of with GMC, and believe me I am going to fight this as far as I can, I will be sure to request to have the Serra service department complete the final repairs, they were that honest and helpful!

Our experience was better than we hoped for. After almost purchasing a vehicle from another dealer (there were some major imperfections), we traveled up the road to Serra. Thankfully they were open as it was Saturday. We were greeted by Casey (can't remember his last name-sorry), he promply showed us an almost identical vehicle to the one we were going to purchase form the other dealer. Next thing you know, we agreed to purchase. Told them that we were already approved however I would let the Business manager see if he could match or beat our rate. Low and behold, Jim beat the rate by 1/2 of a percent. Go Jim! So everything went smooth with the closing, and Monday evening we drove home with our brand new GMC 1500 Sierra. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, informative and had a great positive attitude. Thank you Casey, Jim and the Serra Team. Hoping that if we are ever in need of service, we will have the same great experience with the service department.

Surprised & shocked! I have always bought my car to Serra for oil changes. I have a 2010 truck with a "Skid Plate" that has to be removed in order to drain the oil (there are five bolts that hold it on). While doing the last oil change (January 2013), they broke off three of the five bolts, and instead of letting me know and/or fixing it, they let me leave with the skid plate hanging down with only two of the five bolts holding it up. Now fast-forward to June and I am back for another oil change and they point out the issue, yet claim the bolts "rusted off". I suppose it's possible for three bolts to completely rust off a 2010 truck in a six-month time span, but it is highly unlikely. I will take it to another shop to get it fixed, but am upset they let me leave after the oil change in January with a skid plate hanging down, and today will not even acknowledge and/or apologize. I would not trust them to work on my car again.

I went to Serra because of a recall on the 2011 Acadia. On making the call for an appointment the technicians were assuring and knowledgeable. I pulled in and Nick got right to work. He was so friendly and explained what I needed (I know nothing about cars) in a way I would understand. I left my car over night stating I couldn't pick it up until after close the next day. The girls called when it was ready and I paid for it with the assurance they would give Nick the receipt and he would make sure the car was outside locked up ready for me when I got there. It was after hours but when I got there my car was locked up safe with the key hidden as well as the receipt for me with a cookie sitting on the counsel. I was very pleased with the service.

I bought my 2008 GMC 1500 Seara there and have taken it nowhere else for every oil change and service required. At my last oil change they found that one of my front axle shaft seals was leaking. I read about a 2008 Corvette on cars.com and found the vehicle at Serra BGCK in Washington Twp. MI. A salesman approached me outside withing 3 minutes, I took the car for a test drive, showed it to my wife and closed the deal the next day. I got a great deal and a great vehicle. I was called withinn three days to ask how I liked the car and was thanked for my purchase. Last week, I received a tin of cookies and a letter for a free oil change from the dealership. Very impressed with the dealership and would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle there.

The service I got from Brandon was beyond impeccable. He was so helpful in every way and I've never had this good of an experience with any car dealer!! Our sales person Vito deserves an A+++ in every area possible. He is personable, knows his cars and tries harder than most sales associates to work with a client.
