I was in for my first oil change and vehicle multi-point check. I can't believe it was so quick. The good:1. Very Quick service2. They told me status of filter change, not needed at this time.3. Greeted and checked in quicklyNeeds to improve.4. I was asked if I needed the tires rotated. I said no. I figured I'd have to pay for the rotation. No mention that since I bought the vehicle at Seth Wadley, I think the rotation was free. This is my only complaint, if it was free, I would have liked it to be done.Overall a great experience contrasted with my experience in OKC at a Dodge dealership.

I made my first contact by email. They emailed and texted back to set up a time for me to look at the Jeep I was considering. They had it ready up front when I got there. Troy showed us the Jeep and even pointed out a few very minor imperfections he wanted to make us aware of. The sales manager came out and met us. Troy asked what I had in mind and I told him what I wanted to give and what I wanted for my trade. After they looked at our trade and made an offer I decided to keep my trade and just buy the Jeep. When they went to right it up the general manager stuck his head in and asked what I really wanted for our trade. I told him and he gave us what we wanted so we didn't have to deal with it. I appreciated that he realized that was going to be a pain and that it put the final touch on our deal. The nice lady that took care of our financing was very good at her job. Used our credit union and got us the same rate that I had been pre-approved for. Saved me a trip to the bank. In the end I think I ended up paying a little over $100 more than my target price but I was didn't expect something unreasonable. Overall we were in and out in two hours. I would buy there again.

I have been shopping for a truck for a while and to try and get the best deal i had been shopping all over the state of Oklahoma and Texas. I spoke with Doug Roadruck at Seth Wadley but i had ruled them out because I had found a great deal in Texas. Doug convinced me to stop in and Seth Wadley was able to match the pricing i had found in Texas which saved me a lot of driving. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and made you feel like you had known them for years not hours. Doug made the process go extremely smooth. The truck I bought wasn't at the dealership so they gave me a loaner truck while they went and picked my truck up. Once the dealership had picked my truck up Doug arranged for it to be delivered to my work so i wouldn't have to go out of my way. The customer service at Seth Wadley is outstanding and i am glad I purchased my vehicle there.

Service dept did a good job. good dealership, too far from my home. I like the idea of oil changes for life, but it is a hassle for me because I live 50+ miles from the dealership. Sometimes the dealer does not have a loaner car available when oil is due to be changed, thus have to wait. No fault of the dealer, but it is a hassle trying to coordinate with dealer.

Came in with a battery that kept loosing its charge they tested it in a couple of different ways and it proved to be ok just seemed that maybe I had not drove it enough to get a full charge in it. I came home and the next day the charge was gone again. I called and told them the situation that my daughter was here for a visit from Colorado and I really didn't want to spend any extra time waiting for it to be fixed with her here. I took it in again this morning and they said it would take a while so they gave me a loaner car so I could be on my way while they work on it. Very pleased!

We called one day last week for our free oil change for our vehicle and was asked if we would like to bring it in the very next day. Now that's SERVICE!!!! Our vehicle was given an oil change and a thorough checkup in short order and our wait time was very minimal. We were given a detailed receipt of all work completed, and the staff could not have been more accommodating to our needs. In our book Seth Wadley is top notch.

Just in case anyone ever wonders if "oil changes for life" really happens, it does. My 2012 F250 diesel ($120 oil change) has been done many, many times for free at Seth Wadley Ford. My last experience was on Monday morning 8/3/2015 at about 9am. I figured I would be there for at least an hour. Out in 30 mins. Not only is this a great place to buy from, the service is over the top as well!!! :)

My 2013 Fusion developed a shimmy when speeds of 60 mph were hit. I took the car in and asked for a tire rotation and I also told them about the shimmy. They rotated my tires and checked for a balance issue. I was told that there was an excess of mud collected under my car, and that may have caused it to act out of balance. I noticed NO shimmy on my way back home.

When I arrived the gentleman who greeted me was not very courteous. BUT, all the staff after that was very nice and helpful. The first gentleman didn't like the fact that I was driving a Jeep and he wasn't real sure I had bought it at Seth Wadley Ford. When I bought the Jeep, I came to Seth Wadley because I had heard some very good things about them. The Jeep is a company vehicle. One of the Seth Wadley Ford salesmen found the Jeep for me. I personally own a 2014 Lincoln Navigator and have been extremely disappointed in the dealership where I bought it (not Seth Wadley) and have started coming to Seth Wadley for service. Staff needs to get all the info before they jump to conclusions.

We pulled up not knowing what we were wanting to try. Our salesperson, Tracy, was very helpful and even went with us to the SW GMC place to look at vehicles over there. My husband had been on the phone with Katelyn for almost a week looking at trucks and she was so accommodating and not pushy about us getting therevASAP but instead when it was convienent to us. I have NEVER been to a dealership that has been so willing to help and caring about my needs like yall were. I brought my daughter in with me and yall were so accommodating to her while I worked on my deal with my bank and finance person. No one has ever taken her and kept her company and made sure she had a good experience like yall have. That meant more to me than buying a truck! When yall found out that the truck maybe WAY out of my price range yall didn't show me more trucks that were still out of my price instead yall actually went and found ones that would make me be under budget. Yall cared more about me being satisfied than just selling a truck. My salesman Johnathan was an angel as well as the sales manager that took the time to look for trucks and bring them up front as well and help Johnathan out. Joe in finance was very caring and awesome in explaining everything and making sure we got the best rate with our bank as well as if he could get us a better one. He wasn't pushy like I've seen before. I've been truck hunting for several months and I can 100% say I will NEVER go to another dealership. Yall exceeded my expectations above and beyond. Also I LOVE that yall offer lifetime engine & oil changes even on used trucks. Yall are great.

2010 Ford Explorer. I will have to let you know later how you really did. Troy has promised a few things for May to happen with the Explorer so if that gets completed I will give a better review. Also, I can't believe that no one can find my purchase packet from the day we bought the car. My husband laid it down and it disappeared. Now I have no documents on the purchase of my vehicle. Other than that it was a pretty good experience. I never felt pressured, but I also didn't feel like everything was explained to us. Like we weren't asked if we wanted an extended warranty offered by our loan company, it was automatically placed and we were expected to accept it. I didn't appreciate that fact. I would have accepted it anyway, but it should be my choice not forced on me.

We pulled up in the lot and was greeted by Ricky, who proceeded to show us the exact vehicle we were looking for. There were no attempts to put us in a vehicle we didn't want or what we were not looking for. We ended up purchasing an F250 Super Duty XLT. Couldn't be happier. The dealer did add on step bars/running boards, made an extra key, and programmed the door lock all in an hour and a half.

I already filled out a survey. I said that the February experience was better than the first two. I thought the first two took entirely too long and the car was not really clean. The February visit, the car was clean and I was given a detailed report of what they found. I never received that kind of report - only was handed back my keys. Is that just a 20,000 mile checkup report? I will say that your employees are very courteous and friendly. I felt very comfortable in the waiting area. The young man who sold me the car was a dandy. The kind I would invite to Sunday Dinner.

I bought a 2009 Dodge Charger SXL. Seth Wadley we very pleasant to deal with, their vehicles are fairly priced and they are willing to work with you with what your trying to get. I told them I was looking online and I was looking at a magnum and this charger. They had them out and ready for us to look at when we got there. They didn't try and stick me in some vehicle I had no interest in. The only other feed back I have is about the "warranty" that comes with every car. I realize that this is a good selling point but it should always be an option. because every car that has this warranty jacks the price up on the vehicle by about 800 dollars. I'm not going to drive an hour to have the oil changed, and my insurance covered the towing and miner vehicle repairs. so I did kind of feel like the warrant was being pushed on me and I know I wasn't going to use some of the features of it. That's why I say it should always be an option. but in the end they worked with me on it and they took away what I didn't want on the contract. Thanks Seth Wadley it was good doing business with you.

I have purchased more than one car at seth wadley. The car buying was a good experience but their service department needs a make over. I made contact with a lady in the service dept she was suppose to check on a warranty never called so I could bring my car in. I called in February again waited two weeks never called me back. On the third week a guy named quinton called me after I sent an email and he told me he would check on it and call me back. It has been over a week still no call back. I think Seth Wadley needs to clean house on his service department. It certainly has convinced me NOT to buy another car there.

2014 F 150 . Have oil change for life had the oil changed at 4880, checked oil before change and after change the oil still looked somewhat like it did before I thought maybe someone had maid a mistake and didn't get changed, I ask the service dept. about it and they were very nice about the situation and changed it again at 7000, I seen the service tech get in the truck and take off very fast pulled into bay put on lift drained oil very quickly put plug in before engine drained completely and filled with oil after I left I checked the oil and it still looked a little dark, I don't think they give the engine enough time to drain before slapping the plug back in the pan so that answered my question about the oil looking darker than new oil. I know that doing it the fast way doesn't really hurt anything with the grade of oil we have today just a little old fashion I guess . Overall I am pleased with the service dept. they were very nice about changing the oil again before time.

This was my first scheduled maintenance for my 2014 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. I scheduled the maintenance online, and was greeted by Staci Brooks, my Service Advisor, upon my arrival. We reviewed my list of things I wanted to have done (and checked), and everything was handled to my satisfaction. I was in and out in about 2 hours. I especially liked being able to watch the maintenance being done, observing the work being done through the plate glass windows, and the complimentary car wash was a nice touch, along with the coffee, popcorn, and bottled water.

Saw the vehicle I wanted to consider buying online on the dealership website. I contacted Dustin K by text and asked if he could verify vehicle was still available and if there might be others "just in" that could be included in my SUV search.Initially we could not locate the vehicle on the lot, but with some due diligence can guidance from the veterans, we not lonely located it, but ended up trading in my vehicle to purchase the one on your lot. Much appreciation to Dustin and the other sales associate that let us use his office and to the used car manager at the Ford store. Thanks again for making this experience fun and painless. had engine tune up done (58000 mile), expected more mileage before needing this, did make engine run better. Asked to have engine compartment washed, because previous servicing had left that area very oily dirty, didn't wash that but did do a great wash on the body of the pickup.

F350 dually - service was really good people were great. Travis and Bryan also our sales guy Daryl was great (we came back as repeat customers to him) Also liked that Audry? called to follow up with us as a courtesy call....However, inside was a little distracting - music too loud and too many people in and out of finance room. Thought it could have been toned down just a little bit...came to buy a vehicle, left without closing deal the first time - felt like party was starting before we even sealed the deal. Daryl ended up delivering vehicle, that was much appreciated.

I had a new fuel filter replaced on my truck (thinking that would fix the problem) but I am still having problems with running rough. This is not Kyle's fault, he did not suggest it. He suggested that I bring my truck back for diagnostic testing which I will do next week.

My first oil change in my new '14 Mustang. I decided to take it to SW for my oil changes, 1. They're free. 2. Including the gas it takes to get there, it's still half as much as my old place. 3. I will have other maintenance work done there too, so this way I have all my service records in one place. This is a great selling point when I put the car up for sale.The staff was friendly, the waiting room was comfortable (I took a nap while I waited), and everything went smoothly.Thanks for doing a great 27 point inspection on it also.

I live in the Kansas City area and was very dissatisfied with the local dealers take it or leave it attitude. I do not expect to be treated like a king, but I do expect a certain amount of curtsy. Especially when your looking at spending $40,000.00 As a defense contractor I travel a lot and a friend of mine in the Pauls Valley area recommended I stop by and check out Seth Wadley.
