I bought this car at the beginning of March 2016. I thought this dealership was the very best by how they treated me up to the sale. Very quick responses to phone calls and text messages--really quick and very cooperative in every way.The technician who prepared the car before the sale replaced the fuel tank cap, so apparently he saw a problem with the check engine light and apparently thought that replacing the fuel tank cap would correct the problem. On the 770 mile drive home the check engine light came on (again), and I replaced the fuel tank cap (again) and the dealership popped for the cost. The check engine light came on again, and I took the car to a local repair shop. They checked the evaporative vapor emission control system and replaced two hoses. I am now outside the 30-day warranty period. The check engine light came on again. This time the repair shop did a comprehensive (and expensive--I paid for it) analysis of the evaporative vapor emission control system and determined that the vapor pressure sensor in the charcoal canister was sticking. This component is not available separately; it comes only as an integral part of the charcoal canister, which means that to finally correct the problem, which manifested itself prior to the sale and well within the warranty period, I must replace the charcoal canister.Because I felt that this problem should have been properly diagnosed and corrected as part of the inspection and preparation before the car was sold to me (instead of simply putting on a new fuel tank cap--twice) and that the replacement of the fuel tank cap a second time during the warranty period acknowledged but didn't correct the problem but simply ran out the clock on the warranty period, I asked the dealership to honor the warranty and to cover the cost of this repair under the warranty.After I wrote to the dealership twice and made a telephone call (which was not returned) and five days went by, the dealership sent me a text message saying that because we are out of the warranty period, they won't cover the charcoal canister. So once they ran out the clock on the warranty period, they consider themselves to be home free, even though the problem manifested itself both before the sale and during the warranty period but was not properly corrected.I find that service unacceptable and unethical, and that is why I am writing this evaluation.

We purchased a 2016 Infinity QX60 recently. This is the pinnacle of 3 seat SUV's. It has a striking appearance with smooth lines sweeping down the sides of the vehicle. The front end and grill add a bit of adventure and aggressive stance to the car. The interior is absolute luxury. Very comfortable leather seats that adjust every way they can. The dash board is broad and sweeping, allowing a clear view of the road. The controls are easy to use and positioned for easy use. The ride is smooth and very quiet, with very little road noise allowed in the cabin. This is our second Infinity and we are thrilled to own it. This vehicle is so much more impressive in it's appearance than the boxy competitors. Bottom line is that this vehicle costs a lot less than a similar sized BMW, Lexus or Mercedes and offers more luxury and a more impressive appearance.

We have been nothing but impressed with Sewell Infiniti. I bought a car from there around 8 months ago. It was an easy process, including the financial part. The service department is just as amazing. Sewell really is a totally different experience when it comes to dealing with a dealership. I will buy from them again next time I get a car.

I tried to buy a car from this dealership. Charlie, the salesman was very helpful, and offered me a very good deal. I waited too long to make up my mind, just had too many things going on. But I definitely want to deal with this dealership and buy a car from them. I was very impressed by their svc dept and sales.

Making an appointment was easy and fast. Greeting and final exchange of instructions were done with high professionalism. I did not expect to be escorted to the waiting area, this was done very nicely. After the service was completed in much faster time then I had expected, the work performed was explained by one of the service advisors and a freshly cleaned car was returned to me. The performance and individual enthusiasme from Tanya and Josh to please and positively influence the customer were highly appreciated. What a great team. Mr. Sewell, it takes a great effort to establish a team like this but it is their performance that will make me come back to this dealership. I spent over a year looking for an SC. I thought i found one at Sewell Infinity in Ft. Worth. Mr Sales was credible . My credit application was approved and scheduled car for pickup the next day. I called the day before to find out what time i was to pickup the car. Salesman told me they sold the car to someone else last night but didn't bother to tell anyone the small detail. So much for customer service. Keep in mind we already agreed to pickup car after my mechanic inspection. I wrote Carl Sewell, owner of the Sewell Auto Group of the letdown I felt from this experience. The next day the GM from Infinity FW called me because he wanted to know what happened for training purposes so it wouldn't happen again. I could not believe it. It seems the person who bought the car had poor credit but was willing to pay a lot more for the car. They just strung me along - just in case their credit app wasn't approved.

I recently bought my new car at Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth. My buying experience was very easy, friendly, and convenient. I had a tire that was low and took into the dealership. I didn't have an appointment. I was leaving for the 4th of July holiday. I needed to have this problem solved. Brittany Parvin met me in the driveway of Sewell. We went into her office and she explained what would happen, the price, and she asked if I wanted the car washed. I agreed to all terms and went into the sitting area. Everything was done within an hour. I like to shop places where the customer is treated so well. Thanks to Brittany!

I recently purchased an Infiniti G37 from Sewell Fort Worth & could not be more pleased with my buying experience (largely in part to my salesperson David Dickey). This was the first time I was buying a new car completely on my own & was a bit overwhelmed. Before coming to Sewell I visited another Infiniti dealership in the DFW area that made me feel like a sale rather than a person, played games & were a little pushy. After that experience it was a blessing to find David & the Sewell Infiniti team. It was a complete 180 from my previous dealership in the most positive way. When I visited the dealership for the first time I was greeted warmly by the receptionist (instead of being pounced on) who introduced me to manager. After asking me some preliminary questions he introduced me to David my salesperson. David was very patient, professional & personable. He took the time to answer all my questions & locate the exact car I wanted. I needed some time to think about it & David did not pressure me in any way. Instead he gave me all the time I needed & made himself available at all times (by phone, text or email & even over the Christmas holidays) to answer all my questions. I was renting a car at the time & once I made my decision David arranged for someone to pick me up at the DFW airport rental car counter & drive me to Sewell. Once there, the rest of the buying process was smooth & seamless. All my paperwork & options were explained to me clearly. My car was ready as soon as all the paperwork was signed & David took a significant amount of time to demonstrate the features of my new car. He even hooked up my blue tooth & offered to come to my house & program my garage door opener to my car if I had any trouble. And if I didnt get it the first time or forget how to do something Sewell offers technology classes too. Something I truly appreciate. Since my purchase I have now been equally impressed with the service team as well. I have had my car washed several times (both at Ft. Worth & Sewell Cadillac Grapevine) & they were quick, polite & thorough. David & the entire Infiniti team took the time to answer all my questions, ease all my concerns & made sure I was not only happy but comfortable with my purchase as well. Im beyond happy with Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth & my salesperson David. I will definitely recommend Sewell Infiniti to all my family & friends.

Just bought our second car in three months from Roger at Sewell Infiniti FTW. The buying experience it like none other! There's none of the "salesman tricks" that you see at all the other dealerships! They go above and beyond to make the experience easy, pleasant and to build repeat customers. When we wanted remote start added after we bought our car Roger lent us his personal Infiniti for two days so we wouldn't be down a car. He is extremely knowledgable and super easy to work with. Just wish we needed another car! Free car washes for life and they go above and beyond to make sure our cars are well maintained even at there expense. No nickel and diming here. Roger is the best!

I recently purchased an Infiniti EX 35 at Sewell Infiniti and couldnt be more pleased with my experience. The man I worked with, Roger Bernard, who also sold my brother his car, was beyond helpful. I told him I wasnt quite sure what I wanted but after being in a car accident, knew I wanted something safe. After meeting him during my brothers car buying experience I knew that he would be honest, sincere, and diligent in finding the right car for me. Roger made me feel very comfortable and completely satisfied with my decision. I would recommend Roger to anyone needing a new car. The other staff there were also attentive and even asked if I would like the TV channel changed in the lounge area while I was waiting. Sewell knows how to treat it's customers and I wouldn't go anywhere else for a car.

From the first minute of our visit to Sewell Infiniti and introduction to our salesman, Roger Bernard, the Sewell experience was beyond our wildest expectation. Roger was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, inviting and not at all pushy( like so many salespeople can be). We knew what we were looking for in a car - the new JX - and Roger knows that car inside out. He led us through all the features of the car, allowed us to really push the car through all the technology. This was the first time I have purchased a new luxury vehicle. The process was easy. The staff friendly as expected. David Dickey was completely at our service for the entire process from the "window shopping" phase and the serious inquiry phase, and through the financing process. There were no questions left unanswered. Mr. Dickey definitely went the extra mile and made it seem as if that was "routine". As anyone who has purchased a vehicle knows, it is a time consuming process and I loved that the facility was comfortable and accommodating, not only for me and my wife, but also for my young son who is easily bored. Even my 8 year old son seemed to enjoy th comfort and hospitality of the facility for the hours we were there. This made the process less stressful. I love the vehicle as well and I am not a "car person". I actually look forward to driving this vehicle and wish I had more reason to do so than I already do. I also look forward to working with Sewel for the coming years as they have reminded me through their example of how important customer service is. I hope I can get my next luxury vehicle from them in the future and would definitly recommend them to a friend or family member.

I worked with David Dickey and he was great! Found the car on the web, sent him am e-mail and he replied on Sunday night, wow! Spoke to him Monday am, negotiated the price, worked out my trade value and fiancing all without ever going there. then he delivered the car Thursday to me in College Station. all around great experience. I will like to speak of the exemplary customer service I CONTINUALLY receive at Sewell Infiniti, Fort Worth, TX. It begins as you drive up to this magnificent, new facility. A great building helps, however being one is believes in traditional values, it is the service that makes this Infiniti Dealership among the very best. A great example is Mr. David Dickey in Sales. This gentleman is obsessed with outstanding customer service. Without being overbearing, he exhibits excellent communication, professional appearance and a knowledge of the Infiniti product line that is simply astounding. From the specs, to performance, to interior/exterior options, to price range and availability, David excels. We play this game in which I study a particular fact about a specific Infiniti model and then pose it back to Mr. Dickey as a question. I am proud to say that To date, Mr. Dickey has not missed a single question! Impressive! Those are just a few of the accolades for David. Perhaps his greatest is his genuine concern for each customer. He plays with the children, acknowledges and displays (additional) respect for US Military personnel and our senior citizens, and never condescends to anyone. The Infiniti line speaks for itself---performance, luxury, great pricing, outstanding features. I love my FX-35 but when the time comes to purhase a new Infiniti, Mr. Dickey will be my salesman; afterall, he is already a friend! I highly recommend Sewell Infiniti and in particular Mr. David Dickey!

My wife and I drove over 6 Hours to the sewell dealership to purchase a pre owned QX56 we had seen on line. I had spoken briefly with one of their salesman Scott Hays over the phone. Everything Scott said he would do for us he did. He was professional and made our experience of buying our first infiniti a pleasurable one. We would recommend this dealership to anyone.
