bought my first 2021 jeep compass today on my own without a co signer! I can not express this enough at how pleasant my experience was thanks to Howard and Alex! Not only was I in and out, but they gave me the best deal and rate I could possibly get as a new buyer. The service was outstanding putting the customer (me) first, which most dealers do not do. You could easily tell they genuinely care about their customers, I will 100% be doing my business with them and highly recommend. Thank you guys so much for making my first experience an awesome one!

I had a great experience with everyone at the dealership. Maya, my salesperson, was great, very responsive, getting all the details done at the end of my long-awaited arrival of my new truck. Nicole, the manager, was very patient with my weekly calls of "Is it here yet?" Andrew, the customer care point person, went through the vehicle very thoroughly with me, to make sure I was completely comfortable with every detail, inside and out, before I drove it away. Byron, the finance manager, got me a great financing deal, and was also helpful and informative, explaining the details of the financing. Great job, everyone! I love my 3500. I'll be buying my next truck with you, too.

Just picked up my new Grand Cherokee and it’s beautiful! Jordan my sales person was great! He listened to what I wanted and there was very little back and forth. He was phenomenal! Andrew from the service area walked me through every option I’m the car and made sure I understood everything. He was very informative and took his time. My experience at Shakers Jeep was great. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

Nicole was so helpful! She answered all of my questions via email which made my life so much easier with my work schedule. She was always pleasant, friendly and definitely has a customer-first personality. When I went in to sign my lease I was helped by Jon S. and he equally met my expectations set forth by Nicole. The two made the experience as simple as possible and showed a caring attitude every step of the way. Will definitely be recommending this dealership!

Everything went too smooth and buying a truck was easy and simple. The team I had the pleasure of working with today was outstanding. Super nice, professional and great to work with. I didnt feel the "dealership pressure" most feel. They were able to get me an amazing deal on a Heavy Duty truck which is hard to come by most times. I'm sure I'll tell friends and family about my positive buying experience here.
