The competitor we were considering does a more thorough job on the detailing. When we got home we found old french fries and shake and dirt in several of the cup holders-kinda gross. Car photos on internet are not as good as some other takes. Things were really efficient on your end and fair. I like your approach to car buying and would use you guys again. Thanks

Purchased a Suburban from Shamrock only to find out 5 months later the vehicle had been totally repainted and was previously in some type of accident. Beware of this dealership as they seem to be selling previously painted and fender bender type vehicles. The car is in awful shape i just felt like i deserved to know this prior to my purchase. It makes me feel like i was tricked and deceived. Because of the shape of the vehicle i felt best to hurry and trade it in to avoid future problems. I had a completely different experience shopping at a similar type dealership in Bountiful. I am happy know with a different car. My recommendation is to avoid this dealership, hope this helps someone else as i would of liked to have known.

We were and have been very happy w/ our Yukon we bought. There was a small reflector missing from a door. Our salesman assured us when we came back to pick up the car that it would be replaced. When we came to pick up the car it had not been replaced. I asked about it & our salesman promised to send it right away in the mail. We did eventually receive it & our license plates but it took a bit of nagging. But overall I would say it was a good experience & felt honestly dealt with.

After searching through options of vehicles, we finally decided on the exact car we wanted for our family. Kellen and the Shamrock Group was really the only dealer out of literally dozens we worked with in both Utah and Idaho who heard us and went to work finding the exact vehicle. His communication and follow-up was exceptional and he did everything he could to make the buying process east and actually pleasant. He even drove our new vehicle to the Salt Lake airport to deliver it to me as I flew into town. We struck gold w/ Shamrock!!

The car we got was the best priced that we found. We even had another dealership tell us to go to Shamrock if that was the price we could get from them. Our salesperson, Kellen, was wonderful. He could go to wits with my 13 year-old son and made us feel comfortable. This was by far the fastest process that I have ever been through in buying a car. After MISERABLE experiences with big dealers, I tried Shamrock Group to see about getting help on an upside-down loan on a car I loathed driving. From the very first contact, I knew this was going to be a different (and better!) experience. Kellen was amazing. He put the loan information through the credit union I requested, and after a horrific time trying to get the big dealer to give in on their broken promises, Kellen had held the car I was interested in. During a week long process of getting thing straightened out, Kellen was texting or calling every day to see if there was anything he could help with. He told me exactly how to phrase things for the big dealership people in order to "speak their language." Thanks to his advice, things finally got resolved. When I went in to sign with Kellen, he had everything ready for me, and Brady hung out with us after hours to get the deal done. They gave me fabulous trade on my other car and a steal on a very gently used Prius. I'm pretty sure they would do anything for the "little guy", so if there is a car you want contact Shamrock and I bet they can get it or arrange a way to find it for you! No more big dealerships for me; I'm going with Shamrock all the way! This was a wonderful buying experience, made easier by the people (Kellen, Brady, etc.) that actually cared about me, what I wanted, and did everything they could to help me get it. Best car-buying experience ever!!! I'd do it again tomorrow!

I think I must have been Kellen's most paranoid buyer ever! I had never bought a vehicle out of state/ sight unseen. To say the least I was really nervous! Kellen answered every concern, sent me lots of photos and told me he could transport the car to me. I have my 2012 Acadia now, it's beautiful and I love it! It is everything he said it was. I would recommend checking with him if you want a great used car at a fair price.

Reading some of the other reviews beforehand made me a little skeptical, asa seasoned car buyer I was expecting the usual bartering experience.Shamrock group is completely different. They offered me a fair price for mytrade in and had the best pricing I could find for the car that I wanted.All the cars on the lot were in excellent condition, I've now had my tradein for 5 months and absolutely no problems, I love it! I just purchased a 2007 Subaru Forester XT from Brady at the Shamrock Group. The whole experience was amazing! As an out-of-state buyer, I was scared to show interest in a car and have the dealer mark it up, but Brady gave it to me straight. I had spent many hours haggling other dealers while we were looking for the right car, but not with Shamrock. He gave us the bottom line price and it was so good I didn't have to haggle! He was always very friendly, and did everything I asked him to in a timely manner. Despite him offering to drive us from the airport, we decided to buy the car sight unseen. Our biggest concern was the shipping, as most places quoted us between $420 and $550 to ship to Boise. Brady heard our concern, and was able to get our car shipped to us for $150! That's less than gas would have cost! When we got the car, it was in impeccable condition. The only reason I thought I hadn't gone back into 2007 when I sat in it is because of the odometer. It looked like it came off the lot brand new! It was exactly as they described it.I will definitely suggest Shamrock group to any friends that are willing to buy out-of-state. Brady made the process so easy and didn't pressure me at all. I really appreciated not getting 1,000 calls from him after I showed interest, but before we had decided (my phone is still blowing up from all the other dealers we called).One other thing: Brady understood that we wanted the car in a timely manner, and he had the car on a truck several hours before the money had even gotten to his bank!My experience with Shamrock Group is that they give old-fashioned customer service, and they are extremely honest and low-pressure. If you are trying to decide to buy from them or another firm, do what I did!

When I want to buy a car, I don't want to deal with the vultures waiting for the kill. I want to look, think it over, make my decision and then only buy what I want. These guys were honest. Let me look, take my time with out hovering. And when I decided to buy, I got my car. Not all the extras that I didn't want. Not the pressure of the extras. They wanted me to be comfortable with what I was buying and no pressure. I was so comfortable and felt no pressure that they could have sold me ocean front property in Arizona. But that's the thing...they wouldn't nor would they try. Just honest guys, making a living, giving people what they want with no hype, pressure or lies.

I was referred by a friend who bought a car from the Shamrock Auto Group. My friend had high praise for these guys. He told me that their prices were great and that you could count on their cars being accident free. I called Brady and he helped us decide on what kind of 4 door sedan we should buy. We decided on an 2011 Acura TL. They had a few to choose from. I flew into the Salt Lake City airport and drove the car home. Brady recommended that we have the car inspected by a local repair shop before we made arrangements to fly into Utah. We talked to an independent shop about the car and it really was a nice car. We saved about $2,500 over what we would pay for the same car here in southern CA. We would highly recommend these guys.

I have always been pretty skeptical about buying newer cars from dealers, but as I searched online I found a few places I was going to check out. I saw that shamrock group had a suburban that seemed to be what we were looking for. We went to go see the car later that day. I arrived at their office thinking I was going to be a able to see the car I spoke to Brady the sales manger about earlier that day. It took 45 minutes for them to realize I was there, and when they finally told me where the car was we had to drive 2 miles away to a somewhat intimidating gravel holding lot where the car was being kept. We liked the car and ended up buying the car in spite of the somewhat unprofessional manner in which they presented it. The thing that is most bothersome to us is to this day we have had a few issues with the car and cannot get ahold of Brady or anyone for that matter at there dealership. I wasn't satisfied at all with my purchase and unfortunately I won't be returning for my future car needs.
