We went back to Sharpe to purchase our second BMW X3. Steve Glenn was able to find JUST what we wanted. I was very specific and didn't make his task easy. I discovered that tan carpeting, which was what I wanted, is not popular now. Steve searched and searched and finally was successful. I couldn't be happier. He was very pleasant to work with. We also talked with Mandy Merritt in service and found her to be helpful and very competent. I would refer my friends and family to Sharpe.

I was very satisfied with the overall treatment I received throughout my time at this dealership. My salesman Shaun treated me well with respect and was very open about everything. My purchase did not take very long and the interest rate I was given through teir bank was even better than my local credit union here in Flint, Mi.

April 23, 2016 Sharpe BMW Twenty years ago, Francis Fukuyama, then a senior social scientist at the Rand Corporation, now at Stanford University, in his book TRUST argued the thesis that a culture that honors trust in business dealing provides an essential social capital to the economy. To associate the word trust with the experience of buying a used car, for decades, seemed like an incompatible mix. From our buying experience, The Sharpe Collection BMW has made trust an included option in their business dealings. The longest missing car option in automobile business dealings for generations has been trust. The longstanding negative cultural icon of the sharp-dealing used-car-salesman perpetuated mis-trust. It may take some time to change. The internet of things, connectivity, and the free flow of information are, however, forcing that transition. The internet is facilitating change in the experience of buying a car by free and open flow of information. The internet has disseminated information regarding cost, option packages, resale value, financing, insurance and warranty information. The luxury car dealers in particular are certifying their cars and standing behind them with a variety of included and optional warranty coverage packages. The free exchange of information, both online and in person, at Sharpe BMW created a sense of credibility and trust. My husband and I were comfortable and pleased with the experience of buying a certified pre-owned BMW loaner vehicle at Sharp. I live in Ohio, a few hours drive from The Sharp Collection BMW in Grand Rapids, MI, but the internet allowed me to shop online, find the car with the options I wanted, contact Sharpe BMW, and close the purchase and financing in a matter of hours. The salesman, Steve Glenn, aka client advisor, was truly a client advisor. He answered all questions without contest or irritation, backed up his answers with documented facts and figures, and was patient and professional. We first spoke late on a Monday morning. The sale and financing were completed by that afternoon, and the car was ready for delivery, on our mutual schedule, two days later. The delivery experience was efficient, professional, and thorough. Steve Glenn, our client advisor, with the backup of Eric Fillinger, a BMW Genius a la Apple Genius, gave us a hands-on demonstration course of all the electronics, communications, voice command programming, and other options. In the week since purchase and delivery, they have called me, to assist with any problems and further instruction. Their supervisor, Jeremy Dutcher, BMW Sales Manager, cordially greeted us and was kind enough to make a restaurant recommendation: My Old Goat, a nearby farm-to-table restaurant that we thoroughly enjoyed. George Sharpe also cordially greeted us and checked that all was well. Nick Green, Business Manager, gave us a short course on all the included and optional warranties on the vehicle and efficiently guided us through the finance process paperwork. This is the second automobile that my husband and I have bought online. Both times it has been a good experience. Nick was a pleasure to work with-he wasn't a "pushy" salesperson, he respected our space while we browsed and test drove various BMW's but yet made himself available when necessary and continued to keep contact with us for weeks as we searched for the right vehicle for us. Nick is knowledgeable and trustworthy. (The facility was under renovation when we stopped, hence the lower rating on "facilities".)"

I stopped in to Test drive the new 328i as I was deciding between an Audi and BMW. Nick had me drive each of the different 3 Series options. When I walked in I was pretty sure I was going with an Audi, when I walked out I was extremely torn as to which to go with. Both Nick and the Sales manager were great in working with me in regards to financials and finding a car with everything I wanted. They did not pressure me to buy at all even after I gave my opinions of the 2 brands. I ended up not going with the BMW only because that is not where my heart was. Again it was a great experience. I recommend them to any one looking into a BMW. I will be talking to them again next time I am looking to purchase a car. The only reason the Facilities gets 3 stars is because their BMW Showroom was being renovated and they were using the Mini Showroom so there was not a lot of parking on the weekends.

My husband and I were in town on a business trip and stopped by the dealership to test drive the 528xi. Dan was extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient and courteous. Although we had been speaking with dealers in our local market, we chose to work with Dan due to his interest in garnering our business, warm personality and exceptional customer service. Steven, Sammy and Nicole were great along with the entire buying process. Sammy did a excellent job explaining all of the newer technical aspects of the X6,, including the new weather widget. This is something that the dealer has greatly improved on in recent memory which added considerable value to the buying process. Hopefully BMW creates more info widgets to BMW Online in the future. Steven worked hard on getting the car prepared and ready for delivery, which both the dealer and buyer wanted. Great job !!

Bought a CPO 535i xdrive from Dan Erdei at Sharpe. It took me about a year of looking for just the right car and Dan was patient with me the whole time. No pressure whatsoever! All of the folks at Sharpe are a pleasure to deal with and very professional. You will no be disappointed!

I recently went into Sharpe to deal with my lease end on a 2012 3 series. Dan Erdei was incredibly helpful with navigating me through the process. I ended up moving to an X3 from my old vehicle and the process couldn't have been more painless. There was no sales pressure from Dan at any time and he was very patient when working through a ton of my "wants" while building out the new car. Throughout ordering to delivery Dan communicated the estimated dates to me. Upon delivery, Dan helped me get all the paperwork in order and eventually handed me off to Sammy Bryson, who handled my lease end inspection. Sammy was very professional and informative about charges that I was incurring on the car I was turning in. In addition to dealing with the turn in, Sammy also walked me through the controls and tech on my new vehicle and invited me to participate in BMWs Encore program (bring back the car for a quick check up and to answer any questions). Unfortunately the originally scheduled date fell through, but Sammy was on top of rescheduling it well ahead of time. The rescheduled appointment was very friendly and efficient, which I always appreciate from everyone at Sharpe!

Shaun Waid was a terrific guide as I learned the BMW Pre-Owned landscape and available features in the X3. Sharpe didn't have the model that I was looking for at the time so I had to purchase one from a dealer in a different city who didn't come close to the level of experience I received from Sharpe. The team atmosphere on the sales team is truly palpable - which makes the environment comfortable for the consumer. They all seem genuinely eager to help each others customers. They are currently going through a remodel but the team is focused, organized and don't seem to have missed a beat. Candidly, I was looking at 4 different luxury brand SUVs and BMW was ranked third on my list. However, after my experience at Sharpe, and with Shaun where the service seems to be focused on the customer experience as opposed to 'making a sale', BMW rose to the top. Even though I purchased my X3 from a different dealer - Sharpe continues to reach out with support wanting to be sure that I understand all the features and am truly happy. BMW should be honored to have the Sharpe team as an outstanding representative of the BMW brand.

I went into Sharpe to buy a gift for my spouse, the sales team that I worked with was phenomenal, we had been looking for sometime, my spouse wanted a luxury convertible and was torn on going with a Mercedes- Benz SL500 or the BMW 335i , I have to say the experience at Sharpe sold us, Nick had helped us with some details, yet Cody in Sharpe's marketing department had went above and beyond to make sure the cars that where displayed to us where the right ones and exactly what we we're looking for. Nichole in Finance was very knowledgeable and helpful, she went leaps and bounds over the other finance managers we had worked with in the past. Even though this will make a third car for us, we still did our research and Sharpe made sure that this was the right one for our every need. The Sales management at Sharpe, where very welcoming - Todd was a tremendous help and he even went so far to make it personable and share some stories with us with his BMW experience. When we took delivery of the vehicle Sammy went over everything in great details and lengths, to show us every possible feature, thus helped us tremendously. All around our experience at Sharpe was well appreciated and well rounded, I would recommend working with the Sharpe team anytime! They are by far the best dealer that I have worked with, they made me feel welcomed, and made my purchase and experience review worthy and delightful!

I had a very good experience buying my BMW x5. Nick Green was very professional with me. He listened to me about the type of vehicle I wanted and put no pressure on me to buy something and in the end gave me exactly what I wanted. The BMW expert, Sammy Bryson, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He showed me how everything works and made sure I knew how everything works before I left. If I forgot how to do something I just stopped into the dealership and either Nick or Sammy would show me again. I am very pleased with the professionalism of both Nick Green and Sammy Bryson and when I am ready for a new vehicle I will definitely go see them again.

Incredible service. I contacted my salesperson on the way to my riding lesson, as my new BMW had a warning light on. I was a little frantic as I was 40 minutes away from the dealership. He told me to enjoy my horse and someone would be on the way to pick up my car. They did, and brought a replacement vehicle for my drive home. They replaced my car the next day when I was out for another riding lesson. It was hassle free!!!

When it came time to replace my Jaguar, I returned to Sharpe because of their impeccable service record. After talking with Dan Erdei, we narrowed it down to a few cars. Then he showed me the perfect BMW 328i. He was familiar with the cars owner and its history. I wanted a car, whose owner took pride in it. My wife wanted the reliability of a new car. We got both with this Certified Pre-Owned BMW. Dan addressed our concerns, made a point of reviewing important features and went above and beyond to get it prepped so I could take it home that evening. He added a few extras when I came back for the license plate. I have found working with Dan and the Sharpe staff to be a professional experience. I have never felt let down by them. They make it right. We were extremely pleased with the car, Dans help and the entire buying experience.

I greatly enjoyed my experience with Nick Green and the Sharpe family in Grand Rapids. Earlier that day, I visited a nearby dealership, and immediately felt the pressure of having to buy the car I was looking at. At Sharpe, I was able to test drive a brand new car (even when I was looking for something used), and the entire experience was more than, "buy this car, now!" In today's market, relationships are extremely important for maintaining a loyal customer base, and the guys at Sharpe do a phenomenal job to treat the customer with the upmost respect and understanding.

The most important feature of our experience at Sharpe was our salesman, Dan Erdei. He was polite and attentive and he really knew the product. In fact, he told us we could get a newer car for less money and he was correct! So, instead of getting a 2015 BMW X3, we got a 2016 for less money and everything we wanted in the vehicle! He answered all of our questions and made it all very easy, very efficient. He shared a sense of excitement over our new purchase. We were set up with a BMW Genius, Sammy, who did a very good job showing us our new vehicle when we picked it up and again after a couple of weeks of getting used to the vehicle. The showroom was in process of renovation so I cannot speak to that but we did use the repair service for a tire with low pressure on our other BMW. We were greeted with a very upbeat representative who found we had a nail in our tire. She took our car away, offered us a pleasant wait in the waiting room and when it was fixed she very kindly sent us on our way. All very easy, clean and pleasant. And on a Saturday morning! I think Sharpe has created a high standard of customer care and I'm looking forward to my future needs with my vehicle being met there.
