I had a fantastic experience working with the team at Sheboygan Chyrsler Jeep. I've always received honest trade in values and a quality vehicle delivered both new and used from this dealership. This particular situation was unique because I was having a difficult time finding the right Jeep Wrangler. There are too many available Jeeps in Sheboygan county being delivered by competing dealerships that offer you an extremely attractive price. Unfortunately once you do the homework you realize you are either purchasing a bad title or questionable history (odometer, crash, etc) from Canada. I have NEVER experienced this with either new or used vehicles within SCC. I was pleased that Joel Hammen encouraged me to order a new Jeep straight from the factory. It was a seamless and rather fun experience and I was also able to save a lot of $$ by avoiding any unwanted options. The after sale service is fantastic as well. I received a thorough inspection and walk thru when the vehicle was delivered. I have appreciated using their quality service center in the past. I highly recommend Joel. He is friendly, professional, and gets to the point finding what you need.

From the minute I got out of my vehicle (the very far side of the lot) I had a salesman walking over to me to answer any questions I had. Chad (salesman) was very friendly and not pushy so I felt very relaxed. After spending some time by the vehicle I was looking at we went inside to crunch some numbers and he offered me something to drink which might not seem like a lot to some but it showed he wanted me to feel comfortable. He answered every question I had and he really knew his vehicles no BSing or guessing. When I picked up my new truck he went over every little detail and that was a lot, even helped me program my phone into the stereo. I will make sure for my next vehicle I will go to Chad so I know what I am buying and every little feature it comes with.

This was my first time every buying a car from the dealership and over all i was very satisfied. I dealt with Ryan Schieble and the process when very smooth. Timothy Hill helped me with the financing and made everything clear and easy to understand. Unfortunately after a week of owning the car I had to bring it in because of a shake in the steering wheel. The guys in the service department determined the tires needed to be replaced. In a timely manner they had everything fixed up and back to the way it should be. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I just purchased a 2017 Chrysler 200 S 3 days ago. Awesome Car. Morgan sent me a card on my birthday and at that time I was looking for a new car. I have purchased 1 used car and now this is my 7th or 8th new car from Sheboygan Chrysler since 1987. It was Seefeldt Dodge back then. I have never shopped anywhere else because I have always got great service and if something was wrong or I didn't like, the dealership and their people always took care of me! In closing, Randy Swihart, who I have dealt with for a long time is truly an awesome manager! Tim Hill did a great job on the finance part of it and got me a nice interest rate and Jennifer Weber sold me a very nice warranty package and explained in great detail what it all covered. Morgan did an exceptional job delivering the car and communicating with me and was very efficient and friendly. Our sales person Sean Fawcett helped me pick the best vehicle for my driving needs. When I test drove the Cherokee Latitude I fell in love with the smoothness and style of it. This is my favorite dealership! After driving 14 hours from Atlanta, Timothy had my paperwork ready for me to sign and Ryan was waiting to take me for a test drive. I worked with a sales rep named Morgan Jackson. She was excellent. We ended up ordering the exact minivan we wanted and got a good discount off MSRP (8% or so). Didn't have the greatest experience with the financing folks at this dealership, but after I went out to lunch and came back, and worked with a different financing person, it was smoother sailing. I'm sad to say that even with this financing hiccup, it was a much better experience than at some other dealers. Overall, I was very pleased with Morgan's service and the dealership was above average. I would recommend to others.

We recently purchased a new ( used ) vehicle from three amazing people. We started out with Ryan Schieble, helping us find what we were looking for. Answering questions we had and when he wasn't sure, he went beyond and asked someone else. We weren't sure if it was what we could afford and along came Tim Hill. HE DID IT!! When we went to pick the vehicle up, Chad Shaw took over with making sure everything was completed, took his time going over everything about the buttons and programing and made sure we had all our questions answered. Jonathan is an awesome salesman and advocate for the buyer. As most people, I am always running short on time, and Jonathan always took kind to that and had everything ready when I arrived. We have kids at home and I was able to take our new van home before the purchase to fully try it out. I've had two fantastic experiences buying from SCC. I worked with Ryan Schieble on my most recent purchase. I went in with my mind set on what I wanted. Ryan encouraged me to look at all the options and I'm glad he did. I left the dealership that day with a truck that six months later I look forward to getting into every day. I went to Sheboygan Chrysler Center on Labor Day expecting them to be closed so I could look at what they had. I didn't know exactly what kind of car I wanted, so to have to talk to a salesmen at that point seemed to me like a waste of time. To my surprise they were open. Chad came out to greet me before I even had the door on the truck closed. I explained to him I thought the dealership was closed and I didn't know what exactly I was looking for. He graciously stepped back and let me walk the lot alone and said if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. After a while of walking the lot, nothing really caught my eye and when I told that to Chad, he asked "what kind of options are you looking for?" I wanted a manual transmission and I've always wanted a moon roof. He rattled off several vehicles with a manual transmission and the Jeep Renegade was one of them, I had no idea what one even looked like (because it didn't catch my eye) he showed me the one on the showroom floor with "my sky" and my daughter and I absolutely loved it. He put us in one to test drive and I knew I had to have one. They didn't have a Renegade with a manual transmission on the lot but it didn't take Chad long to find one and get it to their dealership. The last time I got a vehicle from Sheboygan Chrysler Center, I think was 2005, I'm not saying that was a bad experience but this was a very memorable one on so many levels. Chad worked so hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted with a payment that made sense for me, I still can't believe, that in less than a week I drove off in my new Renegade, that days before wasn't even on their lot.

Chad did a wonderful job helping me in finding a new vehicle. I feel as though he had listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions quite honestly. I didn't feel pressured at all. I had seen a van that caught my interest and took it for a test drive. Chad then went through the inventory and found the same van in a different color with most of the same features for quite a bit less money. I'm all about finding a good deal! Our family will definitely be returning to Sheboygan Chrysler for future purchases.

I've never been to a big name dealership, I got my cars from small car lots who get a lot of their cars dirt cheap and have a lot of problems with them. Once I went to Sheboygan Chrysler I knew I was making the right choice! The second I walked in everyone was super nice and so willing to help! I really only had one car in mind when I went in and Morgan found me the perfect one! I fell in love with it instantly! She did an amazing job and was so so helpful (since I know nothing about cars)! Stopping to look at a truck and test drive should not take this long. We were made to sit and wait while he entered us the system and then had to "talk" to his manager. Spent over 20 minutes back there. All we wanted to do was test drive the truck to see if it was for us. No other dealer we stopped at made us wait this long and it was a rainy morning with absolutely no other customers there. I refused to come back and buy a truck after this from this dealer.

I spent several months researching vehicles and visiting several dealerships before buying my Dodge Durango from Sheboygan Chrysler. Their staff is hands down the most polite and professional. Our test driving and general car talk with Sean was decent. We went through 3 vehicles & finally my husband & I agreed on the last one. My husband liked working with Sean; and that IS saying a lot... He doesn't like most people.... When it came time for us to pick up our new car and do the usual official paper signing and legal stuff (with a lady I'm not going to name) our good experience was quickly going down the drain. This is never the super freaking fun part, we know, but it doesn't need to be as painful as what this financial lady was making it. What's my annoyance? She was pushing their warranties down on our throats.. It was extremely obvious that she was being paid on commission; getting better pay with each warranty she could sell. But come on, after we say NO once---do we need to say it twenty more times?! It was clear she had her "script" down well; everything she told us was designed for us to feel the need to add on at least the basic coverage. Also, she felt confident enough in her ever-abundant-car-insurance-knowledge to flat out tell us we were wrong when we said we already had certain things covered under OUR car insurance. I guess what finally ended that argument was when we whipped out our cell & pulled our insurance policy up to show her we knew what we had coverage for. So yeah, the paper signing was our biggest complaint. It didn't have to be so difficult.... But that commission based work often brings out the annoying in sales people.

I bought a used jeep that just came out of the service department. The sale went great and I'd highly recommend Chad Shaw. Engine had a slight tick when I bought it but I don't know anything about cars and was told it was normal. I came in 2000 miles later for a horn switch and it was noticed that my engine tick was loud and not normal. I scheduled a time for repair and brought It in. I was told 4-5 days for repair. So I bought it in and on day 5 I'm told the tech working on it hurt his back and it will take longer to repair. Will be done either late Friday or for sure Monday. So now its Monday at 3pm and I'm told hopefully today but maybe not until Tuesday because the tech is working slowing and came in late so he could go to the doc. I work in a physical labor job as well and if I cannot do my job properly someone else does it. Apparently I am to just sit back and wait. I am not happy about this.Edit. I talked to a manager. Explained that they needed more parts several times. Was never told this just that the guy was hurt.

My husband and I decided it was time to trade in our older car for a newer one. We looked locally, but could not find what we were looking for until my husband found the exact Dodge Charger we wanted online. I called the night before to make sure it was still there and Andrew was wonderful on the phone. I drove 1 1/2 hours with my mother and 2 young kids. We got there before the dealership actually opened, but Brad the manager greeted us with a smile and got the ball rolling. Jake was a wonderful salesman to work with. He explained the car well along with how to use many of the features (as I am a dinosaur when it comes to technology). He was even great with my kids and my 4 year old had to give him a hug before leaving. Brad gave a very fair price on our trade in. We got exactly what we wanted, in the price range we wanted and were treated with 5 star service the whole time. Definitely worth the drive. Oh yeah, and the Charger is kick xxx too!!!

I was searching online for a new vehicle for my son who had just returned from the military when I came across a 2016 Jeep Patriot advertised for $13,000 at Sheboygan Chrysler. I contacted the dealership via email and Andrew informed me that I was in luck it was still available. My son and I made the 45 minute trip to the dealership and were met by a salesman when we entered. After spending what seemed like forever at his desk waiting for someone to put a password on his computer he finally told us the price advertised was for preferred lease customers only and the actual price was $2000 more. He explained the dealership needed to advertise in this manner to stay competitive and that everyone was doing it. Why we didn't get up and leave then I'll never know but my son wanted to at least drive the Jeep after traveling all that way. Waiting again for what seemed like forever the salesman pulled up the Jeep then told us it had just sold and we couldn't even get a test drive in. What a waste of time. I have purchased three new vehicles in the past from this dealership when they still possessed ethical business practices and valued a persons time. Sad to see the days of honest advertising and a trustworthy dealer are long gone.

I was looking for something very specific - 2010-14 Jeep Wrangler, manual, low miles, slightly lifted, dark red - and Sheboygan Chrysler had the perfect fit - a 2012, with 43,000 miles, in excellent condition, and at the low end of market value. Not only was the vehicle the perfect fit, but Jake Mauer's service was hands-down the best out of all the dealerships that I shopped. He was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, caring, and not pushy or overbearing in any way. In terms of inventory value and service, I had poor-to-so-so experiences at all of the other dealerships that I shopped, and Jake/Sheboygan Chrysler became the no-brain choice. In fact, I wish I hadn't even wasted my time at the other dealerships that I went to! In the future, I'll go straight to Sheboygan Chrysler, and ask for Jake!

Yesterday we purchased a 2016 Chrysler Town & Country from Sheboygan Chrysler. It was an awesome experience. Normally I dislike salespeople, because they attack you. Morgan was so easy to talk to right from the start. My husband and I both felt very comfortable with her. I knew which van I wanted to look at before we even went down there. She brought it to us and I was hooked. We never felt pressure to commit to buying it. We took our time making the decision. After shopping for a new truck for what seemed like forever in my opinion. My husband and I talked to Shakira at the Chevy side of the dealership and wanted her to show us some of the Chrysler's side Ram trucks and helped us find "the truck of my husbands dreams". She took us out on the lot and he spotted "The One". We saw a few others but nothing like "The One". We went inside and she crunched some numbers for us and came back to us with the final figures for a few that we thought were okay, but when my husband saw that his "Dream Truck" was right where our budget needed to be with out sacrificing any luxury detail that the truck could offer. We scooped it up! Thankfully we did because we heard someone else was interested in the same truck while we were there. With Tim's swift action with the pen and computer we were signed and ready to leave with the "Dream Truck" in no time. Definitely will be back and will recommend them to everyone we know! Our experience was so great with Sheboygan Chrysler. We found a minivan we wanted online, and I used the 'check availability' feature on their website. Sharon, in online sales, responded very quickly and while that van was already sold she sent me three that were very comparable. We stopped down to look at those three vehicles; we worked with Jake Mauer and he did a great job. There were a couple hiccups with the vehicle and Jake came through with everything. The whole experience was very easy. We worked with Jennifer Weber in finance and she was also wonderful. We would definitely be back to purchase another vehicle from them.

After vehicle shopping in person at three dealerships and many more online (and having awful experiences), I caved into my parents advice and came to see Sean Fawcett. Over the years, Sean sold my parents 10 vehicles - my parents have nothing but the absolute best things to say about Sean. Now, I too see why Sean has been their salesman of choice. He was very polite, upfront, and honest with me. He found the exact vehicle I was looking for and was willing to negotiate with me - he jumped hoops for me. Went in to trade in a vehicle for a newer one. The sales price on the internet said one thing, but once I started dealing with them, they started taking the incentives off the sticker price and not the advertised sale price. When I asked about financing through Chrysler, they told me I didn't want to do that, that I could do better through my bank. Gee, 0% vs 4%?

Bought a nice low miles 2013 Chrysler Town and Country. Good experience with Chad Shaw. He was helpful, easy to do business with, and responsive. I had a scheduling issue to visit from an hour away and Chad offered to bring the vehicle to me. I was able to rearrange my schedule and did not need to do that, but it was a good gesture. I would have liked more movement in the asking price, but overall we got a good value and had a good experience with Chad. Was not high pressure. I would recommend him and the dealership to others.

They all go above and beyond to make sure any and every customer starts and leaves happy! I purchased a 2015 Jeep Compass from a different dealership (first mistake) and have had a couple of problems with it. But I'm glad that I purchased extra warranty options as they have paid off already. I called the service center and they said it would be no problem to take care of it under the warranty(s)! even on the days that wasn't convenient for me to drop off my vehicle they still found a way to work around my schedule. I can honestly say that i don't think any other dealer would go that far out of their way to insure that the customer needs are met first! I will definitively be bringing my Jeep back again and again!! you guys have made me a customer for life!

This was my first time buying a car and it could not have gone any better. Andrew Marks and Sharon Zielke were the internet team members who first helped me to work out a time to come into the dealership, as well as answer some questions I had prior to my visit. During my time at the dealership I worked with Morgan Jackson who was so wonderful. The salespeople are not on a commission base, which really sets this dealership apart from others--I never felt pressured or intimidated during my visit. Morgan was very knowledgeable and truly wanted to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She answered all of my questions and made everything extremely hassle-free. I was on a time crunch, which she and her team so kindly accommodated. Their pricing strategy is very fair - lowest price is as marked, so there are no negotiations. For me this took the stress out of the car buying process. Their low prices are what caught my attention in the first place and made me want to go into the dealership. I worked with Timothy Hill in the finance department who also made my experience very stress-free. He was so nice, so organized, and worked to get me a great rate. I am very happy with the price of the vehicle that I bought. During my visit at the dealership I was greeted by and talked to by multiple members of the management team, including Randy Swihart and Shisseng Ly. I was so pleased by how nice and friendly everyone was. I will definitely be returning to this dealership for future car buying and I will be recommending to friends.

Very friendly service. I Changed my mind several times on what color and options I wanted. Every time I called I was able to talk to Morgan or Mr. Ly who were able to make the changes I requested and answered all my questions. To me service is most important and that is why I purchased my jeep at Sheboygan Chrysler. Morgan explained all the details of my jeep, again was able to answer all my questions on how everything worked, and put tabs in the owners manual to help assist me in understanding functions of my jeep.

Even though I ended up purchasing a vehicle from a different dealership I had an amazing experience. Morgan listened to what I wanted and took interest in finding the truck that was for me. However I found it at a different dealership I would recommend her to anyone. She's super friendly and always kept an eye out for me! Morgan met me at the door when I came to check out the 2012 Caravan I'd seen on Cars.com. After a few preliminary questions, she took me out on a test drive. She is quite personable and efficient. The transaction went very smoothly. I was not planning on financing through the dealer, but Aaron Romanoski took my information and got me a quote anyway. When I went to my bank and got their rate, I then called Aaron back and he told me the rate he was able to get. Much better, so I let him arrange the financing. Shisseng took my old van in trade and the deal went through. After driving the van for a few days, I found a problem with the HVAC controls. Morgan put me in contact with Josh in service and we made an appointment to have it fixed. They made the repair at no charge to me and gave me a free loaner. Very impressive. So far, my experience with this dealership has been very positive.

The things we appreciated about this experience were: 1) A sense of genuine sincerity from all staff we encountered. 2) Our sales associate (Morgan Jackson) was upfront about the dealership's principles and practices from the beginning. This allowed us to start the shopping conversation on the same page with the same goals in mind. She established an honest line of communication between ourselves and the dealership. 3) The price of the vehicle we purchased was extremely competitive, and we were offered a good price on our trade; there was no haggling required. 4) There was no intense pressure to up-sell dealer add-ons, since the associates do not work on commission. 5) The certified warranty offered on our used vehicle was far better than what we had found at neighboring dealerships (extended years and mileage powertrain warranty).

About a month ago, I purchased an inexpensive used car from Sheb. Chrysler for my son who just turned 16. After a few weeks, we noticed that one of the windshield wiper arms was not working. Honestly, I don't know if it was working when we purchased the car or not, but when we had the wiper transition replaced to correct the situation, Sheb. Chrysler did not charge us for the part or the labor related to the repair. This was an old high mileage car that we purchased, but they impressed me with their integrity by fixing it when it may not have been their responsibility. I didn't even bring the relatively recent purchase up in the process.

Jake Mauer, Brad Nelson, and Randy Swihart did a great job of helping me buy a car on a limited budget. Jake had the vehicle options and performance specs memorized. He didn't do the MANAGER routine when helping me get the right price. He called me to give me an additional discount after it was freshly announced after the car was purchased but I had not completed the paperwork. He didn't have to do that. Mr. Swihart knew I had a narrow budget and met me half way. Tim Hill got the paperwork done pronto and accurately, even if he is a San Diego Chargers fan. Great people.

We enjoyed working with Jake, he was courteous and professional. One thing that was a tad disconcerting is that we were cash customers and went to lengths to submit paperwork and payment back in a timely manner. It seemed it was then that the finance department there took quite some time to process a payment, when it only involved a phone call. It then took over a week to arrange for delivery. A money order for payment in full should not take but a day to process and approve. Jake and the jeep did arrive and we were very satisfied with our purchase. It was exactly what we were looking for.

I hate car shopping. But in this case, it was the best experience I ever had at a dealership, even though I didn't buy a car. Morgan Jackson is knowledgeable, professional, personable and friendly, and the only reason I didn't buy was the dealership didn't have the particular make and model I sought and I was too impatient to wait for them to find one, which they immediately offered to do. As I said, I don't like car shopping, so I want to get it over with as quickly and efficiently a possible, no waiting. However, their no-pressure approach, using non-commissioned sales associates, who take time to ask questions and then actually listen before making suggestions or trying to steer me into something they "have" instead of something I wanted, created a very comfortable environment for me as the customer. For these reasons, I would gladly recommend Morgan and this dealership and most certainly will consider them on future purchases. Thanks Morgan! I guess I don't hate car shopping anymore.Evin G.

I live at least an hour away from this lot and I cant tell you how much it was worth the drive. Chad Shaw was able to answer all of my questions and even taught me somethings about the vehicle I never knew about. I was able to leave with a brand new 2016 jeep wrangler my first visit down there and strongly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a car dealership that ACTUALLY works for you. They didn't come down much on the car price but they gave us a very good amount for our trade in. All in all, good experience. We started looking for a used car for my daughter several months ago. We were very specific in what we wanted and also in what we didn't want for her. Out of the blue, I got a call from Joel Hammen at Sheboyan Chrysler to check on how I was doing with the van I purchased from them several years ago. So, Joel searched for my list of specifications and found exactly what I wanted already on the lot and in my price range! He also asked Randy Swihart for assistance to make sure this was the best selection for us. After taking it for a test drive, it was a done deal. So easy to work with and so pleasant to have conversation with. When we came to pick it up, the process was smooth thanks to the knowledge of Tim Hill and there were many other associates who pitched in to help us get in and out the door in a reasonable amount of time.

Because of a financial situation beyond my control I was soon to lose my present vehicle. I work out of town so not having a car was not an option. My wife made some phone calls while I was at work and lo and behold...Dale and Joe to the rescue! Not only was I able to obtain a vehicle almostly exactly like the one I was losing (only a year older) and the same color to boot, I was able to drive the car for a couple of days while waiting fo get the money together for the down payment. I was impressed with everyone I met at Sheboygan Chyrsler, and I met a lot of people, because one of the things my sales rep, Zack Pledl, did before I drove off in my new car, was introduce me to his several of his colleagues at the dealership. I met the maintenance team, including the crew chief and several mechanics. I met the business manager, and I met the manager of the site. This small, but important, gesture on Zack's part drove home the message that I would not be forgotten after making my purchase. Everyone I met stressed that our relationship is just beginning. They want to be the place I take my car in for service, and they will work to earn my trust. Purchasing a car is a big decision, and they all made it clear that they understood that. I never felt rushed or pressured. They made what is usually a stressful experience into a personable, humane one. I was treated like a human being, not just a number, or a woman with a checkbook. The store's sales reps do not work straight off commission, and I think that makes a difference in the quality of the sales transaction for the customer. Zack took the time to show me all the car's safety features, how to program the audio, how to connect the car's sound system with my cell phone, and several other things. It was a thorough tutorial. I drove away feeling confident that I would be able to do the rest myself. It was important to me that the company invests heavily in the community. They donate staff time, equipment and money to local charities and important community projects, like the annual Making Spirits Bright light show at Evergreen Park. The manager told me about the owner's, current project: raising several million dollars to develop a high-tech training program in Sheboygan's two public high schools. I like the fact that the company is locally owned and has been active in the community for 24 years. Besides that, Zack was just a lot of fun to work with. His enthusiasm for his job, and for the cars, comes through strongly. When I told him the things that were important to me in a car, he found one that seemed hand-picked just for me. I was impressed. His good humor and genuine friendliness made me feel good about this important purchase. I hope he meant it when he said I could call him anytime with my questions, because I probably will. He's a definite asset to this company.

Sales is one thing and service is another....without both, the experience is incomplete.While I bought my Jeep 10 years ago from this dealership working well with the owner, my older Jeephad problems that nobody could figure out with the even the most sophisticated diagnostic equipment. What a great buying experience! We stopped initially on a Saturday afternoon and even though it was close to closing we never felt rushed or pushed. We went back on Labor Day and again the service was remarkable. We walked through all the parts of the vehicle, finished the paperwork and we were out the door in a very reasonable timeframe. We were in near urgent need of trading in our vehicle. When I contacted Joel, he fit us in right away to look at the cars we were interested in. Thank you to Jake Mauer and Brad Nelson for providing me a great car purchasing experience. Very personable and accommodating group of people at Sheboygan Chrysler. This is my first new car purchase (traded in a used older car) and though I went in not knowing a lot, came out with options and knowledge about purchasing vs. leasing (make sure you ask a lot of questions! Come prepared!!). I didn't feel pressure to leave the lot with a car; even took home the purchasing agreement so that I could think things over. Came back a second time; expressed my concerns and budget restraints and they still were able to work with me. Jake was super helpful; personable and experienced. I feel like they will be available if I ever need them in the future. I love my new Jeep Renegade Latitude!! Thanks Jake for everything!!One last note: The front desk older woman needs to smile. Jake Mauer is the best sales consultant. He went out of his way to bring me a vehicle from their lot to my work to show me the vehicle. He also saw on my Facebook page that I was in an auto accident and quickly made sure that I was ok. I bought a 2015 car and when I drove off the lot my car started to idle and shake and the check engine light came on. I came back and he could care less that something happened since "it's my problem now". I have had problems with this car since then and am currently going through lemon law and won. I have a newborn son and something could of happened to us since it stalled on the highway. All that could of been avoided if he actually cared but why would he I just put $10k down on this car. Worst human being ever deserves to be fired.

Morgan Jackson was a phenomenal sales person during my two visits. I made her aware I disliked generic salesmen talk and tactics. Morgan responded by never pressuring me and sharing insightful stories and experiences. We got along comfortably. My finances weren't the greatest, but Morgan stayed tenacious after my first disappointing visit. I wasn't thrilled with the finance department both visits, as I was a dollar sign to most, but I understand this is a business and it is what it is. I decided to purchase my vehicle solely on Morgan's frank talk, hard work, and understanding of my frustrations. It was a very 'real' experience and I hope the dealership realizes traditional sales tactics is a bore and we know better. Morgan was a breath of fresh air and I highly recommend dealing with her.

This dealership had a Jeep Patriot that I was VERY interested in. Steve gave me a call, and I was able to schedule a test drive with them over the phone since I was located in Appleton. They were more than willing to take my trade for the amount I was looking for, and also was able to send me most of the paperwork they needed filled out so I had nothing to worry about when I got there. By far the friendliest bunch of people I have ever felt with. I highly suggest this dealership, especially if you want to not have to deal with pushy sales people, or uneducated services. Chad met our needs, was able to work with a unique trade-in, was able to work with our sometimes complicated schedule, was polite, fun, and very courteous. We had very specific requests for our new car, and he met all of them in only 3 days. It was an excellent buying experience. My father sold cars for 46 years, and this was the first time I puchased a car from someone other than him, and Chad was better than expected. I am a full-time college student, and couldn't find a car, or dealership who fit my needs and very limited budget. I had all but given up when I called Sheboygan Auto and spoke with Sharon in internet sales. My husband and I picked up our vehicle on Thursday and we were leaving with that vehicle to go to South Dakota the next day. I had went to Wal-Mart and the vehicle wouldn't start. Matt from the service department came to Wal-Mart, got me vehicle started and was working hard to find out what the problem was. Matt happened to be staying over just to work on my vehicle. Randy who is a manager also helped Matt figure out the problem which was fixed immediately.. Also Dory, the saleswoman was there to help too. If I needed a part for my vehicle , she was the one to go pick it up. I had groceries in my vehicle and they put the stuff that needed to be refrigerated in their refrigerator for me while figuring out the issue. At the end of it all, it was only the battery. The wires weren't hooked up properly. They were loose. Had it been something more, they would have fixed it immediately.Thank you Matt, Dory, and Randy for working hard to find the problem and helping me out. You All worked really hard and I am thankful for that.

This was the best car buying experience at a dealership I have ever had. What sets them apart is they don't use obnoxious hard sell techniques. No attempt to " close the deal" within 10 minutes of walking in the door. A simply no I am not interested in financing, extended warranty or rust proofing was all it took. No sitting in the dealership for hours while the salesman plays games with " I will talk to the manager". This is how car buying should go.

We purchased our new 2015 Jeep in May. Our experience was over the top. We worked with Andrew Marks. He was committed to us, making sure everything was taken care of with ease. We had a unique situation with our trade-in, making the buying process a little challenging. Andrew was determined to work with us to make sure we were satisfied. I started looking for a specific vehicle over six months ago. I went to multiple dealerships from Green Bay to Milwaukee to find the exact vehicle I was searching for. I stopped at Sheboygan Chrysler in January and spoke with Chad. Let him know what I was looking for and gave him my information. While other dealerships I visited tried to push me into a different vehicle than I wanted, Chad kept emailing me and calling me, maybe once a month to see if there was anything he could do to help me. Finally, the time came when I did enough research and figured out the exact options and budget I wanted to be in. I let Chad know and he invited me down to take a test drive in, what he thought would be the perfect vehicle for me. It turned out...it was the perfect vehicle! He, and his finance team, were able to fit it in my budget. They were completely professional and not at all pushy...unlike some of the other dealerships I had dealt with. I really appreciate his patience and help. And would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to contact him!

We found our charger on Mojomotors.com and called Sheboygan auto to inquire about the car. When I spoke with Chad he was very knowledgable about Chargers and we felt it was a deal too good to pass up. We drove to Sheboygan from Madison and picked up the car that same day. Chad was very patient with us, as we didn't even arrive until a few minutes before close.Overall it was a great experience and we love our new Hemi! (He was also great with my daughter as he entertained her while we signed the paperwork)He's been very responsive to emails since we purchased the vehicle and I would definitely make the trip to see them again!

On a pleasant Friday I stopped by this Ram dealer as I happen to notice they were one to have the 3500 with the 6 speed manual transmission. Immediately upon driving to the truck, I already noticed the sales person walking towards me in the farest corner of the lot. Quickly exchanged names, meeting Dan, I explained the purpose of my visit. I noticed mt tire was low, Dan did a quick fill of air in my low tire, and we headed inside to talk details. Quickly I was outside getting a full presentation of the truck I was wondering about. Dan answered every question and topic that could be covered. I learned more then I thought I could within a few minutes. Then we headed out for a ride. Getting a quick feel and understanding of this new Goliath of a truck, we were cursing and getting a true feel for a quality product that is only experienced by having it in your own hands. Beautifully designed and built for a serious work truck, but additional luxury for the best in visual appeal. For a near four ton truck it stopped quickly and efficiently in traffic and lights. I got a idea of what I would expect from real world experience and knowledge to make sure I was completely confident in my decision. Upon getting back into the dealership and talking numbers, I had a desire to experience the automatic transmission and how much the additional torque played out and felt. Simply asked and we walked to get the key and we were on the road. I can not be sure if the truck I drove had the Aisin Transmission, and though it was a small difference in the power and specifications, I received the necessary information I wanted. We talked about the payload capacity being best with the manual transmission but towing being best with the Aisin transmission. It was very enjoyable to talk with Dan on our test drives, very great personality and customer satisfaction. I had a very negative experience with a salesperson before at another dealership. But with Dan at Sheboygan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I can say I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I was immediately taken care of, assured of my choices and options. My question was addressed and when he did leave his desk it was very brief and had a good answer when he returned. He doesn't try to sell any vehicle, he helps you find your next vehicle that you want and just wants to inform you of anything that is included. No promise to buy or incentive to pressure you.I would recommend him and this dealer to anyone who wants a vehicle from one of their respective companies.

I normally like going to a car dealer as much as i enjoy going to the dentist. I am normally very anxious and full of dread as past experiences have led me to that point. Pricing games, lack of attention, being treated as "prey" are just some of my past experiences.I came into this dealership and was immediately paired with Chad Shaw, who took the time to understand my needs, showed me what I was looking for, obtained a very fair price for me and then filled out the necessary paperwork. It was hassle free and anxiety free. I felt I was treated with respect and dignity as they led me through a very easy purchasing process.Even though this dealership is about an hour from my home, I would go back there for another purchase. Chad was professional and courteous and sought to make sure my auto related needs were well addressed throughout the process. The finance process was flawless as well. Anyone with auto buying anxiety should check them first. After the process was over, I concluded these were people I could trust and easily do business with again. If anyone knows me, it is highly out of character for me to write a favorable review of an auto dealer and my salesman, solely because of many past negative experiences. After being discharged from a bankruptcy in November of 2014, I didn't think I would be able to get another vehicle with a reasonable interest rate six months after such a negative change in my credit. Chad found me the perfect car at a great interest rate and reasonable monthly payment. Timothy got me financed and I was able to drive away in my 2015 Dodge Dart just two hours after walking into the dealership. I will always appreciate the kindness, professionalism and courtesy that was shown to me by Chad and Timothy. I cannot thank them enough. Usually I go into a dealeship on the offensive, very guarded and questioning as most sales reps come across arrogant and very unintelligent when it come to the mechanics of vehicles which is something I deem very important especially in the purchase of a used vehicle. However this was not the case with Mr. Ly. Shisseng made our visit to Sheboygan and buying experience a very memorable and hassle free one, even though we live 5 hrs away. It was very fun shopping for a new truck. Jake Mauer and Randy Swihart were extremely helpful with my purchase. They were very generous to let me test drive different Dodge Ram's. I gave Jake Mauer a list of everything that i am looking for in a ram. Even though they didn't have one that had everything I wanted, he found one on a different lot that had it all. So he made arrangements to have that truck brought to Sheboygan Chrysler's lot so i could lease it. I thank you very much for that. Also just this February I had a mishap with one of my keys for the Ram Truck which are rather expensive. I called up Sheboygan Chrysler and talked to management ( Chad Black ) to see about getting a replacement and he said he would replace the key for free. I was very surprised at this and happy. I recently purchased my 4th Ram truck, which was my 2nd Ram purchased from Sheboygan Chrysler. As before, the experience is so much different than what I have experienced in other dealerships in the south. I ran into Randy Swihart when I was just really browsing the inventory, but I did see a Sport that I really liked, so I inquired about it but had limited time. So upon my return I talked with Amy Brocker, and she suggested that we run the numbers on my existing truck and the Sport just to see how they would come out. It was the easiest vehicle I have ever purchased. The entire process went very fluidly, with the trade in of my 2012, I upgraded to the loaded Sport for very close to the same note that my 2012 cost me. Amy was great and was extremely helpful in educating me in all the options the new truck had that the 2012 did not. We found our car in the Internet and called Sharon who set us up with Shisseng Ly. Shisseng was so helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the town and country and went out of his way to make sure we understood all of the features. The sale was very smooth with no pressure at all. We worked with Aaron in financing and he also made a stressful process go very smooth. After narrowing our search to one specific vehicle, we decided to make the 90 minute trip from Appleton. We received a call within minutes after inquiring online about the vehicle. Our salesman, Jake Mauer, was very courteous and thorough throughout the entire transaction. Randy Swihart, the sales manager, is down to earth and easy to work with too. Aaron arranged financing on the spot so that we wouldn't have to make another trip. He even got us a better rate than our Credit Union! We took delivery that day, and overall had a very pleasant buying experience!

After talking with chad several times about a truck on the phone I decided to make the 4 1/2 hour drive to possibly purchase the truck. Once I got there and looked it over , there was a couple things that was overlooked and was not told of but chad was very helpful to get the items resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend chad as a person to deal with anytime and if I lived a little closer I would definitely purchase another vehicle thru him again

After searching for a clean, low mileage Jeep Wrangler for what seemed like forever, I found a winner at Sheboygan Chrysler Jeep. I first located the vehicle online & received a call immediately after inquiring from their online sales support person Sharon Zielke. She was able to answer some questions & review the CarFax with me over the phone. At the dealership I worked with Joel Hammen who was very polite, professional & knowledgeable in the vehicles they sell. It always amazes me that most of the time I (the customer) will know more about the vehicle than the salesman. This was not the case here. Joel answered all my questions and actually taught me a few things I didn't know about the Jeep. Everything about the sale was quick & easy...just the way I like it. We negotiated a little on the price and what I paid in the end I think was fair. I appreciate the fact that they don't push the extended warranty packages down your throat like most dealerships. They were offered of course but when I declined the subject was dropped...what a nice change. I will recommend Sheboygan Chrysler Jeep to anyone thinking about a new or used vehicle.

I (Tony) knew what I wanted in a truck. With my work schedule and my wife's, Chad was able to send me some trucks available via the email. We had picked out one and Chad had it pulled into the garage, because of extreme cold weather, for us to look at. We test drove and liked. Started the process of getting the truck. Working with Jake is an enjoyable experience. Jake not only wants to sell a vehicle, but more importantly, he is very easy to speak with and he's a good listener, remembering even the slightest of details during conversations and makes it appear natural that both he and me are looking for the same vehicle. We didn't need to go out and look at all the inventory, because throughout the conversation, he gathered just what I wanted - and he was right. He showed me just what I want in a truck. I recently purchased my second Challenger from Sheboygan Chrysler Dodge in a little over three years. Both times Jennifer Weber has done a great job and shown a lot of patience in working with me to walk through all the options available to deliver the car I wanted. Despite the fact there's a Dodge dealership two miles from my house, I have gladly driven 60 miles to work with the Sheboygan dealership and encourage everyone I know to give them a call when in the market for their next vehicle.

Noting that some of the folks I want to shout out are absent from the list below, I first want to call attention to Steve Bruyette and the Internet team at Sheboygan Chysler et. al. I had not purchased (or, indeed, driven) any sort of motor powered vehicle for many, many years and having had found myself once again in need of a vehicle, Steve and the Internet team were instrumental in clearing the underbrush (price, finanancing, etc...) and piquing my intest in the vehicle I ended up purchasing. Hat tip folks and thank you.A second shout out to Tim Hill, the finance manger who swiftly, efficeintly and capably dealt with he mountains of paperwork necessary to establish financing for the vehicle. Tim explained everything throughly, taking the time to ensure that I understood every document placed before me and eliciting questions without pressuring me to purchase any extras other than those absolutely necessary. Tim is a man who understands and appreciates the constraints of a budget, and seeks only to meet or exceed a customer's expectations without lining his own pockets. A hat tip to Tim and a thank you, big, big.Needless to say, as basically a first time purchaser and (since I am striving for honesty here) having been an anti-car, anti-driving zealot for nearly 20 years, I was more than apprehensive about any sort of purchasing experience. Actually, "apprehensive" is too tame a word: I was terrified! Throughout the long, late-afternoon, after work drive up to the dealership my mind reeled; calling forth every cliched notion of car-sales people and struggling to recall what little knowledge I had picked up in law school concerning "lemon laws" and remedies for having been duped.All that and a good portion of my terror (a worrier by nature, a gift from my sainted mother) vanished upon meeting Joel Hammen. Meeting my wife and I at the door, Joel immediately put me (us) at ease with his sunny attitude and affable nature. Joel's straight-forward, no drama, no pressure manner immediately destroyed every cliche that had raced through my mind. Joel easily established credibility with me by answering my questions knowledgeably, accurately and quickly: always taking the time and making the extra effort to make sure I understood what he was saying. Throughout our discussions, Joel's encyclodic knowledge of the vehicle and the process, his natural grace and vibrant humor and the time he took to ascertain complete understanding of what I was getting into, not only allayed my fears, but also established a standard of professional excellence rarely encountered in this world of online ordering, drone delivered instant gratification. Joel even recommended an outstanding local pub where my wife and I had a time and a meal we not soon forgt. A tip of the hat, a ring of the bell and a heartfelt thank you bigger than big, big to Joel. Bo Derek rules!!!Overall, I am extremely pleased with my experience. Found the exact Grand Caravan SXT vehicle we liked on the internet. Drove 45 miles to check it out. Sales consultant Jake Mauer greeted us on the lot. There was a misty rain so He brought it into the service drive to let us check it out and go over the features. Next a road test. Preface: This review will cover the pre-sale and sale of my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland I purchased from Randy on 11/1/2015. I contacted Randy late September to inquire about a factory order at a price that was not obtainable anywhere in Des Moines, IA. I was given the price by an online acquaintance and after I provided eligibility requirements, Randy honored the pricing I requested. Everything was straight-forward from then on. Randy went over the factory order process and did not try to upsell me on the Advanced Technology package even though I asked about it. I was then provided an order to monitor the build process. After I got a delivery date, I confirmed with Randy one last time the final pricing as I would be providing my own financing. Fortunately the pricing adjusted downwards since I came across a $500 rebate Chrysler was offering. I told Randy I would be renting a car one way and he kindly agreed to pick me up at the rental center down the road. Randy drove me back to the dealer, and I completed the remaining paperwork. I provided a cashier check with the amount Randy stated, no discrepancies even after Chrysler rebate. I declined the extended warranty (service contract) as I was mainly interested in a Mopar extended service contract only. The business manager was not pushy with this decision at all. Joel from the dealer gave me an expedited overview (requested) of the most notable features on the vehicle. After a parting gift from Randy we made our way back home. This is my first time purchasing a new vehicle and I really have no complaints. I hope not to have any major issues with this vehicle, but I am confident Randy will take care of me if by chance it happens. I will definitely be giving Randy first stab at any of my future business. Thanks Randy!

Recently we purchased a 2001 Chrysler Sebring from Sheboygan Chryslers Sales agent John Granacker. The moment we drove onto the lot we were treated with respect and kindness. We test drove the car and knew this was the vehicle for us. The next week we were ready to purchase! My husband works in Sheboygan and we live in Glenbeulah so I was going to meet him at the dealership to sign the papers, unfortunately, my ride cancelled on me so I had no way to get to Sheboygan. Joe Cardarelle; Credit Acceptance Manager, offered to come pick me up! SWEET! He came and got me in our Sebring, I drove it back, (nice ride, except the brakes were a little bumpy, which I mentioned to Joe) As we were signing the papers w/ John, Joe popped in and told John that the air conditioning did not seem to be working properly, (while I was gabbing and enjoying my car on the way into Sheboygan, unbeknownst to me, Joe had tried the air conditioner and was not satisfied with the performance!) So after the purchase John introduced us to Josh Burnard, Service Consultant, who said he would order the part and let us know when it was in. The part came in weeks later (because of the age of the car it was harder to find) I mentioned the breaks when I set the appointment for the air conditioner switch and he said they would have a look. When took the car in, they replaced the switch, emission tested the car (it passed, of course) and looked at the breaks, Josh said it would take about an hour and a half to fix the breaks; I did not have time that day, so set another appointment for repair of the breaks. On that visit I mentioned the back window defrost did not seem to be working. In addition to repairing the breaks, Josh also had the technician repair the back window defrost, all at no additional charge to us. From the time we walked onto the lot on July 29, 2014 to this last time I drove my beautiful, mint condition Sebring home, September 17, 2014, we have had nothing but GREAT service from this team! We highly recommend this dealership!

I am about to transfer to Green Bay for the rest of my bachelors degree this fall. A newer and more reliable car was at the top of my list. I had it figured out that a lease is what I was willing to buy. The next step was to take that dreaded trip to local dealerships and look for something I was interested in. You just know that you will be bombarded with salesmen who are just anxious to make a sale. To my surprise, it wasn't like that at all at Sheboygan Chrysler Dodge! I had gotten a lead to do business with Fred Noyes. So when I got to the dealership, I had one gentleman that introduced himself to me and took me to Fred's desk. I had my eyes set on a specific 2014 Dodge Dart, but to make a long story very short, the specific kind I wanted was no longer available. I soon found myself sold on a GT model instead of the SXT that I was originally looking at for the same exact lease price. This was quick thinking on his part, because it almost cost him the deal. Offering this alternative was a great catch. Everyone in the building is friendly and knowledgeable in regards to everything I asked. There was no beating around the bush of any kind. Fred went above and beyond in explaining in detail how everything was going to work out. All I literally had to do was tell him what I wanted in the deal and sign by the X. Aaron Romanoski was the financial specialist that I worked with. He also was extremely friendly and spelled everything out perfectly clear. Both of these gentlemen deserve recognition for their professionalism. I just briefly spoke with the manager, Chad Black, when he had to come over and approve of the sale. He personally thanked me for my business. I have about 150 miles on my Dart already and everything is running smooth. Their follow-up procedure is perfect. I got a personal follow-up from Fred after the sale and one asking me to fill out this review. I like that I am not being forced into buying anything extra. Nobody likes a salesman breathing down their neck when they are trying to enjoy their new purchase. I am very happy with the deal I received and would like everyone looking to buy/lease a new car to give Sheboygan Chrysler Dodge a try. My only complaint from the whole experience is that I did NOT get a full tank of gas with my brand new purchase! They only gave me a quarter tank. I suppose everyone is trying to save a buck, right? Overall, very pleased with my new ride!

Jeff Wilson at Sheboygan Auto was very patient with me while I searched for my very first car. He gave me options from both of the lots (Chevrolet and Chrysler), listened to all of my "wants", gave me a variety of cars to test drive/look at that met these "wants", ran numbers for all of the different scenarios, and was really just the best. He did not pressure me one way or the other, and he kept reinforcing that I "need to choose something that I'm going to love". It was great working with Jeff and I would highly recommend him to others. He's the guy that listens to the customer and finds what the customer wants as oppose to just pushing a sale on someone. And wouldn't come down on the price at all. Which is fine. But at least call back and say we cant make a deal. Will never buy from them again. And wouldn't advise anyone to either.

About a month ago I started my car search, Jeff Wilson helped me look at a few cars, but I was by myself so I wanted my dad to come with me to help me with the whole process. When I left the dealership that day, I knew I would go back to buy my car because of the way Jeff was so honest with me. So, this past weekend I went with my dad to find a car and right away we ran into Jeff, he was assisting other people so he sent us with John Rodewald. Jeff promised me John will take good care of me, well he didn't lie. I told John what I was interested at, and before I knew it I was buying my Chevy Cruze. John was so honest with my dad and I through the entire process. Throughout my time there Jeff would come check on me to see how things were going. We communicated by email beforehand, discussing the features I was looking for, the total amount I was willing to spend, and the monthly loan payments I felt comfortable with. My wife and I were looking for a new T&C, with some specific option combinations that were difficult to find. We stopped in one evening as we were in Sheboygan for an event for one of our kids and met Joel Hammen. We are from out of town (De Pere) and didn't have much time that first day. We looked at 2 vans quick and I gave Joel our requirements. By the next morning he had 2 vans that met our needs, which he emailed to us. I traveled back down to Sheboygan on the following Monday and ended up driving home with the new van. Process was great, the gentleman in financing (Timothy Hill) was great and worked to get us the financing that we wanted. All around it was a great experience with Sheboygan Chrysler.

About a week ago, my wife and I went to Sheboygan Chrysler to test drive a new 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. We already knew what we wanted but had not actually looked at one yet. We have been Caravan owners since the early 1990's and wanted to continue with that brand and model. We had no intentions of purchasing one that day, but after our test drive that Mike Wolf set us up on, we Talked awhile and low and behold we took delivery of our first new Caravan a week later. The treatment from all of the personnel we dealt with was excellent!!! The service we got today when we picked up our new van was outstanding. I had worked for a few Chrysler dealers over the past thirty years and this was the best sales experience I have ever had. Mike Wolf showed us every aspect of the workings of the new Caravan that we would need to know, Aaron in Finance had us through all the paperwork for purchase and warranty in no time at all! He took time to explain my options and did not power sell any thing. Tim Hill had started us out and led us through to the purchase, always being up front with what we needed to know. Allan Gabrielse in the service dept. answered all my questions and he and Mike told us of all the service offerings available. Randy Swihart went through everything at the end to make sure we received all of the proper info and service we required. The whole team was great and we know we are going to enjoy our new Caravan and would recommend Sheboygan Chrysler to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!!

So this was my first time buying a car in almost 10 years. I thought it was gonna be tough leaving my old car behind and starting new, but the way the dealers made me feel welcomed it started to get easier by the minute. Honestly I can be a pretty picky person when it comes to certain things, but literally the first car they showed me I felt like they knew me because it couldn't have been a better fit for me and it was black! They let me take it for a drive so I could show my wife who was at home at the time, pulled up and honked the horn. Saw her face light up, as I'm sure mine did when she first saw it, and I knew we were buying this car. Went back and within the hour was set up with two sets of keys and on my way. The whole time them treating me better than I could've imagined washed up the car real nice, put some gas in, and by the time that was all over I really didn't remember what I drove before. I haven't been to many other dealerships but if I had to recommend one it would be Sheboygan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on the south side of town you won't regret make sure you see Fred Noyes or Chad Black who had helped me most of the day. Also Andrew Marks made me feel very welcomed too, don't really have a bad thing to say. Thanks again you guys really do great work!

I went in with my dad to look at a Jeep Liberty. When we arrived, the car was waiting for us and Fred came out and was instantly helpful. He never rushed us and did whatever It took to give us a good deal on a quality car. I would definitely recommend this dealership AND Fred to all of my acquaintances. Fred made the overall experience of purchasing a new vehicle pleasant. The vehicle that I was interested was quickly made available for a test drive and all aspects of the purchase were prepared promptly and accurately. Fred initiated a vehicle search which he anticipated would yield the specific vehicle that I wanted in a day and true to his word called with the news that the vehicle was located and would be at the dealership by Tuesday. The efficiency of the transfer and the care taken to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase all made the process of purchasing my new Jeep Compass a pleasant experience.

Our GMC Jimmy was ready to be retired. We made an appointment with Sheb Dodge Jeep and tried out several vehicles. Craig was so patient with us. We finally settled on the vehicle we wanted and it was a great experience working with Craig. No pressure as to which one he thought we should buy. When I started my day today, I was sure of two things -- #1 - we needed a new vehicle; and #2 - I hate buying new vehicles. After purchasing one, it always felt like I might as well have left the dealership with twenty dollar bills spewing from the tailpipe with every mile, as that's how much money I had just got taken for. We drove quite a long way to find a specific used Durango listed on the dealership's website, and it was exactly as described on the website. Although a year old, it had been conditioned to virtually NEW. We arrived ninety minutes before closing time, and were assisted by the most pleasant laid-back salesman I've experienced in thirty years of buying used cars from dealers. This is a no-haggle dealership, which might have accounted for some of the mellowness, but his helpfulness and good attitude were outstanding. Even though our decision-making (brought the wife) took us past closing time, he and the finance department guys stayed well after hours, rushing the paperwork so we wouldn't have to make the 180 mile trip required by a return the next day. We are very glad we made the trip, getting a great, fast deal on the exact truck we needed.

He made me feel welcomed, was honest about everything I asked him, made sure I was happy with the cars I was looking at, made it a fact to make sure I was in love with my potential purchase, because this was my first, and what really made my experience over the top was the fact that he didn't talk to me like I was a fool because of my young age! I went to Sheboygan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram looking for an SUV with 3rd row seating. On the first visit, Nick Rincon spent hours finding, looking at, and test driving vehicles that had features I liked within my price range, but there just wasn't one that felt perfect for me. I went back to look again a few weeks later, and Nick showed me a 2013 Dodge Journey that I fell in love with instantly! He answered all of my questions, was very patient with my concerns and didn't try pushing me into a vehicle before I was ready. I have purchased other vehicles from this dealership and have also had them do work on vehicles for me. They have always done amazing work and their entire staff is always polite and helpful. I initially contacted them via the dealers instant chat on their website. We discussed the vehicle I was interested in and then I was contacted by Brad Nelson with a quote on the value of the car I would be trading in. The trade in quote they gave me was more than I received from other dealers so we decided to make the drive from Green Bay to Sheboygan to look at the car. On the way down I called Brad to confirm that we were on our way down. When we arrived Jennifer Weber was waiting for us and the vehicle had been pulled inside to warm up (it was about 20 below with the wind chill). That was such a nice touch! We liked the car, they gave me what they quoted me for a trade in value and Leah got us a great interest rate. Jennifer Weber was very accomodating and friendly as were all of the people that we dealt with at the dealership. My original internet contact was with Sharon Zielke who took the time to introduce herself once we got there as did Brad Nelson who quoted me on the trade in allowance. I will definetly go back to Sheboygan Chrysler next time I need a vehicle.

Amy was very friendly, willing to help in anyway, great listener and a great person to work with. When there were not photos uploaded yet she went above and beyond to send them directly to me. She listened to the price point and the features we wanted in the vehicle and only showed us those vehicles. We never felt pressured by her in anyway and it was nice to work with a no hassle, professional sales person. She kept us up to date and contacted us via phone, and email. Sheboygan Jeep and Randy specifically were recommended to me by other Jeep owner in the Jeep forum. I am from Milwaukee, Wi ,but have decided to give them a chance along with other local dealers. Randy was very easy to work with. We have exchanged a few e-mails and I was ready to order the Jeep. He has offered the best price and the best service. He has actually answered to my e-mails during his day off!!!!!!!!!!I have met Randy in person for a first time when we went to pick-up the Jeep. He had everything ready for us. We did the paperwork and finance with Timothy. The finance received was exactly what we were asking for. This was my first car buying experience at Sheboygan Chrysler and will definitely not be my last. I have purchased several cars in the past and have always felt pressured into making a buying decision, or made to feel as though I was bothering the salesperson with too many questions. Nothing could be further from the truth from the team at Sheboygan Chrysler! From the minute my wife and I pulled into the parking lot and were greeted warmly and sincerely by Amy (not to mention that the dealership was closing in 25 minutes), we both felt more at ease and confident about our decision to drive from Brookfield to purchase a newly used vehicle from Sheboygan Chrysler. Amy never rushed us and allowed us to take our time in going over the vehicle, road testing it and spending time "playing with" the amazing technology this car offered, even though her son was waiting for her patiently to get home from work. Not only was Amy so friendly and accommodating, but Randy and Leah were also as accommodating and friendly; each of them staying 2 1/2 hours after the dealership closed just to not inconvenience us having to drive back to Sheboygan the next day to complete the sale. I could not be more thrilled with our decision to drive to Sheboygan to make this amazing purchase. Thanks again Amy, Randy and Leah for making this the BEST car buying experience in my life. I had great customer service with the salesman Tim Heinen and Timothy whom I signed papers with. However the day I came to van shop I approached the front desk and let the lady there know that I had been emailing with a man by the name of steve and that he asked me to stop in and he would hook my up with a salesman. She called a Steve, whom I think was the incorrect Steve, got off of the phone. looked at a man about 20 ft away and said these exact words " He said anyone can take her , so you can just have her." I never caught the womans name but she had blonde hair. I was like wow! terrible customer service. I thought to myself this salesman best be nice or I will walk out of here after knowing how I was just treated. Thankfully TIm was very nice and respectful to my husband and I. I think this woman needs to take classes on customer service. I feel she could have been better by stating . Please have a seat in our lounge and someone will be with you shortly , or, Thanks for waiting , Tim is available and will help you. This is our second time buying from your dealership and I would come back again. I work in customer service and would never say something like that to my customer. My husband is a successful businessman and runs his business on honesy and trust , he would never treat a customer the way she treated me. So as a businees owner I wanted to let you know how your staff memeber treated a repeat customer of yours in hopes that she takes some customer service classes to improve herself! We are very happy working with Randy S. on this deal and the past 6 cars we have bought from him - we do wonder when we are getting the gold watch though. :) I appreciated his recognition of the recent work that was done on the Stratus (by your service center) that we were trading in helped to close the deal. I am sure you know that dealing with someone you feel you can trust is extremely important in car buying. I do not enjoy the process - wish the cars would last forever :) but because of our history with Randy I think he is giving me as good a deal as he can. In this situation it was fun to have him be excited to surprise Laura - my wife - with the new car - and then to follow up with her about how she liked it and any questions she had. - We still haven't figured out some of the voice activated stuff but know he will help us when we get a chance to get into see him.I would and have recommended him and your dealership to people who are looking for new and or used cars. Great experience at Sheboygan Chrysler! I worked with both Tim and Joe in finding a used truck for myself. Tim was helpful in taking my information on what I was looking for. Joe went the extra mile in getting me into a truck that fit my budget. The truck I purchased, was taken in as a trade in less than a week before I looked at it. Tim and Joe both were able to have the truck inspected and ready for me within a week. They also made me aware of some minor repairs and services that were needed on truck. They and the service team at Sheboygan Chrysler repaired and serviced all needed issues before I let the lot. I definitely would recommend Sheboygan Chrysler to any of my friends and/or family along with the recommendation of working with Tim and Joe.

I walked in knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. I felt Tim was pushy and over eager. He insulted my daughter and made me feel like I was 'odd' because I was consulting with her before making this choice. He told me he never met anyone who took so long to make a decision. He also told me my new car had Uconnect which was a huge selling point, only to find out AFTER I purchased it, that is does not. All Dodge stereo plates after 09 have the Uconnect button, that does NOT mean the vehicle has it. The salesman should have know that, and that leads me to believe he lied to me to get the sale. When I called back the next day to ask him about this he said, oh I'm sorry bring it in, it is just a "download". I talked to the service dept. it is NOT just a download, it is $400 dollars!!!!!!! During the test drive I also commented on how the steering wheel pulled to one side, and he said that is because the road is "slanted". Well, that was a bunch a crap too, unless every road in Sheboygan is slanted.I feel lied to and taken advantage of.

We were in the market for a used SUV, and Tim Heinen found one for us that met our needs. We do not live in the Sheboygan area, so we communicated with Tim via email (often), and he was always friendly and quick to respond. Brad Nelson helped us as well, when Tim was out of the office and both were easy to work with. The vehicle we purchased was not at the dealership, and Brad went the extra mile to have it availble to us the following working day. My husband and I just bought a used Pacifica yesterday! Mike Wolf was VERY, VERY patient with me over a few months to find the RIGHT car for me. He helped me by listening to what I wanted and need and found some cars the fit into my wants and needs. I drove several over time and finally found the ONE that fit me and our budget! While Mike was busy Sean helped us. We pointed out that there was nicks in the windshield and explained what happened before and he was able to make a deal with us that was acceptable to us. (Even though we laughed at it afterwards!) Timothy was a help in finding finacing for us. He was even able to beat what our bank was going to give us! It pays to go through him then the banks fight over you. When I drove off the lot with the new to me car, it started steaming. We went back and they took a look at it right a way! It was just water under the hood from the car wash earlier in the day. It went away went it was ran more and they fixed the light out right away! This is our 3rd time buying from here and I would do it again! We were even able to give the old key back to them on the same ring with paper tag that we got from when we bought our van! How many can do that?

I gave this review for many reasons. First of all the customer service was excellent. Shisseng was very helpful in helping me find the perfect vehicle as well as Sean jumping through hoops to get me a great deal. I felt as if they really wanted to earn and keep my business. Leah did a great job trying to help me finance the vehicle the way I wanted to. Shisseng Ly was our sales person. He is awesome. I would give him a "5+". This is the third vehicle we have purchased from him. We also worked with Tim Hill who acquired financing for me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The one problem I have there is that he said he would take care of transferring our auto insurance from our 2011 Jeep to our 2013 Jeep. I asked several times if we should just take care of it ourselves and was told that they would take care of it. We purchased this vehicle around the first of November and just found out a few weeks ago that our insurance wasn't transferred and that we didn't have any auto insurance after the first month. When we called Tim to ask about it, he said that AAA Insurance doesn't let the dealers transfer the insurance because of privacy matters. That is understandable, but then he should have contacted us to let us know that we had to handle this so we would have insurance. He needed to follow up on this if he wasn't able to handle it himself.Also, when I went to pick up the vehicle, I was told by Sean Fawcett that there was a little problem. Whoever took the vehicle into the Service Department to have it detailed, backed it into something and there was a dent in the back bumper. The Body Shop did a great job of fixing the dent and the vehicle looks like new, but nevertheless, my new Jeep already had a mishap before I even got to take it home. Sean coordinated everything well.Overall, the experience was good and we will continue to purchase vehicles from Sheboygan Chrysler.Linda and Jeff Preiss

We had purchased our Dodge Grand Caravan in 2004 and returned to purchase our 2012 Suburban. We have had the best experience here. We had to do very little to no negotiating on both our trade in and price of suburban. We felt we received a deal we would not be able to obtain anywhere else and a deal we could not walk away from. We received great customer service and even shared lots of laughs. We will return again. My wife and I have purchased three vehicles from Sheboygan Chrysler over the last 10 years. Two of them have been from Shisseng. When we had problems with the car, Shisseng was right there to help us. The best thing about Shisseng and this dealership is that they stand by their vehicles. You cant say enough about a car dealership that wouldnt sell something they themselves would not buy. In a couple years, when we are ready to trade in my Jeep, we will call on Shisseng.

We purchased a Dodge Grand Voyager. Van was good during test drive. However once we got it home we have had problems with it ever since. Thermostat was first to go. It was gone on the way home. It would blow hot air if you kept vehicle below 25 mph. Once we got on the highway it blew out all cold air. I contacted Sheboygan Chrysler. They advised me to send receipt and they would reimburse me. I sent in receipt that day. Have not heard anything from them. Not even a payment. Stupid me, I sent the original receipt in without making a copy. We have purchased many vehicles before in the past from other dealerships and have not had any problems with the vehicles. For example, I have a 2003 Buick, not one problem in the first six years. It was used. I purchased in 2004 and it had 19000 miles on it already. Same with my wife, she had a 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager, purchased used and not one problem for the first five years. I could go on and on, but i am not going to. I keep getting asked to rate this dealership, I give them a bad rating for this reason. However I do not hear anything about all these problems. Even though I keep bringing them up. I would not recommend this dealership and definitely will not be going back.

Shessing Ly was a great salesman; it was fun dickering with Sean over prices; and I wish I could remember the woman who did the financing---we were very pleased with her, too. One of the least painful car deals I've ever done. Would definitely recommend.

It took me two tries to purchase my new Ram.I dealt with Shisseng Ly both times and was happy with his professionalism. I was unable to reach a deal the first try but returned to Shisseng for a second try and we made a deal.All the sales people were very considerate and helpful. My wife and I purchased a new 2013 Dodge Durango Crew. Shisseng Ly was able to work out a deal for us for a vehicle on the lot and worked to get the vehicle into our budget and add additional equipment to the vehicle that we wanted that wasn't on the vehicle. Everyone was friendly and helpful- especially to our children as their excitement turned to boredom as we completed all of the paperwork, etc, The entire staff was wonderful to include Tim Hill who finished out the transaction for us. Shisseng followed through on our deal to have a DVD entertainement system installed and a free detail completed after the installation. The dealership provided me with brand new vehicles as loaners while the work was being completed on two occasions. I would recommend both the dealer and Shisseng!

In 2003 I bought a new Trailblazer from VanHorns because they made a much better offer. Once again I went to VanHorn, but this time the outcome was just the opposite,so I was happy to buy my new Dodge Ram from your Sheboygan dealership.Your offer wasn`t alot better than theirs, but I liked the friendliness of the sales person much better at your dealership, and I felt alot less pressured.

Daniel H. and Leah were able to get my new 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet Edition and all the paperwork ready through communications over the phone so that the day I took delivery was stress free and fast. Daniel did an excellent job of pointing out all of the features both at the dealership and during the test drive. Allen (service manager) provided additional helpful insight on the Liberty's features. No hassle pricing from a very friendly dealership. Wish this dealership was nearer to my home as service will be performed at another Jeep dealership closer to my home. Excellent and friendly staff truly a five-star dealership.

Bought a used car on Monday 11/5, went to pick it up yesterday (Friday 11/9). We waited a few days to pick it up because we paid cash and had to transfer money between accounts. We told them we were picking it up Friday after work and they knew we were coming. I might point out that at other dealerships, someone offered to come get me to pick up the car, and no one did in this case, so we were scrambling to figure out who was going where with our other vehicles. I don't expect them to roll out the red carpet for us. We were only buying a $9500 used car. But when we got there, the salesperson we bought it from wasn't there (he knew we were coming). He was gone for the day. No one even acknowledged us, and when they did, they treated us like we were bothering them or disrupting the routine. We stood by the desk for 30 minutes while the receptionists behind scrambled around to figure out what was going on and who could help us. We were very confused. Again, I didn't expect them to bow before me or anything, but usually when you're at a car dealer with money burning a hole in your pocket, the salesperson is at least present to shake your hand. We barely got a thank-you, and that was from the lady behind the desk as I was opening the door to leave. Also, every time I've ever purchased a car, they deliver it with a full tank of gas as a courtesy. This car had less than 1/4 tank.

We drove from pretty far away to come look at a car we were very interested on the internet. According to everything it looked great, we thought we would love it. They knew we were coming and assumed that since we were making such a long trip, that we were going to buy. The salesman, Ron, kept asking questions like, "So, who's buying the car?" So, what name should be put it under?" "blah blah when you get back to buy the car." After every time we corrected him and said 'if we buy this car." In no way was this a done deal. So we test drove it and it was a beautiful car. We just decided that we didn't like the tan colored interior as much as we thought we would. I also thought it ran a bit loud. We test drove one closer to our area and it didn't make that much noice, but anyway. We've been looking for a while and thought we could settle with it, but seeing it in person, we didn't just "fall in love with it." He then proceeded to tell us what a great car it was, it was limited edition, you won't find this price anywhere, this is a perfect car, why don't you like it? ...yadda, yadda, yadda. I told him numerous times that it had nothing to do with how beautiful and upkept this car was. I agree it was a beautiful car. It just wasn't for us. It didn't wow us like we thought. He then started saying things like "well you did see the pictures online before you came, didn't you?" I just have no respect for dealerships that try to force me into buying a car that I won't be happy about. More importantly, I hate going to somewhere where a salesperson doesn't LISTEN to their customer. This dealership will never be receiving any of my business.

My wife and I had a great experience at Sheboygan Chrysler. We were car shopping on line (Cars.com)and found a Jeep Grand Cherokee that we wanted to see and test drive. We called Sheboygan Auto and set up an appointment for that day. Everyone there was friendly and courteous. Before we left that day we had made a deal and scheduled to pick up our new (used) Jeep the following weekend. Would reccomend that you check them out before buying from another dealer. I live in Green Bay and had a unique financial situation. I first contacted Tina at the dealership and explained my situation to her to see if we would be able to do anything. Throughout the process, Tina kept in contact to let me know what was going on and was honest if she thought we could get me into a newer vehicle. I made the drive from Green Bay to look at an SUV but after realizing my payments would be too high, my sales person Ryan showed me the Chrysler 200 which I had been interested in the summer. He told me about the rebates on the 200. I was hesitant at first but I ended up liking what I saw. I told my salesperson Ryan that I wanted to see the 2011 model. They only had the 2012 on the lot, however, the General Manager had a 2011 that he had been driving. Ryan showed me his vehicle and I fell in love with it! I wanted to buy the car I test drove and the GM agreed to let me purchase the car the he had been driving! Scott in Finance got me approved but asked me wait one more day, turned out Scott got me approved at a lower interest rate with another lender, dropping my payments $40 a month! Lastly, I had noticed there were some scratches on the drivers side door and one of the chrome panels was nicked up. Sean made sure they buffed out the scratches and ordered a replacement panel before I drove away.The dealership, and everyone I worked with, went above and beyond what they needed to do for me. The process was simple and though my situation was unique, not once did anyone there make me feel as if I didn't matter, which seems to be the norm at other dealerships if you don't have enough money down, poor credit, etc. I brought a friend down with me and the dealership not only has me as a loyal customer but I think my friend as well. A+ to this dealership!

After spending some time on the internet, we picked a couple of possible prospects. We drove to the Sheboygan Chrysler dealership and were greeted by a truly nice salesman. Craig Wakefield helped us along the way to buying our new(used) Dodge Ram truck. Everything from the test drive to the financing was very easy and painless. My husband and I were drawn to this dealership because of the prices we saw on the internet. We were looking to purchase a van to accomodate our now family of six. We pulled into the lot and were pleased that we had a few minutes to ourselves to look at the vehicles. Brad then came out to the lot and greeted us. I was very relaxed working with Brad because he was very friendly and knowledgable. It wasn't long after that I was test driving a van. I was very reluctant to look at vehicles because I an often discouraged by pushy sales man that we have dealt with at other local dealerships, but Brad made purchasing this vehicle easy. We decided to buy the van because we felt the price was low compared to other dealerships that we had shopped around at. When we stopped back to buy the van, the process was so smooth and quick. We worked with Timothy for financing the vehicle. We had brought our younger children along this time, and Timothy was exceptional at making the process go by so quick as we tried to entertain the kids. He was very personable and friendly that it was a pleasure working with him. I was excited that we were able to leave with the van within hours of us starting the process of purchasing. Randy had worked with us at the end of the purchase. He too was very helpful at answering any of our questions. I have to say that all the other employees working that day were very friendly and professional. Everyone greets you and they make sure you can get the best possible service ever. My overall experience at this dealership was wonderful.

I felt like they truly cared about me as a person and that we were not just another customer. My husband and I did not recieve good service from a competitor, so we were leary about checking out another dealership in the area, but knew instantly after speaking to Shisseng over the phone that it was worth our time to drive to Sheboygan and check out a vehicle. Shisseng was supposed to leave for the day at 5 pm, but went out of his way to stay to accomodate our work schedules. He ended up being there with us until 8:30. That alone spoke volumes to us. He was very friendly and honest and answered all of our questions. We would definately purchase another vehicle with him in the future.The manager that we met (cannot remember his name) was able to negociate a better trade price for us and we greatly appreciated that. We also were very happy with the finance person that we met with. I believe his name was Timothy. He was very personable and down to earth and made us feel very comfortable. Sheboygan Chrysler Center deserves all 5's accross the board. We were extremely satisfied with their customer service and have been telling all of our friends about them.

We were looking at the new 2012 Jeep Wranglers, of which the powertrain had some major changes over the previous year. Sean was able to bring us up to speed on thechanges in the 2012 and give us comparison test drives in various vehicles as well as go through all of the features. I worked with John Granacker (sales), John Burger (manager) and Timothy Hill (finance) and I have to say I have never had a better car buying experience. They were friendy, helpful and effecient. Something truly appreciated by someone who works as many hours as I do. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know looking for a vehicle and will return when it's time for a different vehicle.

I just bought a 2007 Chrysler 300 from Sheboygan Chrysler. I have been looking for one all over that would fit in my price range, they were the first dealership to have it available. It was a no hassle, no nonsense experience. I probably won't go anywhere else to get a new or used car.

Love my new 2011 Dodge Avenger!! After purchasing, noticed a few things that needed attention and Tyler made sure that everything was taken care of to my complete satisfaction. I am a 100% satisfied with the customer service as well as the quality of the work done. Was treated with respect by all employees that I dealt with(and I talked to many!) Would definitely recommend this dealership. The selection of cars is unbelievable!! Way to go Sheboygan Chrysler!!

I am a long term costomer. Customer service has always been excellent. Quialtiy of work is allways about safty and to keep my cars and trucks running as long as possible. All service has been explained and why it needs to be done.I have enjoy coming to the dealer ship over the years I know most of the people there. we talk about family. tell jokes and just enjoy the visit. I have been there meny times just to visit. Everyone takes the time and never pushs you or gives you the empression there to busy. Prices are in line with the market. I like to work on them with a counter offer some times it works some times it don,t. But lets face the fact that it does not matter if the price is 50,000.00 or 2500.00. If I am happy with the buyer price and the dealer is happy with the selling price. The deal is done.

Shisseng spent a lot of time with us researching vehicles we had questions about and he willingly let us take more than one vehicle for a test drive. He tried to get us the best deal possible and Brad Nelson also spent time with us. We appreciated the time that they gave us and we never felt rushed or pressured to purchase.

Shane saved me from almost leaving the lot without purchasing a vehicle. I had been at the dealership ALL morning working with a different associate, Leah on a gauranteed credit loan. I was so frusterated with the way it was you can only be approved this car or that car, none of which I had ever seen let alone heard of. I had asked her about trying a regular loan with a cosigner, she filled it out and then told me I wasn't approved, and that I could only get a loan from her, a credit gauranteed loan. I was about to leave but out of curiousity looked at one of the cars on her list. Shane Bode, at that time was to pull the car up for me to see. I wasn't happy with the car and told him about the car I intially came there to purchase. Shane listened to me. He understood I wasn't going to buy a car I didn't want. And within an hour, he had my regula loan with that same cosigner approved. So, I made the purchase. I left there SO THANKFUL for Shane helping me to buy the car I wanted and not forcing any other cars on me. Shane truly listenes to the customer, and therefor gets the sale!!

Our salesman, John, and the sales manager, Sean were incredible to work with. They were friendly, knew their products well, and were truthful about everything. I first went to Sheboygan Chrysler because my mom insisted I look there first Because I needed to trade in my car. I went there And all the staff were very patient with me because I work a part time job and have a little one that I had with me. Whenever I needed to attend to him, there was no problem that they waited. With me working a part time job and a little one, they wanted to make sure that whatever I was putting my money too, would be worth it and reliable. They worked me on what kind of vehicle I had in mind and wanted, mileage, features. If something didn't fit my budget, they went out of their way to find something just as good or even better then what I liked. Which is what happened. They found me a brand new Caliber, did what they could just to fit my budget and work off of what I was trading in. I was very impressed with this considering I honestly thought I would walk away with my old car. I definently loved their humor and making my day and looking for a car easier. I loved their respect they had for me and niceness. I loved my entire experience. My moms been going there for 10 years now and I can happily say Thats where I went and thats where I'll continue to go.

We enjoyed our experience with Sheboygan CDRJ. Tyler listened to our needs and was responsive to our wants. He was not pushy at all. When it came time to meet with the manager we were impressed by the manager's genuineness and honesty. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of, in fact we felt like were being taken care of. It's been ten days since we got our car and we are very happy! I have already recommended Tyler to a co-worker and will do so again willingly.

We had a very good experience with Tracy Davis from Sheboygan Chrysler. She was very friendly, infomative and willing to work with us on our trade in. She was not pushy and we were able to reach an acceptable bottom line on the trade in of our 2002 Ford Escape toward the purchase of a 2009 Pontiac Torrent. It was an extremely clean vehicle inside and out which was very important to me. I have had my new vehicle for a little over a week now and absolutely love it. We would definitely consider doing business with Tracy again.

There was no pushy salesman. The most satisfying part of the whole experience. Our salesaman, Scott, listened to our needs and wants and showed us the kind of vehicles we wanted. He looked at the inventory and found we got a better deal buying new rather than used. The financing was done effeciently. The general manager also talked with us to see how our whole experience went. I thought overall, it was one of the best experiences we ever had buying a vehicle.

We went to buy a Jeep and we compared Dodge to Jeep for our personnel uses and found Dodge to be a better buy. I have perferred Dodge over any other auto since my first car a 1966 Dodge. The sunroof, nav/audio system, leather seats,climate control, and value won my wife over from Jeep.

I bought a new Dodge Dakota in 1996. I still have it. I of course wanted another Dodge. The Dodge Nitro fit into the paramiters I was looking for. Tracy Davis was wonderful. She told me to take it for a test drive. She was so very helpful in helping me pick out the additional things, like a ski rack, sill plates and mud mats. If I had a company, I would want her to work for me. I wanted an extra key, so Tyler helped me find my way through the construction ( putting floor tiles in the service area)to the parts department where Bill cut the key for me and Patrick programed it. Tim finalized the paper work. Brad, Randy and John were also helpful in cutting the deal so to speak, and helped in making me chose the 2011 Dodge Nito.

We live almost 2000 miles away from the dealership, and they have been absolutely great. When our local dealers weren't interested in our purchase, we found Sheboygan and have not been disappointed. They have excelled in every aspect including transportation to the dealership, ordering and installing optional parts, and verifying information correctly. Shaun Rutherford, especially has been great. He does put the customer into "customer service". Thanks again Sheboygan!
