I would like to share our experience I had at Sheehy Ford/Lincoln of Gaithersburg Md on 9/22/2021. Our salesman was Michael Jarvis. He was both knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire transaction of purchasing a 2019 Ford Fusion. He made everything silky smooth, explained all of our options to help us decide what was best for us. Mike also showed us around the dealership, pointing out the various departments. He addressed all our concerns, and did his best to reach the resolutions we wanted. In all, it was a great experience, I would not hesitate to purchase a car from them, as I highly recommend them for your new or used car needs. Bernie and Suzanne Bass

I’m telling all my friends and family to go to Sheehy Ford Gaithersburg!!!!! Let me tell you guys about this service OK. I went to buy a used car I saw online. The sales department was very prompt in responding in scheduling an appointment to come in and look at the car. We went for a quick test drive and I was already sold. The car was in immaculate condition and all of it parts seemed well-maintained throughout. My sales person was Trevor. He was amazing! Trevor you’re amazing. He was calm this the entire time, very very laid-back and professional guy. He even answered my call on his day off LOL. Shortly after driving off the lot I realized there may have been an issue with it’s acceleration so I immediately was talking to the shop and the guys in the service department got right on repairs. They were diligent at working with neighboring dealerships to resolve the issue and offered a rental until repairs were finished. Thank you Richard and Holly! It wasn’t an ideal situation for any of us together we made it work. Thank you see he Gaithersburg!!!

We scheduled an appointment to look at new Lincolns at Sheehy Ford Lincoln and wound up buying a Lincoln and a Ford because we were so impressed with the cars and the dealership. They were very courteous and professional and the dealership is very conveniently located on MD 355 just off of I 270. We took both cars for test drives and the sales person gave us a very informative run through before we headed out. We traded in vehicles and this went very nicely as well. We recommend Sheehy Ford Lincoln highly.

I had a great experience. Mike was straightforward and transparent. We negotiated everything before I came in. They gave me a very good price. The Lincoln Aviator is an amazing vehicle. I test drove Mercedes, Lexus and BMW. You can’t beat the value of the Lincoln.
