In Oct 2011 I special ordered a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport. It's always been serviced by the Shelbyville dealership. In Oct 2013 I special ordered a 2014 Dodge Avenger RT.. As of today (MAY 12th) it only has 1025 miles on it. I love it, but it stays in the garage during the winter months and rainy season. With such little miles it's had no reason to be back to the dealership. Because of the great service on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler and the way everyone treats me, is the reason I ordered the 2014 Dodge from them rather than goto Louisville or Frankfort. I still have both vehicles.. I drive a 2008 smart car (which I bought new in Oct 2008) most of the time but am considering buying a new Dart GT if I get a good price for my smart car. I take care of my cars and therefore I expect to get top dollar for them when I trade. If not, I'll just drive it for a few more years, as there is nothing wrong with it. I just love the little Darts.

Went in to buy a jeep people there,just wasnt very friendly Frank Ford is a big of a jerk as they come.He had me all over the place tryin to get my payments i wanted.The main manager Jack Brown is no better after there for a while and I mean while I took notice that some of the same crappy people that used to work for brownings where there man bad people move from dealer to dealer I wouldnt refer anyone to this dealer go to Obrein ford just across town see Jim Reed he will give ya a heck of a deal DONT GO TO CHRYSLER THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND ACT LIKE JERKS IN THE PROCESS!

Very fair and completely upfront with me through the whole process. Kenny Maynard came through with everything he said he would through emails. My family and I have found our new home to buy our cars. Thanks guys I love my jeep!!!!

I didn't feel like I was being helped by a car salesman ! They were very helpful in getting me the Jeep a wanted . Everything went very very smooth . I got a fair price for the truck I traded in . Monty showed me how to use everything . Raymond made the paper work fast and easy .I will buy my next car from them !! Joyce H P S I love my Jeep !

Stay away from this car lot....Scammers'..Liars..They will not give you all the details ,till they get your personel information,and then tell u they have to give you some goofy interest rate

I have bought all my cars for this dealership. I have alway been treated fairly. Always feeling that I'm getting a good deal. I never have experienced 'the run around feeling'. The sales folks have explained all aspects of the car before I leave the lot. The financing department has worked with me to get the best interest rate possible. As far as the serivice department, so many things to say there as well. They explain what is wrong with your car in details that I can understand. They run everything by you before they do the work. With my current car an 09 Dodge Journey getting tires for my 19's was turning out to be a challenge. The exact size could NOT be found. But with Tim's desire to please he kept digging and looking. They found a tire a little bit bigger that would work for my car and look good. They are a great group to work with and they do excellent work keeping up and taking care of my car. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle need. Michelle
