I purchased my first car ever today. The people at the dealership were awesome to work with and helped me find exactly what I needed. They were able to answer several questions that I had. Bianca Rodriguez was my sales rep. She was easy to talk to and very knowledgable about their inventory. Jay Scaramozzino, a manager, was able to help me locate the perfect car. Doug Miller in Internet sales was my first contact and he made setting up an appointment painless. Then Keith in finance helped explain the whole financial side of things in a way that was easy to understand. All together I could not have been more impressed. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a good deal and excellent customer service. Everyone there is great and they really care about their customers.

I went to buy a new car after my old Ford Taurus finally bit the dust, and I was extremely happy with the customer service and the selections that they had there. The Salesperson worked one-on-one with me to help me get the best affordable deal that we could get, and he also went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied when test driving two of the cars in question, one of which I ended up buying. The financing department took care of the rest, and got me a great deal which I am very happy with! These people are excellent!

Uneducated salespeople - they don't even know their inventory ; financing a joke - I have over 800 credit score and they got me their "best" rate , all I can say is they must be taking kickbacks from their finance companys - STAY AWAY FROM ALLY FINANCING " - I sold the car that I bought from them just to get away from ALLY - I wouldn't recommend this company - go somewhere out of Warren County to get a fair deal on a car.

Went for a used vehicle visit and as we looked at several vehicles was told many times the Internet price is it. The quality of the product compared to other dealers and where we ultimately bought was subpar. Used vehicles were detailed poorly and did not show well.

Okay, while we have purchased 3 vehicles from here, all within a year and a half time period, I now have to do a review based on recent experiences. During the fall of last year, due to our history with Shenandoah, we reached out to them regarding purchasing a used vehicle. Payment was to be cash. Ashley was unresponsive. Justin Mooney was fantastic and tried to help as much as possible, but he is not the salesperson. When he reached out to Mike, the used car manager, Mike was unresponsive, even to this day. Due to their lack of concern for a great customer, I then emailed Doug Stahl with my concerns and let him know that due to Ashley and Mike's unresponsiveness, they lost a sale. Response? None. The staff they got rid of before this bunch did much better customer service. That said, we love the service department, as they are responsive and do things as expected without issue. They are very informative and will provide as much help as possible. We will continue to use them for our service needs, but many things will need to change before returning as purchasing customers.

I purchased my new F150 a few months ago from Shenandoah Ford. I had by far the best car buying experience i've been through! A young gentleman named Charles was our salesman and he worked magic.My husband and I came in looking for a used car and left with a brand new F150 that we never thought were possible for us. My salesman, JJ Tyson, worked very hard at getting my payment to where I needed it to be in order for me to get the card I liked. I had my Dodge Neon since October 2000 and it was definitely time to look into getting something else. JJ listened to what I wanted and didn't want and found the 2013 Ford Fiesta. His main goal was to find something that I could afford and be happy with. He succeeded! I love the car!

Ashley Chapman was super nice, understanding and interacted well with me and my 3 year old daughter. The dealership was lovely and the new cars were very nice. The used 2006 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer I looked at was DISGUSTING!!! With it running as I strapped my daughter and her chair in, I could smell it was burning oil AND something rubber. The interior was NASTY and the seatbelts were hard, like they had been dipped in glue and left to dry. The steering wheel was supposed to be tan leather, but it was dark brown and sticky. I got it out on the road and pushed the pedal to the floor, to see what it would do. It fell on its face and the check engine light came on!! I turned around and took it back immediately! When I returned it to Ashley, she was very apologetic and understanding. She told me she would send it BACK to the shop and that the dealer had gotten it from an auction. I told her that it was nasty and they needed to take it back to the auction and try to get their money back! It was NOT worth what they were asking...$12,000...top NADA value!!! She said the other used Explorer had the check engine light on also!!! NO THANK YOU!!! I used to own a towing company and that Explorer was a repossession! The previous owners didn't take care of it, got a title loan, trashed it and waited for the repo man to come get it and take it to auction. I am VERY disappointed at the LACK of quality in the used vehicle I looked at and the fact that the dealership didn't do a better job getting it ready to sell. I will be very hesitant to buy used from them. I might consider them for a brand new vehicle. I am HIGHLY IMPRESSED at Ashley's customer service, attention to what I said, email communication and interaction with my daughter. She is an asset to the dealership! And the dealership was lovely and clean, that was nice.

Recently stopped by to have my car inspected (I am a new resident of Virginia), but was told that there were quite a few others ahead of me and, since it was already mid-afternoon, I could not be accommodated that day. So, I inquired as to whether I could get an appointment for later in the week. Surprisingly, I was told that I could not get an appointment because it is a violation of Virginia law! Could this be true? Anyhow, I took my car to another (non-dealer) shop and got an appointment for about 2 hours later, returned, and got the inspection done.

The Service Advisor, Bob Pressler is great. He told me up front what needed to be done and what was done. The Asst. Service Advisor, (I believe her name is Lawonna or something like that) explained to me the cost of the rotors and the choice I could make whether to use Ford Parts or after-market from NAPA. They both kept me updated about the progress of the work and an approximate time for completion. Bob even offered me lunch.

I brought my vehicle in for a speaker phone issue. The speaker wasn't clear on the receiver's end. Once checked it was determined that all vehicles like mine have the same issue. Travis sent an email and was informed that there was an outside provider that they could get a new speaker from that would fix the issue. Once the part was received, I took my vehicle in for installation. It was found that the wrong color part had been shipped and received. The correct color part was expedited and received 2 days later and installed. Travis was constantly concerned with making us happy with the service we received on our vehicle. Because of this, we decided to have an oil change and a tire repaired while it was in the shop.

We came in answering to a sales Flyer that was mailed to us. Josh greeted us immediatly and we sat and discussed our options. The dealership was busy so it took awhile to finalize everything but Josh showed us some cars that he knew we would love. And as soon as we sat in a Malibu we fell in love with it. I love this dealership. I started going initially because they were able to help me open a gas cap that was stuck on Christmas eve, when I had no where else to turn and was on empty. They didn't even charge for opening it. Ever since, I've went back for oil changes on my used Ford. Travis always finds a way to squeeze me in for that last minute oil change - even when I call at the last minute and the indicator light says zero oil life left. Nothing like waiting till the last minute, right? He understands, life is hectic. This last time, after receiving a flyer in the mail that they were offering 125% of the value of my used Ford against a new vehicle purchase, I thought I would check it out during my regular oil service. To my great surprise, Christa and Justin were able to find financing and put me into a brand new car of my choice for a payment that was only a few dollars more than what I had been paying on my 2006! Amazing. So, I went in for an oil change on a car that was older...I had bought at a buy here pay here lot and gotten a horrible financing deal on - even though the car was nice....and Christa and Justin at Shenandoah put me into a much better position with a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty brand new car that I absolutely LOVE for only a few dollars more than I was already paying. Now, I have security, peace of mind, and the gas mileage of my new car is running about 40 mpg vs the 18 mpg I was getting in my old car! So I'm really saving money every month now! I could hug them!

After visiting the Ford booth at the NYC Auto Show I was given an invitation for a $50 Ford test drive Gift Card. Upon my return to Virginia I stopped by Shenandoah Ford while out shopping for a new vehicle. Even though I was leaning heavily towards buying a new Honda or Mazda, I figured it was at least worth the $50 to try out a Ford. I was greeted at the dealer by Ashleigh Kimmons who was gracious enough to stay after hours to allow me to test drive a 2013 Ford Focus as I was not aware I arrived so close to their closing time. He was one of the friendliest and lowest pressure salesmen I have ever dealt with, allowing me to concentrate on evaluating the car over a lengthy drive. This allowed me to conclude that the Focus drove far above my expectations. Being a Costco Member, their website automatically gave my contact info to a number of other dealers. They naturally hounded me with competing prices and offers. I did visit one other local Ford dealer in my search as well at other brands. As far as Ford was concerned, the other dealer was your typical "smooth operator" ready to do anything for me...except quote me a price! All they did was reinforce my positive view of Shenandoah Ford and Ashleigh Kimmons. Also helpful was their website which was kept so up to date that one evening they listed the exact color and model Focus I was looking for as "dealer ordered" and as soon as it arrived updated the site to reflect that. So quickly in fact that when I got to the lot it was only recently taken off the truck and unprocessed. I informed them that as soon as it was available I wanted to purchase it. The following day Ashleigh called me, and even though I was out of state was able to help me leave a deposit and hold the car until I returned home to complete the deal. From there it was smooth sailing as everyone at the dealership was friendly, explained all the cash back rebates and gave me the price I was looking for. It was a pleasurable buying experience and the most I have ever saved off the sticker price on a new car. I would highly recommend this dealer and especially Ashleigh Kimmons as he was a pleasure to deal with.

I work for Sherwin-Williams, and we use all Ford products in our Fleet. When my wife wanted to look at Chevrolets, I insisted that we should also look at what Ford has to offer. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Ron Nicholson now works at Shenandoah Ford. Ron is one of the most honest guys I know. I always feel like he is being straight forward with me and in no way misleading or deceiving. I really like his no hassle way of selling cars and how willing he is to make sure, we get what we need. We test drove 4 vehicles and I know if I would have wanted to test drive 4 more, Ron would have been happy to do it. The dealership is clean, big, and is staffed by knowledgeable employees that really enjoy giving great customer service. If Ron is still selling vehicles when I need my next one, I will absolutely buy it from him.

Everyone was very friendly; all smiles. No one seemed bothered with us as they do at some dealerships. We were told to take our time with the test drive, there was no rush. Upon deciding to trade in our older vehicle, we forgot to bring the title with us, and we were toldd "no problem, bring it in tomorrow." Overall, a great experience.

We had gone into this dealership with the mindset of visiting many that day. The second car we test drove with Ron was the one we ended up buying. We were not pressured, we had come to an agreement on the price, and was out with our new car in to time. No waiting on tags either from DMV, all taken care of. Everyone was very pleasant. They took the time to set up SYNC in my new car.

Friendly, professional staff, with a positive attitude and not pushy. In past experiences with other dealerships there are salesman who seem to be desperate to land a sale, not in this situation ot my experience with Shenandoah Ford. I was ther on. Friday to drop off my Fiesta for service, was looking at the C-Max. Frank asked if he could be of any help, I stated no and he left it at that. I came back the next day to pick up my Fiesta, while waiting for last minute work on my Fiesta I was looking at a Ford Focus. Franks approached and I had a few questions on the Focus. From that poi t, we satartes the paperwotk and a short time later I was in my 2013 Focus. All I can say is Thank You for not using high pressure sales tactics, I would have left quickly. My 2011 Fiesta was fine, not as roomy as a Focus, but for adequate for a daily commuter car.

Everyone was so friendly and bent over backwards to answer questions and arrange everything to get my new vehicle. Jeff was very efficient in getting the Ford Escape I wanted into the service station to fix a recall, so that it would be ready to go for me, all clean and gorgeous. This dealership was a pleasure to deal with. They allowed me to test drive the vehicle without sending a representative in the car with us, which allowed my wife and I to thoroughly review the vehicle and openly discuss our thoughts. Everyone we interacted with at Shenandoah Ford from the salesman to the general manager to the finance officer and even the notary - was personable, sincerely helpful, listened and provided the most positive buying experience we have ever had. The salesman devoted his entire attention to ensuring he knew what our needs were and then became our advocate in getting exactly what we wanted. The general manager instilled confidence with his abilities and negotiated an awesome financing deal. Finance was particularly smooth and we appreciated the ability of the finance officer in explaining all areas in clear and concise language and as well as his sage recommendations. We needed a document for the car notarized and were able to return the following day and were cheerfully taken care of. We have been welcomed into the Shenandoah Ford's family and look forward to returning for service as well as future purchases. It's comforting to know we have a local hometown dealer that provides the best customer service around!

I came in to look at car for my son. He due to buying a house is unable to buy a vehicle and needs one asap. He looked at a 08 mustang. Missy was just great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure my customer service experience was exceeded. She must be a huge assett to your organization. I have to say my daughter sent me a picture of a vehicle that she liked. I did my research on line with Shenandoah Ford and I notice that there was a great price online and it looked like the vehicle my daughter was looking at. We decided to take a trip out to Shenandoah Ford just to look at the vehicles. Check all vehicles out and there wasnt a vehicle out on the lot that had the price on the computer. A gentleman asks me if anyone has help me and I said yes, and he said he would get me someone to help. But before I let him go I told him that I had did some research on line about a vehicle and the prices were different. He said he would get me the person that works with the online vehicles. Missy Groves came out and we spoke about vehicle and ended up walking in to check on the sale price of the vehicle that we were talking about. The great part was she found the vehicle I was talking about and the PRICE was right! Missy spoke us about all the parts on this vehicle. This was wonderful; I purchase my vehicle 2 years ago from another dealership and then NEVER went over the vehicle in full detail as Missy did. My daughter is 17 years old and Missy has a daughter who also drives the same kind of car that we were looking at. If Missy can put her daughter in a Ford Focus so can I. Thanks so much Missy for taking time with us on Saturday and then again on Monday when we purchased the car. The only thing that upset my daughter was that when she got in her NEW FORD it started to rain. My daughter LOVES her car. Thanks Missy for everything!

Went with my daughter to look at an '11 we saw online. We had originally planned to drive to Loudoun to one of the mega-dealers but thought we'd look local. We knew immediately we made the right choice. Missy offered to let my daughter take the car home for the weekend but we didn't need it. The entire sales team worked together like a finely tuned race car and made the deal we wanted. No pressure, no smoke and mirrors. We weren't really looking to buy a new car. Then someone made an offer on our old car and we sold it. End of model year and end of body style meant deep discounts and extremely generous financing offers (discount + 0.0% interest). Usually it is one OR the other not BOTH.We kicked tires at one local dealer. Very nice and helpful. Would've bought there, but no '12 models in the color/package that we preferred.Found a somewhat desirable '12 at another dealer. Really good dealer. Would've bought there too.Ended up at Shenandoah because they happened to have the '12 with the right colors and features. Nice dealership, easy to work with. Friendly easy-going staff. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The people at Shenandoah Ford do really go the extra mile. We contacted them for an on-line quote thinking that we wouldn't be able to qualify for a new car, much less a used one. Missy worked tirelessly for us for several weeks and when we thought that we would have to look at another avenue, things fell into place. Her service and attentiveness is excellent. Nikki contacted me initially and didn't push when I told her I wouldn't be ready to buy for a month or two. When I contacted her again she give my request to Missy who went more than just the extra mile to find the Escape I wanted. Nikki and Missy went over the priceing and finance to let me know the situation. Chris appraised my trade and then took me through the paperwork. Everyone at Shenandoah was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and all made the experience a great one. I would highly recommend Shenandoah Ford to anyone. went to shenandoah ford to purchase a new f-350. Everyone was very friendly, honest and helpful. I had gone to another dealer who barely spoke to me, made me wait forever and was treated with disrespect. It was like the other dealership could not be bothered.....and was into playing games..making me wait forever for counter offers. after a lot of time, i finally got my terms but i walked because i did not like the dealership or the experience. In a short time i made the same deal at shenandoah ford. They did not play games..or make me wait for hours. It was the best , easiest car buying experience i have ever had. I have been taking my other 2 fords to this dealership for years for service.....their service department is excellent. I would highly reccomend this dealership.

I have been taking my car to Winchester/Malloy Ford for over 5 years. I recently broke down in Front Royal. My car was towed to Shenandoah Ford. Bob meet me with open arms. I have never been to a dealer ship like this before. I will drive the extra 20 mins from here on out to get service like this. They have the best service department ever. TRY IT OUT!!!

I brought my 03 350 diesel to these jokers to have some normal maintence done. When I brought my truck to them it ran fine. ( I was having them put in shocks and change the oil). When I went to pick it up it barely started and ran vary rough ? They told me it was air in the fuel line? Strange this never happened before ? Well I trusted them. They said the air would work out of the system and it would be fine? Well they were wrong. I had to bring it back and low and behold they had to reset it on the computer? Fine no big deal I brought them a perfectly running truck and they messed it up some how and now they have fixed it. Fine. No I was mistaken they want me to pay for them screwing up my truck! I discussed it with them and the service guy said he was told to charge me! I paid it as soon as possible to get away from these idiots. I get home and the first cold morning after bringing them my truck I go out to start it (it always always stated in cold weather for the past 8 years!) it will not start. It seems like they put glue in for oil? And it will not start. I plug it in (for the first time ever and had to wait 2 hrs to start it). This is nuts. So that leaves where I am now. I am stuck not bri g able to start the truck in anything close to cold (40 is too cold I have to plug it at 40!) If u value your truck/car don't bring it to these fools to service. When I get my truck fixed I will report back on exactly what they did wrong. Made me pay and did rotten work. STAY AWAY!

I have been buying our vehicles for the family for over 35 years now. My experience at Shenandoah Ford was by far the best I have ever had. Nikki, Shawn and Mitch were very friendly, helpful, informative and fair in the process of purchasing a used vehicle. Any questions I had were answered in a very timely manner. Their motivation to make this a pleasant experience for me was very evident. The best part about the whole process was the lack of pressure I felt while working with them to see if we would decide to purchase the vehicle. I have never been to a dealership before where the sales staff has been so pleasant and helpful. At the end of the buying process I spoke for a moment with the General Manager. I told him how I felt about the experience I had had with his sales staff and encouraged him to treat them well as they really made a huge difference in the whole buying process. Kudos to him and his staff for a job well done.
