Sketchy place. Went here to look around for a used truck, nobody acknowledged me, but could immediately tell all the trucks looked like nothing but covered up issues. The frames were all spray painted black to cover up rust and rot. ESPECIALLY around the trailer hitch to make it seem like it’s rot free. It’s so obvious because the actual receiver has fresh black paint and rotted out at the same time, looks so different from the rest of the vehicle undercarriage, and when you go underneath you can see where the spray paint stopped. The way they’re responding to negative comments (which might be the only real ones) on here explains it all to me. Update: don’t believe their response. If you don’t believe me see for yourself

Recent customer, first time at shoe city. Professional staff, relaxed environment, beautiful offices and showroom. Great inventory and they take pride in being family owned. The vehicle was fully cleaned and serviced. I would absolutely recommend Shoe City. -Mike.

Absolutely will recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car or truck. Bought my Silverado from here and they were very helpful and professional. Any issues the truck had they were willing to fix before delivering the truck and their honesty is very commendable. They very clearly care about both their reputation and most importantly the customer. Would definitely tell people to not be shy about this place.

My boyfriend purchased a certified used vehicle and picked it up today. We have found the owners nothing but helpful, knowledgeable and courteous any time we stopped in with questions. The whole process was smooth and simple. They were able to offer us a great price on not only the new car but our trade in as well. When we went to pick up the vehicle it was spotless and it was obvious that they took good care of their cars. This business has been around for many years and it’s reputation says it all. I am about to start my own journey in buying a new car and I know where my first and last stop will be. Thank you to glen and his father for a great car buying experience. I will be recommending shoe city auto sales to all of my friends and family looking to buy.

i purchased my Toyota Avalon from Steve at Shoe City, He was very professional, straight forward. The true test was a week later, i noticed the lens on one of my fog lights was cracked. He said no problem just bring it down,. i parked the car and spoke with Steve inside. We both walked outside together and to my surprise his son Glen had the lens replaced,. Nice Family to do business with,.

I purchased a Toyota 4runner from Steve, he was courteous, knowledgeable and a straight talker. After negotiations and we agreed on a price he did an excellent job preparing the vehicle. He touched up the rims, buffed the headlights and thoroughly explained all the paper work.
