Sid Dillon in Fremont is Amazing! We have worked with Jeff for a few years now after he gave us wonderful service buying our first vehicle from the Crete facility. Since then, our family and friends have all drove to Fremont to buy vehicles. A total of 11 vehicles in less than 2 years and everyone is very happy with the service they have received. I am very pleased with the service I received at Sid Dillon. I had my windshield replaced and they did an amazing job!! It looks as good as new! They got me scheduled in a reasonable time and completed the work in the time they stated and for the price I was quoted. I was impressed with the work they did and was happy to find my car vacuumed and wiped down afterwards.

All I wanted done was done quickly, personnel were very helpful and friendly and car was returned clean after1,500 mile trip. Purchased at Dillon's, but live in Arizona so unfortunately won't be able to take advantage of thier great service. I purchased my 2015 and 2021 Corvettes through them because the sales experience was likewise a pleasant experience.

My recent visit to the dealership was very rewarding, I do not drive very many miles in my pickup on a yearly basis. I only need it serviced once a year. This time I also needed a switch in the dash replaced, it was a little longer wait, but I was able to get everything handled that same day.

Tyler did a very good job of helping me with any questions i had about my old truck and about the new truck i purchased. He was very helpful and did everything possible to find me a truck to suit me needs and my wants. He never pushed me to buy a vehicle he just did everything he could to help me buy one. My family and I have been with Dillon for quite some time starting with my mom in the early 80's. I purchased my first vehicle in 1991 a Chevy blazer S10 from Ken and since then i have purchased a vehicle from Ken since then and now I just purchased a 2015 Z71 from Ken and he made sure I got my christmas card, before I left with the new truck, working with Ken has been a pleasure and I have been sending Ken customers since day one and will continue to send family and friends to Dillon Chevrolet/GMC Mazda Jim Snyder

I came in for an oil change and that was done in the best time out of 6. then I had a check engine light problem. My 2013 Silverado was 1000 mi over warranty and the service department took care of it. I was very happy and extremely pleased with the service I received this time. I had an excellent experience in shopping for a new car at Sid Dillon. Ryan Fiala did an excellent job. He was very thorough, but not pushy. I started thinking I wanted one car, but ended up with a different car, one that really better fit my needs. I am anxious to try the Service Dept. That is usually a stressful situation - when I don't always know everything about cars.

I had originally called to make the appointment at the GM dealership since that I have a GMC Terrain and they have performed all the work on it since it was purchased from them. For some reason, my call was transferred/picked up by the Chevy service desk, I do not recall them identifying themselves as such or even saying anything when I said I was looking for an appointment for a GMC product. They ended up doing a very good job, but I was not pleased at the beginning of the process.Also, I am very concerned about the overall quality and craftsmanship of the driver's seat in my truck as this is the third repair that has been necessary. One was precautionary and covered under a recall, but I have had to pay a total of approximately $600 in repairs to the seat of a vehicle that is just over 4 years old with only 45,000 miles. To be honest, I think about the stability of the seat every time i get into my truck, which is NOT a good thing and does not bode well for any future vehicle purchases I am to make or recommendations I give to others regarding this vehicle.Regards,Steve Swanson

Something on the recall repair failed. You came out on a Sat. within 2 hours and we were back on the road by Monday noon. Everyone is polite and accommodating. We realize it was on a Saturday, but the car wouldn't start and it was blocking the garage door to our other car. It was taken out of our drive quickly. We barely noticed any inconvenience.

We have always been pleased with Dillon but this time it wasn't as smooth. One small ding wasn't fixed to my satisfaction, and we had to come back to the dealership to have it touched up, which is Ok now but not as good as I would like. We left a second time and had to come back because our sun roof didn't work which they did fix it was a computer problem since the sun roof had to be removed to fix the roof. It was fortunate that we had done a few errands in town before going home so that was good. They did fix everything but It was a bit inconvenient to come back and wait while things were resolved. I am grateful that Dillon cared so much about their quality and that they care enough to offer a loaner car that is so much appreciated. I also was impressed that when they called to say car was ready they called back a short time later to wait a little bit that the car looked a little greasy and needed to be re-washed. That demonstrates to me that they do care and want to do a good job. The little ding that wasn't fixed was a extra they were doing and they ultimately did the wrong ding so I am bit disappointed that the lower bumper wasn't fixed too well but it is touched up so further damage can't take place. It was minor because I was hit on the bumper and hadn't realized that my bumper was hurt until later so I was a bit annoyed that it happened and was hoping it would be fixed so I wouldn't have to look at it again, it's more visible than I would like, but I do understand that it may not be possible to make it disappear without doing the whole bumper over. .

The staff was very professional and customer friendly. Took in for first oil and filter change along with rotation of tires with just over three thousand miles. Upon completion, I asked about the tires being rotated and was told it was not done because of too few miles. This concerned/upset me a bit as it was suppose to be part of the agreed to serive as part of our purchases of this car and the next time we will bring in for service will be around 10,500 to 11,000 on the car - recommendation is every 7,500.

It was an excellent experience. The people in the service department are so nice. They all have such pleasant faces. Also, they treat your car just like a doctor treat his patients. I like the free car wash ,too.

As always at Sid Dillons the automotive care experience was a very pleasant one from beginning to end The personnel are personable informative and helpful. The problems were identified, solutions offered, suggestions made and problems resolved. Josh should get a raise as he is very insightful and capable. Kelly has made sure that his staff is well trained and capable.

Corey Masek was fantastic to work with, we were not pressured what so ever which is not the norm when buying a car. He took the time to explain everything, answer all questions and really help us in our buying decision. Great overall experience, would definitely come back in the future.

Brought car in for two noises it was making. They fixed one and could not find the other squeak. It seems to be when the car is moving and the wind flows making the car squeak. Mark in service said they spent a lot of time trying to duplicate the squeak but could not. They heard it while driving the car.

Purchased a used car and traded in a motorcycle. Worked out the details with Matt Baxa over the Internet prior to the actual sale. Arrived at the dealership on the day of the sale and everything was exactly as agreed upon - no surprises. The car was in great shape and looked and ran just as advertised. There were no "document fees" or "processing fees" or any other extra charges. Overall, probably the best used car buying experience I've ever had. They even arranged to have the motorcycle picked up at my house! I highly recommend Sid Dillon Chevrolet.

The Service Team is always eager to help and prepared when we drop off our Tahoe or Malibu. We appreciate the relationship we've developed with Mark Harms and others on the team. Additionally, Kelly is always so friendly and helpful when she answers the phone and when we pay her for the service that's just been done... In fact, she went the extra mile recently. I had paid for the service on one of my credit cards but decided to put the charges on another... She canceled the transaction and reran it on the card of our choice. I very much appreciate her extreme customer service.
