Thank You Abe Tovar! He was excellent with his customer service, I had a very smooth check-in, he was knowledgeable of what my vehicle needed done and what was most important and what he recommends. I wasn't pressured into getting any services or products. He kept me informed as how my vehicle was going through service and what time it was going to be ready. I was there to pick-up vehicle, no waiting, in and out in less than 5 minutes. Job well done!

I was absolutely dreading the car-buying process and after two weeks of research, I knew that I couldn't put off my visit to a dealership for much longer. However, when I got on the lot I was greeted by Christina who was helpful and didn't hover/come across as pushy. She answered all of my questions and had a great perspective. The team really worked with me to get the a great deal with a solid coverage plan. I didn't feel like they tried to "upsell" me and by the end I felt like I purchased an entire support team along with my car. Both Christina and Steve were above and beyond.

I called in inquiring about a used truck they had in stock. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful with the vehicle features they said said if I come in they will do the best they can to take care of me. Upon arrival all staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable rather then pressured. I bought the vehicle at a very good cost. They really performed as they said they would without the going back and forth game like your average dealer would. I truly enjoyed the experience and got what I was looking for with no games. I was helped by the following staff Maribell in Internet sales, Landon internet manager, and Rose in financing and I have nothing but good things to say and it was well worth the 40 mile drive to have the pleaser of doing business with the staff listed above. My entire experience was very pleasant, with the assistance of my very helpful salesperson, Sergio. He could almost read my mind when I had questions or concerns about anything. Unlike other dealerships, I did not feel pressured and was given so many good options as far as financing. Even after doing my homework on the Colorado and knew exactly what I wanted, I learned so much more about my truck while Sergio gave me the complete tour and information on every aspect. Plus, the truck they had, already had all the extras added so I felt it was meant to be, that I ended up at Sierra. I've only had my truck one day and have enjoyed every minute driving it and just sitting in the driveway, playing with all the cool features. My cheeks hurt because I haven't been able to stop smiling, being so happy with my new truck. Thank you Sergio and the entire staff. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful.

On 12-09-15 I went to the Sierra Chevrolet in Monrovia. As soon as I arrived and parked my vehicle in the lot, I was greeted by a sales representative, Robert Perez Gomez. I advised Robert that I was interested in the 2016 Camaro. He walked me towards the Camaro that was located inside of the dealership. Robert showed me the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Everything about the vehicle was amazing.Robert walked us towards his desk and asked us if we would like something to drink. We sat down and began to fill out information for credit purposes. Meanwhile the credit report was being pulled, manager Israel Winkelmann and Robert Gomez prepared the vehicle for a test drive. I returned to the desk ready to buy. We spoke numbers for a short period of time and agreed on a price. After meeting with Mr. Steve Del Campo in finance the vehicle was mine!The customer service at Sierra Chevrolet in Monrovia was exceptional from the top-down. Robert had great communication skills and was very professional from beginning till the end. His bilingual skills in spanish was definitely appreciated by my father. My father was able to communicate with Robert and get all questions answered. Manager Israel Winkelmann was also very kind and respectful. He was able to speak numbers with my father and I and answered all questions. Steve Del Campo in finance explained all the forms thoroughly and clarified everything before each and every signature.Other sales representatives were congratulating us of our purchase and wishing us the best! All employees at Sierra Chevrolet have great customer service skills and make a customer feel welcomed. We truly enjoyed our time at Sierra Chevrolet in Monrovia. The environment and presentation of Sierra Chevrolet in Monrovia was awesome! Truly want to thank this team for the time and service! My wife and I just went for a quick walk to window shop as we wanted to decide on what vehicle we wanted for our family as an upgrade from a 2004 ford Excursion, I took my wife to another dealer next door to Chevy and my wife decided to keep our Excursion. As we drove by Chevy in Monrovia that is, we decided to hit reverse and walk thru to see what was there as our sales person came out of nowhere to greet us. Without any pressure we were the ones to asked him to see a Suburban and he was so knowledgeable and very friendly it felt we knew him for ever and not for 5 minutes. As we were asked if we wanted to see the inside and sit inside we said no and all he said was theirs no commitment and my wife sat inside and turned to look at me and said, I'm In Love! this car is the only one to trade our big girl for, our Excursion. and so for Our 19th Wedding Anniversary we bought our Family our new 2016 Suburban. we will definitely refer our salesman to our friends and family.

My experience with Sierra Chevrolet as usual was very good, on time, easy to make an appointment with Rolando, or Joann. My only problem was when I called, Joann said she would make a note on my apt sheet that I wanted the front end to be checked out for a vibration, it did not happen, I should have told Rolando to be sure and check it, I did not because I thought Joann made the note. Next time it will happen.

I was met right away by a service consultant. I was told how long it would take for my repair. When the time has elapsed a call was made to me why it would take a bit longer. We wanted to look here because my girlfriend's son's father had purchased his truck here & had a very good experience. David Boyles approached us as we were looking at all of the beautiful trucks in the lot. David was friendly, knowledgeable & NOT PUSHY. We were there to look around & get an idea of what my son was looking for. We had "NO" intention on buying anything on this day. GUESS WHAT? My girlfriend's son found a truck he really liked & I found a truck I really liked. So not only did my girlfriend's son purchase his first car that day, I also purchased a truck. I would like to commend Oscar Fonseca for going above and beyond in helping me the car I wanted. I called on a Wednesday and spoke to Oscar about what was important to me for my Brand new Malibu 2LT, I expressed strongly what it really needed to have and the color I wanted. Within a few hours Oscar called me back and said I found your car. It was only missing one thing, the rear and front safety sensors. While those are important, they were not going to break the sale. I asked for a price and the next day, Oscar called with a great price. I couldn't believe it. I made an appointment to look at the vehicle the next day. I arrived earlier than expected but that didn't matter Oscar and his team were ready for me. I gave them an estimated time of when I wanted to leave, after a 12 hour day the last thing I wanted was to be at a dealer for 3 plus hours. They managed to reduced my price, wash my car and put gas in it in about an hour and half. Before I left there, my on-star was setup, my wifi was all hooked up, I knew how to use my navigation, and Sirus radio. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson, Oscar knew what I wanted, he worked hard to get it for me and at the end of the day he made me really happy that I chose to come to Sierra. Oscar truely is an exceptional guy, he did his absolute best to make sure I was happy and I am!! Thank you Sierra Team for all your hard work!! Alessandra Cruz

Dave was a pleasure to work with. I was originally going to purchase a Mazda but every time we visited a dealer they just played games with us the entire time. Dave didn't think that the manager would take the price we offered, but they both agreed and took it. They didn't play too many games so I was pleased with how I was treated. Also really appreciated how Dave and the manager worked to get me the color I wanted. However, I wasn't too pleased with how long it took the car to get to the dealer from the lot. They said 15min so I waited. But the car still didn't come and I had to be somewhere.Also signing paperwork with Steve was a pleasure. Since it was my first car purchase he broke everything down for me and explained everything before I signed anything. He didn't make buying my diet car traumatic, but rather enjoyable! I'm very pleased with the service and the way I was treated!

We purchased a car from this dealer and I have never experience such poor communication skills EVER. The finance department was our main problem. They promised things that they couldn't deliver. Of course they were always friendly, but they used that to avoid the real issues. The financial department says one thing and promises something, but once you talk to the manager it's the complete opposite. So who are you suppose to believe? Clearly they don't care about there customers .. it's been almost 2 months and still have no answers. OH AND BY THE WAY THEY ARE NEVER "IN" THEIR OFFICE, SO SAVE YOURSELF AND WALK AWAY.

I had bought my previous car at Sierra so when I called to find if they had what I was looking for, I talked to Bobby, the Sales Manager, and let me tell you something, he not only took the time to explain to me the options that I had, he assured me that buying a new Tahoe from Sierra Chevrolet would be the best experience. All of this was over the phone. We drove to Monrovia,58 miles 1 way, and when we arrived it was a very relaxing experience. I asked for Bobby, and he greeted us with a smile and bottles of water. He sat us in his office and had Bernard, the salesman, bring the Tahoe right up to the doors. We drove the car, met with Bobby again and within 15 minutes, we were hugging and shaking hands. When we were done, I asked Bobby for a stack of cards to give to my co workers. Bobby and Bernard were awesome. You have a customer for life

The whole experience has been really great from my original call talking with the manager, Bobby, to the test drive with the ever so enthusiastic, friendly and informative David, our sales representative. He was willing to take as much time with us as we needed including two full test drives. Every one has always extremely upbeat and accomodative. Bobby handled our lease questions very clearly and advised us on a way that would be best for us. A new incentive came in which he also informed us about and we were able to take advantage of. The Spark ev is fun and actually is coming out free for us with all the incentives and switching over from gas to electric. David even took the time to set up all the electronics for me before driving off so I would have everything working without having to figure it all out myself. Onstar has been great too.

1) Service from Jeff is always a pleasure. 2) I have to also compliment you on the quality of the food and nice service in the Sierra Cafe. This was about the fourth time I've used it.3)I still think it was a very bad move to close off the passageway from the Service Area to the Showroom. One now must go out of the service area and walk around; that's very inconvenient to get to the very nice lounge area in the showroom (which you need to keep), and it was just logical for someone to walk into the showroom. Isn't that's why it's there - - to 'show' product. Duh. Why block the pathway? Hence 9; not 10.

I'll admit, I'm probably a pain in the butt customer. I had never bought a car before and I was expecting the worst. However, I was gladly surprised at how straight forward Sierra Chevrolet treated me. There was no haggling or pushy upsell pitches. Great great great service especially from Gilbert the sales manager. We had some issues with our credit and we almost gave up but he didn't stop and really understood where we were coming from, that we just needed a break and he called banks non stop. The sales agent was Josh and he was very helpful and explained a lot of things. We entered and was able to bring home our dream car that same afternoon, just after 3 hours. Document processing was really fast and efficient. We vowed that we would buy our next car here. Very very helpful, no hard sell and BS. This was my first time buying a car from a dealer. I have been to many dealers in the area but this one seemed to be very professional and well kept. I found the car that I wanted online and called the dealer ship. I was called back by a gentle man name John Piccari about 5 minutes later letting me know that the car was still for sale. He sounded very kind and professional over the phone not pushy like many car dealers. So I decided to drive over and check out the car. I ask for John when I go to the dealer ship and the rest of the experience was history. I end up purchasing the car and really enjoyed the process. I got a great deal and great service but I would have to say that my sales man defiantly made the process worth while. He was speaking my language very calm, collective, helpful, and honest (which is rare in sale man). Thank you sierra chevrolet for making my first new car buying experience wonderful and enjoyable. I would defiantly recommend checking them out. My total car buying experience took about 2 hours that was for a full tank of gas and detailing that came with buying the car.

I just purchased my 2014 Chevy Volt from Sierra Chevrolet with John Piccari. I bought a few new cars and this is my first Chevy and I must say, it has been my best experience. I walked into the dealership and looked at cars I like and no one rushed push and shoved me, they just let me look at the cars I wanted to look and observe. That is what I like, I hate being pressure and "talked up". I walked into the dealership and John Piccari approached me and asked if he could be at any help and told him I was looking to purchase a Volt. He took me to one and we went on a test drive. On the test drive I told him about Diesel cars and how I own them. He told me how they had a Cruze and I told him how the only reason I am buying a Volt is to drive solo on the HOV lane. After test driving the Volt, I asked him if I can test drive the Cruze. Without any hesitation, he grabbed the keys and we went on a test drive. He spent his time and took out a car even though he knew I had no interest in buying it but was interested in Diesel cars! Whoa! That is going above and beyond! So we sat down and wanted to pay the National Sales price, the price they show on TV for the Volt, John asked me if I would be happy paying that. I told him yes. He went to the sales manager and came back and gave me two different offers. One of the offers was BETTER than the national offer! Which dealership gives you an offer BETTER than the one advertised on TV?! We signed the deal exactly the way we agreed on and off I went in my new 2014 Chevy Volt!

I was seeking out a specific vehicle, a 2004-2006 Chevy Suburban 2500 with the 8.1 liter engine. It's a great towing SUV and I was replacing a 2004 version that I owed for about 9 months before it got crashed in a police chase! (Bad guys' car hit it when it was parked.). They're hard cars to find, kind of a specialist subset with the Suburban family. Vast % of Sububans have smaller engines. Since I knew exactly what I wanted, my situation was unique. They just happened to have what I wanted, the price was ok, so it was just a matter of getting the best deal and getting it done quickly. Since I didn't need shop multiple vehicles alternatives on the lot, I just emailed the internet manager and had the whole thing nailed down within a couple days. Cash payer as well - AND the finance guy did not try to add a bunch of a needless add-ons, like they typically do. George, the internet manager, was very helpful and did a good job conforming to my needs as opposed to trying to fit me into his "method". Great experience. Dealership overall had a positive atmosphere.

When I arrived on the Sierra Chevrolet lot I had already been car shopping all morning and was beginning to tire of the process after having been to several dealerships already. I was immediately greeted by John Piccari who was very welcoming and friendly. I let him know that I really didn't even know what I wanted but I would know when the right car came along. Lucky for both of us, I found it! John was very patient and helpful through the process. I even left and came back a few hours later and he took me for a second test drive, then a few hours after that I came back with my husband and took him for a test drive. The Service at Sierra Chevrolet was wonderful. I knew exactly what car I wanted and being 8 months pregnant with twins I definitely didn't want to waste and time or deal with any car salesman "schmoozing." Well...here I didn't have to. After a few conversations back and forth with George Media, their internet sales manager, I finally found a time I could come out with my husband and view the car. He was there, patiently waiting, and the car was already parked outside waiting for me. There was no pressure and no award conversations. I knew what I wanted and he got straight to the point. After the test drive and crunching numbers for a few hours, the car was mine. The process was not painful and George was wonderful to work with and totally relaxed..not pushy at all. Same went for their finance manager. Both were wonderful to work with and I was able to get the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking too buy a car...oh and BTW...I LOVE my car!! Thank you Sierra Chevrolet...for making this a nice experience for me.

If it wasn't for the help I received from Albert, Sal, and Gilbert, I would not have have been able to purchase the vehicle I wanted. They helped me find a vehicle which they then fitted to my budget and gave me an amazing deal. Sierra Madre Chevy Dealership The dealership is well maintained (exterior, interior and inventory). My sales consultant was George Mendia, who was very helpful and knowledgeable in the vehicle (2013 Impala) I was planning to purchase. General Manager Gil was very pleasent and helpful, as well. Financing is a breeze, they did not try to sell me anything extra, which I did or did't need. However, the interest rate was a bit high 5-4.5%, with almost 50% down. Tips for future buyers, for any dealership: Ask your dealer upfront if the vehicle had any damage or repairs done, even if the vehicle is brand new! Any dealer installed accessories are already installed or get it installed before you purchase, not in box for you to figure out! Also, have your bank / credit union give you their current interest rate for the amount you plan to finance, to receive a best interest rate. In a long run you can save hundreds or even thousands depending on the financing amount, on 1-2% less interest rate.

Recently, Chevrolet increased their 2013 New Sonic Rebates and my daughter was wanting a new car for quite awhile. Our first call was to Internet Sales Manager Al Montiel at Sierra Chevrolet, Monrovia, CA. Al said the car she wanted (1.4L Turbo Cyber Gray Metallic Sedan with Mylink) was "waiting for her." We took a little while to get to the dealership, but when we arrived, her Sonic was sitting right at the front door. Al had the key and we jumped right in for our Test Drive. Al talked to us just like a brother and Uncle making us feel right at home. Al was able to get us our price with no add-ons along with all rebates. He was able to get us great Financing - a low interest rate at our terms with a small down payment just like we wanted. Before we knew it, all our paperwork was done and she had her keys. Al had the car spotless, gassed up and ready to go. He gave us a very thorough run-through on how everything worked - especially the On-Star and Touch-Screen Mylink features. Al made buying the Sonic a hassle-free, no-stress, very relaxed experience. Our college-aged daughter has a new car that will get her back and forth to school and beyond. Thanks Al Montiel.

After a number of weeks searching the internet for a particular used vehicle, it was time to take the 77 mile drive and investigate my "best find" at Sierra Chevrolet (Monrovia, CA). The internet price was very appealing, but a bit more than I was able to spend. I had previously submitted an e-mail regarding this particular vehicle to the dealership, but indicated that it was a bit out of my price range. I received a prompt response from George Mendia who encouraged me to come in for a visit, and check out the vehicle to see if it met my expectations. I scheduled a time to arrive at the dealership, and George graciously made me "feel at home" from the moment we met. The vehicle was impeccable in it's appearance and test drive performance. I explained to George that I had a trade-in vehicle and, I also told him the maximum "out-the-door" cash dollar amount that I could not exceed ... which was higher than the amount indicated in my prior e-mail. Needless to say, what I offered was not equivalent to the "out-the-door" purchase price provided by the dealership. George was not discouraged, but confidently communicated my offer to Sean Kerr, the General Sales Manager. I was blessed. Mr. Kerr graciously accepted my offer. I encourage you to consider Sierra Chevrolet, whether you are looking for a new or used vehicle ... you will not be disappointed! John Piccari was fabulous! He was attentive and detailed-oriented and of course kind and professional. We leased a Volt, and there are some complex electronic components that one must be familiar with, and John took the time to show us all the important features. He said to come back to see him or call him with ANY questions. He researched the 240V charging solutions for us to supplement the normal 120V standard (at-home) charger. Many salespeople in the car industry are no longer trained to deal with customers professionally, but John stands out as being excellent!

Well, lets see where to start. I made the mistake of leasing a vehicle, I am a long distance commuter, so leasing is not in my criteria. Stopped at Sierra Chevrolet to see if I can purchase a Sonic or a Spark. But hearing on reviews about the air-conditioner not giving a full power on idle, we (wife and I) saw a Cruze. It was used, but it was also "Certified". The sales person, Juan Castellon, was very thorough and knowledgeable on this vehicle, and also friendly. I am giving a 4 star "Buying process and Facility" because we have a two year old and the "Signing Office" had no place to keep our child busy while signing the papers. It was very fast and everyone was a little frustrated with my 2 year old including myself, so they need to work on that. Nonetheless they bought back my leased vehicle and we bought our new certified used Cruze, and are now very glad.

Received excellent customer service from Juan Castellon who was very patient, laid back and knowledgeable, and he and sales manager Gil Canary helped me find some alternatives as I considered a "certified pre owned" vs. a new Malibu and some others models. They indulged me and my skittishness over a three day period as I decided for sure to make the purchase (ended up choosing the "CPO"), and then Juan was very helpful in guiding me through On Star configuration before finally taking the vehicle home.

We stopped by just as a lookie-loo last Sunday afternoon and was guided around the lot by Albert Montiel. Albert was very disarming, he helped us see the car we "thought" we wanted from our internet research, and after seeing it wasn't quite what we expected (no fault of Chevrolet - it's just seeing something for real vs. the internet it's always larger/smaller, etc.), he encouraged us to do more research both through him and independently until we were ready to move forward. I don't know if a Chevrolet will be our next car, but that is a much larger possibility after meeting Albert. You are not going to easily forget spending a little bit of time with Albert - he'll get you laughing, and get you thinking... I feel like I've made a bit of a friend in Albert, and if a Chevrolet is truly the car we purchase next, we will be making that purchase from Albert Montiel at Sierra Chevrolet.

John did a great job at doing this job for only 4 months. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. And very personable and a generous attitude . If he didn't know the answer he got the answer. John was also very attentive at getting back to me on ordered parts. Customer service could have been better. We came on a Sunday and purchased the vehicle, yet the 3 rd row was inaccessible and locked up in parts and no one had keys, pieces were on order due to being missing from previous owner. And we have never bought a car and not leaving on a full tank of gas. After 2 weeks once the parts came in, the GM accommodated our needs.

While looking to purchase my first car, I stumbled upon Sierra Chevrolet. I instantly fell in love with a used Chevy Cruze that I found on their website, and decided to call and see if it was still at their dealership. Albert, the same man who ended up selling me my Chevy at Sierra Chevrolet, was the first person I talked to on the phone. He kindly said he would me with me within the hour I called in regards to the car I was interested it. Never once did I feel pressured or overwhelmed by any of the employees at Sierra Chevrolet to purchase a car. It was incredibly refreshing to say the least. Albert is an exceptionally kind and accommodating man, who lead me through the buying process very professionally and aptly. While I was waiting to pickup my used car, he made sure I was well taken care of (bought me lunch at the dealership cafe as well as put a good amount of gas in the car I was purchasing). In other words, Albert is one of those dealers you rarely hear of and always wish you could have! Thank you Sierra Chevrolet for being so amazing, I am so happy with my Chevy Cruze!

I had intended to just do a test drive of a Chevrolet Equinox. I was very impressed with the car itself, but I was also impressed with the low key, but helpful sales team at Sierra. I loved my 2002 Lexus SUV and wanted high end features but Lexus pricing and larger size no longer fit my needs. Our daughters first new car purchase and it could not have been more pleasurable. We called ahead to Sean, the General Sales Manger, to make sure the car was there on Saturday morning and he assured us the car was still available.( We drove over 35 miles to purchase the car ) Upon our arrival we noticed the car was pulled up in front of the dealership and we were greeted by our sales person, John Piccari, He couldn't have been more pleasant and knowledgeable. John walked us thru the dealership and explained us all the things that needed to be done to complete the purchase. We just purchased a pre-owned certified 2012 Avalanche at Sierra Chevrolet and the experience was great. My husband and I walked onto this dealership with no intention to buy. We actually wanted to compare a used Terrain we had just seen to an Equinox to see if they really were the same car. The service was very friendly, especially the person helping me, John. Great personable character and not like the typical intimidating Glen Close salesman at all. I was very determined to get the Chevy Volt, and planned to test it out the first day I got there. When I got there, someone helped me out right away! I might have come on a good time, but great waiting time regardless. Testing it out was fantastic, John showed me the Chevy Volt and the moment I got in, I knew that was my car! Driving the test Chevy Volt was great too; I loved the fact they have a different car to drive, so none of the displayed cars are being driven around (this was different than over where I tested out the Ford Fusion and they had me drive one of the ones they wanted to sell...). Anyways, I came back the next day and went through the buying process, and it was very smooth as well. John and Albert came and helped me right away, and we were on the way to signing all the papers. Everything was smooth, and most of my questions were answered confidently! I would have hoped to find out my information about the tax benefits from getting a Volt, as it is one of cool yet technical perks of getting one, but they, understandably, didn't want to give out wrong information about that. Once everything was signed, they brought out my new Volt, cleaned, waxed, and with a full tank, and I was on my way out! Great customer service, and I was treated very well. I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend.

I called Albert in Internet Sales on a whim while in the area, after having been price shopping a 2013 Chevrolet Spark. Within 10 min, I had Albert calling me back and with a price that was $200 below 2 other dealers, and with the exact vehicle I wanted. Upon arriving, we did have to wait a little while to get the process started because of a back log of other customers, but they made up for this by offering bottled water, a full lounge area with TV, magazines, and toys for the little ones. They even have a full service cafe on site if you need lunch. The finance process was quick and painless, and Albert even threw in a few whimsical extras for my enjoyment. I would recommend checking out Sierra Chevrolet when shopping a GM vehicle! Thanks everyone for your hospitatliy, professionalism and attention to the need of the customer.

I recently was in a situation where I had to buy another car relatively quickly since my vehicle had died. I don't like the car buying process, in general, but esp. under the circumstances I was in. I was led to Sierra Chevrolet and had the good fortune to have John Piccari as my salesperson. He was most patient with all my questions and with the fact I was moving slowly due to being on crutches. He didn't hard sell the vehicle I was interested in (the Traverse), but let me progress through the test drive and questions in the way that worked for me. We drove over an hour to check out a featured used car for possible purchase for my High School graduating grandson. The sales person, Albert Montiel, was certainly the highlight of our experience. Without seeing much support from the on-duty manager, Albert's personal honest appeal was the real selling factor for us. His ability to connect with us was so genuine that we actually felt that in was acting on our behalf sometimes. Although we really don't have a overall negative feeling, we were disappointed by seeing no outreach by management to seal the deal. I met Randy Singer in passing while having my vehicle serviced about a year and a half ago. He approached me and offered his assistance, and even though I was not purchasing a vehicle at the time he did not just turn away and ignore our presence, but was very personable. Fast forward, it was time for a new truck, and we did not hesitate to go back to Sierra. With great fortune, Randy approached us just as he did a year and a half ago, humble and personable. Sierra has been good to us, I dont believe that I have any complaints, and if we did have past issues, I assure the quality service that we recently received from Randy Singer, made those events just disappear. At no point did I ever feel pressured by Randy, and when we spoke the first day we were looking to purchase a truck, he was very informative and looked up information at least 5 times without fail of providing great service. No decision was made that first day, and Randy at no time tried to keep us on the lot by thinking that we might get away as a potential customer. I have to say, it was refreshing to not have to haggle!!!!! Ultimately, I was presented with a deal and when I turned around and asked for a better deal, the sales Manager Gilbert Canary and Randy easily met me half way and gave me what I believe was the best deal they could offer. There was no going back and forth with price bidding. I assure you, I am not one to bother with REVIEWS, but considering the excellent service provided by Randy and Gilbert, it would not be right to not acknowledge the excellent service provided by these two. My personal recommendation: I would refer these two gentleman, and for anyone to not seek their services or give them a chance to provide you excellent service is missing out on experiencing complete satisfaction from the purchase to the quality service given.

We came to this dealer to buy a Chevy SUV for my wife. The person that helped us was Francisco Gutierrez. He was super friendly and patient. Many dealers have a high rate of turnover and that just translates to me as instability. I was happy to learn that Francisco has been there at least 10 years as I remember. My wife new which SUV she wanted but we were not sure which engine size was best for her. Francisco was very helpful and inviting to lets us both test drive the two engine sizes available. Once she decided on which engine size was best for her, we took multiple walking trips to the lots to see colors and options. The selection process took many hours and I was happy that this dealer had a small waiting section that included a TV and over sized legos for kids. This was enough to keep our little girls entertained over the many hours there. In the end, it worked out that the dealer happened to have the perfect vehicle that fit my wifes needs, the color she loved, and complete package that she really, really, liked. Once she decided on the vehicle, the negotiating process was transparent and it only took us about 3 minutes to decide on the payment plan that best suited us. Francisco and his team prepared the paperwork and got the SUV ready while we went to get some dinner. We returned and only took another 15-20 minutes to finish the transaction. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Francisco and this dealer. If you go here, I suggest you ask for Francisco, I believe you will have the same great experience. A sincere thanks!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I came in I knew what I wanted they showed be exactly what I asked for. David and Gil were very patient, even when I asked to look at a defferent model than what I orginially wanted. Everyone on staff was pleasant and very helpful. I would definatly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market.

I purchased a 2013 Chevy Spark. I researched and emailed many dealers in search of the model I wanted at the best price possible. Albert Montiel emailed me back quickly with a great price. He was always honest and after speaking with him decided to make the hour plus drive to purchase the car from him. This place offers the absolute best experience you could ask for when buying a car. I totaled my truck on Saturday and was in need of new wheels before the end of the week. They agreed to an out the door price over the phone (tax, fees, title, whole shabang). I fully expected some sneeky upsale to greet me by the time I'd driven 25 miles to investigate. Not only did they politely comply with the agreed price, they had me off the lot in my new car in under 90 minutes. All this in spite of having shown up without my checkbook. There are additional positive remarks I could add about the whole ordeal, but I'll keep it brief. Point is, this place offers a car buying experience entirely devoid of the sleazy stigmas associated with car salesman/buying experience. Ironically, the rental Chevy Malibu I left at the lot had me realizing the value of a traditional American car with a bit of muscle beneath it. The only bad thing I can say is that I'm left missing the unique driving experience that comes from an American made car with some hidden muscle and obvious safety. I left the Chevy lot with my new affordable and reliable Scion. But I do believe my next vehicle may just be a GM with a V6.. Or maybe even V8.

I went in to buy a new car and came out with a brand new car. They fully explained in detail which bar benefited me the most and which fit in my budget most. They did not try to force anything on me. It was my decision to make and I made it on my own. They provided excellent customer service and were very attentive throughout the whole experience. The salesman got along with my parents extremely well. They also answered any questions that I had about the car.

I traded in my 2004 Corvette on a new Corvette Grand Sport with Sierra after shopping the local Chevy dealers around So Cal. I have to say my experience here was absolutely fantastic. Being an old guy I have bought a few cars and been to a lot of dealers, and this one was first class all the way. Francisco the sales rep showed me the Vette I was interested in the first time there and was very professional and courteous, not pushy, and well informed. The second time I came in I talked with Gil, the sales manager, who was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Not only does he know his stuff, he is a tough negotiator, but in a good way. When I offered him a price I knew was too low, he calmly explained WHY he couldn't do that price, and kept working with me to get me the price on the Vette that was fair, and better than I hoped for. We talked about cars more than we talked about the deal, and walked me through the entire process start to finish. Mike the finance guy wa first class as well, and walked me through the signing with no problems whatsoever. This is a well run, first class operation, and I am beyond pleased with the deal and service I have received from everyone at Sierra. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. They are the best!! Thanks guys!

Very pleasant facility. Everyone so so very kind, and willing to go out of their way to answer any questions. The sales manager Gilbert Canary was EXTREMELY helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure the deal went smoothly. Our sales representative Albert was the SAME!!! Albert called me RIGHT back and was able to get the information i needed, to make the decision to travel 75 miles to their dealership. I must say, the experience was worth it. I will so recommend this facility and gentleman to others in need of a car.

I purchased a used 2006 Jeep Wrangler from Sierra Chevy in January 2013. The dealer received the Jeep as a trade in. The Jeep was as clean as they come. I drove 2 hrs from San Diego to Monrovia to purchase the Jeep. I spoke with Sales Manager Gilbert Canary before driving up to see the Jeep. Gilbert (Gil) made the buying experience great pre, during and post the purchase. Gil worked with me to give me a very fair price on the Jeep I wanted in pristine condition (this particular Jeep was a limited edition model which holds its value very well). I had been shopping for this particular Jeep for months, and if it was not the best deal on the best condition Jeep out there of exactly what I was looking for, I would not have purchased the Jeep. I can not say how impressed I was with Gil and Sierra Chevy's support following the sale, as I said I live 2 hrs away so this was very important to me. Sierra Chevy and Gil took great care of me. I would recommend them to anyone and I will surely check their inventory when I am in the market to purchase another vehicle.

My husband and I bought a car at this dealership yesterday. It was a great experience from the start. We didn't get attacked as soon as we pulled in. There was no pressure and we got a great deal. I searched the web for a nearly new white Chervrolet Subarban. Although there were many private sellers & dealers with current ads, my specific towing needs required a rear end gear ratio of 3:42 or 3:73. Many dealers I called were willing to check but were more interested in telling me how their Suburbans were fully loaded. I felt annoyed when they did not realize they were using my valuable time gabbing. Albert at Sierra Auto Cars answered the phone and asked how he could help. I simply stated my request and listened briefly while he explained he was with a customer but would go out and check. I received a callback within a couple of short minutes. The next day, I called again and asked for Albert. He recalled the information from the day prior and was eager to followup with another outside check of options on the Subarban dispite the fact he was again with customers. He called back within a few short minutes. I arrived at Sierra Auto Cars the next day and was surprised to wander onto their lot without any pressure from the sales personnel. Ultimately, I purchased the 2013 Suburban a short time later. Good job Albert.

The staff at Sierra is a little different. My wife and I were looking for a 3500HD and it seems as if they are pretty scarce. We went to a few other dealers and they just tried to "push" us into another truck that we knew would not tow our boat. A co-worker referred us toSierra cause the bought their truck there. We figured since these trucks are scarce we'll be treated in a take it or leave it manner. Well after looking at several 3500's IN STOCK, we were ready for the typical "these trucks are hard to get" so you'll pay window sticker pricing. Their HD truck specialist, Mike Gordon got us a great deal, knew the truck (most salespeople didn't) and made it too easy. We were in and out of there once we made the deal and it was just a different buying experience. They give away cool Sierra t-shirts too! Thanks Mike and Sierra. We'll be back.

This was my second time buying from Sierra Chevrolet. People had come an gone but one thing that has stayed the same was hard work an customer service. They truely care about their customers. Back in 2004 I purchased a Tahoe an now i purchased a 2012 Impala. Gil the sales manager went above an beyond to get the deal done. Last couple of years had been tuff for me financially an on my credit also. Feels good that their are people that care. I will always give Sierra Chevrolet my buisness.

We went in looking for the same company vehicle we purchased 5 years. Steve H was more than able to help us out. Our only problem was with the install of our bins from Commercial Van Interiors. The brochure that they had given Steve was not current. We had to make 3 trips out to Whittier to get it taken care of. Steve did not return our calls on this, which was a little annoying. It all worked out in the end and we received our credit.

From the sales team to the General Manager they went above and beyond what was necessary in order to demonstrate that they prioritized customer satisfaction...not just the sale. When buying from Sierra there were some unique and uncommon circumstances surrounding the sale because of my vocation and puropse for puchase; but Sierra rose to the occassion and we walked through a seemingly difficult situation in a manner that was exceptional, placing my regards for Sierra at the top of the dealership list for customer satisfaction and dealer integrity. In other words, Sierra Chevrolet is a company of ethical standards, customer guarentee and longterm investors into the community of sales and satisfaction as a whole. I had already had an approval from another dealership that I purchased a car from last year and I didnt feel like they were making an effort to make the deal. So on my way to just settle with their offer I decided to just stop by Sierra Chevrolet that I noticed as I was driving to pick up my car. It actually was a great decision to stop. Being an African-American man sometimes when entering dealerships you dont get immediate help. As soon as I arrived Francisco Gutierrez met me in the parking lot and offered to show me around which impressed me. Needless to say I found a Camaro that I had to have. The sales Manager Gilbert Canary was awesome.......He made it happen by dropping the price down and giving me what I asked for my trade to make the finance company accept the deal. Even the Finance Manager Mike was great in expalining everything that you were signing for. Again I would like to say thank you Gilbert and your whole team on a job well done.

These guys are great, purchased a corvette no haggle on price and very honest. We drove up from San Diego with nothing more then a phone call on the way. This is a family owned dealership and they were all very nice to work with. We were out the door in less then 3 hours with a car and trade in. I would highly recommend them. Especially the finance department which is one of the grandsons and very up front and explained everything perfectly. I would not hesitate to buy another car from this dealer anytime. Thank you! I purchased my 2013 Chevy Volt. Mario and Melissa were very helpful and curtious. Mario was very knowledgeable with all the tech in the Volt. We spent 1.5 hours going over all the systems. He printed all the information I needed to get the state rebate and HOV stickers. I would definitely go back to them for future purchases.

Decided it was time to buy a new truck when our old one was just unpredictable. Wanted to get one of the last 2012 Silverado's since they were eager to sell them off the lots. Talk to many sales people at different dealerships but Chelsea was the most energetic and fresh. She was sincere on the phone and got us to come in. We bought our car that evening after coming to a agreement, that took an hour and her manager had to come in but that was fine because we all came out with a deal we were happy with. Chelsea is new at car sales but it didnt matter because she was truely very professional and honest. I live in La Habra and I was in the market to buy a chevy cruze so I looked into Sierra. Big mistake...there customer service is lousy. They do not care about customer satisfaction just making a sale, even if it means sending you home with a car you do not even like to just get it off the lot. They are not straight with you and they only care about themselves. I am lucky I left with nothing so I can find a better dealer.

They also don't try to sell you all the other junk that raises the price and the car doesn't really need. Their financing is awesome as well. Bought a Chevy cargo van. The sales person, Steven Hurlbutt listened to my needs for specific tailoring interior fittings and went above and beyond to meet my demands with exact specs for the vehicle. As I am in a start up business, his wealth of knowledge/experience in commercial trucks/vans helped me a great deal. He was courteous and prompt in all the follow ups. His customer service extended all the way to delivery as he was not afraid of getting his business suit dirty and personally wiped excess water after getting the van prepped with a towel himself.

Love my new Mazda! The sales personnel were eager to help me with questions I had. The deal went just the way I wanted, and it was generally a smooth buying experience. Thank you to Brian for putting in the time with us as I went back and forth on my decision, and thanks to Peter for putting up with me changing my mind mid-deal and having to rewrite the contract a few times ... but it ended up perfectly the way I wanted it.

After visiting almost all the Mazda dealers (and Honda dealers) in Los Angeles County, we found our way to Sierra Mazda although it's far from our home. None of the dealers had the car configuration we wanted, and they weren't helpful at all. We worked with David Favor at Sierra Mazda, and he helped us put an order for our car, and we received the car right when he promised it would arrive. We also had a good overall deal for the car and options. We are very happy with our experience. During the wait time (and after the purchase) he's always been available when we needed to ask questions regarding the car or our purchase.
