The Silko dealership was easy to deal with. Friendly with low pressure atmosphere. Jason Constantino was very accommodating and easy to talk to. The car was as advertised in pictures, the transaction was a good experience! If your looking for a car or just interested, Jason is a good person to start with, he has a good attitude and is a pleasure to work with. -Also, there's a just a few car dealership choices on Rt 1 Norwood, but the friendly, family atmosphere here was worth the drive.

I scheduled a maintneance appointment at the service center for 10am, a time that they stated was available the afternoon before my appointment. I arrived the next morning 5 minutes early and found that both service bays were full. When I checked in with the service staff member, he stated that they were busy with walk in customers, and would be delayed in getting to my vehicle. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if it is not honored? This was my first time visiting this location, and will be my last.

Went into Honda Silko just to look. As we taked to our salesman Tim Colbert who was great! He was never pushy. Realized that we had made the decision on a purchase of 2017 Ridgeline. Tim was there for us threw the whole process and was very helpful. Always called us back with answers to our questions. I went to hondai. Down the street the dealer guy bruaught me this white car and his exact words was take it or leave it this is my offer .I was so upset left went down the street to HONDA THis is wear I met Mike Healey right from the start he. Was great was HONEST and told me just what he could do and told me HONDAI over charged on my equity 1100 dollars. Which made my payments high The bank guy went and talked to all his finance people changed all my payments. Sold me a beautiful Accord with everything in it and kept my payments the same my husband and I are so happy best day ever And it is cranberry. Go Honda

I had visited two other dealerships previous to going there. They both quoted me about the same price for a monthly payment. Silko was tge only dealer that had white so i drove 75 miles expecting that they may try to get a few nore dollars out of me, because they knew i had traveled for that car. When they gave me the proposed paymebt amount it was over $200 more a month. To add insult to injury, they basically called me a liar, crumbling up a paper and tosssing it, as if to say our business was done. They did not take a single dollar off the sticker price and quoted me $8,000 less for my trade. I since got the car in gray at another dealer that gave me the same price as the other two dealerships.

My husband and I visited the dealer last Saturday looking for a small crossover (CRV) either new or late model. The car was for me and my husband and I had different ideas of which features were most important. Chris Gaudreau listened well and tried to find a vehicle to match our needs. He spent a lot of time with us.In the end, we did not purchase a car at Silko. Unlike the rest of the world, I am not fully enamored with the CRV. I ended up with a late model Ford Escape under 25K from another family owned dealer in my own community. I do like to work with that type of dealer and would recommend Silko especially if you live in the immediate area - I do not.Thanks for your time Chris and your effort.

2015 used Cruze listed at $14,400. Doc fee was $395 so car cost is $14,795. But then came the kicker a $797 used car prep fee. What is that? That should be part of the asking price not a fee on top of the asking price. Beware of the deception. The car sales person Matt was fine, he just works there but in viewing the Silko website sales prices no where does it state some ridiculous $797 used car prep fee. Needless to say worst experience I have had with a dealership. Never do business with Silko, never!

Sales rep, who was unshaven & completely grubby, promised a few minor items (i.e. floor mats) Gas tank was nearly empty upon pickup. The entire time we were getting accustom to the car, he was a broken record of "make sure you give me high marks on the survey." Ok, every business has a weak link, and deserves a 2nd chance.So we return for 1st service. Even worse than the buying experience. The tech was rude. Chastised us for not using express service entrance (which no one told us about) Refused to answer a question about the tire maintenance code that come up in the car - he just barked that if we wanted a tire rotation is was $30. You can imagine the rest was just as horrid.Worse part? We lodged a courteous complaint with service manager Tony Costa who completed ignored it.Guess our large family and circle of friends will have to take their business elsewhere.

This dealership makes false promises. We bought a certified used car from Silko Honda, and I was totally disappointed on every level. It took them 4 hours to do the paperwork, and then an additional 2 hours for the registration. By the next day the car was dead; it wouldnt start. When I called them they expected me to get the car to them. Thankfully we have AAA and were able to get it to them to replace the battery. The offer when we purchased the certified used car was that every other oil change would be free and free car washes. When I asked during the sales process and I was informed that I could get one oil change anywhere and the next oil change would be free. I cross checked by asking: "so its not buy one get one free"? They asserted that I could get an oil change done at any place and the next one would be free. When I took the car in for oil change, I was informed, rather rudely, that it was a buy one get one free deal, then proceeded to over charge me for the service. When I spoke with the manager about this behavior, the manager defended him and made personal attacks on me!! The manager got angry and talked to me in a way that was inappropriate. (To say the least, he thought I was stupid.) And they would charge me a fee to diagnose the weird noises the car was making. In addition, for the free car wash all they did was sprinkle water on the car. My car would be washed better if I drove it in the rain. So far I have not needed to use their so called "Power train warranty" but I am sure that would be a total disappointment as well.

I just recently signed my 3rd lease through Silko Honda. Every experience I've had at this dealership has been amazing and professional. All employees are extremely knowledgeable about the products and are helpful in the decision making of their customers. This most recent lease was signed with Juan Mejia. If you are considering a new Honda go to this dealership ask for Juan. He has been hands down the best salesman I've had. He was so helpful and answered all my questions (I had a lot!). He had my best interest in mind and that was extremely comforting. I will continue to use to this dealership for years to come!

I just purchased a used 2015 Honda Pilot. My sales person Ryan was very helpful and really worked hard to get me what I wanted (which wasn't easy)! He was low pressure and very professional. I'd been to this dealership before but had always left empty handed. This current experience will keep me coming back for service and any cars I may purchase in the future. I have a 2011 Honda that I'm very happy with the service that I've received on that vehicle as well. My only issue would be with who ever cleans and details the cars - I feel that it was a very quick job and not thorough at all.

All I can say is Thank you. If you are looking for a Honda do your self a favor and visit Silko Honda on 44 in Raynham. Ask for Michael Gasior and you won't be sorry. I visited quite a few dealerships before I arrived at Silko. I had a huge idea of what I wanted and was not met with the greatest of help at other dealerships. One had me test drive a vehicle that really wasn't what I was looking for. Another had no clue to really what the aspects of the vehicle were. Lastly the man before Silko seemed to not care about my needs or reasoning for looking at the car i had in mind. When asking him for a tape measure to make complete sure that it would be able to carry what i need it to caring he just sat there gave me a look and told me "its a Fit everything fits in a Fit. I couldn't be more happy with the customer service I received from Mike. I asked for a tape and he didn't ask questions or even flinch. Mike just ran to the back and grabbed one from a mechanic. He was not pushy in any means. When I told him I liked it he asked " have you test drove it" I replied "no" and his first words were " you need to drive it and make sure you even like it before we sign papers ". He was fantastic. Even well figuring what I could afford he went back and forth with financing people to make sure I could walk away feeling comfortable with what I was paying and not getting in over my head. Thank you Silko I will definitely be recommending to friends looking.

I initially came to Silko back in 2007 when they were also a Kia dealership, and got a great deal on a brand-new Rondo. When it was time for a trade-in I revisited Silko to check out the Honda CR-V. I was warmly greeted by my salesperson, Mike Gasior, who was easy to deal with and made it possible for me to get the CR-V I saw online. Mike was personable and took an ample amount of time explaining all the inner workings of the car-I had never owned a car with a push-button start or with all the computer-controlled mechanisms before and I was a little overwhelmed. When it's time for my husband to replace his vehicle we will return to Silko...and hopefully have the chance to deal with Mike again! :)

I received a call from the On Line division of Silko Honda on a Saturday morning and worked out over the phone a deal for an early lease trade in. I explained that I will be there in one hour and did not want to spend my Saturday at a auto dealership. When I arrived I was introduced to Mike Gasior, who was in-charge of executing the deal, getting all the paperwork together and getting me out of there in less than 2-hours. I didn't really expect to be leaving in two hours, however, Mike pulled in off and exceeded my expectations. I will continue to look to Silco Honda for all my automobile needs.

In the past I have always had a poor car buying experience from over priced vehicles to pushy salesmen. From the moment my fiance and I walked in at Silko we were greeted with smiles and our salesman Juan was excellent. He was upfront and honest and he wasn't pushy which we highly appreciated. We also dealt with Matt and we were able to work out a deal that was fair and financially reasonable for us. Couldn't be happier with my CR-V as well! I would highly recommend this dealership.

I was looking for a vehicle and my fiance suggested that I go to Silko Honda. She told me about the 0 down Gas and go. I was floored so went there. The salesman Mike Mullen greeted me and got all my info and ran my credit and that when the first blow came. The Gas and Go is for people with tier 1 credit. I was also told that when they run you credit to find a finance company that it doesnt affect my credit score. Silko lied to me again. After doing some research because my credit score dropped 27 points!! When a car dealer tries to get you a finance company they run your credit multiple times until they find one that will approve you. This is called a soft inquiry. Each times they run your credit it deducts a point off your credit score. They ran my credit 27 times to 27 lenders! So if your credit is not perfect be prepared for the shaft. Then the salesman ask me what car I wanted I told him the civic. Again, that wasn't a option because of my credit. So I picked a 2010 Toyota Camry for ten grand. 268 a month for six years. That is comes to twenty grand and change. Are you kindin. They also said I need a co signer. I waited there for three hour for nothing. I was not happy. I gave them a 300 dollar down payment the day before and I wanted it back after Mike told me I wouldn't get financing anywhere else. After the sales manager toss my check for the three hundred in my face I went to Auto Drive One in West Bridgewater and got a great deal. I am so happy now. Don't go to Silko they will lie to you and rip you off. If they did it to me what is stopping them from doing it to you. Make sure you do your homework and shop around.

I've been looking for a new car for at least a couple months now. I wanted something with enough leg and headroom to be comfortable, and despite my being a Honda fan, I was keeping an open mind and sitting in a lot of different cars of different makes and categories. I've been a fan of Silko Honda for years - I bought my first car there fifteen years ago, and last night I bought my sixth from them. They've worked hard to earn and keep my business.I was at Silko for maintenance, and while doing that I like looking at the new cars they have in stock. While I was looking over a couple new offerings, Juan Mejia stopped and asked if he could be of any help. In fact, he could, as the battery of the Accord I was looking at needed a charge so I could move the seat into a more comfortable position. Juan helped out with that, and then suggested that I might like the fit of a CR-V. I sat in the one in the showroom, but it had a moon roof and hence didn't have enough room in it. Juan asked me to wait a moment, and he drove up in one that didn't have the moon roof. This was a good fit, so I started researching CR-Vs.There was no pressure to buy one that day, which I appreciated, but I did get to test-drive the CR-V, and I enjoyed it. A couple days later Juan texted me to say he'd found the colour I liked most, so I went back and looked at the car, and continued researching. I ultimately decided that I didn't want the CR-V, and we left it at that. Again, there was no pressure, which tends to make me inclined to come back to look at more options.Yesterday that's just what I did. I decided that I wanted to look at Civics. I'd been researching them at cars.com, and I saw that Silko had some in stock that looked reasonable. So, yesterday I stopped in and asked to look at a Civic Coupe. Juan got one out for me with the trim level I requested, and then uncomplainingly put it back for me when I changed my mind and asked to sit in a sedan instead - the coupe was just a bit too shy with headroom. I test-drove the sedan and fell in love with it - the CVT was buttery-smooth, there was ample headroom and legroom, and the car was very quiet on the highway, which is important to me.I'd come in with a very firm idea of what I could offer for a money down and a monthly payment, and Juan made it happen, so the deal went to financing. Maria Carvalho has worked with us before, and she has always been pleasant and friendly while she works out the best possible financing for us, and she blew us away with the offer she got us - she got us a much better rate than I thought possible, and a monthly payment $50 less than what I'd budgeted. You really can't do better than that!Once we had our pleasant surprise with financing, Juan got the Civic ready for us to drive away, filling the gas tank and having a final cleaning done. It was a good experience, and I drove off in a car I'm really enjoying.Silko has some great people working for them, and they make it a pleasure to visit for sales or for service. I'm looking forward to the free maintenance for the next two years / 25K miles, and I love that they offer free car washes if you buy a car there. That really adds up.I'm grateful to Juan and Maria for making the experience not only painless but enjoyable.

I am a return customer. I bought my first new Honda from Silko in late 2002. I enjoyed the fact, and still do, that you don't get pounced on when you first enter the showroom. This purchasing experience was also good. Tom Colbert was thorough and let the vehicle sell itself, showing options, and comparisons. Bought a new pilot a few weeks ago. Very friendly, no pressure salesperson, Anton Dopson, took very good care of me and made sure I was not waiting an extra long time for the whole process. We researched and even went to other dealerships prior to going to Silko, the overall experience was much more relaxed and professional. No high pressure sales tactics that can make you want to run the other way.

I had my wife bring my 2011 pilot for transmission sensor issue. They said it is not covered under power train warranty since it is electronic component, and quoted just under 400 bucks for the job. Which was fine, but when the service tech Alex scared my wife that the car needs both brake pads right away, I smell something fishy. I have charged brake pads and rotors all my life. My pilot only had 44000miles and I can visually see the outer pads look good in certain angle, but inside pads could be different story, since it touches piston directly, so I told him to give me an estimate only, which was close to $800,(both front, rear and brake flush, no rotors). I went to buy parts right away. She came home and I tooks the wheels off and lift the caliper,(Honda is easy, one screw off, lift and change). Just as I expected still a lot left, probably another 30000miles. I swap it anyways, since I already committed to the job. And I was thinking, if I was there, would this have happened? How many woman customers got ripped off by scare tactics. I called Alex the technician, and asked what did he see for him to determine, it needed brake job immediately? He used the blame game, he said she said. Also later on, I myself found out that I had extended warranty that I purchase at this dealer when purchased new. I mention to Alex, and he said, yes it's covered under that warranty, but has $100 deductible, and transmission flush doesn't get covered. Wow! I was disgusted, but i decided to let all go. Im writing this complaint because, even after 2 month, I'm still waiting for my refund of $105 dollars. I called Alex again and he said he will resubmit the claim. I'm still waiting. So lesson number one. Never buy extended warranty, when buying new, never send your wife or girlfriend for service, and remember dealer is only interested in their favor, they will not go extra mile to look up if you had extended warranty. Silko home of lifetime warranty, ??????

Went to Silko to discuss my options since the lease on my 2012 Honda Pilot was coming due. A new 2016 Honda Pilot was my preferred option, but unfortunately, it is not available until summer. I spent a few hours with Juan discussing the upcoming 2016 model, buying my existing vehicle and looking at the option of trading it in for a new lease on a 2015 Pilot. He was knowledgeable about the upcoming 2016 model and provided objective information on all options never pressuring in any direction, although only a new lease on a 2015 model would benefit him as a sales person at this time. After a number of hours, we came to an initial agreement on a new lease (a few hours after closing time on a Saturday night) but after more deliberation, I decided to buy my existing vehicle and wait for the 2016 model to be released. Juan was pleasant and helpful throughout the process and never pressured or tried to convince me to proceed with the 2015 lease. I would definitely recommend Juan to my friends and family and will be asking for him when I am ready to trade up for the new model.

I am so frustrated went to go buy a new honda pilot so I asked what is the difference between the ex-l and the touring, the answer was that the touring only had navigation and the DVD player witch is a lie if I knew I would've purchased the touring but cause my sales person didn't know the difference I got stuck with the ex-l, I am so dissatisfied and disappointed, he also told me I could use my phone on the car trough mirrorlink so far nothing I've search the Web to see how to do it the owner manual and nothing I tried calling and they hanged up the phone on me how classy,oh and better a brand new car and it's making weird noises I recorder and show it to the service guy he found that noise weird and not supposed to happen but yet they tell me there is nothing wrong with my car nice job you people.

Worst experience ever! After signing a contract on a Tuesday we planned on picking up our new Honda Pilot on Thursday. Received a call from our salesman that another document needed to be signed. When we arrived at the dealership the document was a new contract with completely different numbers on it. We requested to see a Sales Manager to explain the change. My husband I were threatened by Sales Manager, Chris Rapozo, to sign the new contract. Rapozo stated that if we did not sign the new contract then he would pull our 30,000 mile service plan. His attempts to intimidate and berate us were distasteful. He is completely unprofessional and would never go back to Silko Honda because of his actions. After Rapozo was done threatening us I stepped into the hallway to speak with my husband. Rapozo came out and told me I couldn't stand there. I told him I would stand wherever I wanted. We have leased three other vehicles from Silko over the years. Will be bringing our business elsewhere and recommend others do the same. On a lighter note our salesman, Rick Santos, was excellent.

From the initial looking for a new car, to the final purchase, I can't say anything but positive feedback. My husband went online and then was contacted by Rachel. We went in to Silko, knowing what we wanted, and did not have the usual "pressure" to look, consider, or just try anything, but what we wanted. Juan Mejia helped us understand the process, gave an incredible overview of the vehicle, and walked us through bumper to bumper. He was not only very helpful, but very personable and a pleasure to work with. He stands by his word, and has assured us, more than once, he'll be there if we need anything. I would recommend family and friends to Silko in a heartbeat!Julio was also quick and informative in getting us the financing for our new Accord.All in all, it was a great experience.

My husband and I had been putting off trading in our Expedition for lots of reasons, one of which being we were absolutely not looking forward to having to deal with car salesmen. Our past experiences have not been the greatest, and we were expecting a long, drawn out, pressured sales pitch/experience. We were quite surprised that our experience at Silko was nothing at all like what we expected! Craig was our sales guy, and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He never once pressured us to make a purchase or to even make a decision right then and there. And, even though we were there on a busy night, and kept him way past closing time, he never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. We returned the following night to have our trade appraised and they worked with us to get us into the vehicle we wanted, at the price we wanted to pay, and offered us a decent amount for our trade. The whole transaction went smoothly from start to finish - without any pressure.

I came to Silko because my parents had recently purchased a CRV from them and reccomended them for their service, prices and overall friendliness. I knew I was looking for a Honda when I began my car search. I was greeted by Juan Mejia and I could tell immediately that he was a great guy- honest, up front, and someone I wanted to work with. His service and ability as a salesman were exceptional, but the primary reason for my satisfaction stems from how he treated me as a person. I was able to relate well to him, and could tell he had my best interests in mind. I can honestly say I've never spoken to a car salesman the way Juan and I conversed. He was interested in my life, my career, my hobbies and showed a level of dependence and kindness I had never experienced at a car dealership. In my closing paragraph, I will elaborate on my experience with Juan - because I really can't say enough good things about him. At first, I wanted a Civic- for my long commute, and for price. I went in weeks before my actual purchase to check on a Civic. I was ready to trade in my car and buy, but my circumstances soon changed. I was in an accident, and because the car was considered a total loss, I actually lucked out and was able to spend a bit more than I initially expected! So then my focus was on finding an Accord, the car I really wanted in the first place. There was a 2-3 week time period around the time of the accident where i hadn't visited the dealership. Juan checked in on me a couple of times, but not to the point of overwhelming me- he was very patient and understanding. Then he showed me the 2010 Accord EX-L that I wanted. After a couple of hurdles, he was able to accomodate my needs and offer me the car at a fair price. Maria was great to work with in Finance. She was friendly and comforting. They were past closing hours and she didn't rush us. She explained everything thoroughly, and made the often overwhelming process of buying a car and finishing paperwork seem quick and easy - She was wonderful. Also, I did not select him below because I believe he is now a sales manager, but Chris Casey was also awesome to work with - he was once a salesman when my mom bought her CRV. He was able to help us make the deal happen. But I can't say enough about my experience working with Juan Mejia. I would reccomend anyone looking for a Honda to head to Silko, and to speak with him specifically. He was very knowledgable about the product and patient with my decision making. I'm sure the other Silko salesmen are great - but I thought that Juan went above and beyond for me. He's a man of integrity. He fought to get me what I wanted and even went as far as to stay after hours while I was simply completing the financing paperwork and his job was over, probably just to walk me out. Juan was also kind to my mother, that says a lot about a person. He picked me up at my rental return with my new car as the dealership was closing, on a Friday night, after making his 45 minute commute to work JUST to hand over my new car. I know Juan will excel as a salesman at Silko. If not, it'll only be because he's quickly moving up the ladder into management - So you better head to Silko and work with him before he's promoted! :)

We live on Cape Cod and found Silko to be price competitive with our local Honda dealers. In addition Silko offers 24 Month/25K mile free Maintenance and a Lifetime Powertrain warranty. On top of that, we found their sales and service department to be more responsive than dealers here on the Cape. For a young sales person, Mr. Mejia impressed us with his knowledge of the 2014 CRV-EX we purchased and with his command of the paperwork necessary to complete the transaction.

I cannot recommend Silko enough. I had a bad experience with another dealer that kept the pressure turned up to eleven and tried to rush me into buying a car before I was ready. I went to Silko and was very pleasantly surprised. Silko is very easygoing, informed and they care about the customer. When it comes time to replace my wifes car, we're going to Silko. I've dealt with a dozen dealerships through the years but none of them offered as pleasant experience as I had at Silko.

I recently purchased my fourth new Honda from Silko and sixth overall so I have several buying experiences from which to draw from to rate this one. I cannot say enough good things about our Salesman Julio Morales. He was a pleasure to deal with. I cannot, however, say the same about our brief dealing with Sales Manager Chris Raposo whom we both found to be aggressive, abrasive, and very nearly the reason we didn't buy from your dealership. After dealing with him we left the dealership angry and disappointed with how he handled our negotiations. As a Manager myself who deals with the buying public on a daily basis, I know that one bad experience can lose a customer for life. He should be reminded of that. I didn't want Julio to lose a sale and called him the next day to see if we could get this done without Chris being involved and thankfully we did. I am normally not the type of person to write a scathing review but I feel this was poor customer service on Chris's part. As a Sales Manager he should have at least attempted to apologize for making us angry enough to walk out of your dealership but chose not to. I made the choice to reach out to Julio because he was a pleasure to deal with and would purchase again from him any time. Julio Ortiz was also a pleasure to deal with as well. I gave your dealership an excellent rating when Honda called me because the positives outweighed the one negative. Every customer wants to feel like they got a good deal on their purchase and thanks to Julio I feel that way about my new 2014 Honda CRV.

Salesmen were professional, polite, knowledgeable. Best dealership I've ever worked with. Kudos to Catherine in internet sales and both Kyle and Julio(mgr) were outstanding to deal with! Good price and good trade-in value for my previous Accord. I love my new Accord Sport!! Maria was also wonderful and did not twist my arm to buy a million additional warranties and services but she clearly let me know the advantages of each one so I could make a good decision.

I looked on the Silko website before going in to try and get an idea of what I wanted. I called in and spoke to Matt Sherman who was very helpful in answering all of my questions about the different used cars that were available. When I went to the dealership I was greeted by a salesman - Ryan Cordaro who was already up to speed on what I was looking for. That made the process much easier and faster. Ryan was very patient and did not make me feel pressured. I decided on a black 07 civic and met with Shaun Santos for the financing. He was also super nice and helpful. I love my car and I was very impressed with the customer service and overall experience at Silko. Unlike other dealerships I have dealt with in the past, the guys at Silko never made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I know I bought a dependable car and when I am ready for my next vehicle I will definitely be returning.

I received a written quote for an Odyssey with specified configuration (EX-L w/ RES, preferred colors). They quoted on the car, said they had it and then explained that there were required accessories. In repeated communications by phone and email they misled me and, they quoted on a car they don't have and are unable to get. The explanation given for the bait and switch routine was "the guys in the back." The person I dealt with is Michelle Kantos. Sneaky and disappointing.

From my first new car buying experience I can say that Ryan Cordaro is not only the best salesman at Silko Honda and also the most professional and ethical. I purchased my 2012 Honda civic EX about two months ago. I was told that since it was a certified used vehicle I was entitled to a spare key which they didn't have. Since then I have called the dealership six times regarding this issue. At the end of each call I was told someone would "get back to me". No one from Silko has ever returned one call regarding this issue i've visited their dealership twice , Sent two emails and made the aforementioned six phone calls and still no key. Ironically when their sales person thought I was interested in purchasing a car I would get unwarranted phone calls on a daily basis It seems once you sign on the dotted line and there is no more money to be made, customer service goes completely out the window. This is the third and quite possibly the last vehicle I purchase from Silko

Rick Santos spent time with us and took us on test drive of 2 different Pilots even though we explained we were in the early stages of comparison not ready to buy . He listened to what we had to say-answered our questions, demonstrated knowledge of Pilot's features, and was able to explain the different features in the different trim levels. No pressure to "buy now". A month or 2 later, we sent in an on-line request for quote. Katherine almost immediately provided a very attractive price for both trim levels we were considering. We were sure to find Rick S. when we returned to negotiate the trade and make the purchase. There were a few negotiations/ misunderstandings regarding trade and financing , but Rick , along with the finance and management team worked together and made adjustments so we ended up with great price on new vehicle, a fair value for our trade, and finance terms and payment we expected.

Don was diligent and informative as he explained the vehicle to me and all its options; and he was very patient as he allowed me to fully explore the vehicle during a test-drive. As a two time customer I was willing to continue relationship with Silko and purchase a third vehicle. Dropped by to look at new vehicle, was told by Tim came at a great time as there is huge sale going on. I noticed there were no advertised signs for this "Huge Sale" but took his word. After 30 minutes in the hot sun, looking through windows of models, patiently waiting for salesman to come to out we decided to look at the numbers. Figures were presented without any sale price, with ridiculously high payment due to interest rate not stated on the memo. Young Salesman couldn't explain anything and didn't even know math. I had to explain to him how the interest rate calculation worked. Poor offer never got better as they just moved some buckets around on worksheet to try to appear as better deal....Without changing bottom line figure. Complete waste of my time. Service has gone tremendously down hill...Will never return again. Lost a loyal customer.

Go to Bernardi of Brockton instead. Silko is horrible beyond belief. They low-balled my trade. They gave me $1200. for my trade that blue and black booked over $3000. Finance person was terrible. He did not say even 1 word to me, just slapped the papers down and pointed at where to sign. Would not give me copies of my paperwork. I had to return to the dealer 3 times to ask for my copies. My salesperson was on a personal call the day I took delivery and ignored me for over 30 minutes. When I took delivery, the "Balise" logo was still on the back along with the Silko logo and there was grease on the bumper. My salesperson would not let me test drive the car I took delivery on. I test drove a different car only to find out the one I got was swapped in from another dealer and already had 120 miles on it. They would not let me choose the color. The sales person said I could only have gray or white. The car cranked slow when the weather got cold. When I took it for service, Doug was very rude to me before I even pulled into the building. He was sarcastic and got very mad when I asked for a shuttle ride, even though I was promised one, or a loaner when I made the appointment. Silko did not repair the slow crank problem. I later took the car to Bernardi Honda of Brockton for an oil change, (decided I would rather pay for the oil changes than use the Silko Care and get them for free) I never mentioned the crank problem to Bernardi, but they called me almost immediately and said the battery tested no good and they would replace it for free under warranty. Long story short, all the dealerships on Rt. 44 in Raynham are 15-20 years behind on the level of customer service people expect today. Please, if you took the time to read this, then you will do well to take my advice and take the extra 10 mile ride to Bernardi. I swear you will not regret it.

Although we enjoyed working with our sales person, the positives stop there.We visited Silko to discuss purchasing a Honda Odyssey. We agreed on a price with Craig, our sales person, and were surprised when he indicated that we could drive the car home the same day. We questioned the fact that the car would not be registered or insured. Craig eased our concerns and explained that we would just need to contact our insurance company in the morning (which my husband did), and that we had 7 days in which to register the car since we were transferring the plates. He told us that we would meet at a police station to have our VIN check done, and then a Silko rep would go to the registry to register the car within the allowed 7 days. We were thrilled to drive our new 2012 Odyssey home on April 6th.On April 9th, I still had not heard anything regarding a time to meet for the VIN check, so I contacted Silko. I was told by the receptionist that she "couldn't find anyone" and she asked me to leave a message. I gave my name and phone number and requested a call back.I was out of town on April 10th, and still had not heard back from anyone from Silko.On April 11th, knowing that my car needed to be registered in 7 days (which was Sunday), I called again and left another message. Craig called me back. He told me that he couldn't find a RI police station that does VIN checks on Fridays. While on the phone with him, I did a quick search and found that the East Providence police station does VIN checks on Fridays. He told me that he would send a runner to meet me in one hour. I was at the police station one hour later, and waited 45 minutes before the runner arrived. The VIN check was completed. I expressed my concern that the car needed to be registered today, and the runner said he did not know anything about that. When I returned to my office, I called and spoke to a salesperson. I asked about my registration and also inquired about my XM radio free trial. He said he would look into the registration, and told me how to find my radio ID on my radio. I told him I would get that and call back. I called back 10 minutes later and left a message with the radio ID and requested that I be called back for both the XM and the registration issue. I never received a call back that day.I continued to drive my car, knowing that I had until Sunday to get it registered, and figuring that someone must have registered my car on Friday afternoon. On Monday morning, I called Silko to make sure that my car was, in fact, registered. I did not hear back, so I called again Monday afternoon. Each time I called, I was told that the person answering the phone "could not find anyone". I never heard back from anyone at Silko on Monday.On Tuesday, I called Silko again. I left a message, because the person who answered the phone told me, once again, that she "could not find anyone". I never heard back from anyone at Silko on Tuesday.On Wednesday, I called Silko again and refused to hang up until someone would speak to me regarding my car registration. A sales person finally got on the phone with me. He told me to hold while he checked on my registration. He then got back on the phone and said, "No, your car has not yet been registered." I was absolutely flabbergasted! I asked how that could be possible, because it should have been registered by Sunday. While on the phone, a co-worker showed me information that she had pulled up on her computerARI plate transfers, on cars purchased in another state, as was our case, need to be registered within 72 hours! This means that we were 1.) given completely inaccurate information regarding the time frame for registering a car and 2.) had been driving an unregistered vehicle for 7 days! I was shocked. I asked how this could have happened. The sales person informed me that maybe someone had gone to the registry, sat there all day, and had to leave because the registry closed before he had his turn. Or, he said, maybe they just forgot. He said he would look into it.I immediately hung up and called my Aunt, who works for Ford Motor Company, to ask her opinion on how to best handle this situation. She then called Silko and was able to speak to Geoff. After she hung up with Geoff, he then called me at 12:15pm. He apologized and said that he would have someone at the registry at 10am on Thursday morning to register my car and that they would then deliver the registration to me. When I indicated that I could not be driving the unregistered car, Geoff indicated that he would arrange for a rental car. He told me to call him if I had any further questions. I received a call a short time late from Hertz, who indicated that they could pick me up right then. So, I had to leave work, take my car home (because it could not be left in my work parking lot in Providence overnight), and wait for Hertz to arrive. Hertz arrived, took me to the Hertz location in East Providence, and I was given a rental car.We were supposed to leave to visit family for Easter on Thursday morning. I knew this was not going to be possible since my car was not yet registered. I called Silko 3 times between 2:30 and 6:15pm on Wednesday, requesting to speak with Geoff to confirm that my car would definitely be registered on Thursday, so that I could plan for our trip to visit family. I never received call back.I called Silko 4 times on Thursday morning to make sure that my car was, in fact, getting registered. At this point, I had lost all faith in anything a Silko representative had told me. I was repeatedly sent to people's voicemails, or left messages with the person answering the phone. I did not receive any call back until 12:30pm, when Tim R called to tell me that my car was being registered and he would let me know when the runner returned to the dealership so that I could pick up the registration. I let him know that Geoff had said the registration would be delivered to me. He asked me where I was and said he would give the information to the runner. This was at 12:30. At 1:30, I had not heard anything further so I texted Tim to see when the runner would be at my office, because I had to leave to pick up my kids. 20 minutes later he got back to me to say the runner was almost there. The registration was dropped off at my office just before 2pm. At this point, I still needed to return my rental car, and get a ride home from Hertz. We had lost an entire day.Shortly after receiving the registration, I texted Tim to let him know I had received the registration and to ask about the XM radio trial. He indicated that three months is what they're offering now and asked if that is what I received. I texted him back to let him know that I had just been told I had a free trial, that I had been instructed as to how to find the radio ID and had left a message and was waiting to hear back. I never heard anything more from him.Our car buying experience with Silko was deplorable. Silko Honda was negligent in not registering our car as promised, therefore causing us to drive illegally for a week.I went to leave a review on Silko's site and there is a video from the president. The video implored me to contact him first with a complaint and he would personally contact me. I did contact him...but I was never contacted back by him at any point. I found that the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. Once the deal was made, it felt as though we were written off and didn't matter!

Such a long drawn out process there. I have buyers remorse even though they finally hit the number it reminded me of the sleazy old days of car buying....back and forth, bad offers, hold your keys, wear you down for hours. Then it took three more tries to get paperwork filled out and we didn't actually drive home with the car for over a week. Would never buy another car from here and the general manager was probably one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with.

As this was my first car purchase (lease), I was nervous going into the dealership. I was expecting the car salesmen to ask me every question imaginable and be pushed into buying a car. This was the complete opposite of the experience I had at Silko Honda. I first met with Geoff Ewell who was extremely helpful and patient with me. He outlined exactly what I would be getting and did not beat around the bush. Everything was explained well and after speaking with him I felt completely comfortable with my purchase. I was then shown my car by Justin Evans and he took me on a test drive and explained some general features of the car. Again I felt at ease and very comfortable, not coerced into getting the car. After Justin helped with some of the paperwork, I was handed over to Julio Morales. Geoff informed me the same day I met with him that Julio would be taking over the paperwork and that I would expect a call from him that night. Shortly after this Julio called and explained in great detail the process of receiving my lease and what I needed to do (which was not very much). He gave me his personal number to call/text if I had any questions (as did Geoff), which I did and Julio answered every time. The next day I would be filling out the final paperwork for the lease and Julio was right with me during the entire process. After completing paperwork with Shaun Santos, another helpful and respectful employee, Julio helped to set up my radio, Bluetooth for my phone and other features of the car. While I was waiting for the paperwork to go through, Julio informed me of everything they were doing and when they expected it to be done. This of course gave me great satisfaction and awareness of the process. I have had the car now for no more than 3 days, but I can tell this is going to be one of my most favorite cars I will own. This is no doubt due to the exceptional service I received from Silko Honda. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be a customer for a long time.

We recently went SUV shopping. We went to 6 places in one day. At the end of the day we stop at Silko Honda. They were closed so we just went to window shop in the lot. A salesman saw us said Hi and asked if we needed help told him we were just window shopping and we knew they were closed at 5:00 ( it was now 5:30) He said well if you want to look at one or test drive let him know. So we did look at one told him again we were just looking and if he didn't want to stay he could leave he said "no worries" we liked the CRV so much we went for a test drive even though it was now 5:45-6:00 pm reminder the placed closed at 5. After the test drive liked CRV told him not sure if we were ready to buy he said "no worries". We decide to come back next day just to talk pricing but the whole time we told him we weren't sure and he still said "no worries"... Well we went back next day and bought the CRV and we're very happy! Julio could not have been any nicer. We NEVER felt pressure to buy! I can't no stress how great the salesman was, he went above and beyond staying until almost 7:00 on the Saturday night even though we told him we were just looking. I can honestly say I have No Worries!! On a side note when we got there at around 5:10 we walked in the show room not knowing they were closed there was still a lot of people there. We waited about 10 mins no-one saying anything to us so we ask someone if they were still open and he said sorry they closed at 5. so we were going to just look at the CRV's in the lot and leave. What a difference staying and being nice can make for any other salemen out there.

I had purchased my Element at Silko, and because it was a family dealership, included them in my search for a new Honda Pilot. Rachel Fogg was nice and very helpful, and after receiving a pretty good price, I came in with my Element for an appraisal. The appraisal process at the other dealers took approximately 20 to 30 minutes and came in a few hundred apart. After 40 minutes and the salesman going back to the manager twice, he came back and with a smile, offered me $4,000 less that the other dealers. When I expressed my dismay, he sighed and went back to the manager. After 20 minutes passed, I got up and demanded my keys back; had to ask three times. As I was pulling out of the parking space, The manager came literally running out the door and said that the salesman didn't know what he was doing; that he would come up the $4,000! Then he appraised my van sight unseen for a second trade in. This was exactly the experience that I didn't want or need at the time and was very clear about when I walked in there. I went to another dealer the next day, who had been treating me with respect right along, and bought my Pilot. Such a shame; I was hoping to have as positive experience at Silko as I had when I bought the Element.

I absolutely hate the car buying process. Silko Honda was my 3rd dealership I dealt with in 2 weeks and happily I can report that I saved the best for last. Tony and Shawn made it happen for me in less than 8 hours which worked well with me being ms impatient! I am thankful for Tony's no bs and Shawn plowing my "challenging" credit situation through to a credible bank with a fair interest rate. I am also relieved over the extra warrantys attached (though they are a bit pricey lol) as they will keep me from having to dig deep in my pockets for repairs. After receiving a mailer from my previous dealer I started thinking about a new car. Silko Honda was recommended to me by a friend. When I stopped by to check out both the Civic and the Accord I was immediately greeted by Don Sullivan. He patiently worked with me as I test drove several cars and finally decided on the CR-V which I had falling in love with in the showroom. He was able to explain all of the benefits the CR-V EXL had to offer and made sure it fell with in my budget. My experience was both enjoyable and effortless. When I stopped by to check out both the Civic and the Accord I was immediately greeted by Don Sullivan. He patiently worked with me as I test drove several cars and finally decided on the CR-V which I had falling in love with in the showroom. He was able to explain all of the benefits the CR-V EXL had to offer and made sure it fell with in my budget. My experience was both enjoyable and effortless. When we arrived on the lot Mr. Santos greeted us with a smile and a friendly handshake. We test drove two vehicles, a Ford Edge and a GMC Terrain. Mr. Santos was knowledgeable about most features and questions we had beyond this he was able to find out for us immediately. We left the dealership with the possibility of purchasing the Ford Edge. We wanted to evaluate other makes and models of cars in order to make an educated decision. We returned to the dealership later that afternoon and purchased the vehicle.This being a weekend, we returned on Monday afternoon to pick the car up. The following Monday came back to Raynham for the sticker.Tony also ordered a missing piece of front end trim from a Ford dealer at no charge, and at his expense, which we picked up this week.We appreciate the positive experience through Silko Honda and will recommend you to others.

Thomas Kerr assisted us on our first visit. We had not made up our mind yet to buy. He did not pressure us and listened to us as to what were were looking for. We wanted a used car and were on a fix budget. Upon return, the car we looked at was in the process of being sold. Tony Santos assisted us on this second visit. He showed us another vehicle which was better than the original. FATE? We were able to make the deal. Tony was excellent, listened to our needs, and was not a pressure salesman. He had our needs in mind. He made my wife and daughter very comfortable, and all three of us genuinely began to like him as a person and salesman. He did a wonderful job. Tony really closed the deal while herb chambers dropped the ball. He was very upfront and honest with us. Great overall experience, he made the process smooth. The only thing I didn't understand was why my credit rate wasn't checked right away. I knew my credit score going in to the process, but you never find out your actual approved APR % until later in the process. Although I was disappointed that one of the first cars I wanted was sold between the time I left Saturday and when I returned Sunday. Tony was able to find another really good car that fit the parameters of what I was looking for. I was all but committed to a very comparable Accord SE at herb chambers in Seekonk. When a few things were stalling in my attempt to finalize the deal in Seekonk. I didn't feel pressured by Silko to make a deal. When it came down to my final decision today the prices between the dealerships were nearly identical. And in the end, Tony's ability to get a great deal for the customer was the reason I chose Silko. The carwashes are a nice bonus and the lifetime powertrain on your Hondas is unmatched from what I have seen. I visited Silko yesterday 02/20/14. Before hand I'll tell you I had a flat tire. Once the lugs nuts were removed the wheel still would not budge. Called service and the tech told me alloy wheels sometimes get stuck and to just give it a good swift kick near the top (but not so hard as to knock it off the jack). It worked. Thank you #1. Arrived at Silko and the service person not only had the flat fixed, he also put away my spare, the jack and all the jack tools leaving no evidence there was ever even a problem. Thank you #2. In addition, he told me that I use Silko so often for service (I bought it at Silko and no one but Silko has ever serviced this car), that there was no charge! Thank you #3. You guys rock!

Just recently bought a 2014 Odyssey touring elite from Rick Santos our sales consultant. The day we looked at one and drove one was a bad,cold,icy day after weekend storm,as soon as we pulled in Mr.Santos was there to caution us on icy conditions that were in process of being treated, walked into a warm bright showroom offered coffee.hot coco, etc, told him what were looking at to buy and the pristene Ford Exployer that was to be traded in, from going fom Corvettes, Caddys, etc to a mini-van was different for us but we go back forth to Fla for winters etc,and do not need the 4 wheel drive etc,and did our homework on the Odyssey and also "silko"as a dealership, our dealings with them are like a 5 star hotel, not pushy, nice inventory of the model and Rick's knowledge of what he is selling is tops, takes time to answer your many questions etc, and most of all not pushy in sales, we recommend Honda & Silko for your sales etc. We are looking forward to travel to sunny Fla in van with Fritz with us. Went to Silko after an unpleasant visit to another local Honda dealership. The other dealership wouldn't bother to try to reach a deal on a lease with me. Silko and in particular David Beard, made every effort possible to do just that, and they did. I never felt under any pressure which I always hate when buying a car. Since we were coming from an hour away, I checked the availability of the car I was interested in ahead of time. I received confirmation I could drive the vehicle from 2 different people. Including on the day of our appointment. When we arrived we were told the car wasn't there - someone was using it that weekend and was off that day. I walked in ready to buy.After a wasted Sunday afternoon, they offered to "fix" the problem and said they'd drive the car to our house Monday at 10 am. We rearranged our schedules to be home - 10 came and went - at 10:30 I finally called and learned "Oh, they're still cleaning the car." We are an hour away and the appointment was for 10! No communication. My husband missed a meeting and had to leave so the salesman suggested he come out the next day - we made another appointment for 11 am Tuesday. We again rearranged our schedules to be here to see the car we were supposed to see Sunday.20 minutes before the scheduled time, we got a call that he wasn't coming because they sold the car the night before!The entire experience start to finish showed complete disrespect for our time. They had no internal communication and certainly ineffective communication with the customer. I just bought my car from Cardinal Honda in CT - AMAZING experience!Also, after all of this - I tried to call the VP to speak with him about my experience. He has yet to return my phone call (more than 2 days after the message) ... another example of the disrespect and poor customer service.I'd buy my Honda/car elsewhere! They do no know how to treat people at Silko!

i had the best experience leasing a car that i have ever had. i have been leasing for the past 12 years. Our salesman, Dave Beard was patient, very informative and no nonsense. He was sensitive to our budget requirements and the amount of funds we had available. Up front - no hidden numbers. The paperwork was ready when i said i would be there (Thank you Maria!) and i did it on my lunch hour. This is my second car purchased from Jailes Periera at Silko Honda. I bought a used Accord back in 2005 when money was tight. I drove that car to the dealership to purchase a new Honda and my son is now driving it. I was very nervous buying a used car but Jailes let me take it to be looked at by my mechanic with no pressure. I had returned to Silko this month hoping I would be able to reconnect with Jailes as I looked for a pre-owned car again. Jailes showed me how buying new was a better financial decision all around. I am thrilled with my new Honda Civic LX. Again, it was a smooth and pleasant experience and as always Silko did everything they could to make my purchase a positive one. The dealership was able to offer me a price and warranty that no other dealership in the area could. I felt no need to go to Bernardi in Brockton to comparison shop, I felt confident I was making a sound decision with Silko. Special praise to Nathalie who drew up the paperwork and made extra offers that we could add such as scotch guarding the seats etc. She never pressured us into anything but did say things we did not need all the while engaging in pleasant conversation. Shopping and buying a new car with young children is very intimidating. Tom was very friendly and dignified the children and their many questions. He definitely knew a lot about the car we wanted to buy and was very patient with us. In the negotiation process, Tom and Raul were patient and did all they could to accommodate us. We've had a few hiccups which required repeated visits back to the dealership, they still were kind and accommodating even though the sale was done. Highly recommend them both!

I went into Silko Honda on Sunday after I had spoke to two other Honda dealers (via email) and went to drive a few Honda cars at the Honda dealer down in Plymouth that same day. I was angry when I got there about how I was treated at the other dealer. But as soon as I got there I ran into Raul and Jailes and felt comfortable and new that I was in good hands. I was able to by my Honda Civic there in a couple of hours and never even test drove the car that I wanted. When I went back on Monday to finalize everything and to pick up my car the next day. Everyone that I met were great from the sales side to the finance side, everyone cared and listened to what i wanted. They took me out to the car and sat with me to go over everything that the car had. I have bought a few new cars in my life and most more expensive then the one that I purchased that day, but I was so impressed with the quality of customer service that I received that day that I have told bout 10 people in just a few days about the dealership. I visited this dealership with the hopes of purchasing a new Honda Accord 2013 Touring. They spoke with they had one on the lot. When I realized they did not, they tried to sell me every other vehicle before locating the vehicle I was interested in. They asked for a deposit which was "refundable" of $500.00. The vehicle was supposed to be delivered the next day, but it was sold after we had agreed on purchasing it. Weird. I decided to cancel the transaction as the dealership was not providing the details as to what was going on. My sales rep was not responsive to my phone calls, when I called the dealership I could not get a member of management to discuss the refund of my deposit. Once I was able to reach management they stated that there are no refunds. Unbelievable. Their so called unlimited powertrain warranty is a sham as well. Make sure you read the fine print. Go to a dealership that has a larger inventory and knowledgeable sales people when purchasing you next vehicle. Silko Honda is not it!

Called Silko Honda to inquire about purchasing a black 2011 Nissan Maxima with sports package on Saturday, July 13th at approximately 12:30pm and spoke to Peter. He stated that the vehicle was still available but wanted to take down my phone number to confirm with the sales manager and would call me back in 5 minutes to let me know. He called back immediately and did confirm that the car was still available. I told him that I would be there around 3pm or so and for him to call me if anything changes in the mean time since I live about 50 miles and an hour away. I got there at 3:30pm and was greeted my a sales consultant. I asked for Peter and as the sales consultant looked around for Peter, I decided to use to restroom after an hours drive. Upon coming out of the restroom, I overheard another sales consultant saying that the 2011 Nissan Maxima I came in to see was already sold. With no condolences, nor a word of "sorry", nor showing his face, the initial sales person told me that he had another Nissan Maxima that was available and that he could get me into that car. I told him that I was not interested as I was looking for a specific color and package. I'm not sure if this a case of the classic switch and bait that dealers use but I felt duped. As I sit here writing this review, the car is still listed for sale on their website. I will never deal with this dealership nor refer any of my family, friends, or network to this dealership as I am also in the sales industry and condone this type of customer service.

I was looking into buying a 2013 Honda Civic Coupe Ex Manual. Matt Sherman was great in helping me via email and phone calls setting up a price and looking into the exact vehicle. The problems came when we actually came into buy the vehicle. I went in on Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday) looking to speak with Matt to finalize the deal. He told me via email that he would be there to meet me at noon. I came in with my friend (who was also looking to purchase a Honda), we asked for Matt- they said he doesn't work on Saturdays and couldn't reach him. Some other salesman came up to us and we explained I have been talking with Matt and he gave us the price and found a dealer to swap with (for the color) and I wanted to test drive the one they had at the dealer to make sure I really wanted the car. We also explained my friend wants to buy a 2011 Honda Accord. This guy took us on the test drive, which wasn't bad, but after when we were talking logistics, he wanted me to put down $1,000 that was NON-REFUNDABLE on a car I havn't even seen yet. I asked if he could speak with someone to see if that could be changed, he left and came back and said extremely rudely that it was not refundable because no one would want a manual if I ended up not wanting it. I asked for the dealer they had connections with in CT that the car I wanted was at and they couldn't give me any specifics. The guy was extremely rude and didn't even try to be friendly. This salesman lost TWO purchases, on a new car and a certified used. The whole dealership is sketchy- the guy I was supposed to meet with bailed, and didn't even tell anyone I was coming. The other salesman was extremely rude. No way would I ever recommend this dealer to ANYONE. And be sure that I will tell everyone I know to NOT go to Silko Honda. What a nightmare.

I was looking for a car with great gas mileage as I live in Providence, RI and will be driving about 18k miles over the next 18 months for massage school in Newport, RI. Christopher Casey came up to myself and my father at Silko and was very laid back. I had a car in mind to test drive that I had found on cars.com, a 2011 Honda Insight. We took it for a spin and then talked dollars. He was very transparent with us that the vehicle was bought from an auction and that Silko put money into the car to get it up to "certified" status and also showed that on Kelley Blue Book the same car was going for $15k and Silko was selling it for $13k. He was a no-pressure salesman and was really laid back answering all my questions and crunching numbers and trying to work with me. I had a lot to think about so I left and came back on Saturday with my fiance. Chris let us take the car for another spin. I decided to go with the car and then went to see Maria in the finance office. She was great. Very lighthearted, got us laughing and explained the warranties and tried to get me to finance through the bank Silko was working with but I think that is standard because these 2 things are the things that bring dealerships money. I declined and went with my own bank in RI. I closed on my loan at AAA in RI on Monday and Chris drove the car down from Raynham to Providence on Tuesday. EXCELLENT customer service, I cannot say enough good things about Silko and its employees.Buying a car can be a stressful process with some car dealerships but if you choose Silko and Chris Casey, this experience can be laid back and relaxed with no pressure.

I had to put NA for quality of work. I just got the car so I haven't had to take it in for service yet. However, I have a free two year scheduled maintenance. Oil changes and tire rotation will save me at least $200. That is like taking another $200 off the price I paid for the car. BTW, I got quotes from three dealers. Silko had the best overall deal. Not just in price but servivce too.

The experience my husband and I had with Jailes was one of the most refreshing customer service experiences we've had in a long time. Jailes took the time to explain how our lease would work and listened to us when explaining what we were looking for and what our budget was. I have personally purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the past ten years. Members of my family have also experienced greatness from this dealership purchasing nearly 10 vehicles over ten years. I did not buy my most recent vehicle at Silko however I still choose Silko as my dealership of choice. When it comes to quality of service I always know I can count on you guys. My vehicle was in for an oil change tonight. Low and behold Matt had discovered that my car had no wipper blades. It turns out someone had been going around the neighborhood in the middle of the night steeling them off vehicles! The dealership didn't have my blades on hand, due to the fact that my vehicle is no longer a honda :( , but Hector happened to have a pair that fit! He gave them to me knowing that the forecast would be calling for more rain. They went above and beyond. The guys washed my car and popped them on like it was no big deal. It was a big deal to me and I was out of there quickly and with no worries. I always get service when MJ is on because he is always helpful and makes sure me and my family are safe. He makes real recommondations and leaves out the bologna. It's so nice to know that there are many employees in the service department that are concerned with customer care, safety and satisfaction. There is no question I will continue going to Silko Honda of Raynham!

Richard Pacheco is by far Silko's best employee and the others could use more training in customer service especially the service dept! I got an extremely competitive price on a Honda Odyssey Elite, I then threw a fit a few days later because I forgot to call my insurance company to get my registration and also the service dept had no time to explain my remote starter! I've been to quite a few dealerships, and have had a bad experience at one, but this one sale made up for the bad ones. If you find yourself looking for a new or used car, I would stop looking for it, and just find Anton at Silko, the rest he will do for you!

I needed to replace my '99 Honda CRV so after test driving a 2012 CRV and getting a trade in value for the '99, I turned to the internet to comparison shop. I found Silko Honda to be hundreds of dollars cheaper than the other dealers. In addition to price, a coworker raved about their friendly, efficient service department and especially liked the complimentary car washes she receives with each visit. I drove to Silko and was greeted by Richard Pascheco, a friendly, knowledgeable sales professional. He listened to what I was looking for and since it wasn't on the lot, Silko was able to locate the car for me the next day. Price negotiations went smoothly and Richard made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. Overall it was an excellent sales experience and I look forward to servicing my car with them.

Silko Honda was by far the best dealership we visited as part of our efforts to find a mid-sized / large SUV to accommodate my growing family. From the minute we walked in the door Anton was there to help us through the entire leasing process. He went to great lengths to ensure all of our questions and concerns over leasing and owning a Honda were answered (this is our first lease). Anton continued to go way above and beyond "the norm" throughout this sales process. As an example of his commitment to this sale, Anton picked me up at my house the way we needed to sign the lease since my wife (who was watching my two small children) was unable to drop me off at the dealership. This was really a pleasant surprise for me and sealed the deal in signing up for this current lease.

We have been looking to buy a 2012 honda crv. After we received online quotes from dealers in the area, Silko lured us into their dealership by giving a low ball price. Thats the name of the game they play with customers. We were given a low ball price quote by Fred. After repeated calls by Fred we went from out of state to the dealership to trade my accord and buy a crv. They appraised by accord and gave us a trade in value. They wrote the trade in value on a paper and told us if i want to buy today thats the price they will offer. They wanted to rush us. Now We had the new car quote and trade in value quote from Silko. We told them we will comeback on the weekend and buy. I went in the weekend and what i experienced in the dealership was utter bullying by their unprofessional, rude, disrespectful sales manager Rodney. I felt as if i was dealing with a junk yard parts manager. If you are going to this dealership, be prepared to face the rude, unprofessional, disrespectful sales manager Rodney. At first their sales guy Christopher Casey, kept on asking about what monthly payments we wanted, inspite of us telling that we want a good price on the car + financing and not really worried about montly payments.The way he kept repeating montly payments seemed to us that he was trained only on montly payments. Thats the name of his game. We selected the car from their lot and we told them we will buy today. They go back and forth with the sales manager Rodney and said that they will reduce the trade in value that we discussed couple of days ago by $2500 and we cannot honor you the quote that Fred, their internet manager gave. they told us that the quote that Fred gave us has no value and is insignificant. We even showed the rude sales manager the quote and he did not want to look at it and kept abusing us by saying ' we are bad customers as we shop around' and he said many other disrespectful comments which are uncalled for. While all this was going on, we asked to see Fred, who sent the quote and kept calling us. We were told he was gone for the day which we dont believe. We sent him email about this issue, he did not even respond as a courtesy which meant he knew it all the way. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR OWN QUOTES. ITS A LURE TO GET YOU INTO DEALERSHIP. Its a game that Silko honda plays. Lower ball customer online, get them to dealership, bully them around, if you dont buy from them-they abuse you verbally disrespectfully.We wonder if there is an upper management on top of everybody here. If there is one, we just have an advise, that when you treat a customer badly, you not only lose the customer, but lose their friends, family's new car purchase, service etc. Immediately after we left, we went to colonial honda dealer in the area and purchased the honda crv at a lower price than what silko gave us and they also honored the trade in value that we originally discussed. Silko is not the only honda dealer in the area. so who ever is looking to buy a honda, do your own research and there are other good respectful dealers. we told our friends who wanted to buy crvs to not to waste time with Silko. they eventually bought from where we bought. Silko not only lost our business and future business by our friends, they lost our respect too.

Went in and tried to negotiate a price for a car (having two quotes from other dealers that were $2000 less than what Silko wanted). Told the salesman what we could and couldn't afford. After 3 hours, finally got down to a reasonable deal. Had to put down a $500 deposit (DO NOT DO THIS!!!!) before waiting 45 minutes to even sit down with a finance officer. What we thought we had agreed to was not the case. The manager, Roger, came in and told us that the payment was only $20 more a month, so what was the big deal. That is easy for him to say when it isn't his budget he has to fit the payment into. We told him that we couldn't afford that and we had told the salesman the same thing and we obviously misunderstood the deal. Roger told us we could get our deposit back if we wanted. We said we would sleep on it and left. Came back the next day, Roger was not there, but our salesman and another manager said they would reverse the charge. Waited a week and the refund never showed up on our credit card. Called to speak to Roger who would not come to the phone, so I drove back up to the dealership to get my refund. I shouldn't have to chase my money down. If they couldn't accommodate my financial limits, that is fine. They are in the business to make money. But do not assume that I can afford more a month or that it okay to keep my deposit (after telling me you would refund it) until I come in to get it back. That is just rude and disrespectful. I wasn't going to write up a review because they couldn't meet my financial needs (even though Roger was rude). But after having to chase down my refund, I was even more unhappy with the thought process of the dealership management. I still got my new Honda from Colonial Honda in Dartmouth because they were wonderful to work with. (Lou was great to work with, not pushy at all. Nick was surprised once we got in his office as to why the numbers were not corresponding to our needs. He was fine to work with.)

Being a soon to be college student looking for an affordable used car, I tried many local dealerships. Was treated very poorly by Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. Immediately after my experience at Herb CHambers Honda, I went to Silko and purchased my new (to me!) 2006 Toyota Corolla. Bought my 2003 CR-v from Boch new. I always had it serviced there, but lately always came out of there feeling as though I had been through a sales gauntlet. And that was from the Service Dept.When it came time to buy a new CR-v, I decided to head over to Silko. They had better rating on BBB than Boch, and although they have a similar rating on DealerRater it seemed that Silko had more positive commentary overall. The main driver to get me in was the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty and 2 Years Free maintenance. I chose Presidents Day to visit, which in retrospect probably wasn't the best choice; it was busy, and I was there for quite a long time (just over 6 hours to complete the deal).Jim finally came around to help, and we got down to business. I didn't get exactly the color I wanted, but I'm very happy with what I did get, as was my wife (even thought she will never drive it). I initially got a price I was happy with, although it changed as I added on some of the extras that I wanted.Anyway, after talking with Jim, I had to wait for over 90 minutes before I got to talk with the Finance Manger, Nathalie (Yep, Presidents Day- not a good choice).Nathalie was very nice, very accommodating, and was actually more helpful with the financing than my own bank (a whole other story). She got everything taken care of, took care of the registration, and the car scheduled into Service for the other add ons I purchased.Overall, a good experience, and I look forward to a good relationship with the dealer. The Service Dept met their commitment in the time promised, everyone was very nice (Jim even managed to retrieve an item a week later from my trade that I had forgotten about), although that would be sort of expected to get the deal done.

I was upfront with where I wanted to be and they made that happen, even beating what their competitor had to offer. I was not pressured which being 9 months pregnant I welcomed the breath of fresh air as opposed to the stress I've encountered in the past with other dealers. All the employees that we interacted with during this experience were welcoming as well. It was nice to be heard and giving business to my local dealer with everyday people that are also professional. It takes some of that stereotype off the typical thoughts most of us have about the "car salesmen". These are just men who sell cars and I would go back!

I talk to FRED after i saw a 2006 hyundai Elantra the price is 5994.00 with 1200000 mile we spoke over the phone. I liked the car but the miles are very high.I have the carfax,Silko trad in on 01-06-12 thinking there may be some play in the price.I asked FRED if silko would take 5575.00. FRED SAID the car had a new timming belt and power steering pump, this i already know! FRED SAID a timmimg belt cost $850.00 the car has been reduced two times already bla bla bla lie lie lie.Car has only been at Silko 15 days and reduced 2 times lie.Timming belt at 44 HYUNDAI PRICE $400.00 FRED CALLED BACK later and left message to call him. I call FRED back the next day.FRED SAID the car price is the sticker price Silko has put $2200.00 in to this car bla bla bla lie lie lie!!!

I visited Silko looking for a used car in a very short amount of time. My car had recently broken down and I needed a new vehicle in the next few weeks. Although I didn't drive off in the vehicle the same day, I was very impressed with Raul and the financial staff on how they worked with me on a day to day basis finding a car payment and loan that would work with my needs and what I could afford. I bought a 2010 Accord that I am completely thrilled with 3 weeks ago and I would absolutely go back to this dealership based on their ability to comprehend your needs and the customer service that I recieved. I visited Silko with intention of buying a preowned CRV but ended up with a Subaru Outback which was in excellent condition. After closing the deal and having a very pleasant experience with everyone, Joe, Nathalie and Rodney, they found out they didn't have the title. The bank hadn't yet released it. Most people would have gone elsewhere but I hung in waiting three weeks for the title to arrive at Silko, calling every other day to see if it had arrived. Rodney did an excellent job of calming down my frustrated mood. When the title finally came and I was finally able to finish the financing paperwork, I found out that Rodney had discounted the cost of the car because of the lengthy inconvenience. I was very grateful! Even during the initial negotiations and discussion with Nathalie, I never felt any pressure like you usually encounter at most dealerships. Discovering Silko was a positive, memorable experience even though I didn't leave with a Honda. I highly recommend this attentive yet non pressure dealership which treats everyone fairly.

When we decided to purchase a new car we got a quote from Silko. They backpedal on what they say even when they have given it to you in written form. The story also changes depending on who you talk to. We were very disappointed. Luckily we went to Weymouth Honda and got a way better deal with nothing "funny" or "hidden" going on. If you are going to do business with them make sure you print all of your emails out and bring them with you. More importantly, make sure you confirm your deal via phone prior to driving all of the way out there. They will tell you everything is all set, then you get ou there to find out the story has changed!

I just recently helped my daughters friend purchase a car from SILKO. It was a very pleasant experience. The sales person Matt Skinner, made us feel like you had always been a customer and you were going to be treated right no matter. He was right. We came in with a goal on what to spend and the SILCO Team hit it right on the nose. When we came to an impass Steve Baker and Rodney Resndes made it happen.They could have said "No finall answer" But they didn't.They didtheir job and came out with the best results for all. When it came to the finance portion Nathalie did her magic. This was a chore and a half for her because your new system wasn't co-operating. I was in a rather sticky situation with my 2005 nissan and needed a new car. I had a number of issues that had to be overcome, and was leary of being able to get into another car at all. Silko was my 3rd stop and I wish it had been my first. After a stop at a local ford, mazda, kia & vw dealership, I was told there was nothing they could do for me in a laughing voice, as we stood in the parking lot. I was given the cold shoulder and blown off at METRO. Not what they advertise so I was a little surprised there. Next, stopped at the nissan dealership I went to before, with the same end result, however I was treated with respect, but the payment was just going to be way too much for me.After talking with a friend of mine who is in the business, I decided to stop in at Silko Honda. I was promptly greeted by Anton Dopson who was professional, knowledgeable and funny all at the same time which was a refreshing change from the usual treatment at car dealerships. I explained my situation to him, and he told me right up front he wasn't sure what we would be able to do, but explained the process we would be going through from beginning to end, which put me at ease. I filled out a credit app while my nissan was appraised. It looked like leasing a car would be my only hope. So we looked at a 2011 Accord, test drove it, and went back inside to go over the numbers. While i was waiting for Anton, the owner of the dealership came over and introduced himself to me! Now mind you, this is 4pm on a friday afternoon, and the owner of the dealership was not only there, but out blending in with customers. Nice touch, and made me feel EVEN MORE at ease. Anton and the managers got me right where I needed to be, with my payment going up just a little (totally understandable given my predicament). The Finance manager was also a joy and made the paperwork signing a breeze.I want to thank Anton & the entire management team at Silko Honda for making this experience an easy and pleasant one. If anyone reading this review is wondering where to get their next Honda, or any car for that matter, stop in at Silko, every employee there is super friendly and ready to help. When my lease is up, I will definitely be returning to Silko & Anton for my next car!

I went to look around for a civic one afternoon and talked to Matt Sherman one of the sales guys, the best one there i would say! He approached me within minutes and was very knowledgeable about everything they had on the lot. I don't think there was one question he couldn't answer for me. He provided me with everything I asked for and made me feel like he was actually working with me, not just for the sale. He didn't try to force anything on me but knew I really wanted the 2008 Civic they had. Him and Natalie worked their butts off for two days straight to make it happen for me and I'm soooo very happy with my new car! It's amazing and they both were the biggest part of making my car purchasing experience incredible! I will definitely look forward to doing business with Silko Honda in the future, and recommend Matt to any of my friends (and you reading this!!) looking for a car currently!

Before I start into how great this place is, I just want to point out that all the reviews I read from people who left poor ratings for this dealership, either had misspelled words within the first sentence or were written by people who admitted in their own words, that they did not have the means to buy a car in the first place (a.k.a. asking the dealership to not cash a check for a week, or knowing their credit rating was poor...their words, not mine). Sorry for the run-on sentence:)So if you like a no-pressure atmosphere, take the car for a spin and walk out because you're not sure yet....this is the perfect place. Everything is squeaky clean, and inviting. Have some coffee, chat with the sales person for however long you want. No pressure. We took two different vehicles for a test drive, looked at three others, spent hours with Chris, taking up most of his afternoon. We chose to walk away, without even talking numbers with him, and he wasn't mad or disappointed. He had a huge smile, very low-key and just told us to come back after thinking it over (a.k.a. looking at other dealerships.) They meet or beat any price you walk in there with from other dealerships. I can't say enough about this place. My fiance and I do not look like your typical successful couple... we are blue collar (and dress like it), and moderately tattooed...and we were treated with complete respect by every staff member we encountered.

I was a little weary walking in, this being my first car from a dealership, but as soon as I started talking with John, I felt more at ease. What can I say about Nathalie, she was great! My car broke down so I needed a car as soon as possible. I priced it out at many dealers on line. Silko came back really fast with the best price. There was no need to go back and forth. The next afternoon I went and did the paperwork. I was able to pick up my car the next afternoon. In 48 hours it was a done deal. It was a very easy and fast process with no worries.

I had been looking for a good deal on a Honda Odyssey for a month and used Edmunds to get a quote from dealers in my area. Silko was tied with another dealership in price but had a more generous service and maintenance program. We made a call to Silko and went down to make a deal. We were met at the door by a a knowledgeable sales representative, Dave Beard and, in a no pressure atmosphere, were guided through an efficient Car buying experience culminating with leaving with a fine car at an amazingly good price. I've bought many cars in my four decades of automobile ownership and have never been treated as well as at this dealership.

Love these guys or to be politically correct this lady & this gentleman!!! They are soooo professional, kind, funny, efficient, positive, honest, courteous and just overall great!! Great customer services started with the internet sales person Kristofor Tetreault, he responded to our online inquiry right away, and he gave us a great quote. Once we arrived at the dealership, Joe Wilkerson worked very hard to get us the fairest trade in value he could for our car, not pushy, not rude, just friendly and wanting to make us feel comfortable with the price we agreed on.Nathalie Farah the Finance manager was very informative, thorough and friendly, she made the whole financing aspect much less stressful.The Lifetime powertrain warranty just made the whole deal that much sweeter.I highly recommend if you're going to buy a Honda, go to Silko.

We went to Silko to buy our 3 yr. old, 2008 Pilot. We were there to look at a model that was just the color and with all the options that we were looking for, so we drove to this dealer 40 min. away from our home, even though there were closer Honda dealers.Our salesperson was Anton. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took us on an informative test drive. As far as price goes, they were unwilling to bargain on the price at all. We did end up paying the full asking price, as we had shopped around, and knew it to be fair. We also made what some would consider the mistake of revealing that this was exactly the vehicle we were looking for, so we weren't surprised that they stuck to their price. As I say, it was fair for the installed options and the mileage, so we were satisfied. We don't enjoy that bickering over price game, anyway.I also wanted to give a shout out to Nathalie, finance person. She made that uncomfortable meeting where she has to offer you every addition and extra warranty under the sun, as bearable as possible. She gave us the facts, but was not high pressure at all.When we went to pick up the car, it wasn't ready at the time we had discussed. We waited and hour and a half with 3 kids in tow. I really can't complain too much about this, though, as we bought the car at 12:00, and picked it up at 4:00 on the same day, so it wasn't all that surprising that they needed some extra time. I would have appreciated them being a bit more realistic and telling us that they needed until 5:00, but the showroom is well-equipped with toys and electronic games to amuse the little ones; a huge plus, especially if you were going to use them for service.What really made me want to write this review is what happened the next day. While we were on our test drive, I had noticed that there were no floor mats in the vehicle. It was just the bare carpet. My husband was asking Anton another question, so I forgot to ask my question about the mats. Anton was giving us a ton of information about the vehicle, and it just slipped my mind. I literally woke up in the middle of the night saying, "Oh no! I forgot about the mats!" Were going to need those, as we are going into mud season, but since I missed the opportunity to bring it into the deal the day before, I figured we were on our own. I called them the next day just to see if they had the set that went with the vehicle lying around somewhere and just forgot to put them in. While I was waiting for Anton to call me back, I called our local Honda dealer to see if they had the mats available, and how much they would cost. They were about $180 bucks, but I was going to pay it, because I don't feel that generic mats fit right to protect carpeting. When I didn't hear from Anton for a few hours, I tried again and this time got TJ on the phone. I told him my story, in a tone of expecting that they wouldn't help me, too bad for me. To my surprise he called me back and told me that he had just ordered a brand new set of mats for me, no charge, and I could pick them up the next day. I was floored, no pun intended! The deal was done. They had no further responsibility to me. When I told TJ how surprised I was, he just said, "We want you to be happy." To me this was really incredible customer service.

I would highly recommend this dealer and especially this salesperson to anyone who is looking to be treated as a person, which frankly is lacking in this industry. Not only did I feel that this salesperson advocated for me as much as is possible in reaching an agreement, but when there was a paperwork issue he took it upon himself on his day off to contact TJ and between the two of them, the situation was remedied almost immediately. I felt that I was treated with respect and honesty. I had also been in touch with several other dealerships in the area and was NOT treated this way. My salesperson was like a professor in his knowlege of the performance and operation of my new car. He took the time to explain to me all of the features after the papers had passed and before I drove out of the parking lot. I will highly reccomend this dealership and especially this salesperson to both my friends and family. Thank you again.

First and foremost go to Boch! I walked into Silko looking to get a better deal. The salesman I had was new which I did not know, and he was definitley rushing the process. They said they could definitley beat Boch Hondas deal, but in the end they did not even come close, by thousands. The real issue is with Jeff the finance manager. He knew I was not going to get approved through honda with my current income and position, so he LIED, on my credit application, and when I questioned him on it, he told me he had been doing this since before I was born so I should trust him. In the middle of the application process, the salesman forgot to mention I had a trade in that was not paid off, which I told him about. I walked out before the application could be done. I went back to Boch only to find out Jeff had summited my credit application anyway! Which blocked me from getting a loan from Honda for 45 days!!! Needless to say I ended up buying a brand new Honda Civic from BOCH and I am so happy with boch's experience, I got exactly what I wanted at the right price.

My wife and I found all of the people at Silko very friendly and helpful while not being pushy. Our saleman, Jailes, is a very nice man and we enjoyed doing business with him and his supervisor, Roger, was also very nice.The day we bought our new car it was a little busy and we had to wait quite a while for the finance manager. He was very nice and efficient even though the wait was long and there was a very upset couple behind us. That was the only down part of the experience.When we went back afew days later to pick up the registration and everyone was again very friendly.In our opinion it is a greatplace to buy a car.

Went in to test drive a Honda Accord and it was okay. The car shimmied when I went over 60 mph and said this to salesman and he sort of blew it off. When I examined tires, noticed there was a lot of wear and tear and said so. Mike and TJ both repudiated this and there in started the attitude. "We have a certification policy and under this certification we wouldn't allow a car to have bad tires...." was what was told me. I didn't care for TJ's nastiness when I gave a price other than what they were asking and after he tried to bully me, I left. I would never go back there and would never recommend anyone to go to this dealership. I went down the street to Rte. 44 Toyota where they were much nicer and friendlier and so bought a car from them. Buyer beware, stay away from Silko.

I was not presured into buying by the salesman, and could not believe I was getting the deal I was. I recently contacted Silko Honda in regards to a lease on a 2010 Honda Crosstour. Mr. Geysen contacted me immediately after I sent my request via internet and we discussed the vehicle and terms in detail prior to my visit to the showroom. Upon my arrival to the dealer I was greeted by Mr. Geysen who had me meet with Mr. Dopson who was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and had the vehicle waiting for me once I arrived. Mr. Dopson took me for a test drive and reviewed all benefits and features of the vehicle in length and gave me a tour of the facility. I was then introduced to Mr. Cutler that assisted me completing the documentation. This experience was by far one of the best I have had purchasing a vehicle. He seems to low his job and selling Hondas, there isn't a function on the car that he doesnt how how to work...especially the electronic and bluetooth devices, he took his time to explain them to me and it was much appreciated, since I didnt even know what blue tooth was! I recently purchased a new 2010 Honda CRV-EX from Silko and was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone who worked with me from my initial contact until driving off the lot with the car.I contacted the dealer through email for a quote on the vehicle and immediately received a very impressive quote with no gimmicks and no hidden fees (other dealers had given quotes that omitted the $800 destination charge). I liked that Kristofor put out the dealer's best offer up front without me needing to haggle over price. Once at the dealership, Larry spent a lot of time (more than an hour) walking me through every detail of the vehicle. Lastly, Nathalie took me through the financing options and extended warranty service options with very little sales pressure. All in all, I was incredibly surprised by how friendly, professional, and thorough the team was. Most importantly, they treated me with respect and made the entire experience a real pleasure. I will happily refer my friends, colleagues, and family to pay a visit to Silko when considering the purchase of a Honda vehicle.

I visited Silko to check on a 2010 Ridgeline after viewing it on the AutoTrader website. Sales Consultant Flavio Vidito was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous during the whole process. Flavio was very patient during our 'negotiations' and always displayed a calm and relaxed demeanor. Also worth mentioning was my experience with Nathalie Farah, the Finance Manager. She was exremely helpful in finding a better rate than my pre-approved loan and was very knowledgeable with various coverage options.After delivery, I noticed that the vehicle still had sand under the rear seat and in the trunk. Also,the morning after taking delivery, a pile of leaves that had collected in the engine compartment had fallen in my driveway. I suspect that they came loose after cleaning the engine compartment at my request. Part of these detailing oversights were due to Silko rushing to accomodate my schedule but the vehicle had been at the dealership for up to two months and I feel that it should have been taken care of prior to customer viewing. Overall, not a bad knock but worth noting. Otherwise, the rest of the preparation was very good.Overall, I am very satisfied with the Silko dealership and would highly recommend them to others.

I have bought 3 cars from Silko in the last 9 years and also have them serviced there. I have never contemplated going to another dealer since dealing with them. I have always found them to be honest and up front. My wife absolutely loves their service department -- it's the first one she's ever dealt with that doesn't intimidate or pressure her. They will offer suggestions or make recommendations but leave it up to her to decide what's best.This time, I found a car (Civic LX) on Silko's web site and emailed them asking for their absolute best offer considering my history with them. Rachel emailed me back within 5 minutes with a terrific price. They had me sold on the car before I ever left my house. Once I arrived at the dealership, Rachel introduced me to Matt who took over from there. He was extremely friendly and was willing to crunch the numbers between getting the low interest rate offered by Honda and getting cash back instead. He was very helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. There wasn't even any haggling over the value of my trade-in. Once the deal was made, Matt passed me over to Andrea who did the paperwork and a very soft sales pitch on other offers including an extended warranty. She also was very friendly and while informative on the offers, did mention that it was my decision to make. I ended up purchasing a couple of the offers, mainly because of the amount of miles I will put on the car each year.As I told Matt and Andrea, in the almost 30 years I've been buying cars, this was the most enjoyable experience yet. The whole process of figuring out the financing, evaluating my trade-in, doing the paperwork and me driving away with the new car took about 1 1/2 hours. Buy far, the quickest I've ever purchased a car!!! They still haven't given me a reason to look anywhere else.

We made a buy decision and as promised informed both sales and the F and I Director of our plans to fund the purchase the very next day; our plan was accepted and agreed to; two days later we received two messages from F and I and sales informing us that a) a second deposit had been taken and b) the purchase had to be made the next day; both insulting and disturbing to us since we had already discussed and gotten agreement on the purchase process and in doing so informed Silko personnel that the purchase would require a 7-10 day period; after resolving the miscommunication we proceeded to complete the purchase; Friendliness yes but disclosure and lack of professionalism on managements part had us thinking of cancelling our purchase; On the positive side we received apologies from sales and found Mike Gentilucci, Sales Consultant, to be competent, respectful and consider him a real asset to Silko and credit him for enabling us to leave with an overall positive feeling about Silko.

I don't usually make comments but I am going to make an exception this time. We had a great experience with Silko. We already knew what we wanted before we went to the dealership thanks to Rachel. She is the reason we chose to go to Silko in the first place. Dealing with her online was easy. We found she answered any question we had honestly and quoted us a good price. When we walked into the dealership Chris greeted us. We found him to be very friendly and outgoing. Not at all pushy. He listened to everything we said and answered every question honestly. He walked us out to the lot and let us pick the car we wanted. He walked us through every aspect of that car and then we took it for a good test drive. We were not rushed, it was already closing when it was time to do the paperwork and Mr. White,who I"m sure must have already had a long day help us with the paperwork. He was very friendly and professional. I think Rachel, Chris and Mr. White are a big asset to Silko Honda. What we liked the most is the honesty, the friendly and relax atmospher of this dealership. Everyone had a smile on there face. Even other salemen came over and congratulated us on buying our CRV. I would highly recommend Silko to anyone.

Overall the rating is good not great(5)because we were told the following:1) Silko told us that they would handle returning the old plates from the trade in but they did not. The plates had to be turned in because the new ownership was joint whereas the trade in vechicle's ownership was for just one of us2) We were told, when considering purchasing the vehicle, that the loan rate would be 0.9%. But when we signed the contract, the rate jumped to 1.9%. We were not told why we could not get the lower rate.3)The price of the car was OK but not great, according to the Consumer Report magazine's "new car report", which we purchased. Additionally, the trade in sale was below what we expected, according to Blue Book prices4) We were told that Silko would get the state inspection sticker onto the vehicle for us. But then, when we took delivery of the vehicle, we learned that we had to do this ourselves.5) The Nav system installed in the vehicle is not up to date. While it recognizes the street we live on, it can not navigate to it from the main road nearby. My other car has a Garmin GPS that we updated about 1/2 year ago, and its maps navigate to our home perfectly.6) On a positive note, the salesman was very helpful. He even brought the same kind of car to our home so that we could be sure it would fit into our small garage.

The feel of this dealership is very relaxed from the minute you walk in the door. The sales people want to work with you and do not pressure sell. I was treated with respect and professionally by the front desk, the sales Person(Michael) the finance staff and the management team. She dealt with the internet aspect of Silko Honda, yet Chris felt she should stop by to say Hi. He was also very thorough about going through the car and all of its features. I took my 2006 Odyssey in for service but saw a 2010 Odyssey Touring model on the showroom floor and decided to tade mine in. This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Silko and I have always been very satisfied with the sales people and the service department, both are extremely friendly and courteous. No high pressure like many other dealerships I have been to.

I still would recommend Silko Honda to anyone who wants to purchase a Honda. I've been doing business with them for 10 yrs. This is my third car with them. Steve was friendly and accommodating from the moment we walked in the showroom until days after. My husband and myself took my mother-in-law in to trade in her lease for a new lease. She was so pleased with him and thought he was handsome (very important to her)he made follow-up calls that weren't necessary but he did so with much concern. That pleased her immensely. The last time she was at Silko she wasn't happy but then again she was alone. Steve by far was at his best for customer service and making the customer happy. I would also like to make a comment about how friendly Andrea was while doing all the paperwork, the whole time with a smile and she must have been busy as a bee. Although, she never showed it. I came in thinking that i wanted to Finance a car and Stephen came out and helped me look for something in my price range. When i couldn't find anything he suggested that i lease a car and told me what that meant and that he showed me what cars i could choose from. We found Rob to be approachable and very respectful to our thoughts and needs. He explained things well. We left and went to Toyota and Nissan to try some other cars. The final decision came down to Nissan and Honda. Aside from the positive experience and attitude we we felt at Silko, the demeanor and respect of Rob brought us back to Silko for the final purchase.On our second day, the delaership was busy and we were waiting. We appreciated that Chris came to assist us, while understanding that we were waiting to see Rob. It was a good use of our time and Chris answered some questions without pressuring us to work with him instead of Rob. Stephen Baker was very helpful, knowledgeable & patient. He spent a lot of time with us explaining the features on different vehicles we looked at. When we had made our decision he was very thorough explaining the figures and the financing. Silco Honda appeared to be a very busy dealership. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. All in all, it was a pleasant and hassle-free car shopping experience. Everyone at Silko was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They gave me a good price for my trade-in and a great deal on a new car lease. The salesperson, Jailes, was informative, patient and and easy going. He was a class act and did not resort to pressure tactics, but was professional and pleasant. Jeff, the finance person, was also great. He did a great job explaining the lease terms and answered all my questions while being personable. In the future if any of my friends, coworkers and/or relatives are interested in a Honda I will definitely steer them towards Silko Honda.

I went to Silko Honda on the referral of a family member. My lease was up and I went there just to see what Honda offered and really had no plan on purchasing a vehicle. I never have purchased a Honda vehicle before and was pleasantly surprised on both the car and my sales person. Rob impressed me with both his knowledge, but moreso his nice manner. I've purchased many vehicles and never look forward to looking at cars for the mere fact of "salesmen". Rob did not fit into that stereotype at all, and it was truly because of him and his great manner that made me decide to purchase the car. He went out of his way with every step of the process and made it pleasant and pain free. Everyone I was introduced to was very personable, and I'd highly recommend Silko Honda in Raynham to my family and friends. I came out of it with a car I love, and a great price to match after checking out many cars.

They cashed my check a week early after promising they would not... thus overdrawing my bank account and causing me all sorts of fees. Didn't purchase car in the end, so they refused to return deed to my old car (was going to trade it in) so I could never sell it to anyone else. Not just bad business, but scandal. I can't believe they are still around.

I was having problems with my brakes on my 2003 Accord and a friend suggested going to Silko. It was a little out of the way but in the end it was worth it!! I was treated exceptionally by the staff, and they answered all of my questions, especially the stupid ones. Also, they were very upfront about all costs, which were very comparable to what I would have paid elsewhere, as I was skeptical of bringing my car to a dealer after the warranty had expired. I will go back to Silko in the future for everything, even oil changes.

The customer service was incredible. They made sure I found the car that was perfect for me and made it affordable. They even stayed late to make sure I was able to take my car home that night. I've recently taken the car in for service and it was taken in immediately, serviced, cleaned, and they even refilled the window washer fluid! I have bought 3 cars at Silko Honda and recommended the dealership to 2 of my friends, who also bought cars there. The sales people are all very knowledgeable on the products, and not high pressure. I walked in and someone was there to help immediately. (I had been to another dealership where I stood in the showroom for 10 minutes with no assistance and left.) They took the time to show me all the "ins and outs" of my vehicle (Honda Odyssey), and the sales person even called me after a few weeks to see if I had any questions about anything. My friends each had similar experiences as well.Service is very convenient too - the express service area is ideal for a quick oil change or tire rotation. And, they have wifi so I just work while they service the car.

I purchased my Accord sedan there several years ago and have brought it back ever since for service. I have always had a great experience - from the reception staff to sales people to service, and the prices are good - both for the Accord itself as well as service. The service staff always answers my dumb service questions with a smile and I feel respected. They have a great waiting room with free wireless internet! I have recommended Silko to my friends too, and would buy another car there again.

After having started at Boch Honda and then Majestic Honda, I bought my Pilot from Silko. They matched the best price I received from the other dealerships and gave me the most money for my trade. There was a bit of back and forth negotiating but in the end I feel I received a fair price for the car I wanted. The only commnet I would make would be that dealerships are very motivated to sell the cars they have on their lot. The car we bought had a few extra accessories which pushed the price up but the dealership agreed to meet in the middle on a few of the extras.Dealerships who commit to finding you the car you want should live up to that promise.

I always recommend Silko Honda whenever a friend or relative mentions they are looking for new car. My husband and I have now gotten 3 cars and a minivan from them over the years, and their service is unquestionable. I have not had a bad experience, in fact, I find they go out of their way to assist me. My husband called about a part this morning and the next thing I know, he is getting in the car for the drive, because they made time right away. We live in Rhode Island, so it is a drive, but it is worth it. As a woman, I was completely taken advantage of at the last dealership I went to. While I did realize it a couple years into my outrageous payments, it wasn't until Joe at Silko gave me a dose of brutal honesty about the situation and helped me remedy the issue. Not only did he get me into a more reliable car, my payments were lower! Recently, my husband and I went in becuase we needed to get a bigger vehicle for our growing family. TJ met us with a smile and showed us our options, answering any questions we had. Rodney and Joe were there, made themselves available to us for any additional questions or concerns,and were courteous, friendly and professional. When we went back to sign the paperwork, Joe again was available and gave us his undivided attention. Matt Sherman helped us with our registration and he and Adam even assisted us with figuring out how to work the navigation system, the rear entertainment for the kids, etc. They did not want us to be confused with all the new additions and offered their assistance at any time if we had questions, which we did take them up on and they were again friendly and available. I highly recommend Silko Honda.

We wanted to buy a new Honda Fit and were looking for a specifc color, as they did not have one available on Cape Cod. We called Silko Honda and were told they had one available in the color we wanted on the lot and to drive up to see it. When we arrived, we were told it was not on the lot but it was supposed to arrive that day. It was an "honest mistake". This was either complete laziness or manipulation. All they had to do was recognize the trip from Cape Cod would be long and expensive, so before you leave, let's make sure one is on the lot and have someone go look! We rearranged our work schedules, spent time, gas, money to drive all the way from Cape Cod because no one cared enough to actually look on the lot to make sure the car was there. We would have waited another day or two to buy the car if they just said they would call once they were sure it was on the lot, especially knowing it would cost us time and money for nothing. The worst part is the manager kept saying with the help of someone else from sales - it was "an honest mistake" - and blaming us - saying haven't you ever made a mistake. This did not have to happen - it was avoidable and a real lack of care - or maybe they will say anyting to get you to drive to their dealership rather than go to another dealer. In my opinion, I would never buy a car at Silko and would encouarge friends to go somewhere else. A real lack of concern and care.

They are typlical used car salesmen. they will tell you anything you want to hear and as soon as you buy they wont even make eye contact with you anymore. Tony is a low life and Roger doesnt return calls. If you have a problem they will try very hard Not to fix it, or wait until your out of warrenty then charge you. all around garbage stay away from the low lifes that work there.

Made appointment at 11 with Roger (TJ told me who to see) one week in advance for oil change, new wipers and to discuss trading in my Honda Pilot lease. I was so specific to the 4 scenarios I wanted to discuss at my appointment. When I got their Roger didn't even know I was an existing customer let alone that I had an appoint with him. He pawned me off (I felt that way) to a sales person. The sales person literally had to get up for every single question I asked...took at least 5-10 minutes per question. It was like pulling teeth trying to get any information, especially financial. At one point he left us for almost 30 minutes. I truly felt like no one could be bothered wanting to help me. The service man came out and told me they did not have the windshield wipers in stock (even though I had scheduled the point a week earlier.) I actually had anxiety by the time I left. I went to Bernardi Honda and they were fantastic! It was worth the drive!

Liked others, we traveled way out of our way based on a price given over the phone and was assured it was real and available. You guess the rest...the patients have taken over the asylum. Save time and aggravation and shop elsewhere. This is old school auto sales with every negative implication that implies.

My Wife and I were very interested in new Honda. We talked with a slimy salesman, looked at the different options and decided we would like a test drive. Upon hearing this the salesman took my driver's license claiming this was normal. He photocopied it and asked us more questions (phone #, etc...). After this he informed us we could not test drive the car until we put down a deposit. As we got up to leave he had us sit down and got his manager. The two of them badgered us in an attempt to have us lay down a deposit. Worst of all for the next few weeks I received tele-marketer calls from them. LEAVE ME ALONE!! HORRIBLE

I would never visit this dealership. They are crooks and tried to keep my deposit despite never signing a purchase and sales agreement. They make many promises and then don't keep them. To make matters even worse they don't return phone calls once they have you hooked. BUY ELSEWHERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!!

We purchased 2 new hondas about 6 years ago at silko honda. They told us how much better there trade in values were etc... Went to trade one in last year and they told us they would give us about $6000 for the acord which was in great condition. We were looking to by a van. We ended up buying a chrylser instead because hey gave us about $9500 for our trade in plus an aditional $4000 rebate!!! We also have a 2002 CRV...The check engine light came on so we brought it in to silko. They called us to let us know that we needed several different things including, a thottle bti, a catalatic cnvtr, a new transmission totaling more than $6,000. I could not believe it considering it seemed to run alright. Anyhow after speaking to my husband we recalled paying extra money for their extended warrantee. I called them back apparantly they had overlooked that (yeah right!). Well to make a very long story short, the insurance company who we had purchased the extended warantee from came out twice (they had to approve one thing at a time) Come to find out I did not need the transmission...Had I said in the beging, "do what you have to" they would have made an extra $3000 from me...THEY ARE CROOKS!! Oh actually $3600 because when I signed the papers that the insurance company had covered, the total was over $600 less than what they were going to charge me. I also left a message for the owner Adam on his voicemail and he NEVER returned my call. He must have forgotten that he personally came down to thank us for the purchase of two hondas and we could contact him if if there was anything he could do for us. Good luck in your search for a honda. They are decent cars, but I do not recomend this dealership.

I have to say this was the worst place I ever delt with. I actually signed a contract to buy a new Honda Accord, and that is when I was treated like dirt. I complained to the Honda corportation, because I was so badly mistreated. I the worst part was they expected me to shuttle thier employees around, (Im a woman)and these are unsafe times for anyone. They then got mad at me because I refused, never once did they ask it was assumed that I would. I was also yelled at because I didnt bring all my keys in when they installed my remote starter..(They never said I had to). That and they added all kinds of fees to my price. I asked the Honda Corp to set up an appt with the Owner of Silko, so He could say he was sorry and explain how they would stop this from happening to someone else. He of course refused, lieing to Honda Corp. saying that they gave me 400$ of free stuff...which I have the paper work proving that I payed for. NEVER, EVER buy a car from this company ever. At first they seem great, but as soon as you sign papers, your doomed!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this dealership. I was promised a price on a car that I was very interested in by the sales agent I dealt with over the phone. He enticed me into driving several miles out of my way to the dealership only to have the management state that they would not even come CLOSE (eg: $700-1000) to honoring the figure that I was promised on the phone. Management was EXTREMELY condescending to me and my family (we don't know much about used cars). At one point the sales manager was literally YELLING at my girlfriend. I would have been more than happy to pay their price if they had just been HONEST and STRAIGHTFORWARD with me and were more respectful. When buying a car, I think you are entitled to a degree of respect and part of selling a car is making the purchaser feel good about their choice. Not a single member of the staff took the extra steps to help me with my decision. In the end, one's self-respect is worth a lot more than a "good deal" on a used car and so I walked away. I don't know what other Honda dealerships are like, but look elsewhere for better service and the respect you deserve when you are about to drop serious $$$$.

I highly recommend Silko for sales and service over any other dealer in the area. I live about 5 miles away from Weymouth Honda and I travel almost 40 min. to have my vehicle serviced at Silko. I gave Weymouth many, many chances to redeem themselves, but have always fallen short of the feeling I have when I leave Silko. Matt Litchfield, who is the Service Manager, is a 5 star kind of guy who really understands the customer...Silko is lucky to have him!!Also, I just recently bought a 2006 Pilot from them...their price was hands down the best in the area...along with their impecable service makes it a no-brainer to travel the extra distance!
